21세기 지식정보사회로 접어들어 GIS가 부각됨에 따라 GIS의 활성화를 위한 기본지리정보에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 기본지리정보를 관리 감독하는 국토지리정보원에서는 2000년부터 기본지리정보구축에 관한 연구 등을 수행하여, 기본지리정보의 범위 선정과 데이터모델 표준화가 이루어 졌으며, 기본지리정보 유통과 구축에 필요한 생산사양이 이루어짐에 따라 기본지리정보의 품질 및 활용성에 대한 검토가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 시설물분야 기본지리정보 생산사양에 따른 기본지리정보를 3단계에 걸쳐 구축하였으며 기 구축된 교통, 수자원, 행정경계 기본지리정보와 통합하여 활용성 평가를 수행하였다.

This research suggest the correspondent sizes of women's and men's ready-made clothes to export to China on the basis of KS size specification. The results of this study, with the cooperation of Sejung and Searte Companies exporting clothes to Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province in China, are as follows: 1. Corresponding Dimensions of China Women's Clothes According to Morrison's relative deviation method, the body measurement characteristics of Chines and Korean women in their 30s and 40s were compared. As a result, Chinese women were bigger in height, arm length, abdomen girth, and upper arm girth but smaller in shoulder length and shoulder width. The cluster analysis for body type classification was as follows: Type 1, tall and well-developed, was 34.8%. Type 2 with weaker upper body, medium height, narrow shoulders and a slim waist was 45%. Type 3 with stronger upper body, shortest height and wide shoulders was 20.2%. 2. Corresponding Dimensions of China Men's Clothes Based on the drop standard of KS K 0050, the body types of Chinese men in their 20s were classified. A body types were 55.77%, Y body types were 32.16%, B body types were 11.55% and BB body types were 1.51%. According to the criteria of ready-made dimensions of normal body type suggested in Korea Standards, and in consideration of the basic distribution reality of body dimensions, representative 5 sizes were selected. 3. The corresponding size specification of China women's and men's clothes based on those of KS size specification were presented here, showing product sizes and physical items in detail.

국제수로기구(IHO)의 공간지리 공통 데이터 모델에 관한 표준인 S-100을 기반으로 하는 S-10x 데이터 제품사양(Product Specification)은 해양의 특정 분야 데이터를 제작, 배포하는 기준에 관한 표준이다. 전자해도 데이터와 같은 피처 중심의 데이터는 피처 카탈로그를 S-10x 데이터 제품사양의 주요 구성 요소로 포함한다. 피처 카탈로그는 대상 분야 및 대상 분야의 데이터에 관한 전문 지식을 갖춘 도메인 전문가에 의해 제작되어 진다. 그러나 도메인 전문가가 피처 카탈로그를 구조화된 XML 문서로 오류 없이 작성하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 국제수로기구의 TSMAD 워킹그룹 회의에서도 카탈로그의 제작을 지원하는 시스템 개발의 필요성을 제기하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 도메인 전문가가 S-10x 제품사양의 피처 카탈로그를 일관되고 구조화된 XML 문서로 제작할 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템 도구로 피처 카탈로그 빌더를 설계, 구현하였다. 피처 카탈로그 빌더는 자바 기반의 그래픽 유저 인터페이스(GUI) 프로그램으로 개발하였다. 그리고 피처 개념 사전(Feature Concept Dictionary) 레지스터의 등록 아이템 간의 관계를 확인하고 대상 분야에 적합한 아이템을 선택할 수 있도록 피처 카탈로그 빌더를 개발하였다.

There are two types of mold parts, ready-made standard parts and ETO (Engineered-to-Order) parts, the latter are of increasing importance to manufacturers. However, the ETO parts require more engineering support and communication than the ready-made standard parts. Existing e-Catalog modules provide classification structures of products that allow customers to select products based on their needs, and the trade begins with the provided specification. However, machine parts or mold parts have different purchasing patterns. Customers do not purchase the ready-made standard parts offered by an e-Catalog. They usually (1) add own options to the provided specifications or (2) change specification items such as length. To support these trades, a new e-Catalog system is proposed. The proposed system is based on the product design process and the specification selection process in addition to the parts classification structure.

This research aims to present the corresponding dimensions of China men's clothes on the basis of size specification of Korea men's suits. The results of this study, with the cooperation of Sejung Company exporting men's clothes to Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province in China, are as follows: 1. Based on the drop standard of KS K 0050, the body types of Chinese men in their 20s were classified. A body types were 55.77%, Y body types were 32.16%, B body types were 11.55% and BB body types were 1.51%. 2. According to the criteria of ready-made dimensions of normal body type suggested in Korea Standards, and in consideration of the basic distribution reality of body dimensions, representative 5 sizes were selected. 3. Research jackets by different sizes were produced and went through wearing tests. The means of 1st wearing test were 3.86, 4.09, 4.09, 3.57, and 3.69. The mean of 2nd wearing test of 88-73-170 size was 4.32. 4. The corresponding size specification of China men's clothes based on those of Korea men's suits were presented here, showing product sizes and physical items in detail.

Developed shape awareness technology and vision technology for optical ten slant in this research and including external form state of lens for the performance verification developed so that can be good achieve badness finding. And, establish to existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch's standard specification condition directly, and error designed to distinguish from product more than schedule error to badness product by normalcy product within schedule extent after calculate the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data md standard reflex data mutually. Developed system to smallest 1pixel unit though measuring is possible 1pixel as 3.7$\mu\textrm{m}$${\times}$3.7$\mu\textrm{m}$(0.1369${\times}$10/sub-1/$\textrm{mm}^2$) the accuracy to 10/sub-1/mm minutely measuring is possible performance verification and trust ability through an experiment prove.

A systematic construction and re-use of technology related to the product development and production has been the most important for the semiconductor industry dependent on process and equipment. Therefore, numerous outputs in the form of paper has been produced in the process of information management ranging from the creation to recycling and disposal of technologies. In this research, the technology and documents necessary for the business management in the field of semiconductor manufacturing were classified in an effort to solve problems while the modeling of document management architecture at the enterprise level was performed by properly setting up the security system to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of the product development technology to the third parties. Especially, the product and process specification are designed in such a way as to ensure a real-time response in interface with the production system in order to shorten the development lead-time and improve the productivity. This paper is to discuss the modeling approach, the strategy to construct the system and its results.

Quality is defined as several terms of fitness for use, conformance to requirements or specification, and loss of social effect. And the quality can be classified into design, production and service quality according to its formation of product (or servece). To be satisfactory product, the product must be controlled to maintain the specified level of quality at the whole life cycle of R&D step through disposal step. And the wrong design is one of the great source of cost. Therefore, the quality assurance on the R&D step is very important. This paper suggests a general procedure for the R&D quality assurance and discusses the methods for the reliable design. And a telecommunication equipment is considered as an applied example. Finally, it is discussed some subjects on the R&D quality assurance as further researches.

This paper described design as a purposeful human activity for solving its problems. This means, problem solving is finding a way to get from some initial situation to a desired goal.In order to do this, like a voyage, there should be a compass, and a route map to guide the designer through the design process. Evaluation gives information about the way a design is proceeding and suggests the direction in which change should be made in order that the complex of design concepts should be fulfilled in a satisfactory manner.I think Pugh's total design model discussing in this paper takes a layered approach through a series of sequential actions, part of which is to find the product status. Each layer has the $$\mu$ti-dimensional elements, Product Design Specification (PDS) around the design core. I made a comparative study of several evaluation tools wi th Pugh's model and examined the criteria for evaluation and the rating / weighing methods.It needs, however, more study in order that PDSs may have its values and be fixed from the dynamic design concepts.

Usability is defined by the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with which specified users can achieve specified goal in particular environment. Today, many factors such as software acquisition, business re-engineering and the trend of software market have software industry considers usability as an important quality of software products. Therefore, the specification and measurement method for establishing the acceptable usability level of software is required during software development acquisition and evaluation. To evaluate whether software products is usable or not, we need evaluation method for software usability. This paper is not only to provide a framework for specifying the usability attributes of a product and establishing a comprehensive set of usability criteria, but also assessing usability metrics of the software. The usability metrics and checklist is developed based on the properties of the user interface using ISO standard and general usability principles with product-oriented view which means the Product has attributes contributing to determine the usability. This paper also suggested the way to weight the relative importance of the individual usability item depending on the software categories.
