인천공항공사 개방형 혁신 도입방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Introduction of Open Innovation in Incheon International Airport Corporation)

  • Recently, companies and organizations are becoming increasingly dependent on external resources to keep their competitive advantages under the turbulence of global business environmental changes. Therefore, they focus on the paradigm 'Open Innovation (OI)' which is reported as a convincing strategy to improve competitive advantage in terms of budget and time-to-market. The management of Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) also considers the introduction of Open Innovation not only to adapt the business environmental changes but also to be devoted its social role as a public corporation. In this paper, we describe how we derived the promotion tasks for the introduction of OI and prioritized the tasks, performing our research on the IIAC Open Innovation. For these purposes, this research conducted the following three steps; the first stage for the analysis of current situation on the IIAC Open Innovation, the second stage for the elicitation of promotion tasks, and the last stage for the prioritization of the promotion tasks. In the first stage, critical success factors (CSFs) for open innovation introduction were derived from different research papers and case studies. In the following stage, promotion tasks were elicited from the IIAC based on the CSFs. In the last stage, the promotion tasks were evaluated on the base of criteria by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). And then the promotion tasks were grouped by the result of the evaluation. In this case, thirteen promotion tasks were derived for open innovation, ten promotion tasks except three inevitable promotion tasks were evaluated, and then they were grouped into four categories based on the importance-possibility analysis.

  • This study aims to develop propositions about the factors that influence the purchase intention of private label products. These factors are: in-store promotion, visual merchandising, store image, and customer value. This study elaborates on some of the results of previous studies that have examined the factors that influence purchase intention of private label products that have been published on Google Scholar and indexed by Scopus between 1991- 2020, to develop a proposition. This paper fills a lack of Studies which discuss purchase intention from a consumer behavior perspective. From the perspective of consumer behavior, purchase intention is influenced by three factors, namely: intrinsic factors including: consumer value, extrinsic factors including: in-store promotions, visual merchandising and store image, and consumer factors. This paper defines purchase intention as the effort and strong urge to buy a particular product in the future, the possibility of considering buying the product, the decision to rebuy the product and the desire to recommend the product. The main findings of this research are several propositions, namely: in-store promotion, visual merchandising and store image directly affect customer value and purchase intention. The following propositions are: In-store promotion, visual merchandising and store image influence purchase intention mediated by customer value.

자연보호 답사대회 프로그램과 성과의 평가 (EValuation of the Outcome and Program of the Field Trip Contest)

  • This study is to consider the result of the Field Trip Contest(FTC) and get a suggestion as a way of environmental education at school level in field. FTC was executed with selected students(3/1team) of 5th grade nationwide at Nam-Han mountain fortress in the suburbs of Seoul in Oct., 1994. The outcome of FTC was very high with the score of 1.38/2.0, and the quality of the program was generally high with the score of 1.09/2.0. Among areas of the outcome domain, accomplishment of the objectives of FTC was very high(1.55), execution of the policy of FTC was generally high(1.27), and operation and promotion of FTC was generally high(1.16). And in the Program of FTC domain, meaning of execution was very high(1.57), possibility of accomplishment was not high(0.03), validity of the content was generally high(1.18), appropriateness of activity scope was generally high(1.15), possibility of application into school system was generally high(1.22), and extending effect to education was generally high(0.9). Participants responded they got a great experience of inquiry for protecting nature during the activity of FTC and teachers accompanying found a good possibility to do in own school province.

  • In this study, the possibility of contents was explored by extracting materials that can be used as regional-specific contents. To this end, the possibility of local content specialization was examined for Eomuk, the representative food of Busan. First, it looked at the content process of Busan's regional-specific material and developed it as a character. Next, it looked at the story development and the process of incorporating it into animation. In the future, based on this study, we would like to present guidelines for the spread of Korean-style regional-specific content.

노인 구강건강증진 활동에 대한 치과위생사의 학습경험과 수행경험에 따른 수행가능성 및 필요성 조사 (A study on the performance and necessity of dental hygienists for oral health promotion activities for the elderly according to their learning experiences and performance experiences)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness of the performance and necessity of oral health promotion activities and seek ways to revitalize the professional role of dental hygienists in oral healthcare for the efficient oral care of the elderly. Methods: Eighty-five dental hygienists in charge of oral health promotion projects at public health centers and 38 dental hygienists in network dental clinical trials were investigated for their learning experience, performance experience, feasibility, and necessity of dental hygienists for general and oral health service items for the elderly. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, chi-square test, and Mann-Whitney U test. Results: The degree of performance possibility according to the learning experience and performance experience of the dental hygienist for the whole body and oral health promotion activity items for the elderly showed that the degree of performance possibility was higher among those with experience compared to the non-experienced person, and it was statistically significantly higher (p<0.05). Conclusions: The dental hygienist's professional oral health service is a necessary system to improve practical knowledge and skills and to provide a wide range of professional oral health services for the elderly.

지역사회 자발적 결사체의 연결망과 지역사회 역량 (The Network Analysis for Community Voluntary Organizations and Its Implication for Community Capacity Building Toward Health Promotion)

  • The paradigm of health promotion requests community participation and its active problem-solving. Community is conceptualized as a resource pool to be organized. Such resource is called community capacity. Community participation is a process of capacity building. Community voluntary associations are considered as valuable resource to be used for health promotion. This paper tried to identify the network structure among community voluntary associations and to infer the possibility to make such network of organizations participate in health promotion programs. Two survey data were used for this research: 1) Measurements and Evaluations of Community Capacity on Dobong-gu (N=94) 2) A development plan of health medicine service to be Healthy Gangdong-gu (N=69). The questionnaire included such variables measuring community capacity as leadership, membership, organizational resources, and inter-organizational network, etc. Both regions had the following common characteristics: 1) There were positive correlations between the organization's budget and membership. 2) Organizational types were associated with their founded years. Two regions showed the following differences: Dobong displayed the high density of community organizations, but Gangdong showed the low density. Dobong community organizations were able to be classified into three network clusters such as women & environments, youth & adolescent, and sports organizations. Each cluster of organizations favored the different type of health promotion programs. Gangdong community organizations were less developed, and not possible to be clustered. Depending upon the level of community capacity or community organizations' differentiation, the strategy of community participation could be settle down in different ways. Particularly the health agency had to pay more attention to support the growth of civil organizations.

  • This study attempts to derive the possibility of literary therapy through addition and subtraction of emotional codons. It is presumed that the remnants of the emotions formed by the addition and subtraction of emotions will remain in the human body and cause chemical reactions. When this research is activated, cluster of emotional codons will be created by a combination of literary emotions. This is expected to accelerate therapeutic action of sentences by encoding certain emotional codons in AI.

대졸 청년층의 직장만족이 이직준비 여부에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Youth University Graduates' Workplace Satisfaction on Preparation for Turnover)

  • 본 연구는 패널 데이터를 분석하여 대졸 청년층의 직장만족 요소가 이직준비 여부에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구결과 이직준비 여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요소는 전반적 직장만족, 개인의 발전가능성, 자율성/권한, 현 직장 월평균 근로소득(p<.001), 근무환경, 근무시간, 전공도움정도(p<.01), 인사체계, 고용안정성, 복리후생(p<.05) 순으로 영향력이 높았다. 또한 성별, 혼인상태, 학교유형(국공사립), 전공계열, 대학유형, 학교소재권역, 고용형태(종사상지위, 정규직여부) 등에 따른 이직준비 여부의 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 대졸 청년층의 직장만족도가 이직준비 여부에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 청년층 근로자의 이직을 줄이고 안정적인 직장 정착을 높이기 위한 고용정책을 펼치는 데 시사점을 제공한 것에 그 의의가 있다.

  • The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

  • RFID/USN 기술은 산업의 전분야에 응용가능할 뿐만 아니라 기술도입으로 발생되는 기대이익으로 인해 각국은 국가차원에서 핵심 성장산업으로 발전시키고 있다. 그러나 국내 RFID/ USN 기업의 경우, 대부분 중소기업들로 포진되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 기술 및 서비스 역량도 취약하여 이와 관련한 육성정책 및 전략들이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 RFID/USN를 선도하고 있는 세계적인 기업들을 분석함으로써 국내기업들의 해외진출 전략을 모색하고 적용 가능한 전략들을 제시하여 RFID/USN 산업의 육성정책 수립에 기여하고자 한다.
