가상적 딜레마 상황에 대한 만 4세 및 5세 유아의 사회적 지식과 대인간 문제해결 전략의 관계 (The Relationships between Social Knowledge about Hypothetical Social Dilemmas and Interpersonal Problem Solving Strategies of 4- and 5-year-olds)

  • This study investigated 4- and 5-year-olds' social knowledge and interpersonal problem solving strategies according to their sex, age, and hypothetical situation, and the relationships among them. Subjects were 116 preschoolers (73 boys and 43 girls; 68 four and 48 five-year-olds). Results showed that preschoolers had the higher scores of freindliness in potential entry situations than in support situations. Also, 4-year-old children were higher in forceful problem solving strategies than 5-year-olds. Furthermore, children's social knowledge assertiveness scores were positively related to their relevant problem solving strategies in conflict situations, while children's social knowledge friendliness scores were negatively related to their forceful problem solving strategies in conflict and potential entry situations.

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate how children and preservice teachers would make a progress in solving the open-problems related to area. In knowledge-based information age, information inquiry, information construction, and problem solving are required. At the level of elementary school mathematics, area is mainly focused on the shape of polygon such as square, rectangle. However, the shape which we need to figure out at some point would not be always polygon-shape. With this perspective, many open-problems are introduced to children as well as preservice teacher. Then their responses are analyzed in terms of their logical thinking and their understanding of area. In order to make students improve their critical thinking and problem solving ability in real situation, the use of open problems could be one of the valuable methods to apply.

복수 제품의 병렬 생산 설비별 생산량 할당 방법에 관한 연구 (Apportioning the Production Quantities into Parallel Production Facilities for Multiple Products)

  • To realize the mass customization entails the optimized supply chain design for efficiently producing and delivering the various products. In this study, we considered the problem obtaining the optimized production policy under the situation wherein the multiple products are apportioned into multiple parallel production facilities. More specifically, the production set-up costs incurs according to whether the production facilities are utilized or not. The facility-dependent set-up costs increase the problem complexity in solving the production apportioning problem for multiple products. This problem can be formulated as concave minimization problem, which is known as NP-hard problem. In this paper, a heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve two conjoint problems : one is to select the cost-effective facilities from alternative multiple production facilities and the other is to apportion the production lot to those selected facilities.

탈북청소년의 사회적지지 및 자아존중감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Social Support for and Self-esteem of North Korean Adolescent defectors on their Problem Solving Ability)

  • 본 연구는 국내 입국탈북자들 중, 청소년 탈북자의 비율이 증가하고 있는 상황에서 탈북청소년에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점을 바탕으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 본 연구의 대상인 탈북청소년들은 한국 생활에서 경험하는 다양한 상황을 낯설어하고 소극적으로 대처하는 경향이 있고, 이러한 상황에서 적절하게 문제를 해결하는 것은 한국 사회 적응에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 연구대상 탈북청소년 213명을 대상으로 2017년 06월 14일부터 24일 동안 설문조사를 실시하여 탈북청소년의 사회적지지, 자아존중감, 문제해결능력 간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 탈북청소년 사회적지지 유형인 정서적, 물질적, 정보적, 평가적 지지는 자아존중감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 자아존중감은 탈북청소년의 문제해결능력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 탈북청소년의 사회적지지 4가지 유형과 문제해결능력 간의 관계에서 자아존중감은 매개효과가 있는 것을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 탈북청소년의 사회적 지지와 자아존중감을 통해 한국 사회 적응을 위한 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발이나 자기개발훈련 등의 실천적인 방안을 제안하였다.

초등학교 2·3학년 학생들의 자연수의 덧셈과 뺄셈에 대한 문제해결 능력 분석 (An Analysis on the Elementary 2nd·3rd Students' Problem Solving Ability in Addition and Subtraction Problems with Natural Numbers)

  • 본 연구에서는 자연수의 덧셈과 뺄셈에서 식으로 된 문제와 의미론적 측면의 유형별 문장제에 대한 학생들의 문제해결 능력을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 초등학교 2학년과 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 본 연구에서 제작한 검사 도구를 활용하여 조사연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 덧셈과 뺄셈식과 문장제 모두에서 결과를 모르는 경우의 정답률이 가장 높았으며, 변화량을 모르는 경우와 처음량을 모르는 경우 순으로 정답률에 차이를 보였다. 덧셈 문장제에서는 결과를 모르는 경우에 합병 상황에서 첨가 상황보다 다소 높은 정답률을 보였으나, 전체적으로는 큰 차이가 없었다. 또 뺄셈 문장제에서는 구잔 유형의 정답률이 구차나 등화 유형의 정답률보다 높았으며, 등화 상황과 구차 상황의 정답률은 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다.

SYNCHRONIZING INDIVIDUALLY OPTIMAL CYCLE TIMES ACROSS MULITI-BUYERS AND MULTI-PRODUCTS

  • A joint problem of order delivery, setup reduction, and cost-sharing in a two-echelon inventory system in which a vendor supplies multiple products to a group of buyers is studied here. The basic premise is that buyers have independently implemented setup reduction programs to acquire benefits from small order sizes. Doing so, however, causes the buyers' individually optimal order cycles to be differ from that of the vendor. In conjunction with this, two models are considered. In the first model, a multi-buyers single product situation is considered in which the vendor implements a joint supply cycle policy. However, buyers, as the dominant party, insist after implementing the individually optimal setup reduction that the vendor accept their individually optimal order schedules. In the second model. a multi-products, single buyer situation is considered in which the buyer implements a joint order policy. Here, the vendor, as the dominant party, refuses to cooperate fully with the buyer's individually reduced joint order schedule, and designs his own individually optimal setup reduction mix for each product under a given budget constraint. This led to a study of an integrated Setup Reduction/Break-even Pricing Policy for each situation to eliminate mismatches in individually optimal cycle times.

  • In the double-talk situation where both the near-end and far-end signal present, the performance of echo cancellation using the conventional LMS algorithm is easily degraded because it freezes the adaptation in this situation. Recently CLMS and ECLMS algorithms were proposed to solve this problem. These algorithms could be used to adapt the filter´s parameters continuously even in the double-talk situation. In this paper, we propose new recursion formulas to calculate the ECLMS algorithm. And we compare and analyze the performances of double-talk echo canceller according to changing the value of channel tracking factors ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$ and forgetting factor λ. 민간요법에 대한 사회의식조사연구 (Study on Social-communicating Situation of the Folk Remedies)

  • In the present social-communicating situation of the folk remedies, we can say there is no responsible main group of it. When we look for recent published remedy books, their authors' background is too various. The folk remedy only focuses on the generality but it does not understand the problem of misusing with lack of explanation and classification in view of the oriental medicine. In conclusion, current folk remedies have formed a figure out of irresponsibility.

A Study of Situated Cognition and Transfer in Mathematics Learning

  • In this paper, we investigate the comparative effectiveness of two kinds of instructional methods in transfer of mathematics learning: one based on the situated cognition, i.e. situated learning (SL) and the other based on traditional learning (TL). Both classes (of grade 2) studied addition and subtraction of 3-digit numbers. After that, they completed two written tests (Written Test 1 included computation problems, Written Test 2 included computation problems and story problems) and a real situation test. As a result, no significant differences were found between the two groups' performance on computation skill in Written Tests 1 and 2. But the SL group performed significantly better on the performance of story problem and real situation test than TL group. This result indicated that the SL made improvement in transfer of mathematics learning. As a result of interviews with 12 children of the SL group were able to use contextual resources in solving real situation as well as story problems.

  • The purpose of this research was to get an alternative idea about the situation and problems of domestic pest control company We performed a questionnaire survey of 105 companies to find the situation and problems of pest control companies with and with out lincensed sanitarians. The investigation revealed the following issues and the conclusions summarized. 1. Companies with lincensed sanitarians have shown to put forth hygenic safety(62%) as first priority as to companies without sanitarians neglect hygenic safety and rank financial benefit(40%) as their priority. 2. Companies with lincensed sanitarians have directions on its use of pesticides but the companies without inspectors rely only on field experiences. 3. Companies with lincensed sanitarians are known to use the safety equipment. To the contrary, companies without sanitarians worked without the proper safety equipment safety gear. 4. Companies with sanitarians been regularly received educational Programs on chemicals used in the pest control. And then companies without did not have my other educational programs for chemicals they used.
