Background Cleft treatment is frequently performed in Indonesia, mostly in charity missions, but without a postoperative protocol it is difficult to establish the risks and complications of cleft treatment. The present study was designed to give an overview of current cleft lip and palate treatment strategies in Indonesia and to assess the complication rates during and after surgery. Methods This prospective study evaluated anesthetic, intraoperative surgical, and short-term postoperative complications in patients undergoing primary, secondary, or corrective surgery for cleft lip and palate deformities. The population consisted of 98 non-syndromic cleft patients. The main anesthetic complication that occurred during general anesthesia was high blood pressure, whereas the main intraoperative surgical complication was excessive bleeding and the main early postoperative complication was extremely poor wound hygiene. Results In this study, there were no cases of perioperative or postoperative mortality. However, in 23 (23.4%) of the 98 operations performed, at least one perioperative complication related to anesthesia occurred. The intraoperative and early postoperative complications following cleft lip and/or palate were assessed. There was a significant difference in the complication rate between procedure types (χ2=0.02; P<0.05). However, no relationship was found between perioperative complications related to anesthesia and the occurrence of postoperative complications (χ2=1.00; P>0.05). Nonetheless, a significant difference was found between procedure types regarding perioperative complications and the occurrence of postoperative complications (χ2=0.031; P<0.05). Conclusions Further evaluation of these outcomes would help direct patient management toward decreasing the complication rate.

Numerous deaths and substantial property damage have occurred recently due to frequent disasters of the highest intensity according to the abnormal climate, which is caused by various problems, such as global warming, all over the world. Such large-scale disasters have become an international issue and have made people aware of the disasters so they can implement disaster-prevention measures. Extensive information on disaster prevention actively has been announced publicly to support the natural disaster reduction measures throughout the world. In Japan, diverse developmental studies on disaster prevention systems, which support hazard map development and flood control activity, have been conducted vigorously to estimate external forces according to design frequencies as well as expected maximum frequencies from a variety of areas, such as rivers, coasts, and ports based on broad disaster prevention data obtained from several huge disasters. However, the current reduction measures alone are not sufficiently effective due to the change of the paradigms of the current disasters. Therefore, in order to obtain the synergy effect of reduction measures, a study of the establishment of an integrated system is required to improve the various disaster prevention technologies and the current disaster prevention system. In order to develop a similar typhoon search system and establish a disaster prevention infrastructure, in this study, techniques will be developed that can be used to forecast typhoons before they strike by using artificial intelligence (AI) technology and offer primary disaster prevention information according to the direction of the typhoon. The main function of this model is to predict the most similar typhoon among the existing typhoons by utilizing the major typhoon information, such as course, central pressure, and speed, before the typhoon directly impacts South Korea. This model is equipped with a combination of AI and DNN forecasts of typhoons that change from moment to moment in order to efficiently forecast a current typhoon based on similar typhoons in the past. Thus, the result of a similar typhoon search showed that the quality of prediction was higher with the grid size of one degree rather than two degrees in latitude and longitude.
The pyrolytic reaction of 1,1-dichloroethylene($CH_2CCl_2$) has been conducted to investigate thermal decomposition of chlorocarbon and product formation pathways under hydrogen reaction environment. The reactions were studied in a isothermal tubular flow reactor at 1 atm total pressure in the temperature range $650{\sim}900^{\circ}C$ with reaction times of 0.3~2.0 sec. A constant feed molar ratio $CH_2CCl_2:H_2$ of 4:96 was maintained through the whole experiments. Complete decay(99%) of the parent reagent, $CH_2CCl_2$ was observed at temperature near $825^{\circ}C$ with 1 sec. reaction time. The important decay of $CH_2CCl_2$ under hydrogen reaction environment resulted from H atom cyclic chain reaction by abstraction and addition displacement. The highest concentration (28%) of $CH_2CHCl$ as the primary product was observed at temperature $700^{\circ}C$, where up to 46% decay of $CH_2CCl_2$ was occurred. The secondary product, $C_2H_4$ as main product was detected at temperature above $775^{\circ}C$. The one less chlorinated ethylene than parent increase with temperature rise subsequently. The HCl and dechlorinated hydrocarbons such as $C_2H_4$, $C_2H_6$, $CH_4$ and $C_2H_2$ were the main products observed at above $825^{\circ}C$. The important decay of $CH_2CCl_2$ resulted from H atom cyclic chain reaction by abstraction and addition displacement. The important pyrolytic reaction pathways to describe the features of reagent decay and intermediate product distributions, based upon thermochemical and kinetic principles, were suggested.
Objectives : Although CTTH is one of the most common symptom in primary headache, the mechanism and treatment is not definite. The purpose of this study is to research about clinical characteristic and roentgenographic finding of the cervical spine in CTTH to determine relationship between the cervical spine and headache. Methods : This study was carried out on 93 patients with CTTH. By roentgenographic finding, they were classified into four groups - HNP, Spondylosis, Sprain, Normal. Then the HNP group was divided again into two groups - singer type and multiple type. Results: 1. Among 93 patients with CTTH, 69(74.19%) patients had abnormal cervical spine by roentgenographic finding. 2. There were HNP, spondylosis, sprain in abnormal roentgenographic finding. And a great majority of the patients were diagnosed as cervical sprain. 3. There were no significant difference between four groups on sex, weight, height, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate. But on ages, the HNP group showed the highest average while the sprain group showed the lowest. 4. The patients in HNP group had more frequent, severe pain, longer onset and higher onset-age than those of the other three group. 5. The patients in Multiple-type HNP group had severe pain, longer pain-duration, longer onset, more pre-symptoms and younger onset-age than those of the Single-type HNP group. Conclusions : A great majority of the patients with CTTH had abnormal cervical spines. Also, we found out that the worse the grade of HNP, heavier the level of headache.
Main aspect of this study are to clarify mineral compositions on granites in Youngkwang-Naju area. These granites are is divided into four rock facies based on the geologic ages, mineralogical composition and chemical constituents, and texture : hornblende-biotite granodiorite, biotite granite, porphyritic granite and two mica granite. These granites constitude an igneous complex formed by a series of differentiation from cogenetic magma. In compressive stress field between the Ogcheon folded belt and the Youngnam massif, the foliated and undeformed granites had formed owing to heterogeneous distribution of stress. The geochemical data of study area indicate magma of these rocks would had been generated by melting in lower and middle crust. The major minerals of granitic rocks in study area are plagioclase, biotite, muscovite and hornblende. Plagioclase range in composition from oligoclase ($An_{19.3-27.7}$) to andesine ($An_{28.4-31}$), and shows normal zoning patterns, This uniformed composition indicated slow crystallization, and it is obvious that the growth of these crystal occurred before final consolidation of the magma. The Mg content of biotite are increases with increasing of $f_{O2}$ and grade of differentiation, changing from phlogopite to siderophyllite. Its $Al^{iv}$/$Al^{total}$ ratios are propertional to bulk rock alumina content. Muscovite is primary in origin with high content of $TiO_2$, and Its composition correspond to celadonitic muscovite. Hornblende indicated calc amphibole group ($(Ca+Na)_{M4}{\geq}1.43$, $Na_{M4}<0.67$). and consolidation pressure of granitic body by geobarometer of Hammerstrume and Zen show 11.3~17.2 Km.
The multiphase flow simulator, CHEMPS, was developed based on the fractional flow approach reported in the petroleum engineering literature considering fully three phase flow in physically and chemically heterogeneous media. It is a extension of MPS developed by Suk and Yeh (2008) to include the effect of wettability on the migration of NAPL. The fractional flow approach employs water, total liquid saturation and total pressure as the primary variables. Most existing models are limited to two-phase flow and specific boundary conditions when considering physically heterogeneous media. In addition, these models focused mainly on the water-wet media. However, in a real system, variations in wettability between water-wet and oil-wet media often occur. Furthermore, the wetting of porous media by oil can be heterogeneous, or fractional, rather than uniform due to the heterogeneous nature of the subsurface media and the factors that affect the wettability. Therefore, in this study, the chemically heterogeneous media considering fractional wettability as well as physically heterogeneous media were simulated using CHEMPS. In addition, the general boundary conditions were considered to be a combination of two types of boundaries of individual phases, flux-type and Dirichlet type boundaries.
Best-estimate thermal-hydraulic codes, CATHARE2 V1.2 and RELAP5/MOD3, hate been assessed against the BETHSY 6.2 tc six-inch cold leg break loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) test. Main objective is to analyze the overall capabilities of the two codes on physical phenomena of concern during the small break LOCA i.e. two-phase critical flow, depressurization, core water level de-pression, loop seal clearing, liquid holdup, etc. The calculation results show that the too codes predict well both in the occurrences and trends of major two-phase flow phenomena observed. Especially, the CATHARE2 calculations show better agreements with the experimental data. However, the two codes, in common, show some deviations in the predictions of loop seal clearing, collapsed core water level after the loop seal clearing, and accumulator injection behaviors. The discrepancies found from the comprision with the experimental data are larger in the RELAP5 results than in the CATHARE2. To analyze the deviations of the two code predictions in detail, several sensitivity calculations have been performed. In addition to the change of two-phase discharge coefficients for the break junction, fine nodalization and some corrections of the interphase drag term are made. For CATHARE2, the change of interphase drag force improves the mass distribution in the primary side. And the prediction of SG pressure is improved by the modification of boundary conditions. For RELAP5, any single input change doesn't improve the whole result and it is found that the interphase drag model has still large uncertainties.

Second, to activate BizCool they want to employ staff whose responsibility is to organize BizCool because of the demand and pressure involved, and Bizcool entrepreneurial club should be connected with related enterprises. The development and spread of standard managing models is necessary. Third, Students also have to be able to learn essential knowledge about management, increasing their will to rely on themselves, and getting actual chances to conduct business. Finally, On the Students' recognition about BizCool. First, The contents and level of Bizcool, the availability of BizCool material, the fostering and learning of entrepreneurship are relatively easy and they show much interest in systematic entrepreneurial education. Second, the data show that BizCool is helpful for students to create an entrepreneurial mind and increase confidence about conducting business. Third, about school activities. Entrepreneurial club activities did not help to improve students' grades, to develop good habits or to make friends.

An ejector is a type of non-powered pump that is used to supply a secondary flow via the ejection of a primary flow. It is utilized in many industrial fields, and is used for fueling the vehicle because of less failures and simple structure. Since most of ejectors in industry are gas-to-gas and liquid to gas ejector, many research activities have been reported in optimization of gas ejector. On the other hand, the liquid ejector is also applied in many industry but few research has been reported. The liquid ejector occurs cavitation, and it causes damage of parts. Cavitation has bees observed at the nozzle throat at the specified pressure. In this study, a two-dimensional axisymmetric simulation of a liquid-liquid ejector was carried out using five different parameters. The angle of the nozzle plays an important role in the cavitation of a liquid ejector, and the performance characteristics of the flow ratio showed that an angle of $35^{\circ}$ was the most advantageous. The simulation results showed that the performance of the liquid ejector and the cavitation effect have to be considered simultaneously.

Currently, 90 % of the world's population breathes air with a fine dust content exceeding the World Health Organization's annual average exposure limit (10 ㎍/㎥). Global efforts have been devoted toward reducing secondary pollutants and ultra-fine dust through regulations on nitrogen oxides released over land and sea. Domestic efforts have also aimed at creating clean marine environments by reducing sulfur emissions, which are the primary cause of dust accumulation in ships, through developing and distributing environment-friendly ships. Among the technologies for reducing harmful emissions from diesel engines, electrostatic precipitator offer several advantages such as a low pressure loss, high dust collection efficiency, and NOx removal and maintenance. This study aims to increase the durability of a ship by improving equipment quality through failure mode effects analysis for the preventive maintenance of an electrostatic precipitator that was developed for reducing fine dust particles emitted from the 2,427 kW marine diesel engines in ships with a gross tonnage of 999 tons. With regard to risk priority, failure mode 241 (poor dust capture efficiency) was the highest, with an RPN of 180. It was necessary to determine the high-risk failure mode in the collecting electrode and manage it intensively. This was caused by clearance defects, owing to vibrations and consequent pin loosening. Given that pin loosening is mainly caused by vibrations generated in the hull or equipment, it is necessary to manage the position of pin loosening.
