Dolittle is a educational programming language that helps students learning principles and concepts of computer science with programming. Learning programming with robot improve learning achievements robot motivate to be interest with programming. However, Dolittle robot programming is a different from Dolittle programming in process of interpretation and execution mechanism. Therefore, students have virtually to learn two languages to control robot and it would reduce the worth of Dolittle as educational programming language. In order to solve this problem, we tried to Unify Dolittle and robot control language using parser that Dolittle program with turtle object convert robot program. But this try couldn't overcome completely this problem because attributes of turtle object is different from robot. In this research we unified Dolittle programming and Dolittle robot programming as a way of adding new robot object in dolittle standard object group. it would improve educational effect of learning programming with robot in Dolittle.

With a focus on LabView language to program Lego Mindstoms Robot in afterschool class to help children develop their special ability and aptitude. The purpose of this research was to make proposal for programming learning method using a robot as an algorithm learning tool to improve creative problem solving ability. To do this, robot programming training program in the amount of 30th period and teaching aids thereof were developed, and 6th grade primary school children were taught up to 30th period, then after, they were evaluated accordingly. Results from analysis of evaluation of achievement level with a focus on outcomes according to each period revealed that learners understood most of contents of curriculum. In view of such results from evaluation, it is judged that the curriculum as well as teaching aids that devised and created have been constituted in order that school children will be able to have developed a shared understanding of their learning sufficiently, and to put it into practice easily. Through these hands-on experiences in the course of researches, researcher could have confirmed the possibility of success for robot-programming training class as new creative algorithm learning tool in the primary school curriculum.

Educational robots have various potentialities to support programming learners because it is interesting enough to improve the learners' participation and motivation. Nonetheless, some researches assert that the use of educational robot does not necessarily lead to effective and successful learning. With respect to these serious problems, the researchers are emphasizing that it is needed to overcome the probable 'Novelty Effect' by means of considering specific features of the robot programming environment and the participants. We analyzed and found some features of robot programming teaching and learning environment and professional high school students through reviewing of the literatures, and then conducted delphi research to abstract motivational strategies and to develop their applying methods with the specific features. We developed a robot programming teaching and learning model for stimulating and maintaining professional high school student's motivation, which includes 5 factors and 21 strategies.
In this research, we investigated the effect of robot programming education on adaption for school life of student with learning disabilities focusing on learned helplessness and the quantity of spontaneous communication. The participant of this study was the student supported with LD really in 4th grade elementary school. Results of the study present that learned helplessness was declined, the quantity of spontaneous communication was increased throughout robot programming education. Based on results, these finding suggested ways to practice the application of strengths-based instruction, intervention utilizing gamification for school life of student with learning disabilities in educational setting.

This study examines the impact of modular robot programming education on middle school informatics curriculum learning motivation. For this purpose, the experiment was conducted with a experimental group of 25 people and a control group of 25 people, and modular robot programming education and learning motivation test were used as research tools. As a result of processing the results of the learning motivation test paper with the independent sample t-test and the paired t-test, the experimental group had 9.36 points higher learning motivation than the control group and 15.44 points higher than the pre-test. In particular, it significantly affected the improvement of all the sub-components of the learning motivation, and among them, it greatly affected the enhancement of attention, relevance and satisfaction. In conclusion, it can be seen that modular robot programming education has a positive effect on improving students' motivation to learn the informatics curriculum.

21C future learners are required to have creative thinking and problem-solving capability to address an issue wisely by integrating and applying knowledge and functions. The robot education that has recently been studied in primary and secondary schools was reported to be effective in satisfying the requirements. The robot education varies ranging from the existing after-school education to an integrated approach used for regular curriculums, and has actively been studied. Nevertheless, aside from positive study results, any studies on the environment where primary school students can learn robot and programming knowledge more friendly is still insufficient. Therefore, this study was intended to give students a robot class with the use of storytelling friendly to students in order for primary school students to learn robot and programming knowledge with ease. The study result showed that acquirement of programming knowledge was improved, and that the students had a positive learning attitude. In addition, it was found that the storytelling of the robot class helped provide the entire learning context and continuous learning motivation for the students.
The aim of this thesis is to develop a robot C programming curriculum with the subject of the students in the middle & High School and to prove the effect of the programming on creativity and programming ability. The content of the robot C programming curriculum consists of the introduction, basic knowledge and assembling of the robot (usage of kits and the theory of mechanism); the learning of the robot c programming; the assigned robot making; the original robot making, which is ultimately designed to improve the creative robot programming ability of students. The subjects are divided into two groups(38); one groups(11) taking the course of C++programming and the other(27) taking the robot C programming as well as C++programming. Then each group's improvement of creativity and programming ability is measured in both pretest and posttest. The students taking the robot C programming curriculum gain the product of the assigned robot and the original robot. Besides, it turns out that the curriculum have a meaningful effect in that students acquire the enhanced creativity according to the result of TTCT Creativity Test. Self evaluation also indicates the improvement of C++programming ability.

The purpose of this study was to examine the possibility of development of flow level and problem-solving ability by Using robots in the programming classes. For this purpose, a course has been developed which consists of (1) strategies to motivate students and to improve flow level (2) Creative Problem Solving (CPS) teaching model to improve their problem solving abilities. We experimented the course with 30 second-grade middle school students and we could observe that the robot programming learning considered gender differences helps improving their problem solving abilities and flow level. Specially, the group of the female student was greater improvement than the group of the male student on flow level.
Evolving in artificial agent is an extremely difficult problem, but on the other hand, a challenging task. At present the studies mainly centered on single agent learning problem. In our case, we use simulated soccer to investigate multi-agent cooperative learning. Consider the fundamental differences in learning mechanism, existing reinforcement learning algorithms can be roughly classified into two types-that based on evaluation functions and that of searching policy space directly. Genetic Programming developed from Genetic Algorithms is one of the most well known approaches belonging to the latter. In this paper, we give detailed algorithm description as well as data construction that are necessary for learning single agent strategies at first. In following step moreover, we will extend developed methods into multiple robot domains. game. We investigate and contrast two different methods-simple team learning and sub-group loaming and conclude the paper with some experimental results.

Currently, the robot is widely utilized in various educational settings such as after-school classes, and special classes for gifted students. The robot is widely recognized as a useful tool for helping students solve problems. The core activities of programming learning with robot need to provide various problem contexts to the students and guide students' problem solving process. Students gain cognitive and affective benefits when they solve problems with robots. This paper describes the impact of programming learning using robot based on schoolwide enrichment model on elementary school students' creative potential. As a result, the students of experimental group than the students of the control group improved creative personality and ideational behavior, and the gifted students of experimental group than the gifted students of control group improved ideational behavior.
