여자대학생의 생리주기에 따른 인체계측변인 둘레의 변화 (Changes in the girth of anthropometric variables during menstrual cycle in women university students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 생리주기별로 인체계측변인의 둘레를 반복측정하고 둘레의 변화 정도를 제시하여 월경전 증후군 증상 경감을 위한 프로그램 및 보조물 개발, 월경기 여성건강관리프로그램 개발, 월경전기 및 월경기 여성을 위한 운동프로그램 개발 등에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 연구참여자는 생리불순과 (속발성)월경곤란증, 월경전 증후군을 호소하지 않는 건강한 여자대학생 10명이었다. 생리주기별로 가슴부위(2곳)와 허리부위(2곳), 엉덩이 부위를 반복측정한 결과 겨드랑부위는 황체기에 비해 월경기에, 유두부 가슴둘레와 가는 허리둘레는 난포기에 비해 월경기에 유의하게 큰 결과를 보였다. 가슴둘레와 허리둘레에 있어 난포기와 황체기 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 엉덩이둘레는 생리주기에 따른 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 가슴둘레와 허리들레는 생리주기에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 향후 체중, 체지방율, 혈중 및 국소호르몬 농도 변화 등을 중심으로 한 지속적인 연구수행이 제언된다.

  • Purpose: This study was to explore situations that might put the middle-aged Korean-Chinese female migrant workers at risk for work-related musculoskeletal diseases (WMSDs). At the development phase of a continuing health project, the study aimed to clarify health promotion program needs of the migrant population. Methods: A qualitative description research design was used with three focus groups of 23 Korean-Chinese female migrant workers. Each focus group interview was conducted for 70-minutes using semi-structured interview guidelines. The data were analyzed using directed qualitative content analysis techniques. Results: The majority of the participants were household workers and their work included heavy material handling, standing for a long time, and working in awkward postures. They experienced discrimination from employers, lack of control at work, limitations in open-communication, job insecurity, and acculturation. They had needs to have health promotion programs for preventing and managing chronic diseases, depression and menopause as well as WMSDs. Conclusion: The participants were situated in work environments with physical demanding tasks, acculturative and job-related stress and lack of opportunities to participate in health promotion programs. It is suggested to develop a comprehensive program to better meet the needs of middle-aged Korean-Chinese female migrant workers rather than targeting the reduction of WMSDs.

아들러의 개인심리학을 적용한 상담과정과 상담기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Counseling Process and Counseling Techniques Applying Adler's Individual Psychology)

  • 본 연구는 아들러의 개인심리학을 연구하여 거기에서 도출된 상담이론을 토대로 상담과정과 상담기법을 연구하고자 하였다. 아들러의 상담과정의 진행은 첫째, 관계형성단계는 상담자와 내담자 상호 간의 합의된 목표를 향해 적극적인 파트너로서 일하는 평등하고 상호 협력적인 관계를 추구하는 단계이다. 둘째, 생활양식 탐색단계는 생활양식을 이해하고 생활양식이 삶의 과업에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 이해하는 것을 중요한 목표로 하는 단계이다. 셋째, 통찰단계는 통찰력을 가지는 단계이다. 넷째, 재정향(행동 전환)단계로 진행된다. 아들러의 상담기법은 일반적기법과 특수기법이 있는데, 일반적 기법으로는 즉시성, 충고하기, 격려하기, 역설적 의도, 시법보이기, 역할놀이 등이 있다. 특수기법으로는 초인종 누르기, 내담자의 수프에 침 뱉기, 마이더스 기법, 타인을 즐겁게 하기, 저질의 아이 피하기, 스스로 억제하기 등이 있다. 결론적으로 개인심리상담은 의학적 모델이 아니라 성장모델에 기초하며, 치료한다는 측면보다는 건강한 개인과 사회를 재교육하고 재조명하는 데 더 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 아동지도센터, 부모-아동상담, 부부상담, 가족상담, 집단상담과 치료, 아동과 청소년의 개인상담, 문화적 갈등, 정신건강 운동 등 다양한 영역에 적용된다.

광양만권경제자유구역(GFEZ) 제1단계 사업의 개발과정과 성과분석: 2004-2010 (Performance and Development Process of the Phase 1 Project in the Gwangyang Free Economic Zone (GFEZ), Korea: 2004-2010)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 광양만권경제자유구역(GFEZ) 제1단계(2004-2010) 사업의 개발과정과 성과를 고찰하는 것이다. 제1단계 사업대상은 전체 22개 사업 중에서 11개이며, 3개 사업은 종료된 반면, 8개 사업은 종료되지 못하고 현재 진행 중이다. 제1단계 개발사업은 기업유치를 위한 기반시설 개발과 공급, 사회간접시설 확충에 중점을 두기 때문에 사업성과는 그렇게 많지 않았다. 제1단계 개발사업 주요 성과는 산업용지와 주택용지개발과 공급, 도로와 철도 확충, 광양 컨테이너부두 8선석 준공, 102개 기업유치와 신규고용 창출 등이다. 유치된 기업들은 광양항 배후단지와 율촌1산단에 주로 입지하였고, 물류 및 관련서비스, 철강, 기계, 조선, 정밀화학 등의 업종이 많았다. 제1단계 사업의 문제와 한계는 저조한 외국인투자기업 유치실적, 재원조달능력이 우수한 개발사업자 유치 부족, 중소기업 중심의 입주기업, 하동지구 개발사업 지연 등으로 나타났다.

공개소프트웨어 서비스 평가모델(BSEM)에 관한 개념적 연구 (Behavior-Structure-Evolution Evaluation Model(BSEM) for Open Source Software Service)

  • Purpose - Open source software has high utilization in most of the server market. The utilization of open source software is a global trend. Particularly, Internet infrastructure and platform software open source software development has increased rapidly. Since 2003, the Korean government has published open source software promotion policies and a supply promotion policy. The dynamism of the open source software market, the lack of relevant expertise, and the market transformation due to reasons such as changes in the relevant technology occur slowly in relation to adoption. Therefore, this study proposes an assessment model of services provided in an open source software service company. In this study, the service level of open source software companies is classified into an enterprise-level assessment area, the service level assessment area, and service area. The assessment model is developed from an on-site driven evaluation index and proposed evaluation framework; the evaluation procedures and evaluation methods are used to achieve the research objective, involving an impartial evaluation model implemented after pilot testing and validation. Research Design, data, and methodology - This study adopted an iteration development model to accommodate various requirements, and presented and validated the assessment model to address the situation of the open source software service company. Phase 1 - Theoretical background and literature review Phase 2 - Research on an evaluation index based on the open source software service company Phase 3 - Index improvement through expert validation Phase 4 - Finalizing an evaluation model reflecting additional requirements Based on the open source software adoption case study and latest technology trends, we developed an open source software service concept definition and classification of public service activities for open source software service companies. We also presented open source software service company service level measures by developing a service level factor analysis assessment. The Behavior-Structure-Evolution Evaluation Model (BSEM) proposed in this study consisted of a rating methodology for calculating the level that can be granted through the assessment and evaluation of an enterprise-level data model. An open source software service company's service comprises the service area and service domain, while the technology acceptance model comprises the service area, technical domain, technical sub-domain, and open source software name. Finally, the evaluation index comprises the evaluation group, category, and items. Results - Utilization of an open source software service level evaluation model For the development of an open source software service level evaluation model, common service providers need to standardize the quality of the service, so that surveys and expert workshops performed in open source software service companies can establish the evaluation criteria according to their qualitative differences. Conclusion - Based on this evaluation model's systematic evaluation process and monitoring, an open source software service adoption company can acquire reliable information for open source software adoption. Inducing the growth of open source software service companies will facilitate the development of the open source software industry.

ICT 기술혁신체계 프로세스 개선방안 연구 : 과제구분 및 선정평가를 중심으로 (A Study on the Process Improvement of ICT Technological Innovation System : with the Focus on Classification and Assessment of R&D Projects)

  • The government is mapping out R&D innovation measures aimed at improving the qualitative level of the performance of national R&D projects that are supported by grants or public funds. This paper proposes ways of making improvements in technology planning, project assessment, performance management, and results evaluation in order to boost the efficiency of the country's promotion of ICT R&D projects, as well as to upgrade the processes involved with its technological innovation system at each of the commercialization stages of its R&D projects. According to our experts' in-depth survey and interview, it has been found that technology planning is the most important phase in the full cycle-based technological innovation system and that the promotion of a combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches is the most reasonable. This paper also suggests it is necessary to secure a process for exploring technological opportunities as the preparatory phase for technology planning, and that it is desirable to reflect the technology demand map associated with the technology road map. Currently, R&D projects are divided into policy designation, designation contest, and free contest. To minimize the inefficiency associated with indiscriminate competition, this paper proposes the introduction of a general contest system in order to change the project assessment system into one based on the results of the competition in each category(e.g. firms, universities, research institutions, etc.).

식품영양안전 정책 현황 및 발전방향: 1차 당류 저감 종합계획을 중심으로 (Current status and development direction of the food nutrition safety policy: The first phase of sugar intake reduction plan)

  • Objectives: The purposes of this study are to refer existing and past domestic and foreign policies and to establish a comprehensive plan to reduce sugar consumption and utilize it as fundamental data to establish and implement relevant policies. Methods: Korean government analyzed domestic and foreign policies and average sugar intake to develop draft of sugar intake reduction plan. Based on the plan, objectives, sections and agendas of the plan were set after taking into account of their feasibility. Results: The policy has three directions: to help sugar intake reduction in all population groups, to create an environment which helps people to make informed decision on lower sugar choices and to lay scientific and statistical foundation for sugar intake reduction plan. The goal is to restrict average sugar intake from processed food to less than 10% of total energy intake per day. Three core strategies are to help reduce intakes of sugar in all population groups, to create an environment which helps people to make informed decision on lower sugar choices and to lay a foundation for sugar intake reduction plan. Each strategies has 2~4 projects. Conclusions: This study is expected to serve as a catalyst for carrying out the first phase of sugar intake reduction plan to help reduce sugar consumption.

TPM활동요인의 효과에 대한 AHP분석 (AHP Analysis for the effect of TPM Activity factors)

  • 일반적으로 TPM 전개프로그램은 추진단계가 정하여져 있다. 그러나 생산시스템의 효율을 극대화시키기 위해서는 TPM의 구체적인 추진요령이나 절차 등에 있어서 업종이나 생산방식, 설비의 종류와 상태, 당면하고 있는 문제들이 서로 다르기 때문에 각각의 기업환경에 맞는 추진방식을 선택하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 TPM을 추진하고 있는 제조업체를 대상으로 KSA가 제시하는 TPM활동별로 2단계로 세분화하여 각 단계별 활동 중에서 어떠한 활동들이 더 중요하다고 인식되고 있는지를 AHP방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 TPM추진의 1단계 활동에 있어서는 개별개선을 가장 중요한 활동으로, 그리고 전체 활동 중에서 가장 중요한 활동으로 현장불합리 개선 및 Loss 개선, 그 다음은 준비 및 5S 활동을 위한 기본조건 체계를 구축하는 활동, 초기 청소 등의 순서인 것으로 분석되었다.

한의 중풍 진료 현황 파악 및 활성화 방안 모색을 위한 전자우편 설문조사 (E-mail survey on the current status of clinical practice and activation measures for Korean medicine in stroke care)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the current status of and seek for measures to activate Korean medicine in stroke care. Methods: This is an e-mail survey targeting the members of Korean medical doctors registered at the association of Korean medicine. The project team of the society of stroke on Korean medicine for the development of clinical practice guideline for stroke has devised the items for the questionnaire. The survey was conducted for 15 days in November 2016. Results: The percentage of the respondents who have treated patients with stroke for the past month was 11.2% in the acute phase, 20.5% in the convalescent phase, and 32.4% in the chronic phase. Approximately 80% of the respondents answered they had a decrease in the number of patients compared to 10 years ago, regardless of the stroke phase. Most of the respondents were using Western medicine together with traditional Korean medicine for physical examination. Acupuncture and herbal medicine were the main therapeutic interventions. The two measures chosen by the most respondents to activate the Korean medicine usage for stroke care were the expansion of the insurance coverage (34.9%) and the generation of evidence on the effectiveness of traditional Korean medicine (25.1%) Conclusion: It is necessary to actively show the role of the Korean medicine through the establishment of the evidence on the effectiveness of Korean medicine and the promotion based on the evidence. In addition, optimal treatment methods should be derived based on the traditional knowledge and modern scientific research and the methods should be educated to every Korean medical clinics and hospitals so that they can be implemented in clinical practice. At the same time, the government should provide policy support to ensure that the optimal treatment can be timely and appropriately implemented.

Nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate를 전구체로 사용한 산화니켈(NiO) 나노입자의 합성 (Synthesis of Nickel Oxide (NiO) nanoparticles using nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate as a precursor)

  • 질산니켈육수화물염(nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate) 수용액을 공업용 펄프에 함침시킨 전구체를 이용하여 세라믹스 분말을 제조하는 간단한 액상 합성법으로 산화니켈(NiO) 나노입자를 성공적으로 합성하였다. 질산니켈육수화물염 수용액이 함침된 전구체의 미세구조를 주사전자현미경(SEM)으로 확인하였고, 전구체의 열처리온도 증가에 따라 생성되는 산화니켈(NiO) 입자의 결정구조 및 입자크기를 X선회절분석(XRD) 및 SEM으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 전구체의 유기물질이 완전하게 열분해 되는 온도는 495-500℃이며, 열처리 온도의 증가에 따라 생성되는 산화니켈 입자의 크기 및 결정성이 증가하는 것을 XRD, SEM 분석을 통하여 확인하였다. 500-800℃에서 각각 1시간 동안 열처리하여 얻어진 산화니켈 입자의 크기는 50-200nm였다. 열처리 온도 380℃에서 NiO 결정상이 형성되고, 800℃까지는 NiO 단일상만 존재하며, 열처리 온도가 높아짐에 따라 생성되는 입자의 크기가 커지고 있음을 XRD 및 SEM 분석으로 확인하였다.
