This paper aims to suggest the problems of land-use plan which causes the lack of parking space and to study the improvement of the problems. The land-use plan and the parking plan of the Gyo-dong 2 land development project are examined and the land use and the parking conditions are surveyed. The major cause of parking problem is not to have planned land use realistically. Because of the non-realistic land use plan, the parking demands are underestimated and it has resulted in decreasing the supply of parking space. In addition, the land use and parking managements have been negligent since the land development. In order to improve the parking problem, the change of land use should be considered in land use plan. And actual land use and parking plans should be made and land use management which considers the change of parking demands should be practiced.

The purpose of this study was to develop the instructional process plan and performance assessment instrument to do problem-solving activity for 'Energy and Transportation Technology' unit at the subject 'Technology-Home Economics' in middle school. This study was conducted by the following these stage. First, it was documents research and analysis of the 'Energy and Transportation Technology' unit. Second, topics for transportation technology hands-on and problem-solving activity were selected, and the organized for designed instructional process plan and performance assessment instrument related transportation technology in the development step. Third, developed instructional process plan and performance assessment instrument were conducted in order to amend and improved by expert and have gone through the field test for further improvement. The theme of transportation technology for hand-on and problem-solving activity was 'Created a hovercraft', and were consist of instructional process plan for 8 class period and performance assessment instrument in 4 type of observation, assessment finished, portfolios and student self-assessment.

The purpose of this study is to present improvement for classification system of current neighborhood living facility to correspond rapid social change and various industries after understanding its status and problem. In current Building Standard Law, various kinds of buildings are classified for their structure, purpose of use, and building types. The Neighborhood Living Facility is divided into First Neighborhood Living Facility and Second Neighborhood Living Facility with applying area standards, according to facilities of convenience degree for neighborhood inhabitants. This classification, however, has problem in an arbitrary decision and applying of buildings without any definition or standards to adopt. And, there are some mixed neighborhood public functional facilities and amusement business affecting public morals among the Neighborhood Living Facility, so hazard environmental problems are also existed. According to the improved program, the study presents a prompt adoption of new facilities according to various industry increase, with minimum public discontent over adopted area standards. This study suggests making a clear scope through reclassification of Neighborhood Living Facility within the scope of the law on current Neighborhood Living Facility and an improvement plan of introducing necessary definitions on purpose of facility.

Present research is to evaluate and improve the sealing performance of the duct cap assembly for the ice dispensers through structural analysis. The nonlinear contact problems to check the sealing performance were analyzed using ANSYS software. The results of the analyses related to the sealing performance: the displacement distribution, the contact condition between the cap-silicon and the case, and the pressure distribution on the contact surface, were examined and discussed. Based on the results of the existing design of the duct cap assembly, two cases of the design modifications to improve the sealing performance were introduced. By examining the results of the two cases, a final design improvement plan was proposed and analyzed. It is shown that the sealing performance of the proposed final design is much more favorable than the existing design. The method of structural analysis and design improvement of the duct cap assembly presented in this paper will help improve the sealing performance of the ice dispenser duct caps.

Reckless development policy, which has continued during the past several decades, caused landscape damage. In order to solve this problem, it is very urgent to conserve the habitat and to establish systematic database. Recently, various researches related to landscape damage have been conducted actively and the necessity of landscape ecological planning based on the biotop mapping has been issued as one of the solutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to select the study area, which is located in Guji-meon, Dalseong-gun, Daegu and will be formed into Daegu Science Park, and then to develop and apply the landscape ecological planning model based on biotop mapping in district unit. The results are as follows. Fist of all, according to the results of biotop classification with field survey and literature review, total 13 biotop and total 63 biotop types were classified. According to the first evaluation with B-VAT, total 19 biotop types were classified I grade including natural river with abundant plants(BA) and so on. While V grade, which has lowest value, was classified 16 biotop types including vegetable garden adjacent to river(BC). Also the second evaluation, we analyzed total 30 areas such as 1a, 1b grades, which had special meaning for the conservation of species and biotop. Next, 2a, 2b, 2c grades were analyzed total 82 areas. Secondly, in the compliance with Ecological landscape planning, we divided landscape planning model into two parts such as setting of improvement goal and detailed implement plan. For instance, setting of improvement goal, we classified 9 parts such as conservation region and parts of detailed implement plan, we classified total 28 planning indicators with 4 view such as the region which should be special protected from nature and landscape. Lastly, with the developed landscape model we applied to research areas, made maps, and differentiate proposals in each region. Specially, the final master plan was made to help understand the contents of detailed landscape planning. This study will be a useful data, which can solve the landscape damage problem systematically and control it landscape-friendly with biotop classification, evaluation, landscape ecological planning model, and application method which we developed.

In this study, a problem-centered learning based STEAM field experience learning program was developed and the effects of applying it were investigated. The program was composed of 8 sessions by using problem-centered learning education method and integrating STEAM elements between disciplines. The contents of program are as follow. In the step of sharing problems and making a problem-solving plan, they understood the various examples and meanings of endangered species, explored the project activities, and made an inquiry plan. In the search and re-exploration phase, a smart device was used to investigate the appearance, habitat environment and cause of extinction for Clithon retropictus, and a site inquiry plan was established for each group. Then, they moved to the field to explore brackish-headed gallops and discuss ways to protect endangered species. In the step of creating a solution, a web-based report was produced as the final product using smart devices based on the results of the inquiry. In the presentation and evaluation stage, the produced web-based report was used to present each group, conduct mutual evaluation, and organize project activities. The developed program was applied to 6th grade 29 students enrolled in the J University Gifted Education Center. In order to find out the effectiveness of the program, tests of science process skill, creative problem-solving ability, and scientific attitude were conducted before and after of program learning, and the results were statistically analyzed by t-test. In addition, a STEAM program satisfaction test was conducted after project in order to find out the satisfaction of the class. As a result of application of the program, the results were significantly improved in openness, criticism, and creativity among the sub-factors of creative problem-solving ability and scientific attitude. Satisfaction with the STEAM program was also high, but no significant result was found in science process skill. Therefore, the program of this study could be influenced on improvement of creative problem-solving ability and scientific attitude of gifted students in elementary science.

An understanding of importance of port has increased according to the in and out environment changes surrounding port. And the jurisdiction of physical distribution including port logistics integrated to Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. It is a good time for review the related port law once more. Present related port law has no problems itself. But because there are many laws about port, so overlap is shown in many aspects. According to this viewpoint, this study has focused to reduce the overlap in the contents of the laws and propose the improvement methods. So as to achieve this goal, I divided study fields into three aspects. The first is the subject of port management and second is the object of port management, the third is contents of port management. And also improvement plan provided in three aspects. Improvement plan is as follows. Firstly, the diversity of management subject is reduced considerably due to the integration of government organization but the problem which what laws among the various laws would adopt to same object is still remained. So it is necessary to make into one or two laws. Secondly, in the case of object of port management, it is essential to cover the port, port facilities and port hinterland with one comprehensive law. Therefore it is important to adjust the related clauses in various laws. Thirdly, in connection with the contents of port management, port development plan or other related port business and etc. described in various laws have to cordinated. At the same time, it is desirable that the similar terminology used in various laws would be unified.

It has been 12 years since PIFF is first started. PIFF is first started in 1966 to provide opportunity for audiences who love movies could actively participate in visual culture and opportunity for Korean movies could stand out in the world by showing internationally recognizable movies. To make energetic film culture in Korea, there should be thoughtful analysis on old PIFF and effort to solve the problem. For this reason, we researched on audience trend and satisfaction level who participated in 12th PIFF to find out hidden problem of PIFF, and provide a good direction which could solve the given problem.

In this paper, We analyze and inspect the problem of our country PSTN subscriber telephone number and suggest the ISDN/PSTN subsciber numbering plan in the future. Expecially, when you eastablish plan to change present telephone number system to ISDN telephone number system, public goverment and public office which has many calls have to be given a same number that many people want and being easy rememberance thoughout the country. Therefore we think that it is saving hours and reduce lost calls. As concrete action of convert plan it must be made consistent numbering plan when the numbering reorganization is carried out in Korea before T-time. If a partial is not carried out, it should be given when the telephone number is newly-organized or the big buliding and goverment and public office eastablich RSS individually. At that time chaos will be minimized.
