This research analyze the demand of the residents against the public housing remodeling of national housing scale $(85m^2)$, focusing on residents and their tendencies within their dwelling spaces. The analysis determines the most appropriate patterns and spatial connections within the floor plan. The result includes that there are two types of the classification into an urban oriented propensity (45%), 'The center of city, the apartment and the convenience' etc, and a rural oriented propensity (55%), 'The pastoral, the house and the circumstance' etc, based on their lifestyle values. Also there are three interior propensity classifications, those tending to warm and sensitive variable space (42%), western and gorgeous dynamic space (34%) and oriental and popular static space (24%). The research illustrated the residents' desired space planning options, based on the analysis of the residents' preference patterns which is various.

Like other artificial architectures, the residence is also hard to be changed after once it has ever been built because its life is approximately estimated up to 20years. Furthermore, it may give big effect to residents as the life Quality. Because of these specificities, it seems to be important to forecast how demand of residential market will be changed and what kind of residential environment should be built in the future. First of all, we should consider about what is a current situation of residential environment in this country before beginning researching resident preferences. In addition, we will also research current and new residential style in other country, which should be concerned in. Finally, this study is researched by domestic male and female residents in their twenties and four ties on purpose to gain information what type of resident style they want and to suggest new ways of future residential environment.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the status and trend of less favored condition of fishing village in Korean island regions using the census of agriculture, forestry and fisheries. The less favored condition was measured as the difference in accessibility to major services and in fishery sales and resident infrastructure, applying the difference-in-difference method and propensity score matching method respectively. The result shows that access to major services has improved in island area between 2010 and 2015, implying that related policies such as the island comprehensive development project have been successful to some extent. However, some educational facilities, cultural facilities, and health facilities still have low inaccessibility and fishery sales are also significantly lower than in general area. This suggests that it is necessary to maintain related policies like the direct payment of fisheries.

본 연구는 한국복지패널 7차년도를 이용하여 공공임대주택거주가 우울에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공공임대주택거주가 개인의 선택에 의해 이루어지는 과정에서 발생가능한 선택 편의를 줄이기 위해 PSM(propensity score matching)을 활용하였으며, 최종적으로는 우울에 영향을 미치는 다른 변수들을 통제하기 위해 PSM의 매칭결과와 회귀분석을 결합하였다. 분석결과 단순비교(independent t-test)에서는 통계적으로 유의미하였던 공공임대주택거주자와 일반주택거주자간의 우울의 차이가 PSM매칭과 회귀분석을 결합하였을 때는 유의미성이 사라졌다. 이는 공공임대주택거주자의 높은 우울정도는 공공임대주택거주의 독립적인 효과라기보다는 공공임대주택거주자가 가지고 있는 본래적인 인구학적인 속성 혹은 소득에 기인하였을 가능성을 보여준다. 본 연구는 공공임대주택거주가 개인에게 부정적인 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다는 점에서 공공임대주택 공급에 대한 정책적 근거를 제공하고 있다. 동시에 긍정적인 영향도 확인할 수 없었다는 점에서, 저소득층에 한정하지 않은, 국민 대다수를 위한 임대주택정책을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 근린환경에 대한 거주자의 인지도를 파악하고, 현재 거주하고있는 지역의 근린환경에 대한 만족도를 조사하여 앞으로의 주거이동 성향이 어떻게 나타날 것인가를 예측해보는데 그 목적이 있다. 측정도구의 신뢰도계수($Cronbach's\;\alpha$)는 0.865이며, 분석방법은 빈도, 평균, $x^2$ 검증, t-검증, 일원변령분석 요인분석, 피어슨의 상관계수, 중다회귀분석, 다변량판별분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째 '입지성' 속성에 대해 거주자의 인지와 만족이 가장 긍정적이었고 '쾌적성 및 정체감' 에 대해 가정 부정적이었다. 둘째 근린환경 인지도가 높을수록 부인의 교육수준이 높을수록 주거소유권이 자가이고 상가주변지역에 살고 있는 거주자들의 근린환경에 대한 총 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째 거주기간 총 만족도, 주거용도 지역, 주택규모, 소득수준이 주거이동 성향을 판별하는 변인으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 관광개발에 대한 지역주민의 태도와 참여의사에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해, 충남 논산시 지역주민을 대상으로 관광개발에 대한 태도, 관광개발의 참여의식, 개인의 자기검색성향에 대하여 연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 지역주민의 자기검색성향과 관광개발에 대한 태도와의 영향관계에 있어서 자기검색성향이 관광개발의 경제적 태도와 관광개발의 사회적 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 자기검색성향과 관련하여 관광개발에 대한 참여의식에 대한 영향관계를 확인하고자 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 관광개발의 참여의식에 모든 요인들이 2배에 가까운 영향관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이것은 자기검색에서 타인지향성 성향을 갖춘 지역주민들이 증가되면 될수록 관광개발에 있어서 관광개발의 참여 활동에 적극적인 행동을 보여 질 것으로 기대된다.
