애니메이션제작에 있어 과장과 강조를 통하여 코믹한 연출을 만들어 가는 것이 무엇보다도 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 애니메이션적인 과장과 강조를 Shot에 적용시킨 코믹효과를 연구한다. 먼저 선행단계로 입체적인 Shot을 연출하는 카메라계산법으로 이미지추출 실험과 Shot 이동연출법을 제시한다. 그리고 입체원리로 제작되어진 애니메이션 Shot을 분석하여 코믹효과를 제언한다.

Rapid change of the era has caused change to consumption. New concept of consumer means not consumer who is simply provided a product, but a consumer who lays emphasis on value. That is to say, it indicates a consumer who values both on service and information as well as a product itself when they purchase. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the changes of POPs and objets at domestic and foreign fashion lingerie shops in different periods, and to encourage the effective introduction of POPs and objets for display at fashion lingerie shops in the future. I have used 100 pictures of 6 domestic brands and 80 of 6 foreign brands to analyze, and the periods were divided into 2000-2003, 2004-2007, and after 2008. The result of analyzing is as follows. First, give much information and great satisfaction to customers through the various types of POP, which convey the image and the concept of the products. If current POP was used only for sales, there ! should be various kinds and types of POPs to present not only basic information of products but also the value beyond it. Second, advance the products value by the presentation of diverse object. Furniture, fixtures, Lighting, Gift Box, Poster and mannequins should be used not to show simple props and presentation of product in the past, but to show brand images and Design concept of products.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 인터넷 사용자데이터를 통해 인터넷 광고의 시각적 모습만이 아니라, 내용적 차이에 따른 사용자 선호도를 제품 관여도를 포함해 분석하고자 한 것이다. 인터넷을 활용한 실험연구에 의하면 이미지 위주의 인터넷 배너광고가 텍스트 위주의 광고에 비해 사용자 선호도가 높았으며 관여도 또한 광고의 선호도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이미지 위주의 광고는 제품과 관련된 관여도의 여부와 관계없이 전반적으로 텍스트 위주의 광고에 비해 사용자들의 호감을 얻고 있었다. 또한 전반적으로 정보 지향적 인 광고보다는 경품위주의 광고의 효과가 높았다. 본 연구는 배너광고를 활용하는 마케팅 의사 결정에 있어서 배너광고와 광고의 시각적 형태 외에도 광고에 포함되는 내용, 소비자와 제품의 관여도 그리고 그 상호효과에 대해 철저한 사전 분석이 있어야 기대하는 마케팅 목표를 이루 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

The factors involved in development of electronic grading systems for commodities such as grains and seeds include determination of the factors that influence the end-product utilization of the commodities, and the degree to which these can be predicted by electronic methods. The possibility of exchanging existing methods of grading by electronic methods has to be considered. The respective merits of techniques such as Digital Imaging and Near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy have to be considered. Digital Imaging is a computerized version of visual inspection and grading, whereas NIR spectroscopy has the potential for grading on the basis of composition and functionality, Selection and evaluation of NIR instruments is an important factor, as are sampling and sample presentation to electronic instruments, and particularly the engineering involved in sample presentation. Sample assembly, and software for calibration development are described in the presentation. Finally the impact and implications of introduction of electronic grading are discussed with particular attention to marketing of the commodities.

We dene new link invariants which are called the quasitoric braid index and the cyclic length of a link and show that the quasitoric braid index of link with k components is the product of k and the cycle length of link. Also, we give bounds of Gordian distance between the (p,q)-torus knot and the closure of a braid of two specific quasitoric braids which are called an alternating quasitoric braid and a blockwise alternating quasitoric braid. We give a method of modication which makes a quasitoric presentation from its braid presentation for a knot with braid index 3. By using a quasitoric presentation of $10_{139}$ and $10_{124}$, we can prove that $u(10_{139})=4$ and $d^{\times}(10_{124},K(3,13))=8$.

Cordyceps militaris, a traditional medicinal mushroom, produces a component compound, cordycepin (3'-deoxyadenosine). Cordycepin has many pharmacological activities including immunological stimulating, anti-cancer, and anti-infection activities. However, the therapeutic mechanism has not yet been elucidated. In this study, we examined the effects of cordycepin on the antigen-presenting function of antigen-presenting cells (APCs). Dendritic cells (DCs) were cultured in the presence of cordycepin and then allowed to phagocytose microspheres containing ovalbumin (OVA). After washing and fixing, the efficacy of OVA peptide presentation by DCs was evaluated using CD8 and CD4 T cells. Also, we confirmed the protein levels of proinflammatory cytokines through RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. Cordycepin decreased both MHC class I and class II-restricted presentation of OVA and suppressed the expression of both MHC molecules and the phagocytic activity toward exogenous OVA. The class II-restricted OVA presentation-regulating activity of cordycepin was also confirmed using mice that had been injected with cordycepin followed by soluble OVA. Furthermore, cordycepin suppressed the mRNA and protein levels of iNOS, COX-2, pro-inflammatory cytokines in a concentration-dependent manner. These results provide an understanding of the mechanism of the T cell response-regulating activity of cordycepin through the inhibition of MHC-restricted antigen presentation in relation to its actions on APCs.

This paper describes an image design process for product development based on human sensibility ergonomics.. The human sensibility about product image can be measured through some statistical methods and translated into product design factors by some mathematical inference logics. This results also can be presented by 3D computer graphic tools, In order to integrate the above processess, a image design process on human sensibility database. Human sensibility database is constructed with the relational ddta of some adjective words and design factors, The next step is to extract the design information from the human sensibility dataabase by fuzzy inference algouithm. This information is used for the input data for the graphic presentation. The final product can be modified according to the customer's requirement.

Large scale mammalian cell culture has become, over the past two decades, the preferred method to produce therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. In this presentation, I will introduce disposable bioreactor system and analyze key factors and points for consideration during mammalian cell culture process development. Example will be provided highlighting the selection of master cell, culture media and environmental factors based on productivity and product quality.
