간호대학생의 심리적 안정감과 신체적자기개념이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Psychological Safety and Physical Self-Concept on Ego-Resilience in Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 심리적 안정감과 신체적자기개념이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2021년 9월부터 11월까지 전라남도 M대학의 간호대학생 166명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 간호대학생의 자아탄력성은 심리적 안정감과 신체적자기개념에 유의한 양의 상관(r=.480, p<.001, r=.426, p<.001)이 있었다. 간호대학생의 자아탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 심리적 안정감(β=0.352, p<.001), 신체적자기개념(β=0.236, p<.001)이었고, 설명력은 26%였다. 본 연구의 결과, 간호대학생의 자아탄력성을 높여주기 위하여 심리적 안정감과 신체적자기개념을 높여 줄 필요가 있다. 그 방안으로는 간호대학생에게 심리적 안정감을 높이는 가이드 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하며, 학업만이 아닌 건강한 신체와 정신을 가질 수 있도록 교육과 시설의 제공이 필요하다.

Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Psychological Well-Being of Firefighters

  • Background: COVID-19 pandemic represented a unique stressful event that affected the physical health and psychological well-being (PWB) of individuals and communities. Monitoring PWB is essential not only to clarify the burden on mental health effects but also to define targeted psychological-supporting measures. This cross-sectional study evaluated the PWB of Italian firefighters during the pandemic. Methods: Firefighters recruited during the pandemic period filled out a self-administered questionnaire, the Psychological General Well-Being Index, during the health surveillance medical examination. This tool is usually used to assess the global PWB and explores six subdomains: anxiety, depressed mood, positive well-being, self-control, general health, and vitality. The influencing roles of age, gender, working activities, COVID-19, and pandemic restrictive measures were also explored. Results: A total of 742 firefighters completed the survey. The aggregate median PWB global score was in the 'no distress"" range (94.3 ± 10.3), which was higher than that observed in studies conducted using the same tool in the Italian general population during the same pandemic period. Similar findings were observed in the specific subdomains, thus suggesting that the investigated population was in good PWB condition. Interestingly, significantly better outcomes were detected in the younger firefighters. Conclusion: Our data showed a satisfactory PWB situation in firefighters that could be related to different professional factors such as work organization and mental and physical training. In particular, our results would suggest the hypothesis that in firefighters, maintaining a minimum/moderate level of physical activity (consisting of even just going to work) might have a profoundly positive impact on psychological health and well-being.

일과 생활의 균형(WLB)이 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 심리적 안정감의 매개효과 (The Effect of Work-Life Balance on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediating Role of Psychological Safety)

  • 국내 중소기업에 근무하는 종업원을 대상으로 한 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구 목적을 구체적으로 탐구하고자 한다. 첫째, WLB가 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 둘째, WLB가 조직몰입 및 조직시민 행동에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서, 심리적 안정감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 통해 심리적 안정감이 변수들과 어떤 관계를 형성하는지 밝히는 효과를 기대한다. 셋째, 조직몰입이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이상과 같은 연구 목적을 수행하기 위해 본 논문은 구체적인 연구 모형을 도출하고 이를 실증하였으며, 심리적 안정감의 매개효과에 대하여 더 포괄적이고 깊이 있는 이해를 도모하고자 하였다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 통계 프로그램 SPSS 25.0과 Macro Process를 사용하여 분석하였다. 실증 연구를 통한 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, WLB는 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 안정감은 WLB와 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 안정감은 WLB와 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직몰입은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 WLB와 심리적 안정감의 연구에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다. 결론 부분에서 본 연구의 시사점에 대해 논의하였으며, 또한 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

응급구조학과 학생의 응급분만 시뮬레이션 교육 만족도 영향요인 (Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of Simulation Education about Emergency Delivery for Paramedic Students)

  • 본 연구는 응급분만 시뮬레이션 교육에 참여한 응급구조학과 학생 41명의 자신감, 심리적 안전감과 만족도를 알아보았다. 시각적 상사 척도로 교육 전후 자신감의 변화를 측정하였고, 21 문항의 교육 만족도 측정도구와 10 문항의 심리적 안전감 측정도구로 분석하였다. 연구결과 일반적 특성에 따른 만족도는 나이(t = -2.22, p = 0.03)에서, 심리적 안전감은 성별(t = 3.70, p = 0.00)과 나이(t = -3.65, p = 0.00)에서 유의한 차이를 나타났다. 시뮬레이션 교육 전 후 자신감은 교육 후 6.22점으로 높아졌고 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(t = -5.878, p = 0.000). 만족도와 심리적 안전감간은 강한 정의 상관관계(r = 0.516, p = 0.001)가 나타났다. 교육만족도의 영향요인은 심리적 안전감(t = 3.021, p = 0.005)과 교육 후 자신감 (t = 1.936, p = 0.061)으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 시뮬레이션 교육이 적절한 대안교육임을 알 수 있지만 현장 맞춤형 응급구조사 교육을 위해서는 다양한 시나리오개발, 충분한 인력과 교육시간을 통한 반복교육이 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate installation status of information facilities and condition of walking road influencing to psychological safety of walking tourists. For this purpose, four roads for walking tour are selected; the course no. 16 of Jeju Olle Trail, Sarabong Byeoldobong walkway in Jeju and the course no. 8 of Bougil, Gyeongpo Lake walkway in Gangneung. Facilities installed on roads for walking tour are classified into four facilities; safety facility, information facility, amenity facility, local cultural facility. In order to consider installation status of information facilities and condition of walking road influencing to psychological safety of walking tourist, a field experiment was conduced focusing on the course no. 16 of Jeju Olle Trail. Thirteen cases were happened as confusing situation while walking tour. Of the 13 cases, the situation of being lost and wandering on the trail accounted for six cases. In contrast to the expectation that the situation of being lost and wandering would occur only at a crossroads, it is not that such situation took place at specific places like a crossroads or where direction signs were inaccurate. Walking tourists of this field experiment also confronted situations of having lost confidence about continuing the ongoing direction, of having anxiety over walking a walking trail, of feeling discomfort caused by walking and of being offended by uncomfortable or messy areas of walking trial. These confusing situations are happened inappropriate installation of direction sign, so direction sign is needed to install more carefully and detailed.

전기공사 현장 안전관리자의 직무자원, 직무요구 및 조직몰입의 영향 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Electronic Construction Site Safety Managers' Job Resources, Job Demands, and Organizational Commitment)

  • This study was conducted to suggest a direction in which safety managers can concentrate on industrial accident prevention and safety management for the organization. The job resources of safety managers were divided into organizational and individual levels, and the magnitude of the impact on organizational commitment was compared. Furthermore, job demands were classified into environmental risk factors and personal psychological factors to confirm their effect on organizational commitment. The moderating effect of job resources and sub-factors of the variable in the relationship between job demands and organizational commitment was verified. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 193 safety managers in the domestic electric construction business, data were collected, and a questionnaire of 180 people was used for the final analysis. Based on the results, organization-level resources among the sub-factors of job resources and individual psychological factors among the sub-factors of job demand had a more significant influence on organizational commitment. In the relationship between job resources and organizational commitment, the moderating effect of job demand was verified, confirming that job demand had a negative moderating effect. Individual psychological factors had a modulating effect, whereas environmental factors did not. The significance, implications, and limitations of this study are discussed based on the research results.

Analysis of Value System of Sportswear Brand Shopper according to Crossover Shopping Pattern: Webrooming and Showrooming

  • The purpose of this study is to identify selection attributes, functional benefits, psychological benefits, and values according to crossover shopping patterns (showrooming and webrooming). To achieve objectives of this study, a survey was designed based on the means-end chain theory, using the in-depth laddering technique and APT laddering technique which understanding the linkage of A(attributes)-FB(functional benefits)-PB(psychological benefit)-V(value). These two laddering techniques were used to construct a hierarchical value map (HVM) by linking selection attributes, functional benefits, psychological benefits, and value levels. The selection attribute items that showrooming shoppers consider important are 'price conformity', 'product information', 'product variety', and 'delivery service'. Functional benefit items were 'free purchase', 'economic benefit', 'communication', 'safety', and 'accurate Information', and psychological benefit items were 'convenience', 'relaxation', 'pleasure', 'rational consumption', and 'stability'. Finally, the value items were 'self-satisfaction', 'abundant life', 'achievement', 'happiness', and 'reasonable life'. Next, the selection attribute items that webrooming shoppers consider important are 'price conformity', 'product information', 'product variety', 'AS', 'shopping atmosphere', and 'seller service'. Functional benefit items were 'free purchase', 'economic profit', 'expression opinion', 'safety', and 'accurate information', and psychological benefit items were 'convenience', 'relaxation', 'rational consumption', and 'stability'. Finally, the value items were 'self-satisfaction', 'abundant life', 'happiness', and 'reasonable life'.

Defining a "Safe System of Work"

  • Providing a "safe system of work" is the essence of the general duties that employers have to their employees under workplace health and safety regulations. Despite this, consistent and appropriate definition of what constitutes a safe system of work is almost non-existent. Available definitions tend to confuse a safe system of work with management practices intended to bring about a safe system, or conflate the broad system suggested in general duties clauses with procedures or work methods that are focused on particular hazards or tasks. This article develops a definition of safe systems of work which recognises the broad scope of the concept and includes psychological health and return to work processes. This definition can be used by a range of stakeholders to better communicate the scope of occupational health and safety duties and more consistently assess whether a safe system has been provided both before and after incidents occur.

Research Ethics on the Psychological and Clinical Study Targeting Children and Adolescents

  • Purpose: Psychological and clinical studies targeting children and adolescents have become increasingly important in recent years as researchers strive to understand better the psychological and physiological development of children and teens. The purpose of the study is to explore significant research ethics on the psychological and clinical study targeting children and adolescents. In addition to these ethical considerations, international and national codes of ethics and regulatory bodies guide ethical research practices with children and adolescents. Research design, data, and methodology: The present study used the qualitative textual collection through investigating the past and current literature review. Numerous prior studies have conducted this research design to obtain the right prior studies. Results: Previous Research has indicated there are four research ethics on the psychological and clinical study targeting children and adolescents. (1) Respect for autonomy, (2) Respect for privacy and confidentiality, (3) Respect for vulnerability, (4). Respect for beneficence. Conclusions: In conclusion, research ethics are essential for protecting children and adolescents when conducting psychological and clinical studies. In the future, research should focus on developing innovative methods to ensure the safety of children and adolescents while still allowing them to participate in research.
