이동 애드혹 네트워크를 위한 생체모방 라우팅 프로토콜 (Bio-Inspired Routing Protocol for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks)

  • 생체모방 라우팅 프로토콜은 동적 환경에서 집단 생명체가 분산 자율적인 방식으로 최적 경로를 찾아가는 원리를 이용하여 네트워크 토폴로지 변화에 따라 오버헤드를 줄이며, 라우팅 성능을 극대화하고, 경로 단절시 빠른 복구가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 이동 애드혹 네트워크를 위한 생체모방 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 방식은 추가적인 오버헤드 없이 라우팅 정보를 얻기 위하여 무선 매체의 엿듣기(overhearing) 기능을 사용한다. 엿듣기를 통해 출발지와 목적지 사이의 최단 경로 주변에 페로몬을 확산시키고, 확산된 페로몬을 기반으로 확률적 경로 탐색을 수행하여 출발지와 목적지 간 유용한 대체 경로를 확보한다. 이와 같은 방식으로 제안 프로토콜은 제어 오버헤드를 줄이면서 최신의 라우팅 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안하는 생체모방 라우팅 프로토콜은 기존 AODV 및 AntHocNet 프로토콜 보다 우수한 라우팅 성능을 보여주면서 AntHocNet 보다 오버헤드를 크게 감소시킨다.

MPLS시스템에서 LDP 기능 구현 및 활용 방안 (On Implementing and Deploying Label Distribution Protocol in MultiProtocal Label Switching Systems)

  • 인터넷 서비스에 ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode)이나 프레임 릴레이의 QoS(Quality of Service)를 제공하면서 IP(Internet Protocol)의 유연성과 확장성을 제공하기 위하여 IETF에서는 MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching) 기술을 표준화하였고, 이러한 기술을 확장하여 다양한 스위칭 기술들을 지원하는 제어 콤포넌트로서 GMPLS(Generalized MPLS)라는 이름으로 확장 표준화 진행중이다. 또한 이러한 기술 제공의 기본이 되는 시그널링 프로토콜로 LDP(Label Distribution Protocol), CR-LDP(Constraint based Routing LDP), RSVP-TE(Resource Reservation Protocol-Traffic Engineering)의 표준화를 진행해왔다. 이에 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서는 현재의 초고속 국가망에 보다 안정적이고 차별화된 서비스 제공과 가상 망(VPN, Virtual Private Network) 서비스나 트래픽 엔지니어링(TE, Traffic Engineering) 서비스 와 같은 고부가가치 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 이러한 MPLS 기술을 적용한 ATM 기반 MPLS 시스템을 개발하였고, 이제 초고속 국가망의 시범 서비스와 상용화 서비스 제공을 앞두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LDP의 기능 개요와 개발된 시스템에 적용된 LDP 기능에 관하여 설계 및 구현 내용을 설명하고, 노텔, 시스코, 주니퍼, 리버 스톤에서 개발한 MPLS 시스템에서의 LDP 개발 내용과 운용 방법을 비교 설명하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 LDP 기능이 추후 망에 적용되어 제공 가능할 서비스와 활용 방안에 관하여 기술하고자 한다.

  • 산업 현장에 적용되는 통신방식 및 프로토콜의 경우 적용 현장의 환경 및 하드웨어 구성 사양에 따라 다양한 종류와 방식으로 현장에 적용이 되어 있다. 산업용 모니터링 시스템 개발 및 구축을 위해서는 해당 장비에 대하여 매번 하드웨어 시스템 분석과 통신 프로토콜 해석 작업을 통해 개발을 하고 있어 많은 개발 비용 및 시간이 들어가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 프로토콜을 사용하는 산업용 장비들의 통합 모니터링을 지원하기 위하여 사용자 요구에 맞도록 프로그램 가능한 프로토콜 변환 알고리즘을 소개하였다. 이 방법은 직렬통신, NMEA, CAN, Modbus 통신 방식으로 전송된 데이터에서 필요한 데이터를 추출하여 Ethernet으로 전송이 가능하다. 실험을 위하여 여러 통신 방식을 지원하는 통신 게이트웨이 모듈을 구현하였고 이를 통하여 데이터 변환 및 전송 실험을 진행하였다.

  • 프로토콜 명세의 검정과 적합성시험은 프로토콜 개발 과정에서 가장 중요한 부분으로, 명세에 규정되어진 시스템 기능의 정확성을 향상시키는데 사용되는 상호 보완 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 LTS(Labeled Transition System)로 명세화된 프로토콜 모델의 안전성 및 필연성 특성을 모형검사 기법에 의해 검정하였고, 실제적으로 교착상태의 유무나 초기 상태에서 임의의 상태로 도달 가능한지에 대한 검사를 실험적으로 증명하는 도구를 구현하였다. 구현된 프로토콜 검정기는 modal mu-calculus를 사용하여 modal 논리로 표현된 특성이 명세에 대해 올바른지 아닌지를 검정할 수 있다. 또한 검정되어진 프로토콜 명세로부터 UIO(Unique Input Output) 방법에 의해 유일한 입출력열을 이용하여 이끌어낸 결과 시퀀스가 구현에 대해 올바른지를 검사하는 적합성시험 계열 생성도구를 개발하였으며, 개발된 도구는 Windows NT 환경하에서 C++ 언어를 이용하여 구현되었다.

근거기반의 수술 후 오심·구토 관리 프로토콜의 개발 및 임상적 평가 (Development and Evaluation of an Evidence-based Nursing Protocol for Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting)

  • Purpose: Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is very common among postoperative orthopedic surgical patients with patient-controlled analgesia (PCA), especially for narcotics. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of an evidence-based PONV management protocol on nursing and patient outcomes. Methods: A methodological study was conducted to develop PONV protocol and a quasi-experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of protocol. The preliminary PONV protocol was drawn by conducting a systematic review and by reviewing clinical guidelines and best practice recommendations. Validation of the content was done by expert clinicians, and the clinical applicability was evaluated by staff nurses and patients. The effect was evaluated in clinical outcomes associated with PONV and nursing outcomes. Results: In the experimental group, the occurrence of vomiting (z= 2.147) was significantly decreased, the maintenance PCA (${\chi}^2=4.212$) and the satisfaction of patients (z= 5.007) were significantly higher. In the outcomes of nurses, the PONV knowledge of nursing care (z = 3.791), awareness (z = 2.982) and self-efficacy (z= 2.745) were higher in the experimental group. The attitude towards evidence-based nursing practice (z= 2.446) was significantly positive. Conclusion: The results show that an evidence-based approach to the implementation of PONV care is effective in improving patient clinical outcomes and quality of care.

사설 PSTN에서 2W 전화 신호의 이더넷 변환 프로토콜 (A Conversion Protocol for 2W Telephone Signal over Ethernet in a Private PSTN)

  • In this paper, we proposed a protocol to convert 2W telephone analog signals to Ethernet data in a private PSTN 2W tactical voice system. There are several kinds of operational problems in the tactical telephone network where 2W telephone copper lines are installed hundreds of meters away from the PBX in a headquarter site. The reason is that it is difficult to install and maintain the 2W telephone copper cable in severe operational fields and to meet safety and stability operational requirements of the telephone line under lighting and electromagnetic environments. In order to solve these challenging demands, we proposed an efficient method that the 2W analog interface signals between a private PBX system and a 2W telephone is converted to Ethernet messages using the optical Ethernet data communication network already deployed in the tactical weapon system. Thus, it is not necessary to install an additional optic cable for the ethernet telephone line and to maintain the private PSTN 2W telephone network. Also it provides safe and secure telecommunication operation under lightning and electromagnetic environments. This paper presents the conversion protocol from 2W telephone signals over Ethernet interface between PBX systems and 2W telephones, the mutual exchange protocol of ethernet messages between two converters, and the rule to process analog signal interface. Finally, we demonstrate that the proposed technique can provide a feasible solution in the tactical weapon system by analyzing its performance and experimental results such as the bandwidth of 2W telephone ethernet network and the transmission latency of voice signal, and the stability of optic ethernet voice network along with the ethernet data network.

효능기대증진 프로그램을 적용한 운동요법 프로토콜 개발 - 제 2 형 당뇨병 환자를 중심으로 - (The Development of Exercise Therapy Protocol Applied to an Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients)

  • Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients have chronic metabolic disorder and they need self care for their lifetime. But most Diabetes Mellitus patients don't know how to do a self care due to the lack of adequate support from health care professionals. It has been reported that lack of exercise therapy compliance guide is very important one. This study was conducted to develop an exercise therapy protocol applied to an efficacy expectation promoting program based on Bandura's self efficacy model for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. Firstly, a conceptual framework was developed through efficacy expectation promoting Program based on Bandura's self efficacy model. In order to identify the contents of program and to design a preliminary protocol, a with the consultation experts was made. A clinical validity was tested using twenty type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients who received follow-up care regularly through the diabetic out-patient clinic from October, 1998 to May, 2000. After this process, the final protocol was developed. The results of this study are summarized as bellows : The final exercise therapy protocol applied to an efficacy expectation promoting program for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients consists of individualized exercise test and prescription, a small booklet relating personal experience with Diabetes Mellitus and a telephone coaching program for 12 weeks on performance accomplishment, vicarious experience and verbal persuasion, which are all induction modes of efficacy expectation. It is concluded that the exercise therapy protocol applied to an efficacy expectation promoting program is applicable to type 2 diabetes mellitus. And this exercise therapy protocol could show a positive effect on the exercise compliance of Diabetes Mellitus patients.

  • Better understanding and sharing information are getting important to manage interdisciplinary product development team in a globally-distributed company. This study propose a solution to implement RPD(Rapid Product Development) system, focusing on rapid production process, for better understanding between development team members in different place and easy sharing of product information. The system developed by this research shows that SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) operates in distributed environment more efficiently than other RPC(Remote Procedure Call) techniques and it does not respond sensitively to firewall. And SOAP is an excellent RPC and messaging technique to exchange structured data. Procedures developed with use of SOAP are worked together with web, and users can use remote services as an application program in their computer.

  • 무선인터넷을 개발하는 방법은 여러 가지 개발방법이 있다. 그 중 대표적인 것으로 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) 기반 서비스와 자바 기반 서비스가 있다. WAP 기반은 사용자에게 한정된 편이성을 제공하지만 자바 기반의 무선 인터넷은 사용자에게 많은 편이성과 GUI(Graphic User Interface)를 지원하여 쉽게 접근 할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 WAP 기반 애플리케이션 개발방법과 자바 기반 애플리케이션 개발 방법을 제시하며, 실험을 통해 두 시스템간의 성능을 비교한다.

Management of plant genetic resources at RDA in line with Nagoya Protocol

  • "Plant genetic resources for food and agriculture" means any genetic material of plant origin of actual or potential value for food and agriculture. "Genetic material" means any material of plant origin, including reproductive and vegetative propagating material, containing functional units of heredity. (Internal Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, ITPGRFA). The "Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization (ABS) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (shortly Nagoya Protocol)" is a supplementary agreement to the Convention on Biological Diversity. It provides a transparent legal framework for the effective implementation of one of the three objectives of the CBD: the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of the utilization of genetic resources. The Nagoya Protocol on ABS was adopted on 29 October 2010 in Nagoya, Japan and entered into force on 12 October 2014, 90 days after the deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification. Its objective is the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from the utilization of genetic resources, thereby contributing to the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity. The Nagoya Protocol will create greater legal certainty and transparency for both providers and users of genetic resources by; (a) Establishing more predictable conditions for access to genetic resources and (b) Helping to ensure benefit-sharing when genetic resources leave the country providing the genetic resources. By helping to ensure benefit-sharing, the Nagoya Protocol creates incentives to conserve and sustainably use genetic resources, and therefore enhances the contribution of biodiversity to development and human well-being. The Nagoya Protocol's success will require effective implementation at the domestic level. A range of tools and mechanisms provided by the Nagoya Protocol will assist contracting Parties including; (a) Establishing national focal points (NFPs) and competent national authorities (CNAs) to serve as contact points for information, grant access or cooperate on issues of compliance, (b) An Access and Benefit-sharing Clearing-House to share information, such as domestic regulatory ABS requirements or information on NFPs and CNAs, (c) Capacity-building to support key aspects of implementation. Based on a country's self-assessment of national needs and priorities, this can include capacity to develop domestic ABS legislation to implement the Nagoya Protocol, to negotiate MAT and to develop in-country research capability and institutions, (d) Awareness-raising, (e) Technology Transfer, (f) Targeted financial support for capacity-building and development initiatives through the Nagoya Protocol's financial mechanism, the Global Environment Facility (GEF) (Nagoya Protocol). The Rural Development Administration (RDA) leading to conduct management agricultural genetic resources following the 'ACT ON THE PRESERVATION, MANAGEMENT AND USE OF AGRO-FISHERY BIO-RESOURCES' established on 2007. According to $2^{nd}$ clause of Article 14 (Designation, Operation, etc. of Agencies Responsible for Agro-Fishery Bioresources) of the act, the duties endowed are, (a) Matters concerning securing, preservation, management, and use of agro-fishery bioresources; (b) Establishment of an integrated information system for agro-fishery bioresources; (c) Matters concerning medium and long-term preservation of, and research on, agro-fishery bioresources; (d) Matters concerning international cooperation for agro-fishery bioresources and other relevant matters. As the result the RDA manage about 246,000 accessions of plant genetic resources under the national management system at the end of 2016.
