Purpose : Nursing profession has been rapidly changed due to the development of bioscience and the change of medical service environment. Nursing profession that has been focused on only care giver's role like mother's in tradition, is required careful reflection new nursing role to cope properly to the change of medical service environment. In nursing profession, the concept of the role was used without an accurate definition, as a results, the concept of the role was mixed with the concept of the "activity", "job" and "function". Therefore, concept analysis of the role in nursing profession is needed to remove conceptual ambiguous and make confirm the true meaning of the role. Concept analysis is a strategy that examine the characteristics of a concept. It is a formal linguistic exercise to determine those defining attributes. The basic purpose of concept analysis is to clarify ambiguous concept in theory, and propose operational definition which reflects the theoretical base of the concept. Method : In this study, the concept of the role in nursing profession which was analyzed based on the steps of concept analysis by Walker & Avant(1988). Results : The attributes of the concept of the role in nursing profession are : 1. Basic factors to construct social structure. 2. Expected attitudes, values, behavior patterns according to the social status and position in social structure. 3. Perceptive attitudes, values, behavior patterns in order to social interaction. 4. Acquiring through continuous communication and learning. 5. Not fixative but changeable. The antecedents of the role in nursing profession are : 1. The social status and position which is possessed by a person. 2. Expected attitudes, values, behavior patterns according to the social status and position in social structure. 3. Acquiring through continuous interaction, communication, and learning process. And the consequences of the role in nursing profession are : 1. The role maintenance and the role expansion as a positive consequences. 2. The role conflict and the role loss as a negative consequences. Conclusion : Through this concept analysis, the concept of the role in nursing profession is defined as As basic factors to construct social structure, person's attitudes, values, behavior patterns which are expected from other social members according to person's social status and position, and perceived and acquired through continuous interaction, communication, and leaning process.

본 연구는 사회봉사활동에 따른 간호대학생의 직업가치관, 자아존중감, 사회성 정도와 관련성을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이며, 대상자는 간호대학생 535명이다. 연구결과 일반적 특성에 따른 직업가치관은 종교(F=4.79, p=.003)와 전공(F=3.75, p=.011), 자아존중감은 학년(F=4.84, p=.002)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 사회성은 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 사회봉사활동 특성에 따른 직업가치관은 봉사 시간(F=18.70, p<.001), 봉사 기간(F=18.87, p<.001), 봉사 기관(F=3.41, p=.001), 봉사 동기(F=8.08, p<.001), 참여 경로(F=3.63, p=.002), 참여분야(F=2.13, p=.031)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 상관관계 결과 직업가치관은 자아존중감(r=.247, p<.01)과 사회성(r=.248, p<.01)에서, 자아존중감은 사회성(r=.327, p<.01)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다.

본 연구는 질적 다방법을 적용하여 복합 현상인 직업 사회화 경험의 실체이론을 구성하는 요인들을 통합 도출한 것이다. 순차적으로 이루어진 일련의 3개 질적 선행연구의 총 참여자는 이론적 표집에 의한 42명의 현직 사서 및 사서교사들이다. 질적 다방법 접근의 최종 통합방법으로서 근거이론 접근을 적용하여 3개의 선행연구 결과 및 심층면담자료의 최종분석과 비교, 재검토, 통합이 이루어졌다. 그 결과 도출된 통합 구성요인은 다음과 같다: 전공 공감, 주변부 인식 극복하기, 사회적 몰이해, 열악함, 업무 공감, 사회 변화, 이용자에 대한 인식, 도서관 조직문화, 조직인간관계, 지속교육과 교류, 전문성 추구, 업무 전략, 대인관계 전략, 슬럼프와 위기 대응 전략, 개인 성장 및 발전도모전략, 조직 대응 및 몰인식 대응 전략, 사서직과 자아일치, 자아 불일치.

Objective: During the physical therapy education, if we can understand the student's attitude then we can make valuable suggestions with respect to the teaching in the universities and professional employment in the country. The aim of the current study is to develop a questionnaire to test the physical therapy students' attitudes towards their education and profession and to test its test-retest reliability and content validity. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: A total of 47 physical therapy students who were in their final year were randomly selected to participate in the study. After the making of the questionnaire, it was given to 6 professional experts teaching in the field of physical therapy to obtain their responses for each question with a 5-point Likert scale grading. Their answers were used in making the content validity of the questionnaire. Afterwards, the physical therapy students were asked to fill the questionnaire. Instrument reliability and test-retest reliability were also assessed by having the students complete the questionnaire after one month of taking the questionnaire. Results: The content validity index was 0.71 for the whole scale and values of individual subdivisions were ranging from 0.69 to 0.75. Instrument reliability measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.86 for the whole scale and subdivision values were ranging from 0.32 to 0.86. Test-retest reliability was assessed by intraclass correlation coefficient, which was 0.71 for whole scales and subdivision values were ranging from 0.38 to 0.70. Conclusions: This questionnaire, which assesses the physical therapy student attitude towards their education and profession, has good content validity, instrument reliability, and test-retest reliability.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the experiences and perceptions of nursing students related to their cadaver practice through an integrative review. Methods: An integrative review was conducted using Whittemore and Knafl's framework published in 2005. The key words, "nursing students & cadaver" and "nursing students & anatomy" were used to search peer-reviewed publications in six databases. Among 373 searched articles, 15 articles were selected after excluding articles that did not meet the inclusion criteria. The literature quality was moderate (levels C and B). Results: The results from the 15 selected studies were integrated and classified into seven themes: "anxiety and discomfort," "gratitude and respect for donors," "dignity of the human body and life," "acceptance of death," "getting closer to the nursing profession," "enhanced understanding and memory of the human body" and "enhancement of learning motivation." Conclusion: In conclusion, cadaver practice provided an opportunity to form values about the dignity of life and death, helped nursing students understand the human body, and motivated them to approach the profession of nursing. It is suggested to develop integrated cadaver practice programs that incorporate bioethics, spiritual nursing, and the vocation of the nursing profession.

Respect for human life and respect for human rights are basic values which the organized nursing profession has urged its members to adhere to in their service to human beings. This study was designed and carried out to identify ways to reconcile often conflicting basic values in practice. This study focused on ethical dilema experienced by nurses who were caring for political offenders in prison. Concrete case study was presected to show solutions to the problems.

본 연구는 정보통신기술의 발달로 직업으로서의 선호도가 높아지고 있는 유튜브 크리에이터 종사 의향의 예측 요인을 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 확인하기 위해 Z세대(20세~24세)의 직업 가치관, 관심과 인식, 자아존중감, 종사 의향 등을 조사하였다. 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 실재형(-), 예술형(+), 기업형(+)의 직업 가치관이 유의한 영향력을 보였고, 유튜브에 관한 관심도 역시 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 실재형의 직업적 성격을 가진 사람들일수록 유튜브 크리에이터 종사 의향이 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 예술형, 기업형 점수가 높은 사람들은 유튜브 크리에이터로 종사할 의향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 더불어 유튜브에 대한 관심이 높을수록 종사 의향이 높은 것으로 나타났는데, 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 기반으로 직업으로서 유튜브 크리에이터에 대한 진로 지원 서비스 구축의 필요성, 직업 가치관이나 개인의 성향에 따른 차별화된 접근의 필요성 등의 시사점들을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 최근 증가하고 있는 유튜브 크리에이터에 대한 관심도를 반영하여 직업적 관점에서 유튜브 크리에이터에 대한 종사 의향, 그리고 영향요인을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the specifics of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods of analysis. The importance of the issue of professional training of a specialist in a preschool institution is proved, along with an increase in the general and professional culture of a teacher, his readiness to work in alternative institutions for preschool children, it is necessary to develop creative pedagogical thinking, independence, motivational and value attitude to the profession, readiness for further self-education. Based on the results of the research, the key aspects of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students were determined.

지난 해 치러낸 '기록관리 현안'은 기록공동체가 기록전문성의 본질과 사회적 가치를 다시 한 번 근본적으로 성찰하도록 하는 계기가 되었다. 이 연구의 목적은 전문직 연구의 주요 문헌을 검토하여, 기록관리 전문성을 바라보는 더 근본적인 시각을 제시하고자 하는 데 있다. 전문성에 관련된 주요 개념을 살펴보고, 전문직의 가장 두드러진 특성인 배타적 특권과 실천 의무의 양면성을 검토하였다. 전문직 연구의 일반론을 기록전문직에 대비하여, 실무와 기반 학문의 관계, 윤리규정과 협회와의 관계 등 기록전문성의 주요 쟁점사안을 조명하였다.

본 연구는 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도가 미용전문직관에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 헤어 미용 전공 대학생들의 전공만족과 전문직관의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 미용전문직관 간에 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고(p<0.001), 전공만족은 '전문성' t=4.625(p=.000), '직업인식' t=3.152(p=.002)로, 전공가치는 '전문성' t=2.330(p=.021), '전문활동' t=2.438(p=.015), '직업인식' t=4.843(p=.000)으로, 대학생활적응은 미용전문직관의 하위요인인 '전문활동' t=2.746(p=.006), '직업인식' t=4.303(p=.000)으로 나타나 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도는 미용전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 헤어 미용 전공 대학생에게 있어 전공만족은 대학 및 전공학과에 대한 만족뿐만 아니라 자기 자신에 대한 만족 및 헤어 미용 직무 자신감으로 이어져 긍정적인 영향으로 사회생활을 적응할 수 있게 해주며, 미용전문직관은 헤어 미용 직업에 대한 가치관과 태도로 미용 전공 대학생 때 전문직관이 생기게 된다. 연구결과를 통해 헤어 미용 전공 대학생들의 긍정적인 전문직관의 형성과 전공만족도를 높이고 올바른 이론과 실기교육을 통해 미용전문직관이 확립될 수 있도록 학생들의 자기계발과 더불어 교수 및 교육관계자들의 전문직업 윤리와 가치관에 관한 교육과 지속적인 지도가 필요하다고 사료된다.
