FMS도입을 위한 대형버스 생산시스템 분석 (Analysis of Large Bus Production System for the Introduction FMS)

  • Production schedule and realization quantity of Large type bus [929(HD), 928, 928-A(SD), 937E/L, 937/L,] were analyzed in order to intruoduce FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) appropriate for varities of customer desire and multi-item, small lot production. And this paper is aimed to propose introduction method of FMS, analyzing zig tools change times and idle times with production line and workers as an object. According to analysis results, only simple spec., depending on bus type, changed with decrease in production. For 929(HD), 928,928-A(SD), 937Eh, 937/L bus type, there was no harmony between schdule and realization. Therefore, it caused many difficulties in part supply. And there was loss of manpower and reduction of productibility due to idle time of process with bus type change. Production processes were operated inefficiently because tact time exceeded or shortaged of allow time.

  • This paper describes the development process of body and full vehicle for reduced idle vibration through the data level of frequency and sensitivity. The vibration mode map is used to separate body structure modes from resonance of engine idle nm and steering system. This paper describes the analysis approach process to reduce the variation of uncertainties for idle vibration performance at initial design stage. The robust design method is performed to increase the stabilization performance under vehicle vibration. It is used to predict the effects of the stiffness deviation according to the spot welding condition of the body structure. The tolerance associated with hood over slam bumper is analyzed for the quality deviation of the moving system in full vehicle. And the glass sealant stiffness and weight difference is considered for the deviation characteristic. The design guideline is suggested considering sensitivity about body and full vehicle by using mother car at initial design stage. It makes possible to design the good NVH performance and save vehicles to be used in tests. These improvements can lead to shortening the time needed to develop better vehicles.

발주마감시간 변경을 통한 SCM Process 개선 (Improving the Efficiency of SCM Process by Rearranging the Reorder Point)

  • As competition shifts from being a company oriented one to a supply chain oriented, an effective SCM(supply chain management) becomes a necessary strategy for any successful businesses. But, it is not easy to form a successful SCM, because the individual desire of participants conflict with others. These desires affect the performance of SCM and cause waste of cost and time. Analyzing a supply chain of discount retailers, this paper eliminates idle time and improves the process with rearranging the reorder closing time(reorder point). For win-win strategy, this work reveals the reorder closing time is an important factor. It is possible to reduce cost and time on the entire SCM process by just changing the ordering time.

  • In a M/G/I queue where the server alternates between busy and idle periods, we assume that firstly customers arrive at the system according to a Poisson process and the arrival process and customer service times are mutually independent, secondly the system has infinite waiting room, thirdly the server utilization is less than 1 and the system has reached a steady state. With these assumptions, we analyze waiting times on the systems where some vacation policies are considered.

  • In this paper, we study the idle speed control of the spark ignition engine. Engine idle speed control is a difficult problem because of troublesome characteristics such as severe process nonlinearities, variable time delays, time-varying dynamics and unobservable internal system states and disturbances. We investigate the intelligent control algorithms such as neural network controller and fuzzy controller for 4-cylinder 4-stroke engine.

대구지역 디젤하이브리드 버스의 실도로 주행 성능 분석 (On-Road Driving Performance Analysis of Diesel-Hybrid Bus in Daegu Metropolitan Area)

  • In this study we analyzed the on-road driving performance of two parallel-type diesel-hybrid buses which have been driven in Daegu metropolitan area. A real-time on-board data logger was facilitated to measure the vehicle information such as vehicle speed, idle stop, state of charge of battery, and engine operating conditions. These diesel-hybrid buses ran as a commuter at Daegu Exco area and Dalsung industrial complex. The driving pattern in Exco area comprised more frequent idle stop and relatively lower speed than at Dalsung area, where comprised no idle stop. Due to those different driving patterns, the fuel economy at Dalsung showed $3.7\;km/{\ell}$, which is about 8% higher than that of Exco. The main causes of this come from the higher portion of regenerative braking and higher speed which moves to the operating points of diesel engine with a lower fuel consumption.

  • Optimizing truck dispatching-intervals is imperative in ready mixed concrete (RMC) delivery process. Intervals shorter than optimal may induce queuing of idle trucks at a construction site, resulting in a long delivery cycle time. On the other hand, intervals longer than optimal can trigger work discontinuity due to a lack of available trucks where required. Therefore, the RMC delivery process should be systematically scheduled in order to minimize the occurrence of waiting trucks as well as guarantee work continuity. However, it is challenging to find optimal intervals, particularly in urban areas, due to variations in both traffic conditions and concrete placement rates at the site. Truck dispatching intervals are usually determined based on the concrete plant managers' intuitive judgments, without sufficient and reliable information regarding traffic and site conditions. Accordingly, the RMC delivery process often experiences inefficiency and/or work discontinuity. Automatic data collection (ADC) techniques (e.g., RFID or GPS) can be effective tools to assist plant managers in finding optimal dispatching intervals, thereby enhancing delivery performance. However, quantitative evidence of the extent of performance improvement has rarely been reported to data, and this is a central reason for a general reluctance within the industry to embrace these techniques, despite their potential benefits. To address this issue, this research reports on the development of a discrete event simulation model and its application to a large-scale building project in Abu Dhabi. The simulation results indicate that ADC techniques can reduce the truck idle time at site by 57% and also enhance the pouring continuity in the RMC delivery process.

수용성 Acrylamide 겔캐스팅에 대한 화학적 변수의 영향 (Effect of Chemical Parameters on Aqueous Acrylamide Gelcasting)

  • 아크릴아마이드계 단량체와 실리콘분말의 혼합 슬러리를 이용한 겔캐스팅법에 있어서 단량체의 혼합비, 각종 첨가제(고분자 중합 개시제, 촉매, 분산제)의 양, 실리콘 분말 함량, 건조시 습도 등과 같은 화학적 변수가 점도, 겔화시간 등 성형변수와 성형체의 수축율과 강도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 겔화시간은 개시제와 촉매의 양이 증가할수록 단축되지만 개시제의 양에 대한 의존성이 더 크게 나타났고, 슬러리의 겔화시간은 단량체용액에 비해 약 1/2 이하로 대폭 감소되었으며, 가교제 MBAM 비율이 높을수록 겔화는 지연되었다. 또한 분산제의 함량이 0.6 wt % 이상일 때는 슬러리의 유동성이 낮아졌다. 성형체는 98%의 높은 습도 하에서 300시간 이상 건조 처리할 때 7% 이하의 균일한 수축에 의해 균열과 뒤틀림 현상이 발생하지 않았으며 40, 50 vol % 실리콘 분말을 함유한 건조 겔체는 각각 평균 64 MPa, 36 MPa의 강도를 보였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 D-정책을 갖는 이산시간 BMAP/G/1 대기행렬시스템의 대기시간을 분석한다. 고객(또는 패킷)들은 마코비안 도착과정을 따라 집단으로 시스템에 도착하며, 유휴한 서버는 시스템에 도착한 고객집단의 서비스시간의 총합이 이미 정해놓은 임계값 D를 초과하면 시스템에 더 이상 서비스할 고객이 없을 때까지 서비스를 제공한다. 시스템의 안정상태 대기시간 분포를 변환 형태로 구하고 성능척도로서 평균값을 유도하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 이론값들의 타당성을 검증하고 간단한 수치예제를 보였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 이동 통신의 AMPS 방식에서 통화를 하기 위해 셀 사이트와 이동체간에 오고 가는 데이터를 분석한 후, 광대역 데이터를 처리하기 위한 시스템을 설계하고 제작하였다. AMPS 방식에서 이동체가 셀 사이트와 통화를 하기 이전에 채널의 상태를 판단하는데 필요한 BUSY / IDLE 비트를 추\ulcorner라흔 회로, 동기 감지 회로, 인터럽트 방식의 데이터 송,수신 회로 및 적은 버퍼 용량을 차지하면서 실시간 처리를 할 수 있는 majority vote, BCH 인코딩 및 디코딩을 하는데 있어서 기존 방법에 따른 계산상의 복잡성을 해결하는 실시간 처리 소프트 웨어를 제안하였다.
