The purpose of this is to find the anxiety score of OHS pt's family and general surgery pt's family and to offer basic data. The subjects of this study were 80 : 40 were OHS pt's family in Seoul Hospital and remaining 40 were OS pt's family in Capital Hospital. The data was collected between March 1, through May 30, 1992. The instruments used for this study were Zung's The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale. The collected daLa were analyzed using percentage, descriptive statistics, $X^2-test$, t-test and Two-way Anova. The finding's were as followed: 1. Test of hypothesis "The anxiety score of the Ol-lS pt's family were similar to as pt's family" was rejected (L=0.772 P>.05) 2. The mean score of anxiety of the OHS pt's family was 1.772, The mean score of anxiety of the OS pt's family was 1,790. 3. The relationship between anxiety of the OHS pt's family and GS pt's family and family's age was significant (P<.Ol) and the relationship between anxiety and age interaction effect. (F=242.0 P<.01) In conclusion, the anxiety score of the OI-IS pt's finding and GS pt's family was all high.

느타리버섯의 세균성갈반병균인 P. tolaasii(PT)를 신속 간편하게 검출할 수 있는 효소면역측정법 (ELISA)을 개발하였다. 특이항체를 생산하기 위하여 PT($5{\times}10^7$ cfu)를 Freund's adjuvant와 함께 토끼에 수차례 면역하였으며, 가장 높은 역가를 나타낸 항혈청을 이용하여 비경합 ELISA 및 경합 ELISA를 각각 확립하였다. 표준곡선으로부터 PT의 그 검출한계는 각각 $2{\times}10^2$cfu/ml 및 $3{\times}10^2$cfu/ml가량으로 나타났다. 교차반응은 비경합 ELISA의 경우 P. agarici, P. reactans 및 비병원성 Pseudomonas속 균주와 1/$10^3$이하의 매우 미약한 반응을 보였으나 P. solanacearum, Erwinia chrysanthemi, Streptococcus mutans, Xanthomonas citri 및 곰팡이인 Fusarium oxysporum등 다른 균주와의 반응성이 거의 없었으며, 경합 ELISA의 경우 PT이외에는 같은 속 균주에 대하여도 반응성이 거의 없었다. ELISA를 이용하여 버섯으로부터 분리된 18균주에 대하여 PT의 여부를 조사하였을 때 병원성과 white line 반응성을 동시에 나타내었던 11균주에 대하여만 명확한 양성으로 나타나, 본 연구에서 확립한 ELISA는 간편하고 정확한 PT검출법 임이 확인되었다.

The synthesis and characterization of the platinum heterocyclic carboxaldehyde thiosemicarbazone complexes [NC5H4CRNNC(S)NHR'PtCl] (R=H, R'=CH3(1); R=CH3, R'=CH3(2); R=CH3, R=H(3)) and diphenylphosphinophenyl carboxaldehyde thiosemicarbazone complexes [Ph2PC6H4CHNNC(S)NHRPtCl] (R=CH3(5); R=iC3H7(6); R=Ph(7)) are described. Compounds 1-3 were prepared by reaction of Pt(SEt2)2Cl2 with 2-acetylpyridine-4-alkylthiosemicarbazone in the presence of NEt3. Compounds 5-7 were prepared using Pt(SEt2)2Cl2 in toluene with diphenylphosphinophenyl carboxaldehyde alkylthiosemicarbazone. The compounds have been characterized by microanalysis, NMR (1H, 13C, 31P) spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis reveals that compound 5 is a mononuclear platinum compound with P,N,S-coordination mode.

Several Pt(II) and Pt(IV) complexes of N,N'-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine(2-HEen) and N,N'-bis(2-chloroethyl) ethylenediamine(2-CEen) as carrier ligand were prepared. Water soluble Pt complexes were also synthesized by modification of leaving groups. The cytotoxicity of these compounds against leukemia L1210 and P388 cell in vitro were examined. The Pt complexes containing 2-CEen showed more effective cytotoxicity than those containing 2-HEen. Through the nephrotoxicity tests on the primary cultured proximal tubular cells of rabbit kidney and human kidney cells in vitro, Pt complexes with 2-CEen showed higher than those with 2-HEen which were consistent with cytotoxicity but showed very low nephrotoxicity compared with cisplatin. Also the values of BUN and creatinine in serum of Pt complexes were reduced remarkably compared with cisplatin, therefore it can be concluded that new Pt complexes seems to have much lower nephrotoxicity than cisplatin.

본 논문에서는 한 쌍의 1차 사용자 송 수신단(PT-PR)과 한 쌍의 2차 사용자 송 수신단(ST-SR)을 가지는 무선 인지 통신 시스템을 고려한다. 첫 번째 시간 슬롯(1 Phase)에서 1차 사용자 송신단(Primary Transmitter : PT)은 1차 사용자 수신단(Primary Receiver : PR), 2차 사용자 송신단(Secondary Transmitter : ST) 및 2차 사용자 수신단(Secondary Receiver : SR)에 자신의 신호 $x_p$를 브로드캐스트하며, 각각의 수신단(PR, ST, SR)에서는 수신된 신호를 복호한다. 두 번째 시간 슬롯(2 Phase)에서 ST는 수신 후 복호한 ${x_p}^{\prime}$와 자신이 전송하고자하는 신호 $x_s$를 결합하여 PR과 SR에 브로드캐스트하고, 각 수신단(PR, SR)에서는 수신한 신호를 복호한다. 이 때 PR은 첫 번째 시간 슬롯에 수신한 $x_p$와 두 번째 시간 슬롯에 수신한 $x_p+x_s$ 신호 중 $x_p$를 검출하여 최대 비 결합(Maximal Ratio Combining) 기법을 이용하여 결합한다. 이 때 PR에서는 다이버시티 이득을 얻을 수 있다. SR은 첫 번째 시간 슬롯에 수신한 $x_p$와 두 번째 시간 슬롯에 수신한 $x_p+x_s$신호를 가지고 선형결합을 통해 $x_s$를 얻는다.

Electrically-induced strain(S) and polarization(P) for Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3-PbTiO3(1-x)PSN-xPT) crystalline solutions were studied. From the compositional dependence of S and P we could observe two maximum values at x=0.10 and x=0.425. It is considered that PSNT10(x=0.10) composition is the structural phase boundary to indicate the variable order-disorder[VOD] region. PSNT(x=0.425) composition is the morphotropic phase boundary[MPB] to indicate the rhombohedral to tetragonal phase transition. Higher S (0.437%) and P (0.3974$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$) values were attained by the La substitution (5 wt%) at Pb site in the MPB composition of 57.5PSN-42.5PT.

This fundamental studies on for the productivity improvement and laborsaving of purse seine fishery. Given the difficulty posed from the distortion of net shape caused by the external forces, such as tide, at the time of shooting and pursing, we set the 4 steps of 0, 2, 4 and 6cm/sec in flow velocity in the flume tank for the experiment in order to examine those characteristics. We used two model seines designed on the scale of 1 to 180 based on the power block seine, which is the mackerel purse seine generally used in the near sea of Jeju Island and triplex seine, which is the mackerel purse seine of one boat system fishing expected in the future, for the experiment, and interpreted the characteristics of several motion in water, such as the shape of seine, the change in tension and area during pursing and its the analysis results are as follows. Though the experiment could be conducted up to 6cm/sec of flow velocity that was defined, the experiment could not go on because of the severe distortion in the seine at the flow velocity in excess of 6cm/sec. As for the depth of leadline and reduction rate of side area of seine when the pursing is connected, P seine turned out to be slightly higher than T seine, and the hauling speed and reduction rate of upper area of seine were found similar to each other. The correlation between the hauling time (Ht) and depth of lead line (Dhp, Dht) of P seine and T seine can be expressed by the equation, that is, Dhp=(0.99Pt-7.63)Pt+69.01, Dht=(1.03Pt-7.73)Pt+66.74. The correlation between the hauling time and hauling velocity (Hpp, Hpt) can be expressed by the equation, that is, $Hpp=-0.06Ht^2+0.88Ht+0.78,\;Hpt=-0.05Ht^2+0.81Ht+0.98$ here, Pt is pursing time. And the correlation between the pursing time and the reduction rate of side area (sArp, sArt) can be expressed by the equation, that is, $sArp=-0.48Pt^2+14.79Pt-16.74,\;sArt=-0.45Pt^2+14.56Pt-16.48$. The reduction rate of upper area of seine (tArp, tArt) can be expressed by the equation, that is, $tArp=0.34Pt^2-0.66Pt-0.74,\;tArt=0.34Pt^2-0.27Pt-1.80$. In addition, the correlation between the pursing time and tension of purse line (Tep, Tet) can be expressed by the equation, that is, $Tep=2.79Pt^2+2.26Pt-0.60,\;Tet=2.14Pt^2+8.08Pt-27.50$.
