The purpose of this research is to identify the overall operation status of the marine program, which operates in the Department attempted, in various qualities and operational programs consisting of lecturers derives the problem, and to the policy proposal accordingly. In order to complete the purpose, to analyzed based on the status of marine programs of the Marine Training Center Chungcheong Cluster of three Education Offices from 2014 until the first half of 2016. In addition to direct visit the scene to confirm the status of the data collected through field surveys and interviews were officials confirm the validity of the data, and also to obtain additional study. In conclusion, First, Establish measures for the reduction of blind spots urgent law. Second, Appliances installed for program development and Instructors training.

This paper was built for an activation of a merged education and development of non-subject, new type creative merged education program having effectivities. This program is disciplined a kind of flipped learning and camp program of 2 nights and 3 days. Given a problem which big enough and open-ended problem, multidisciplinary team that composed with engineering and design major students works the capstone design project. For ordinary engineering design process, 'how can we make?' was important. But in this program 'what can we make?' is more serious question. Our program was pursuing an creative idea that can induce innovation. Teaching or interference of professors was minimized and then students solve the problem theirselves by long time and liberal brainstorming. Last products is not real goods and only a proposal for manufacturing. Finally, the results are presented using ppt and board. After not only professors but also students of other teams can ask a question, resolve and comment on that proposal. The benefits of this program are that inner members of university take a whole process from planning and working to last evaluation. Besides economic benefit, they can secure an infrastructure for development of creative merged education program by running for several times and so can improve the program continuously. For an aspect of students, they can respond to recently highlighted creative experiences that required for recruitment.

We, on behalf of the Korean Gemini Office (KGO), introduce three proposal routes besides a standard semester program available for the Korean Gemini users: Fast Turnaround (FT), Director's Discretionary Time (DDT), and Poor Weather (PW). By presenting useful statistics and some examples implemented through these routes, we aim to provide the KAS members insights how well these observing routes have been utilized by the Gemini partners. Finally, we provide several useful suggestions to the KAS community for preparing these programs.

Recently, The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is to be a hot issue. and there is many of the proposal how to ways. But many of the disabled vocational rehabilitation is not employed and then, first of all, we have a survey about. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation on chonan city of korea. And we got that. The side of company and the side of the disabled vocational rehabilitation have a many problem for the employ. and there is the need of education for employ. We want to propose to good idea good condition employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation. With the relation program with employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they get a good condition jog. This proposal is to be the base study for the disabled vocational rehabilitation with the employment. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

To Manage the Defense Acquisition Process more efficiently, DAPA has looked over the applying SE process to the Eagle Acquisition Program. Based on comparing 'Requirement' with 'items suggested in the proposal' in RFP and analyzing the result by using Cradle, those items have been discovered with IPT, actualized and corrected. In addition, the computerized data base system makes easier to trace all changed and more efficiency to manage programs. Therefore, this study using SE in other acquisition program.

본 연구는 프로그램 디자인 활동의 결과물인 제안서의 분석을 통하여 사회복지실천현장에서 이루어지는 프로그램 디자인 활동의 특징들을 이해하고자 하였다. 분석대상은 민간복지재단에서 전국의 사회복지실천현장을 대상으로 공모한 사업에서 2005년 및 2006년도에 제출된 노인복지분야의 73개 제안서이다. 분석방법으로는 내용분석을 사용하였으며, 프로그램의 일반적인 특성과 프로그램 디자인의 특성에 관하여 주요 구성요소를 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구결과로서는 제안서의 구성과 작성하는 방법이 공모사업에서 이미 정형화가 되어 있지만 개별적인 제안서에서 나타나는 프로그램 구성요소상의 디자인 활동은 매우 다양하며, 구성요소의 영역별로 질적인 측면에서 수준의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 프로그램 제안서 작성에서 프로그램 디자인 구성요소의 개념 및 요소간의 논리성, 조사기술의 적용, 실천현장에서의 구체적인 절차화와 관련된 다양한 어려움과 혼란도 나타나고 있었다. 끝으로 실천현장의 이러한 프로그램 디자인 활동의 어려움과 혼란을 해결하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 연구, 교육, 실천적 과제를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is evaluate the direct payment program for rural landscape conservation and deduce facts to improve. This research is composed with a survey on local government officials and farmers joined this program, and used monitering in selected 41 zones. According to the surveys, this program showed a positive contribution to the effects: village harmony, visitors increase, village income. However, It's contribute in short term objectives, but has not yet reach the ultimate goal such as regional development through visitors and village income. We found some problems in the monitering, on the agreement with farmers, range of village activities, operating AgriX program, etc. Finally, we suggest some proposals ; 1) to redefine the aims and range for the program, 2) to clarify a village action program, 3) to strength the admission procedure, 4) to designate district based on landscape resources survey.

The purpose of this study is to explain the need of consumer adviser and to justify its certification program, Suggestions on who might be the subjects of the certification program, on what kinds of qualifications are required, and on who bestow the certification to qualified subjects were made. Specifically, graduates major on Home Economics in College or University were recommended to be the consumer adviser professionals.
