Background: Intersectoral and multidisciplinary collaboration is becoming more prominent in all facets of government, health, social services, and scientific endeavors. An interplay of a multitude of driving forces moves multiple disciplines forward to achieve quality outcomes in health and social sciences services and research. Aim: This paper aims at discussing the prospects for future multidisciplinary collaboration. If inter organizational integration and multidisciplinary collaboration are the ways of the future in academia and the scientific world, it then becomes crucial to examine what lies ahead for the nursing profession, Discussion: This paper argues that in order for multidisciplinary endeavors to succeed, the leaders in multidisciplinary teams shoulder the largest share of the responsibilities involved. In developing a lasting team constituting professionals from different disciplines, the leader needs to include the right individuals in the team, identify a common goal, build trusting relationships through open communication and interprofessional education, and empower members through creating room for autonomy and at the same time allowing space for personal development. The leader will need to utilize information technologies to manage communication issues in a large multi-site multidisciplinary project. Lastly, he or she must be able to demonstrate team productivity through process and outcome evaluation. It needs to be emphasized that it falls to each individual nurse to speak up and act upon what nursing believes and represents in our quest for success in multidisciplinary endeavors. Conclusion: The significance of the role of the leader is paramount for a team to succeed. Yet there is no prospect if only a handful of exceptional nurse leaders are moving ahead in multidisciplinary endeavors. Without the actualization of professional roles by each individual nurse, the profession will have no prospect in collaborations across disciplines.

The purpose of this study is to identify how the components of a fashion show can influence the perception of the spectators, and what the spectators most like in a fashion show. Through the analysis on the literature reviews and in-depth interviews with professional's organizing fashion shows we established a list of the main components, which allowed us to set up a questionnaire. The results regarding the viewing satisfaction of the spectators at a fashion show were investigated and came out as follows: First, the components of fashion show are generally viewed to be four factors: the program, the directing, the model, and the sets. These four factors are influencing the perception of the spectators and are very important to the success of a fashion show and the enjoyment of a fashion show by spectators. Second, it is shown to us that the most influential factor for the perception is 'the directing'(stage scenery, background music, lighting, effects etc.), and the next is 'the sets'(convenience seat, display, service facilities etc.). So, in order to raise the level of satisfaction for the spectators, it is advisable to concentrate on these two main factors. Finally, we would suggest that the organizer of a fashion show shall carefully analyze how spectators understand and perceive the components of a fashion show. This study provides information about how the components of a fashion show can influence the spectator's perception and presents suggestions on how to improve a fashion show by reorienting it towards the satisfaction of the spectator. In addition, there needs to be a strategy by customer satisfaction experience to reinforce a customer-oriented fashion show and heighten a viewing satisfaction for spectators.

본 연구는 오르막 퍼팅 시 좌, 우 경사에 따른 볼의 움직임이 어떻게 변화되는지에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위해 한국프로골프협회에서 15년 이상의 골프경기 경험이 있는 피험자들이 참여하였고, 본인들의 퍼터를 이용하여 실제 그린과 유사한 환경에서 퍼팅 동작을 수행하였다. 비디오 카메라를 이용하여 피험자들의 오르막 그린 경사에 따른 퍼팅 동작을 수집 후 동작분석을 실시하였으며, 통계적 유의수준을 a=.05로 설정하였다. 연구결과로 좌, 우 경사별 오르막 퍼팅에서 볼의 위치가 왼쪽에서 오른쪽으로 위치 할 때 볼 움직임의 속도와 각속도가 증가하는 것이 확인되었으며, 여러 경사도 중 성공률을 높여야 하는 오르막 퍼팅에서 경사에 따른 어드레스 볼 위치를 변화할 때, 임팩트 시 클럽 페이스와 볼 움직임이 어떻게 변화하는지를 검증하고, 현장적용 측면에 도움을 주는 과학적 자료를 제시하고자 본 연구를 진행하였다.

While maritime arbitration industry has not been prevalent in Korea, Korea ranked fifth in terms of export volume and its shipbuilding industry ranked top globally in shipbuilding order volume in 2020. The discrepancy between the maritime industry's productivity and relative lack of maritime arbitration has had a negative impact on Korea's economic development. To address these problems, this paper i) reviews preceding research, ii) examines the Korean maritime arbitration system's status and analyzes the KCAB's maritime arbitration statistics from 2005-2020, iii) examines major foreign maritime arbitration institutions' status and strategies including LMAA, SMA, SCMA, and HKMAG, and lastly iv) suggests practical ways to promote maritime arbitration in Korea. The Suggestions for promoting maritime arbitration are 1) to prepare and promote various maritime standardized forms for the Korean shipping industry, 2) to insert an arbitration clause in medium and large-size Korean shipping firms' B/L clause, 3) to expand professional maritime manpower training and other infrastructure, and 4) to enhance the predictability of the result of arbitration through maritime arbitral awards or by examining the feasibility of the appeal system against the arbitral award only on a point of law in the future. In conclusion, the success or failure of promoting maritime arbitration in Korea depends on the will, passion, cooperation and practice of the most important key players in maritime arbitration, such as the Asia Pacific Maritime Arbitration Center (APMAC), the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) and the Seoul Maritime Arbitrators Association (SMAA).

본 연구에서는 EA에서 제공하는 정보가 공공기관 정보화 사업수행 활동에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 분석 대상은 관세청 국가 관세망 및 관련 정보화 사업이며 설문 조사를 활용하였다. EA 정보 제공은 정보의 적절성, 충분성, 일관성으로 정의하고 사업수행 활동은 사업관리, 사업 참여, 의사소통, 요구사항 관리, 인력투입으로 정의하여 항목 간 상관분석을 통해 영향도를 제시하였다. EA에서 제공된 정보와 사업관리 툴의 활용도, 인력투입 적정성과는 유의미한 상관관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 담당 공무원은 제공된 정보가 충분하면 사업수행 중 의사 결정에 긍정적인 효과를 주고, 수행업체는 정보가 일관되게 제공된다면 사업에 필요한 자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 정보화 사업의 성공적인 진행을 위해 사업이 가진 특성과 함께 발주처의 사업환경을 확인하고, 사업을 수행하는 주체별 핵심 역할에 집중하여 사업수행 전략을 수립하는 것이 사업의 성공에 중요하다는 것을 제시하였다.

최근 모든 산업에 있어서 디지털 전환이 가속되고 있고 그로 인해 생산되고 이용되는 정보 및 개인정보의 활용이 기업의 성패에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 그러나 이에 대한 역기능으로서 기업의 주요 정보 및 개인정보를 탈취하거나 유출하려는 시도는 계속 증가하고 있고, 이에 대한 적절한 방어 및 대응이 절대적으로 필요하다. 그러나, 중소기업의 경우 대기업에 비해 정보보호에 대한 우선순위나 전문인력 보유 면에서 매우 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 시행되고 있는 인증 및 진단에 대해 살펴보고, 개인정보보호법 고시 기준 확대 적용 및 지원 제도의 상시 운영을 통해서, 중소기업에 적합한 정보보호 인증 확대 적용 및 지원 제도의 실효성 제고 방안을 제시한다.

Leadership development corresponds to the focus on the individual's success and competitiveness strategy. This is the optimal direction of the organization of attitude development because it covers two aspects of the student's personality development, professionally-oriented and self-centric. The aim of the study is to identify and compare the leadership level in second-and fourth-year students to see dynamics of development and implementation of the leadership phenomenon in the professional and personal making up of future specialists. Based on the theoretical analysis of the issue, the authors developed an objective and subjective diagnostic model for leadership skills. In this study, data of the objective diagnostic technique are the key. Subjective diagnostic technique for leadership skills provides insights for problem interpretation. At the level of the first group of respondents, the average Leadership Skills Level of the second-year students was quite low and was found within the medium level. The second group of respondents consisting of the fourth-year students showed a slight but effective improvement. The Leadership Skills of this group were found at a sufficient level. Positive dynamics was revealed for all criteria of leadership skills as a result of applying objective diagnostic methods: decreased percentage of students with negative and relatively low markers of Leadership Skills Level and corresponding increase in percentage of applicants with positive markers of Leadership Skills Level. Further research can be organized in the direction of identifying and developing successful universal and professionally-oriented tactics for leadership development in students as part of attitude development.

This narrative review explores the transformative potential of immersive virtual reality (IVR) in enhancing high school students' mathematics competence, viewed through the lens of the technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK) framework. This review comprehensively illustrates how IVR technologies have not only fostered a deeper understanding and engagement with mathematical concepts but have also enhanced the practical application of these skills. Through the careful examination of seminal papers, this study carefully explores the integration of IVR in high school mathematics education. It highlights significant contributions of IVR in improving students' computational proficiency, problem-solving skills, and spatial visualization abilities. These enhancements are crucial for developing a robust mathematical understanding and aptitude, positioning students for success in an increasingly technology-driven educational landscape. This review emphasizes the pivotal role of teachers in facilitating IVR-based learning experiences. It points to the necessity for comprehensive teacher training and professional development to fully harness the educational potential of IVR technologies. Equipping educators with the right tools and knowledge is essential for maximizing the effectiveness of this innovative teaching approach. The findings also indicate that while IVR holds promising prospects for enriching mathematics education, more research is needed to elaborate on instructional integration approaches that effectively overcome existing barriers. This includes technological limitations, access issues, and the need for curriculum adjustments to accommodate new teaching methods. In conclusion, this review calls for continued exploration into the effective use of IVR in educational settings, aiming to inform future practices and contribute to the evolving landscape of educational technology. The potential of IVR to transform educational experiences offers a compelling avenue for research and application in the field of mathematics education.

본 연구는 아마추어 골프선수의 열정적 행동이 훈련만족 및 훈련성과에 미치는 영향관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 2023년 4월 1일~6월 23일까지 표본계획에 의해 1차 전문가 인터뷰와 2차적으로 '골프선수', '골프훈련', '골프시합' 등을 키워드(Key word)를 설정하여 연구에 부합하는 요인을 추출 후 SPSS & AMOS 21.0를 통해 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아마추어 골프선수의 조화열정과 강박열정은 훈련만족에 영향(+)을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 열정적 행동은 훈련성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 훈련만족이 훈련성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 프로골프로 전향하는 과정에서 성공과 실패를 구분 짓기 보단 성장과정 그리고 긍정적인 정서를 갖춰져야 하며, 자기결정이 유의한 내면화의 표출 방식? 훈련에 대한 효율성? 을 어떻게 다루냐에 따라 그 결과는 달라 질 것으로 판단된다.

Tumor peptides associated with MHC class I molecules or their synthetic variants have attracted great attention for their potential use as vaccines to induce tumor-specific CTLs. However, the outcome of clinical trials of peptide-based tumor vaccines has been disappointing. There are various reasons for this lack of success, such as difficulties in delivering the peptides specifically to professional Ag-presenting cells, short peptide half-life in vivo, and limited peptide immunogenicity. We report here a novel peptide vaccination strategy that efficiently induces peptide-specific CTLs. Nanoparticles (NPs) were fabricated from a biodegradable polymer, poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid), attached to H-2K^b molecules, and then the natural peptide epitopes associated with the H-2K^b molecules were exchanged with a model tumor peptide, SIINFEKL (OVA_257-268). These NPs were efficiently phagocytosed by immature dendritic cells (DCs), inducing DC maturation and activation. In addition, the DCs that phagocytosed SIINFEKL-pulsed NPs potently activated SIINFEKL-H2K^b complex-specific CD8⁺ T cells via cross-presentation of SIINFEKL. In vivo studies showed that intravenous administration of SIINFEKL-pulsed NPs effectively generated SIINFEKL-specific CD8⁺ T cells in both normal and tumor-bearing mice. Furthermore, intravenous administration of SIINFEKL-pulsed NPs into EG7.OVA tumor-bearing mice almost completely inhibited the tumor growth. These results demonstrate that vaccination with polymeric NPs coated with tumor peptide-MHC-I complexes is a novel strategy for efficient induction of tumor-specific CTLs.
