Social solidarity, equity in financing, and efficiency in administration have been core issues in the development of Korean health insurance reformation since 1988. This study is to investigate the trend of administrative cost in Korean National Health Insurance from various aspects. For the analysis of administrative cost, the expenditures of each insurance society and the National Health Insurance Corporation are divided into 4 items of (1) insurance benefit, (2) administrative cost, (3) an agency provision accounts, (4) other expenses, and then they are reorganized. The analyses based on 5 types of the health insurance administrative cost showed that efficiency in administration has been improved generally. We, however, should consider qualitative aspects such as customer's satisfaction with health insurance administration, prompt service, control of unjust expenditure (unjust claims), and provision of medical service including health consultation in assessing efficiency of administration. And, in order to connect the administrative costs of health insurance with efficiency, we need to give a fundamentally new definition, which can contain elaborateness of expenditure in details including the structure and evaluation method of administrative costs. It may be necessary to develop new indicators or analyzing methods hereafter.

The study objectives were to investigate the attitude of Ajou University pharmacy students toward pharmaceutical care and to identify their perceived barriers to its provision. Secondarily, their career choices and influential factors for career decision were assessed. Method: A cross-sectional survey of Ajou University pharmacy students in all professional years was conducted in May 2014. Results: Over 2 weeks, a total of 123 students participated in the study (100% response rate). All respondents agreed that pharmaceutical care is the right direction for the provision to be headed and that pharmaceutical care will improve patient health. However, professional year was inversely associated with the degree of positive attitude toward pharmaceutical care. Highly perceived barriers to pharmaceutical care included poor image of pharmacist's role in society (67%) and lack of access to the patient medical record in the pharmacy (65%). Work environment, benefits, and salary were top three influential factors for career plans, and $6^{th}$ year students considered salary most important. Patient-oriented practices (hospital and community pharmacy) were the most preferred career choices among $6^{th}$ year students. Conclusion: Pharmacy clerkships appeared to have a positive influence on career choices of those students. Efforts should be exerted to improve pharmacy clerkships and to promote pharmaceutical care.

2000년 통합방송법의 통과는 시민의 방송참여와 직접 관련이 있는 시청자 권리 보장 강화 조항과 액세스 방송도입 관련 조항이 포함되었다. 대표적 지상파 공영방송에 액세스 프로그램 시간대를 보장하였고 뉴미디어 방송이라 할 수 있는 케이블 TV와 위성 방송의 경우에는 시청자가 원할 경우 시청자 직접 제작 프로그램을 편성하도록 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 퍼블릭 액세스 프로그램들을 살펴보고 채널기반과 심의 방법을 통해 시청자 참여방송인 퍼블릭 액세스가 시청자를 위한 방송으로 거듭나기 위한 개선방향을 제시했다.

This study was conducted to investigate priority recognition of experts and related facility operators in establishing policies for revitalizing agro-healing services. After reviewing related studies, 5 policy division and 19 detailed sector were drawn, including improving accessibility, improving promotion and information provision method, improved public relations and information provision, diversification of facility and program, financial support, and expansion of expert and specialized institutions. A questionnaire survey was conducted on agro-healing experts, agro-healing facility operators, social welfare experts, and social welfare facility operators. The AHP analysis indicated that agro-healing experts and facility operators had the highest priority in the division of expansion of expert and specialized institutions, while social welfare experts and facility operators had the highest priority in financial support. The IPA analysis was conducted to identify the priority of each policy sector. Respondents recognized above normal importance to policy divisions, but were relatively aware of the importance of improving accessibility, with overall satisfaction level appearing to be moderate. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for establishing agro-healing policies and for establishing effective strategies.

Flat Plate structures subjected to lateral load are susceptible to the brittle failure, therefore deformability of plate-column connections should be ensured to resist against earthquake. However, according to previous study, existing experiments overestimate the deformability of connections and current design provision do not accurately explains them. In the present study, parametric study using nonlinear finite element analysis was performed. Based on the numerical results, seismic design method considering the deformability of connections was developed.

A major part of permanent way maintenance effort is justified by inadequacies in the track substructure and in particular in drainage conditions, which need to be put right across the entire network. In most cases nowadays, improvements of the substructure can be carried out on rail to a high standard of quality. However, this entails substantial movements of material for the removal of spoil and provision of new material. In the future, recycling of old material on site, and use of geosynthetics, will be necessary to help considerably reduce this volume.

This paper presents the design and the optimal control method of current-fed half-brige switching regulator. To achieve fast response load current variation is fed to control input, and simple optimal control model has been derived with provision of current control loop in the control circuit. Test results show that the control system model is correct and 5ms response time has been obtained at 25 KHz switching frequency.

IMT-2000은 인터넷 서비스와 멀티미디어 고속 데이터 정보 등 유선예서 제공하고 있는 서비스 대부분을 무선으로 공급하고자하는 사용자의 요구 충족을 위해 등장하였다. 그러나 글로벌 로밍시 신호 데이터 및 사용자 데이터가 타 사업자의 망을 거쳐 전송된다. 또한 고속의 데이터 통신이 제공됨에 따라 기밀성 보호에 필요한 데이터 통신량이 증대될 것으로 판단된다. 최근 IMT-2000사업은 2002년을 기점으로 상용 서비스가 진행될 예정이다. 이러한 시점에서 무선 컨덴츠는 그 특성상 데이터에 대한 제 3자로부터의 불법적인 행위에 대해 많이 노출되어져 있다. 따라서 이동 통신 환경에서의 보안과 인증 문제는 필수적인 사항이라 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 기존의 IMT-2000 인증 방식 분석을 통해 더욱 안전하고 효율적인 인증 방식을 제시함과 동시에 무선 컨텐츠 제공에 있어 필요한 보안 프로토콜을 설계하고자 한다.

최근 침해정보공유센터와 기업의 보안시스템으로 부터 수집되는 침해사고의 수는 악성코드의 확산으로 인해 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 사이버 공격으로 인해 침해 사고가 발생했을 때 침해사고 분석가들은 대량의 침해사고 데이터를 분류 및 분석하는데 시간과 비용이 증가하는 문제점에 직면한다. 이에 대한 기존의 해결책으로 다중 연관분석을 통한 유사침해사고에 대한 정보를 제공하는 침해사고 분석시스템이 있으나 이는 분석가에게 분석할 침해사고의 수를 축소시켜 주는 효과가 있을 뿐 침해분석에 적합한 정보를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 그 근본적인 이유는 비현실적인 침해사고의 구성을 야기하는 침해자원 기준으로 침해사고를 분류하기 때문이다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 침해사고를 기준으로 침해자원을 계층적으로 분류하고 유사도 분석을 수행하였다. 이 분석을 통하여 신규 침해사고가 발생하였을 때 유사한 침해사고 유형에 대한 정보를 침해사고 분석가에게 제시하는 침해사고 분석 모델을 제안하고 검증을 위하여 침해사고분석 모듈을 구현하였다. 제안 모델은 의미 있는 침해사고 구성과 유형 분류의 제공을 통해 실용성을 확대한다.
