Review on the development of virus resistant plants in Alstroemeria

  • This review describes the stratagies of development of virus-resistant Alstroemeria plants using the genetic modification system. Despite of increasing of its importance in cut flower market, improvements of some horticultuirally important traits such as fragrance, long vase-life, virus resistance and tolerance against abiotic stresses are lack of the breeding program in Alstroemeria. Of these traits, virus-resistance is quite difficult to develop in Alstroemeria plants due to the limitations of genetic variation in the existed germplasm. To extend the genetic variation, plant biotechnological techniques such as genetic transformation and tissue culture should be combined to develop virus-resistant line in Alstroemeria. In this review, several strategies for the generation of virus-resistance by using natural resistance genes, pathogen-derived genes and other sources including pathogen-derived proteins, virus-specific antibodies and ribosome-inactivating proteins are presented. Also, brief histories of breeding, tissue culture, and transformation system in Alstroemeria plants are described to inderstand of the application of transgenic approach for the development of virus-resistance in Alstroemeria species.

웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 맥파의 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Recognition of Human Pulse Using Wavelet Transform)

  • It is need to develop and apply a human pulse diagnosis system providing a quantitative and automatic analysis in the the oriental medicine. In order to analyze quantitatively the characteristic of pulsation, each of points had to be recognized accurately notifying the existence and the position of feature point in the wave form. And getting the period of human pulse. Thus, in this paper, it is proposed the preprocessing method of human pulse and the detection method of period by Wavelet Transformation. The human pulse is seprated from each band through Wavelet Transformation and feature points can be recognized through over the fact, and then the parameter of proposed Mac-Jin parameter is measured. Commonly, Human pulse signal has often various noises which are baseline drift, high frequency noise and so on. So it is significant to remove that noises. Thus, in this paper, the one period of human pulse is deciede and the feature points are detected after doing the preprocessing by wavelet transformation. As a result, it could be confirmed that this method is effective as a real program for the auto-diagnosis of human pulse.

  • 초고급 언어에 의한 자동 프로그래밍은 프로그램의 자료구조 이외에 많은 부분을 시스템이 관장함으로써 프로그램 명세의 표현이 추상적이지만 프로그램 의미소가 술 어논리, 집합, 사상, 혹은 제안된 자연언어를 사용하기 때문에 초고급 구조에 익숙하 지 않은 프로그래머들이 이를 이용하여 프로그램을 작성하는 경우 상당한 어려움이 따 르고, 이들 초고급언어 구조에 익숙하기까지 많은 시간이 요하게 된다. 왜냐하면 초 고급언어는 프로그램 명세의 표현이 추상적이지만 프로그램 의미소가 술어 논리, 집합, 사상, 혹은 제한된 자연언어를 사용하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 자동 프로 그램의 어려움을 줄이기 위해서 한글로 구성된 선언적구문, 절차적 구문, aggregate 구문으로 광역언어를 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 한글 자동 프로그래 밍 시스템(Hangul Automatic Programming)은 입력으로 순수한 한글로 구성되어 있으며 추상 알고리즘(Abstract Algorithm)과 자료형(Data Type)혹은 절차적 구문을 받아서 출력으로는 C 언어 프로그램을 만들어 낸다. 자동 프로그래밍 접근 방식은 프로그램 변형기법과 규칙기반에 바탕을 두고 문제영역은 일반적인 프로그램으로 한정 하였다. 시스템 제어구조는 한글 프로그램을 입력으로 받아서 지식베이스로부터 적절한 규칙 을 선택해서 이것을 변형한 다음 전체 데이타 베이스에 넣는데 이과정을 프로그램이 완성 될 때 까지 반복한다.

정밀좌표변환 및 중력가속도 계산 알고리듬 분석 (Precision Coordinate Transformation and Gravity Acceleration Algorithms)

  • Inertial navigation systems requires gravity model to compute gravity acceleration and its trajectory accuracy depends on the gravity model accuracy especially for a long range flight. The gravity model accuracy is important for satellite orbit prediction as well. The precision gravity model requires a precision coordinate transformation between inertial and Earth fixed coordinates. Precision gravity acceleration algorithms with a coordinate transform are studied and a computer program is developed. The effects of individual model components on trajectory error are analyzed.

  • 본 논문에서는 자료종속성제거와 관련해서 선형루프변환의 새로운 이론을 제안한다. 이는 선형루프변환이 병렬성 추출의 주요한 대상이 되기 때문이다. 이러한 이유 때문에 완전한 중첩루프에서 최대의 루프 병렬성을 추출하는 방법이 제안되었다. 제안된 이론은 거리와 방향에 관계없이 종속성을 갖는 일반적인 중첩루프에 적용할 수 있다.

3D 가상도시 구축을 위한 건물 텍스쳐 이미지의 왜곡보정 (Adjustment of texture image for construction of a 3D virtual city)

  • 3D 가상도시 구축에 있어 사용자로 하여금 공간 객체 중심으로 지형 지물을 인식할 수 있게 해 줄 수 있는 요소로서 Texture Image를 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 디지틀 카메라를 통하여 건물 측면 Texture Image를 획득하고 이렇게 획득한 이미지가 가지고 있는 왜곡을 2D Projective Transformation방법을 사용하여 보정하였다. 보정이 끝난 Texture Image는 OpenGL을 이용하여 3D 건물 모델에 Mapping을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발한 응용 프로그램은 가상도시를 구축하는 과정상에 자동화된 방법을 제공할 수 있다.

An Improved Cancelable Fingerprint Template Encryption System Research

  • For the existing security problem based on Fuzzy Vault algorithm, we propose a cancelable fingerprint template encryption scheme in this paper. The main idea is to firstly construct an irreversible transformation function, and then apply the function to transform the original template and template information is stored after conversion. Experimental results show it effectively prevents the attack from fingerprint template data and improves security of the system by using minutiae descriptor to encrypt abscissa of the vault. The experiment uses public FVC2004 fingerprint database to test, result shows that although the recognition rate of the proposed algorithm is slightly lower than the original program, but the improved algorithm security and complexity are better, and therefore the proposed algorithm is feasible in general.

Photometry Transformation from RGB Bayer Filter System to Johnson-Cousins BVR Filter System

  • The RGB Bayer filter system consists of mosaic R, G, and B filters on the grid of photo sensors with which typical commercial DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) cameras and CCD/CMOS cameras are taken. Many unique astronomical data taken with RGB Bayer filter systems are available, including transient objects, e.g., supernovae, variable stars, and solar system bodies. The utilization of such data in scientific research strongly requires reliable photometry transformation methods. In this work, we develop a series of formulae to derive magnitudes in the Johnson-Cousins BVR filter system from those in the RGB Bayer filter system.

나노 세라믹 분말의 고온 치밀화와 결정립 성장의 해석 (Analysis for Densification Behavior and Grain Growth of Nanocrystalline Ceramic Powder under High Temperature)

  • Densification, grain growth, and phase transformation of nanocrystalline ceramic powder were investigated under pressureless sintering, sinter forging, and hot pressing. A constitutive model for densification of nanocrystalline ceramic powder was proposed and implemented into a finite element program (ABAQUS). A grain growth model was also proposed by including the effect of applied stress on grain growth when phase transformation occurs. Finite element results by using the proposed models well predicted densification behavior, deformation, and grain growth of nanocrystalline titania powder during pressureless sintering, sinter forging, and hot pressing. Finite element results by using the proposed model also well predicted experimental data in the literature for densification behavior of nanocrystalline zirconia powder during pressureless sintering and sinter forging.

유도전동기 벡터제어 시스템에서 DQ변환을 이용한 시간지연 보상 (Compensation of Time Delay in Induction Motor Vector Control System Using DQ Transformation)

  • A time-delay compensation method for vector control system is proposed that can compensate for voltage and current distortions resulting from a time delay in the overall system due to the low pass filter, hysteresis control inverter, microprocessor program computation time, and so on. The proposed scheme estimates the time delay using the difference between the Q-axis stator current command and the time-delayed actual Q-axis stator current in a synchronous reference frame, then compensates the time delay in the voltage and current using the angular displacement of a DQ transformation. Accordingly, the proposed scheme can accurately compensate for the time delay related to the overall system, thereby significantly improving the performance of the vector control system, as verified by simulation and experiment.
