ArcView and water network models have been integrated to develop the water network modeling system based upon GIS. To develop this system, pre, main, and post processing systems are required. GIS programming technique was adopted by using the ArcView's script language Avenue. The input data of models have been prepared by using the AutoCAD Map3D through the conversion of modeling input data to GIS data for A city. The modeling has been implemented by using EPANET, WaterCAD, InfoWorks. To develop the post processing system, the modeling results of the water network models have been analyzed by using GIS. During the application process of the developed system to B city with 300,000 population, main problems were found in the constructed GIS DB of that city. Thus, pilot study area of B city has been constructed, and pre-, main, and post-processing techniques were invented based upon GIS. Finally, the problems related to waterworks GIS projects in Korea were discussed and solutions were suggested.

This paper describes a research work of developing computer-aided design of lead frame, semiconductor, with blanking operation which is very precise for progressive working. Approach to the system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated from pasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. This system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD using a personal computer and in I-DEAS Drafting Programming Language on the I-DEAS Master Series Drafting with Workstation, HP9000/715(64). Transference of data between AutoCAD and I-DEAS Master Series Drafting is accomplished by DXF(drawing exchange format) and IGES(initial graphics exchange specification) methods. This system is composed of five modules, which are input and shape treatment, production feasibility check, strip-layout, data-conversion and die-layout modules. The process planning and Die design system is designed by considering several factors, such as complexities of blank geometry, punch profiles, and the availability of a press equipment and standard parts. This system provides its efficiecy for strip-layout, and die design for lead frame, semiconductor.

In the recent commercial DBMS market, as the users' burden and complaint which are related to high price licensing policy and late technical support service are increasingly rising, the concern for use of open source DBMS which has no problem with compatibility or stability is escalating. Due to the fact, the cases saving the cost are growing by converting Oracle Corporation's applications, which has about 60% share in the DBMS market, to an open source DBMS. However, in converting non-interchange sentences to an ANSI standard-based open source DBMS because of the use of PL/SQL in Oracle Corporation provides, a lot of manual work accompanies, so there is a lot of loss of time and money. Therefore, a tool that automatically converts PL/SQL to standard SQL is required. The proposed automation tool for the conversion of applications converts PL/SQL to Java Stored Procedure, an open source DBMS-based ANSI standard programming language. Through carrying out a test on the automation tool, it is proved that the tool will contribute to shortening time and saving cost by verifying the identity of input-output data and its reliability after correcting errors in converting to Java Stored Procedure.

This research is for implementation of a software that can convert Hangul format file to $T_EX$ format file. Hangul is a word processor that has widely been used in Korea. It is known that Hangul is relatively easy of typing in equations and tables in preparing a paper draft. $T_EX$ has been developed as a computer programming language for preparing and publishing documents. Documents are first typed in with a plain text editor with $T_EX$ commands and then is compiled and linked. The software implemented in this research converts Hangul format files which are written under the specific format of a journal to $T_EX$ format file with the given style specific file. It converts special symbols, texts, tables, equations, and paragraph formats. We have used Hangul format of Journal of the Korean Data & Information Science Society (JKDISS) and the style file of $T_EX$ for the beta-test for the software.

The conversion of the international standard web utilization HTML5 technology is being developed for improvement of the internet environment based on nonstandard technology like ActiveX. Hyper Text Markup Language 5 (HTML5) of basic programming language for creating a web page is designed to consider the security more than HTML4. However, the range of attacks increased and a variety of security threats generated from HTML4 environment inherited by new HTML5 API. In this paper, we focus on the script-based attack such as CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery), Cookie Sniffing, and HTML5 API such as CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing), Geolocation API related with the infringement of the personal information. We reproduced the infringement cases actually and embodied a detection module of a Plug-in type diagnosed based on client. The scanner allows it to detect and respond to the vulnerability of HTML5 previously, thereby self-diagnosing the reliability of HTML5-based web applications or web pages. In a case of a new vulnerability, it also easy to enlarge by adding another detection module.

As can be seen in US case with the introduction of ISTEA and CAAA, the expansion of the transportation decision-making role of local government is expected to be quite apparent in Korea, and the increased importance of decision-making in transportation issues requires increased attention to both justification and analysis of transportation initiatives. A GIS-based facility management system in a desktop computing environment has been constructed using MapInfo, ARC/INFO, and Microstation to allow such expanded role of local government's decision-making activities. In this paper, first, authors try to explain the procedures of system design; that is, the digital map production including vectorizing, data conversion, attribute data entry, and application programming development. Then, various management functions which are basically embedded in MapInfo environment, and application functions established by the use of MapBasic language has been explored Finally, the possible benefits of combining geographic information systems with traffic planning scheme has also been described with some discussion.

As the Internet and mobile services increase, the use of wired/wireless web contents services increase and the demand for various contents explosively grows. To survive in competitive market, and to minimize the errors and warnings for web accessibility and standardization, and then to maximize the web usability, the periodical evaluation for web site should be performed with the events of web marketing and campaign. Through the web evaluation, the errors for technical programming language and contents offering can be found and diagnosed. In this paper, the quantitative and qualitative evaluation method for web site providing web contents are presented, and the analytic results for the 138 home pages in domestic are evaluated to validate the quantitative methodology. The accessibility, standardization, and usability factor are adopted for the evaluation in which accessibility is evaluated for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust discipline with K-WAH(Korea-Web Accessibility Helper) tool, the standardization are measured for the number of errors and warnings in technical language with the W3C validator, and finally the usability factor is analyzed for the number of visits, average visit duration, and bounce rate with Google Analytics. In addition to, the quantitative analysis is also performed with the consideration of cost for construction and operation of web site. From the results, in the case of total score of 100 in conversion with relative weight, the average and standard deviation are evaluated to be 55 and 14, respectively. The correlation analysis indicates that the coefficient is estimated as 0.058, and then correlation between the quantitative results and cost is evaluated to be a little positive.

In this study, trends in ICT education were investigated by analyzing the frequency of appearance of keywords related to machine learning and using conversion of iteration correction(CONCOR) techniques. A total of 304 papers from 2018 to the present published in registered sites were searched on Google Scalar using "ICT education" as the keyword, and 60 papers pertaining to ICT education were selected based on a systematic literature review. Subsequently, keywords were extracted based on the title and summary of the paper. For word frequency and indicator data, 49 keywords with high appearance frequency were extracted by analyzing frequency, via the term frequency-inverse document frequency technique in natural language processing, and words with simultaneous appearance frequency. The relationship degree was verified by analyzing the connection structure and centrality of the connection degree between words, and a cluster composed of words with similarity was derived via CONCOR analysis. First, "education," "research," "result," "utilization," and "analysis" were analyzed as main keywords. Second, by analyzing an N-GRAM network graph with "education" as the keyword, "curriculum" and "utilization" were shown to exhibit the highest correlation level. Third, by conducting a cluster analysis with "education" as the keyword, five groups were formed: "curriculum," "programming," "student," "improvement," and "information." These results indicate that practical research necessary for ICT education can be conducted by analyzing ICT education trends and identifying trends.
