음식부산물 건조박을 첨가한 배지에서 느타리버섯의 균사생장 특성 (Substitute cheap supplements development for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation usiug food by-product dried wastes)

  • 느타리버섯(수한, 춘추)의 음식부산물건조박 대체 효과실험을 위하여 기본배지(대조구)를 포플러톱밥 : 비트펄프 : 면실박을 5 : 3 : 2(v/v)로 하여 대조구의 면실박 20% 대신에 건조박을 10% 혼합하였을 때 10일간의 균사생장길이가 수한 1호는 63mm, 춘추 1호는 68mm이었다. 이는 대조구의 수한 1호 67mm, 춘추 1호 74mm 보다 균사생장속도는 약간 느리지만 균사밀도는 높아 대체하여 사용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 그러나 건조박의 혼합비율이 20%와 30%로 높아질수록 균사생장속도는 늦어지고 균사밀도는 높아졌다.

국내 온라인 쇼핑 할인 행사 '사이버 핫데이즈' 에서의 소비자 행동 연구 (A Study of Consumer Behavior on Online Shopping Discount Event - Cyber hot Days - in Korea)

  • US Retailers consider two major holiday shopping days as their most profitable-the Friday after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and the Monday after Thanksgiving, CyberMonday. Online shopping discount events have boosted up the shopping markets resulting in pumping up National economy. For such reasons, Korea also has launched online shopping discount event, which is called 'Cyber hot days'. The primary purpose of this paper is to understand consumer behavior on Cyber hot days and suggest how retailers can harness those consumer behaviors and how government agency can support both retailers and consumers to boost up shopping markets. The results of empirical test shows that economic value, emotional value, and product variety were found to be significantly related to consumers' attitude on Cyber hot days, but convenience value, social value, and product uniqueness were not. Consumers' attitude was also found to be significantly related to the repurchase intention. It implicates that price, enjoyment, and product variety are important aspects to Korean consumers when they purchase during online shopping discount event.

Developing Innovation Product of Meals Ready-to-Eat (MRE) for Emergency Supply Distribution to Disaster Victims

  • Purpose: Each emergency event has several aspects of impact, including the effects on lives, economy, and the environment. Additionally, the damage to infrastructure systems can contribute to food shortages during a disaster. Research design, data and methodology: This research aims to study ready-to-eat food innovations that influence the consumer buying behavior of emergency victims and to develop ready-to-eat meal innovations to help emergency victims with an emphasis on research and innovation of Meals Ready-to-Eat (MREs). Results: A questionnaire was employed to collect the data from people living in Pak Kret Municipality, Nonthaburi Province. Pak Kret Municipality is administered under five subdistricts, covering 34 villages in Pak Kret, Bang Phut, Ban Mai, Bang Talat, and Khlong Kluea. Multiple correlation and multiple regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The study revealed that integrated marketing communication, unique proposition, customer orientation, and product variety influenced consumer buying behavior of MREs to help emergency victims at a statistically significance level of 0.05. Conclusions: The results indicate that, in emergency situations, MREs play a crucial role. When infrastructure and essential services are disrupted, MREs are a convenient and long-lasting option for providing timely assistance during emergencies.

Bak-like 단백질을 code하는 cDNA의 동정 (Identification of Bak-like Protein cDNA)

  • Cells are eliminated in a variety of physiological settings by apoptosis, a genetically encoded process of cellular suicide. Bak, a member of the Bcl-2 protein family, accelerates apoptosis by an unknown mechanism. We have found a novel cDNA encoding a 101 amino acid protein possessing a Bak-like in our full-length cDNA bank. Bak-like shares the conserved domains BHI and 2 with other proapoptotic proteins but lacks the BH3 domain. Bak-like is expressed in a wide variety of tissues. Like Bak, Bak-like gene product primarily enhances apoptotic cell death following an appropriate stimulus.

  • It is certain that the future manufacturing environment will be network-centric and spatially distributed based on Internet. Today, wide variety of distributed computing and communication technologies are available for implementing a system for product data exchange and sharing. One of the technologies that have been received most attentions for product data exchange and sharing is Product Data Management (PDM). PDM tries to integrate and manage process of data and technical documents that are connected to physical product components. In accordance to previous researches about PDM, it can be regarded as an integration tool of many different areas, which ensures that the right information is available to the right person at the right time and in the right form throughout the enterprise. PDM with Web-enabled CAD system is proposed in this paper in order to acknowledge the usefulness of the system mentioned. The system will use Web service on Visual Studio C#.Net to invoke the web application system.

온라인 소비자 구매결정과정에서의 제품관여도 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Product Involvement on the Purchase Decision Process of Online Shopping Malls)

  • This research is to investigate the effects of product involvement on the selection of online shopping malls. From the statistical analysis of 282 response data, it was found that consumers buying products with higher involvement tend to shop in a shopping mall with greater trust, which provide more information regarding their products and a wider variety of products. The other purpose of this research is to investigate factors of shopping malls which influence the buyer's purchase intention. The results of data analysis indicate that consumers are more likely to buy in a shopping mall with greater trust, with detailed product information, and with higher entertaining contents. The results of the study indicate that the shopping malls which give more detailed product information to their customers and establish greater trust will finally lead to a higher sales revenue because more expensive products will be sold.

환경성을 고려한 새로운 그린 Product Family 지수 개발 (Development of a New Green Product Family Index Considering Environmental Performance)

  • 글로벌 마켓에서 경쟁하기 위하여 많은 기업들은 제품의 다양성을 증가시키고, 고객의 요구사항을 만족시키고, 리드타임을 줄이고, 비용을 줄이기 위하여 product family를 적용하고 있다. 성공적인 product family를 위한 핵심요인은 플랫폼을 도출하는 것이다. Product family를 설계할 때, 제품의 공통성과 차별성간의 절충을 해결하는 것이 중요하다. Product family내에서 공통성을 평가하기 위해서 공통성 지수를 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 공통성 지수는 공통 부품수, 비용, 제조 공정 등과 같은 서로 다른 변수들을 이용한다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구된 공통성 지수를 벤치마킹하여 환경성을 고려한 새로운 product family 평가 지수인 그린 product family 지수(GPFI)를 개발하고자 한다. 기존에 개발된 공통성 지수들과 본 연구에서 개발된 GPFI와의 비교연구를 통하여 제안한 지수의 적합성과 효과성에 대하여 검증한다. 궁극적으로 본 연구에서 제안하는 새로운 개발한 그린 product family 지수는 환경친화적인 product family를 설계하고 개발하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

  • 오늘날의 글로벌 시장에서의 경쟁은 많은 회사들이 시장에서 충분한 다양성을 가진 product family를 개발하도록 하고 있다. Product family를 설계할 때 중요한 이슈 중에 하나는 제품의 공통성과 차별성간의 절충점을 찾아내는 것이다, 이와 동시에 Product family를 설계할 때 리드타임을 단축시키고, 품질을 향상시키며 비용을 절감하는 것뿐만 아니라 제품의 환경 성능을 고려하는 것도 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 환경성을 고려한 메타 휴리스틱 알고리즘 기반의 그린 Product Family 재설계 방법론을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 그린 product family의 설계를 위해 메타휴리스틱 알고리즘으로써 유전자 알고리즘과 green product family index (GPFI)를 이용한다. 추가적으로 product family 레벨과 부품 레벨의 product family 재설계 추천방안도 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 테이블 램프 product family를 대상으로 제안한 방법의 효율성과 타당성을 검증하였다.
