Current supervision systems have been changed by the demands of social, physical and institutional environment, and have a role of preventing safety accident and in improving the construct ability through the analysis of issues in quality, time, construction, safety, and environmental management. The public sector "Construction Technology Management Act", a general and private sector "Building Act" and "Certified Architects Act", the residential building "Housing Act" are dealt with supervision systems, respectively, but private small building construction is excluded from the discussion of the main targets because of their relatively small scale and the lack of social interests, Thus, this study focused on the small buildings for improving the non-resident supervision systems. Survey results revealed that the non-resident supervisor needs to be selected not by clients but by officers in order to obtain its publicity. Based on the proper selection and execution of the supervision system suggested in this study, the potential effects can be summarized as 1) recovering of publicity, 2) correcting abnormal practice, and 3) realizing design intention for increasing the public value of buildings. In addition, findings in this study will be effective to amend current non-resident supervision systems for improving the quality of buildings and communities as well as for adopting the environmental-friendly energy-efficient smart building technologies.
5G goes beyond people to serve indoor and outdoor companies and industries, as well as campuses such as halls, industrial complexes, educational institutions, stadiums, dense urban areas, rural areas, and government institutions. Therefore, a new approach to small cells is needed. Accordingly, 3GPP and Small Cell Forum are researching 5G small cell architecture; 3GPP, Small Cell Forum, and 5G Alliance for Connected Industries and Automation are also researching private networks tailored to meet the specific requirements of various companies and local governments. In particular, in the UK, a small cell-based technology is required for realizing the Joint Operator Technical Specifications-Neutral Host In-Building specification to cost-effectively secure indoor coverage. Further, the research on the SON(Self-Organizing Network) technology for small cells in 5G, where commercialization has begun, is required. The 5G-based small cell structure, private network, and Neutral Host In-Building and SON reviewed in this study are at the initial research stages; therefore, additional research is needed to secure the competitiveness of the small cell technology in 5G and Beyond 5G.

Under the Korea Building Act, anyone planning to build a building or buildings on a site over $200m^2$ must plant plants over a specific area. In large scale development this rule is adhered to well, but such is not the case in small scale development. Therefore, special attention must be given to small scale development. Thus, the purpose of this research is to analyze the current situation and practice of planting at small scale development sites in Seoul, and then suggest policies for improving them. In this study using the data covering Seongbuk-Gu and Gangnam-Gu, which was surveyed in 2002, the current situation and practice of planting at small scale development sites was analyzed. After a questionnaire survey was conducted with government officers and building owners, the same analysis was made. Then the policies for improvement were extracted. The results are as follows: 1. In superordinate planning stage, because the minimum standards are too low, those must be strengthened. Any district plan does not control planting in private building lots. This requests active application of planting in private building lots as a design control measure in district planning. 2. In the building design stage, there are no guidelines. The obligation of building set-back between adjacent buildings by the Korean Building Act produces mass shaded and inferior planting beds. The act also is blocking landscape architects' participation in small scale development. And wall installations deteriorate the streetscape and growth of plants with shading. Therefore guidelines must be made. 3. In each stage of the building permit, the permit for building completion, and maintenance the Korean Building Act is blocking landscape architects' participation in small scale development, so the planting plan is completely handled by nonprofessional persons. Therefore, the act should be amended in order to make way for landscape architects' participation in each stage of the small scale development process.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the danger signs of buildings and present a plan to install a building monitoring system to develop measurement technology for small private buildings in the blind spot of disaster safety. Method: The cause of building risk behavior, components of monitoring measuring equipment, location of measuring equipment installation, management plan, etc. are presented. Result: Measuring instruments essentially include acceleration sensors, tilt sensors, gyro sensors, GPS, etc. The measuring instrument should take into account the height and cross-sectional area of the pillar. Conclusion: The results of this study can strengthen disaster safety capabilities in preparation for disasters arising from building collapses that may occur in small private buildings.

This study aims to investigate what degree do the hospital buildings carry out their role in regional scenery. To carry out this study the existing theoretical and field survey was conducted to the 44 private hospitals in small and medium-sized cities - Jeonju city, Kunsan city and Iksan city in Jeonlabukdo district. The contents of the survey are the general aspect of the polled, the image of the buildings, that of medical treatment parts, the relations to the regional scenery. And they are questionnaire surveyed to the 44 private hospital buildings. In questionnaire survey, the 35 professional architects who major architecture and related design and 118 citizens who doesn't major architecture are participated. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Those surveyed who answered those private hospital buildings which have their functional images are barely 20%. Some of 27% answered they have images of the commercial building. Especially in professional architects, 5% of them answered thet have their hospital images. It showed that they don't have their identity in the architectural expression in the processof architectural design. 2. The architectural facade elements that express their images in surveyed buildings are answered that architectural building form is 62%, architectural color is 27% and architectural material is 10% in turn. And the architectural elements that express their images in surveyed buildings are answered that building wall is 56%, architectural decoration is 32%. In this article, the reason why the ratio of the architectural decoration is high is that they don' have their identity in building itself. And they expressed their identity by their decoration, sign system not their buildings. 3. As the preference level for their images, some of the 49% of the total surveyed answered common. The general surveyed answered a little preference. But the architect professional group answered preference is 14%, not preference is 29%. The reason of this article is that the general surveyed are familiar with their buildings. So the questionnaire of the harmony with the surrounding scenery, 25% of the general surveyed answered that they are in harmony with surrounding but 22% of them answered that they are not in them. But In professional group, they answered 6% oh them are positive 37% of them are negative. This results suggests that the identity of the private hospital buildings are established in the process of archiectural design.

This paper studies the method to make Mobile Apps, Mobile Web and homepage services available by automatically generating the mobile based mini content. The automated content creation system suggests the method that small business owners and groups can easily communicate with new people by bringing Single Page Application, hybrid mobile web app, N-Screen based content building, private cloud-based PaaS building technology, P2P network based file sharing and multimedia thread technologies together and creating the content.

The purpose of this study is to classify the building layout and plan types according to the urban location, use and function of civil and to analyze the characteristics by the type classified. After constructing a framework (Mathia type, Nagaya type, Detached House type) for analyzing Modern Private Housing Architecture in Gunsan, the research was conducted on 30 representative buildings, and a plot plan, a floor plan and elevation were created. After analyzing the relationship between the lot of land and the urban street, we classified the type of arrangement into Mathia type and Nagaya type which directly enter the building from the road, and derived the Detached House type which indirectly enters from the road. When we look at the use of the derived arrangement types, most of the Mathia type are commercial and residential buildings, and some of them are specially designed for commercial buildings. The Nagaya type appears in the form of commercial and residential house or residential private house, and the Detached House type is classified as residential style. As a relation with the urban street, the Mathia type and the Nagaya type are generally located on the main urban street, whereas the Detached House type is located on the small urban street. As a result of analyzing, the floor plan was changed according to the plot plan. The plan of the Mathia and Nagaya type are arranged to enter directly from the street, with commercial space being mainly located on the street, and the residential space being composed on the back or the second floor. the plan of the Detached House is a type that enters indirectly into the interior through a separate space (Courtyard), and forms an organic space between the residential interior and the front and rear yard. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Characteristics of a plot plan and a floor plan of Modern Private Housing Architecture in Gunsan by means of analysis considering the urban street, Uses of buildings, Construction method and the yard through actual measurement.
This study mainly examined the unit space (room) called 'MARI' of the private houses that were built between the 19c and the early 20c in the insular areas of southwestern sea. Generally, this region has unique historicity (restructure of the insular environment in the 17c and the 18c) and geographic environment that are different from inland regions thus the environment is presumed as a related factor to developments and structures of the private houses. 'MARI' is a noticeable space that is installed in a main building without an exception even in small 3 bedroom private houses. Its nature has location and usage distinctions in an architectural plan with similar 'MARU' of inland Jeollanam-Do. There are large crocks filled with grains at MARI. Thus, MARI is a storage room. Mostly rice and various other kinds of grains are stored in the several crocks, large and small. Many household goods are kept here as well. Another peculiar function of MARI is that this space commonly enshrines ancestral tablets of three generations. Hence, MARI takes a role of a shrine of an aristocratic house from an inland region. Considering the size of the house and space, this seems to be a very unprecedented utilization of area. MARI is located at the top (at the head of the house) on the floor plan. In other words, it is located at the space in the highest rank. The importance of ancestor worship and grains is evinced architecturally. It is really interesting fact that MARI is also located within recently built modern houses (Cheongsan Island, Joyak Island, etc.). Therefore, it can be said that the unique MARI tradition of this region has an intact continuity even today. After all, MARI has a great significance as a unique unit space of insular areas of southwestern sea that is installed in the main buildings of all houses regardless of size and shape of the houses, and their insular locations.
Accounts receivable insurance is a system in which small and medium-sized enterprises insure the accounts receivables acquired by the purchasing company, and the insurance company pays when the purchaser fails to pay the debts. Accounts receivable insurance is a very effective means of eliminating the risk of loss due to the counterparty default, and it is economically effective to protect the domestic industry by preventing the bankruptcy of one company leading to a chain bankruptcy of other companies. In this study, we constructed a business model of the accounts receivable insurance, by building an infrastructure based on a private blockchain in activating the accounts receivable insurance accounts. The accounts receivable insurance platform using these blockchain technologies not only addressed the problem of document and reliability verification for insurance, but also sought ways to facilitate accounts receivable insurance by small businesses through rapid transaction rates, easy network expansion and access management based on private blockchain.
Sewon was a new type of private academy established by a class landed Confucian scholars known as sarim. During Joseon dynasty, sewon had dual functions as a shrine and a place of learning. The site plan of seowon appeared mainly two types of site plan according to the indications of the age and school. This paper was done to analyze the site plan and construction history of Simgok seowon with historical materials and excavation investigation result. Simgok seowon is dedicated to Jo Gwang-jo(1482~1519). This private Confucian academy was founded in 1605 as a small shrine, which was destroyed in 1636. Thereafter, when the shrine received a royal warrant naming as Simgok seowon in 1650, the new site for the seowon was chosen, which is currently located in Gyeonggi-do Yongin-si Sanghyeon-ri 203. Since then, buildings of Simgok seowon was constructed and repaired couple of times. Through the investigation, it was found that the site plan of Simgok seowon was originally a type of 'jeonjaehudang', that is, dormitory building between the lecture hall and the outer gate, or dormitory building is in front and lecture hall is in behind.
