  • Purpose - Aviation control, navigation, and aircraft control in the air transportation area are very specialized. Each part is in progress for safety, efficiency, automation, and further. On the other hand co-work among each part including knowledge sharing has been inattentive for many reasons. The purpose of this research is to show how practicians and professionals in the air transportation area perceive the issue of knowledge sharing and to recall the necessity of knowledge sharing in the area. And we try to find ways to activate the knowledge sharing in the area. Research design, data, methodology - For the research, we inquired into whether practicians and professionals think knowledge sharing can effect safe aviation positively or not and what steps are necessary to activate knowledge sharing in the area. We adopted survey method using questionnaires for current practicians and interview for specialists. The survey and interview results were analyzed using regression analysis and AHP method. The interview for specialists and analyzing the results using AHP was to investigate what are the precedence factors to activate the knowledge sharing. Results - First, practicians perceive that knowledge sharing will affect aviation safe positively. Second objective knowledges such as, tower air traffic control procedure of aviation control area, flight principle and structure of aircraft control area, instrument landing system of navigation area, for knowledge sharing of each area were identified. Also the precedence factors such as, knowledge absorbability of personal factor, personal expectation of result of expectation factor, leadership of management of Structure factor, method of knowledge spread of application factor for knowledge sharing were found. Conclusions - Knowledge sharing for practicians and professionals in the aviation area is very important especially from the perspective of safety. However, for various many reasons including the environment of each special area that focusing on their own area, knowledge sharing has not been emphasized. We found that practicians in the area feel that knowledge sharing is necessary and helpful. • Ageing induces huge dramatic change of society and economy rather than simple change of population structure. Ageing causes the decrease of working age population and production capable population, thus this brings growth slowness and long-term stagnation. In addition, progress in ageing decreases saving rate, consequently low saving rate brings about the decrease of country-wide investment resources. This ageing problem which is progressive rapidly needs core competence and implementation of human resource professionals to overcome this kind of environment change. First of all, it needs turnover in thinking way toward talents. Secondly, we need innovation one team to pursue innovation and creativity. Thirdly, it should be considered in a new way with the number of workers and efficiency of personnel expenses. Fourthly, employees should make effort for self-advancement. Under the environment with newly change human resource personnels' function and role should be emphasized to maintain sustainable growth and overcome the change of management environment. Therefore, human resources should be emphasized to become competitive personnel and organization with leading the change master and creating the value of the organization.

  • The scale of disasters is very large, also the influence of disasters is irreversible. Korean people has continuously learned how to deal with disaster management law. However, as time goes by after the many disaster, the concern with the disaster management by the people seems to become old and banal topic which nobody has interest in. If so, can it be said that our society is safe from the disaster? This study start from critical mind of asking this question. This study puts an emphasis on the problems such as following; To realize whole concept of disaster management provided in the basic civil defense law, the combined disaster management should be required to be established, the combined law should play a integral part for prevention for the disaster and should be a concrete basis of various laws for disaster management. Establishing a consolidated organization for disaster managing and united response organization is necessary. This consolidated organization is not temporary one such as civil disaster control headquarter but permanent one such as Disaster Management Office which controls an over all aspects of disaster management. Temporary organization should not be divided into natural calamity and man-made calamity but integrated one as a single control tower for all sorts of disasters. The police and army under fire fighting system should be reconsidered. It is necessary to make leadership system on the disaster place more substantial centered around present fire fighting system. To do so, more clear division of duty is required. The working condition should be improved so that all public servants in this agency can play their roles with pride and worth. The resource owned the existing administrative organization must be used by an appointment system. And to manage a large scale of disaster, it is necessary to have interorganizational network system which many specialized organization including volunteer group are integrated. And the natural disaster happen, many professionals and volunteers are distributed to the spots of disaster in the right man in the right place. Finally, citizen's consciousness about safety supervision needs to be recover.

  • The directed tests produce an expectation model to assist the organization's heads and professionals with settling on the right and speedy choice. A directed deep learning strategy has been embraced and applied for SCADA information. In this paper, for the load shedding expectation overall power organization of Libya, a convolutional neural network with multi neurons is utilized. For contributions of the neural organization, eight convolutional layers are utilized. These boundaries are power age, temperature, stickiness and wind speed. The gathered information from the SCADA data set were pre-handled to be ready in a reasonable arrangement to be taken care of to the deep learning. A bunch of analyses has been directed on this information to get a forecast model. The created model was assessed as far as precision and decrease of misfortune. It tends to be presumed that the acquired outcomes are promising and empowering. For assessment of the outcomes four boundary, MSE, RMSE, MAPE and R2 are determined. The best R2 esteem is gotten for 1-overlap and it was 0.98.34 for train information and for test information is acquired 0.96. Additionally for train information the RMSE esteem in 1-overlap is superior to different Folds and this worth was 0.018.

  • This study carried out to assess the quality of the information presented on the internet about nutrition specifically in the field of health functional food by monitoring with 10 panels from May, 2004 to October. Four hundred seven relevant websites were initially selected from a process using 5 search engines and the keywords ‘food’ and ‘nutrition’, and 404 sites actually met all inclusion criteria. Most of the sites evaluated 219 (54.20%) were commercial sites and then distributed noncommercial organization site 93 (23.0%), individual site 92(22.8%). Assessment quality indicator was carried out using the 17 necessary requisites, which has been developed to enable users and information providers to judge the quality of food and nutrition information. The mean score for quality grade was 11.07, five site out of a maximum score of 17 and two sites with the lowest total scores for the quality of food and nutrition information. Noncommercial organization site assessed achieved the highest score in accurate and useful informations to the public. Low ranked sites had the most inaccurate or misleading information, emphasizing only the positive aspects of the information, with little or no evidence. Many commercial sites used personal testimony as the most popular ‘proof’ for the effectiveness of product. This was anecdotal rather than scientific evidence based on which the objective validation was difficult to be made. Therefore, it can be challenging for both public and health professionals, to sort out useful information from a plethora of advertisements and promotions on the web sites. Our results suggest that nutrition professionals should talk about useful information of health, food and nutrition with public and help them find the best available information when using the internet.
