한.일 주거 공간에서의 거주요소와 그 이용 상황 (Residential Factors and Use Conditions in the Living Spaces of South Korea and Japan)

  • The purpose of this research lies in providing basic data for appropriate territorial adjustment within the family by understanding the relation to family members and how 'territorial dislocations' caused by differences in personal space and behavioral domains are used and controlled as living elements. As a result, the following data could be obtained. 1. General usage conditions of living elements. When the order of usage conditions of living elements is reviewed, the living elements interspersed at the personal space and behavioral territory in public and private spaces show a high usage rate, and in the case where living elements are shared with other families, many living elements are controlled by each family. Also, for living elements with a high possibility of sharing, a high consciousness for public usage is shown rather than elements controlling the territory, and the usage rate as territory controlling living elements is not high. 2. Compared to Japan, in Korea elements that can be placed at a certain location are often used as elements that resolve 'territorial dislocation', using furniture rather than objects. On the other hand, in Japan 'territorial dislocation' is often resolved by establishing a personal territory within the living space. Lastly, compared to Japan, in Korea 'territorial dislocation' is often resolved by maintaining a personal territory spatially rather than territorially.

국내 아파트의 미세먼지 유입 특성 (Infiltration Characteristics of Particulate Matter at a Korean Apartment House)

  • Infiltration characteristics of airborne particulate matter had been investigated in real-life for about 90 days over 2 years in a Korean apartment building where a 3-person household had lived and the exclusive private area was 84.9 ㎡. Airtightness was measured by fan depressurization, and the ACH50 was 2.41 times per hour. In and outdoor particle concentrations were measured by optical particle counters. Infiltration factors and filtration efficiencies of the house, which reflect the removal of outdoor particles penetrating building envelope and the deposition inside a building, were obtained from data screened based on an empirical evaluation process. Infiltration factor of fine particles showed a range from about 42% at 0.4 m/s of wind speed to 72% at 4.2 m/s of wind speed with closed windows and doors. Filtration efficiency was like a MERV 13 grade filter with an open window outside at a balcony at low outdoor wind speed under 1 m/s. The grade decreased to MERV 11 by opening another outside window at the other balcony. Filtration efficiencies decreased as much as 29% in average at a range of 0.3~2.5 ㎛.

대학생의 주거관에 관한 연구 (A Study on the view of Housing of University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the view of housing of university students. The view of housing was investigated in four stages - housing consciousness, resident opinion, ideal housing type and housing needs - in this study. The data were collected through the self-entry questionnaire designed for this study. The statistical analysis methods used in this study are frequencies, mean, percentage, {\chi}^2-test, factor analysis and t-test using the SPSS for Window (version 7.5). The results are as follows : 1) The major findings of the housing consciousness were that the university students preferred the detached house in the future. 2) The resident opinion of university students showed that the group space was more important than the private space. 3) In the ideal housing image, they wanted psychological and physical comfort from their houses. 4) The points of consideration when they select their future housing is classified of 5 factors : Indoor-outdoor environment, neighbourhood environment, investmental value, design and size of house.

수도권 신도시 근교 농촌 아파트 주거의 내부 공간구조 변화 - 주부인 여성이 주로 사용하는 공간을 중심으로 - (The Implication of Changes on Unit Plans of Condominium Apartments in Rural Area depended on Women's Spaces)

  • This study is to analyze women's power in family to be related to Anbang, kitchen, dining room, and utility room planning in a unit plan of condominium apartment housing in rural area Data were collected 194 unit plans from 9 eastern regions of Kungi-Do. The results are as followed: 1) Anbang reflects the women's power on changing its space character into mater bedroom, the highest hierarchy in private zone, and planning a dress room in it. 2) Dining room and kitchen is openly centered on the unit plan, but kitchen is still only women's working space for family and agriculture depended on literature review. Dining space is not activated family interaction, so it is not different from urban apartment housing. However, its location and character are changed, and its hierarchy is relatively higher with women. Dining room and kitchen tend to plan visually separated after 2001, so its trend seems to establish women's territory at home. 3) Whole family can't be easy to access utility and back balcony close to kitchen, and these spaces are functionally separated for women's house work. This design trend seems to establish for women's area. 4) Finally, women's power seems to be effective in house working area including kitchen space depended on results. Also, these results from rural condominium apartment are similar to urban ones in previous study.

임플란트 가이드 수술시 고려사항 (Consideration of computer-guided implant surgery)

  • 우리나라 치과의 CBCT 보급률은 세계적으로 높은 편으로, 최근 1만대 보급을 돌파하고 있는 것으로 파악된다. 또한 최근 각 치과 제조업체마다 DLP방식의 In-House방식의 3D 프린터 보급률 또한 가파르게 상승하고 있다. 이에 맞춰 최근 개원가에서 CBCT와 구강 스캔 정보를 이용한 컴퓨터 가이드 임플란트 수술의 활용도가 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 현재 컴퓨터 가이드를 이용한 임플란트 수술 방법에 대해 문헌상 고찰을 통해 리뷰해보고, 또한 정확성 및 신뢰성이 보장되는 가이드 수술을 위한 고려사항에 대해 정리해보고자 한다.

An Analysis of Visitor's Satisfaction and Preference Factors in Private Arboretum - The Case of Gyeonggi-do -

  • This paper researches, by looking into visitors of the Garden of Morning Calm, Pyunggang Botanical Garden, Jangheung Natural Arboretum and the Garden of Wild Flower, how they use these arboretums and what are the facilities they like most to provide directions in formation and planning of domestic private arboretums. The followings are executive summery of this research. It was researched that most of the them visited arboretums for emotional life (42.93%). They answered that the major reason that they go to arboretums is rest and service functions (42.97%). Such number suggest arboretums that they should provide, along with their original purpose of biological preservation, practical purposes, including rest and service functions. When asked facilities they preferred most, most visitors answered that they are most satisfied with facilities like restaurants and cafeterias. Information desk, management office, forest museum, wild life zoo, green house, exhibition room, rest area, pond and fountains influenced the visitor satisfaction level as well. Regarding to facility references, visitors most preferred information desk, management office, restaurant and cafeteria.

도시형 한옥주거지의 물리적 변화에 따른 사회적 특성변화 (Change of Social Aspect Resulting from the Physical Changes of the Urban Traditional Housing)

  • Korean urban traditional housing abandoned by the social apathy promptly disappearing form our sight, or ruining. It tells that the strategies we are using today are impossible to fulfill socio-economic needs of residents here. So it needed to find out the strategies which can change this place better to live in. Consolidating the street parking lots fer cars can be one of the important solutions to the area. By using cul-de-sac, after setting up small unit of communities, we will have chance to have a small public space, and at the same time it can help to set up our tradition of people's intimacy inside the community. Most people have their own cars, and the need of parking lots becomes more serious. So, a meeting place like public well in the past must replace parking lots. On the other hand, it is important to re-consolidate existing land to obtain appropriate land size for other uses. Today, the use of private space (house, private lots, etc..)and public space(streets, local offices) is very important. NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) attitude should also be reconsidered. All these negative social aspects come from negative social relationship, thus we should consider them with care and deep understandings. The traditional housing of Korea should not be abandoned as slum, but this should be transformed in terms of the conservation since it is superior in its ecological and energy conservation aspect.

Factors Associated with Use and Types of Multiple Concurrent Care and Education Arrangements in Early Childhood in South Korea

  • This paper explores factors associated with multiple concurrent care and education arrangements in early childhood in South Korea. It draws on a subsample from the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families. Results show that about one-fifth of the families utilized multiple arrangements for their first preschool child. The primary non-parental option in multiplicity was nurseries or kindergartens. Home care and education options such as home study materials were found to be most prevalent secondary non-parental option, followed by services at private institution as well as relative care. Children's age, care cost, non-parental care time and time constraints were found to be positively related to the incidence of multiplicity for the first preschool child while family income and cost constraints were negatively associated. As a secondary option in the multiplicity, services at private institutions increased with children's age, care cost and when the grandparents live far from the parents' house. Home care and education utilization was found more among mothers with low degree of time constraints. Utilization of relative support decreased with the children's age and meant lower care cost and increased with mother's employment, fathers' education, family income, cost constraints and when grandparents live nearby. This paper, based on the associated factors, suggests how issues of children enrichment and constraints might be related to the multiplicity.

주택점유형태별 주택에너지의 소비 및 절약의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Housing Energy's Consumption and Saving Consciousness on the Housing Tenure)

  • 본 연구는 주택점유형태별 주택에너지의 소비 및 절약의식, 사용형태와 향후 주택에너지 절감을 위한 정책방향을 파악하고자 한다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 점유형태별로 평균값의 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자가, 민간 임대 및 공공임대 거주자는 에너지 소비 및 절약의식을 잘 실천하고 있었다. 셋째, 에너지절약행위항목에서 자가주택과 임대주택거주자의 행위에 있어서는 행동의 차이가 존재하였다. 마지막으로 향후 정책방향은 소비자 중심의 인센티브 방안이 더 효율적이고 효과적으로 활용될 것이다.

원도심 내 유휴시설을 활용한 도시재생사업 모델에 관한 연구 - 일본의 빈집과 빈 점포를 활용한 중심시가지활성화 사업을 중심으로 - (A Study on Urban Regeneration Business Model Utilizing Idle Facilities in Old Town - Focusing on the City Center Revitalization Projects Using Empty Houses and Empty Stores in Japan -)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive a model of urban regeneration business using idle facilities in the old city center. The scope of the study was set as empty houses and empty stores owned by private companies, and analyzed the 50 central city revitalization projects using idle facilities in 14 local cities in Japan. The results of this study are follows; First, as an urban regeneration strategy using idle facilities in the old town, it was a combination of other functions centering on commercial functions or introducing new functions required in the city center. Second, various financial supports have been provided to induce the utilization of idle facilities by the private sector, and different strategies have been implemented for businesses that need maintenance first. Third, based on the analysis results, it was possible to derive urban regeneration business model. Fourth, in order to operate smooth business, it is a need for an organization that is in charge of reviewing the consistency of upper-level planning and urban guiding functions such as urban revitalization plan, balance review of expenditure and revenues by cost subsidy and loan repayment, consultation among the business partners.
