학교급식 영양사의 식행태, 업무소요시간 및 피로도에 과한 실태조사 -대전.지역충남의 급식방식별 비교 - (Dietary Behaviors, Consumed Time for Job Duties and Fatigue Levels of Dietitians by School Foodservice Type in Taejon and Chungnam)

  • The school foodservice(FS) dietitians of conventional, co-management and central kitchen systems were compared for their levels of fatigue degrees in order to examine their work specification but no to diminish their educational roles. One hundred and thirtheen primary schools in Taejon and Chungcheongnam-Do participated in the survey, of which foodservice were consisted of 99 conventional types, 7 comanagement types and central kitchen types. Information was collected about the various working hours dietary behavior and fatigue symptoms of the dietitians. The results of this study were as follows : Among 3 school foodservice types, dietitians spent 8 hours and 16 minutes daily for their for their work on the average. However, the central kitchen type dietitans in cities spent 3 hours more compared to the others. The data from the dietitians' work schedule sheets showed that the 5 parts of dietitian's duties set in the school foodservice laws were not well performed. In the central kitchen type they spent more time for food production whereas in the conventional they spent more time for menu formation and hygiene control. It was found that fatigue levels of school foodservice dietitians were chronic with no difference among foodservice systems or among school locations. Our results indicated that nutrition education in primary schools was almost neglected. It is suggested that the school foodservice should meet all the objectives of school-lunch program even though they saved dietitians' work load more or less. 의료기술직 종사자의 피로도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 피로조절행위 (Fatigue among Medical Technicians in Hospital and Actions to Control Fatigue)

  • A researcher examined 158 medical technologists and 140 radiologists who are working at 9 general hospitals in Gyeongsangbuk-do area using structured questionnaire to find out degree of fatigue of health professionals, the primary factors that have effect on them, and actions to control their fatigue on December 1 through December 20, 2008. The average complaining rate of fatigue subjective symptom by syndromes was overall 17.24 points, and medical technologists scored 16.48 points while radiologists scored 18.09 points. There were significant difference in the average fatigue complaining score of both medical technologists and radiologists such as when the younger their age is, when they are single, when the lower their monthly salary is, when the shorter their total working period is, and when the current status is staff at work. As a result of multiple regression analysis which sets fatigue score as dependent variable, there were significant difference on both syndromes such as satisfaction on work, work stress, and sleeping condition. It was the highest on relaxation, which was 76.6%, among the 15 questions on actions to control fatigue, and the next was enough sleep and controlling stress. And the lowest was help from medical professionals, which was 7.3%. It was the highest on enough sleep, which was 1.98 points, and next was relaxation and controlling stress, and the lowest points were help from medical professionals and taking medicine in the effective score of fatigue control action. In consequence of research, it is necessary to develop program and health education to control health professionals' various fatigue such as stress management and sleeping, and it is considered to find out the plan about effective work system.

  • The article discusses the pedagogical support for the formation of ICT competence assumes the individualization of students' training, due to their personal and professional needs and interests, and the provision of the necessary conditions and means to implement this process. A theoretical analysis is carried out and an analysis of experimental work on the implementation of the developed model for the formation of ICT competence is generalized specialists on the basis of pedagogical support.

  • The main purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the employee's intention to leave the current job. A descriptive survey design was conducted and primary data were collected by using questionnaire. The study was based on random sampling; a sample of 200 was drawn from the employees who work in different micro finance institutions in Nepal. For the data analysis percentage analysis and chi square-test were used. The study revealed that salary, working condition, career growth, supervisor behavior and outstation influence the job quitting process. The study also defined the association between the reasons for leaving job such as salary, working condition, career growth supervisor behaviour & outstation and satisfaction, time spent in the organisation, training & development facility, frequency of changing job & encourage from immediate boss. This study establishes the importance of intentions of employees to quit job and provides further evidence in revealing the intentions to quit among the employees.

  • 최근 공동주택의 마감자재가 고급화, 다양화되면서 품질만족에 대한 고객의 욕구가 과거 그 어느 때 보다도 증대되고 있으며 건설업체 또한 자사의 신인도 및 브랜드 가치의 상승을 위해 정밀시공을 통한 품질확보에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 국내 공동주택 현장의 품질점검 및 하자관리는 현장관리 인원의 부족, 과다한 문서 발생, 업무 절차의 복잡성 및 관련주체간의 비효율적인 의사소통으로 품질점검에 따른 시설물의 이력관리 및 하자관리가 신속히 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 품질점검 및 하자관리의 문제점을 해결하고자 PDA 및 웹을 활용하여 공동주택의 품질점검 및 하자관리에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 이를 통해 관련 주체간의 효율적인 업무처리와 세대별 이력관리를 지원할 수 있도록 하는 공동주택 품질점검 및 하자관리 시스템을 구현하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시된 품질점검 및 하자 관리 시스템의 활용은 기존의 수작업에 의한 업무 절차를 간소화하고 관련 조직간의 원활한 의사소통과 시설물의 하자 관련 이력 데이터를 구축케 함으로써 품질관리 관련 업무의 질적 향상을 도모하고 궁극적으로는 품질 향상을 통한 건설업체의 고객 만족도 및 신인도 제고에도 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Relationship Between Occupational Safety and Health Policy Principles, Organizational Action on Work-related Stress and the Psychosocial Work Environment in Italy

  • Background: It is acknowledged that legislation acts as a motivator for organizational action on psychosocial risks. Our study aims to provide evidence on the relationship between key occupational safety and health (OSH) policy principles and organizational action on work-related stress, and, in turn, with reported employee job demands and resources and their experience of work-related stress. We focus on Italy where specific legislation and practices on work-related stress were introduced in 2008 which are underpinned by these key OSH policy principles. Methods: Secondary analysis of the Italian samples from the employer ESENER-2 and employee 6th EWCS surveys was conducted, using path analysis in structural equation modeling (SEM) linking the two datasets. Results: We found a strong statistically significant relationship between OSH policy principles and organizational action on work-related stress (C.I. = .62-.78 p < .001). The existence of an organizational action plan on work-related stress was found to be significantly associated with more reported job resources (C.I. = .02-.24, p < .05) but these were not found to be significantly associated with less work-related stress. No significant association was found between having an organizational action plan for work-related stress and reported job demands. However, job demands were significantly related to reported work-related stress (C.I. = .27-.47, p < .001). Conclusions: Findings add support to the call for specific legislation on work-related psychosocial risks and highlight how an organizational OSH culture underpinned by key OSH principles, and awareness/competence development on psychosocial risk management can have a positive effect on organizational action. However, further support needs to be provided to organizations around developing primary prevention interventions at the organizational level with the aim of reducing job demands.

Traumatic degloving injuries: a prospective study to assess injury patterns, management, and outcomes at a single center in northern India

  • Purpose: This study investigated the epidemiology, management, outcomes, and postoperative disabilities of degloving soft tissue injuries (DSTIs) treated at a tertiary care center in northern India. Methods: A prospective study of patients with DSTIs was conducted over 15 months. The type of degloving injury, the mechanism of injury, and any associated injuries were analyzed using the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule (WHODAS) 2.0 along with the management, outcomes, and disabilities at a 3-month follow-up. Results: Among 75 patients with DSTIs, the average age was 27.5 years, 80.0% were male, and 76.0% had been injured in traffic accidents. The majority (93.3%) were open degloving injuries. Lower limbs were affected most often (62.7%), followed by upper limbs (32.0%). Fractures were the most commonly associated injuries (72.0%). Most patients required more than two procedures, including secondary debridement (41.3%), split skin grafting (80.0%), flap coverage (12.0%), or vacuum-assisted closure (24.0%), while five patients underwent conservative management for closed degloving injuries. Postoperative complications included surgical site infections (14.7%) and skin necrosis (10.7%). Two patients died due to septic shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. The mean length of hospital stay was 11.5±8.1 days, with injuries affecting the lower limbs and perineum requiring longer hospital stays. The mean WHODAS 2.0 disability score at 3 months was 19. Most patients had mild disabilities. Time away from work depended largely upon the site and severity of the injury. Approximately 75% of patients resumed their previous job or study, 14% changed their job, and 8% stopped working completely due to residual disability. Conclusions: DSTIs are common injuries in trauma and management is challenging. Although open DSTI are clinically evident at secondary survey, closed degloving injuries may be missed in the primary survey, necessitating a high index of suspicion, thorough clinical examination, and protocol-based management. Primary preventive strategies (e.g., road safety protocols, preplacement training, and proper protective equipment in industries) are also needed to reduce the incidence of these injuries.

정보보호 관리체계를 위한 주요 통제영역에 대한 연구: 국내 3개 산업을 중심으로 (A Study on Primary Control Area for Information Security Management System (ISMS): Focusing on the Domestic Three Industries)

  • 기업 기밀과 고객 정보를 적절하게 보호하고 유지하기 위해, 조직은 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS), 개인정보보호 관리체계(PIMS), 비즈니스연속성 관리체계(BCMS)와 같은 경영시스템을 도입하여 운영하기 시작하였다. 본 연구는 정보보안을 고려하는 모든 조직이 정보보호 관리체계를 유지하는 것이 바람직하며 ISMS는 정보보안 문화, 실무 및 가이드라인을 고려하는 다양한 조직 안에 각기 다른 형태를 가질 수 있다는데서 출발하였다. 산업분야에 상관없이 적용 가능하고 보편적으로 널리 알려진 국제 정보보호 관리체계 ISO27001을 도입한 조직을 대상으로, 인증 심사에 따른 부적합 사례를 통해 산업별, 조직규모별, 심사유형별 정보보호 관리체계의 주요 통제 영역을 도출하려 하였다. 국내의 경우 산업분야별 인증을 유지하고 있는 곳이 많지 않아 실증 연구를 위한 자료 확보에 어려움이 있지만, 탐색적 연구 대상으로서의 의미가 있는 것으로 보인다. 분석을 통해, 대상 업체들에서 ISO27001:2013이 발표된 2013년부터 2020년까지 각 형태별로 부적합 빈도수가 가장 높았던 요구사항을 주요 통제영역으로 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 3개 산업분야, 조직규모, 심사유형에 따라 ISMS의 주요 통제항목에 차이가 있다는 것을 발견하였다.

PHC 파일 두부정리 자동화를 위한 파일롯타입 장비의 개발 (Development of the Pilot Type Machine for Automation of PHC Pile Cutting Work)

  • 기성 콘크리트 파일(PHC파일)은 대규모 건축공사 및 토목공사에서 주로 사용되며, 최근 건축물이 중량화, 대형화, 고층화됨에 따라 그 수요가 지속적인 증가 추세에 있다. 이와 같은 PHC파일은 건물 구조체의 기초와 연결되어 지지력을 확보하기 위해 두부정리 작업이 반드시 요구된다. 두부정리 작업은 800$\cal{kg}f/cm^2$이상으로 압축된 기성 콘크리트 파일의 두부를 파쇄하고 약 30-40cm 정도의 강선을 남겨놓아 구조체의 기초와 정착시킬 수 있도록 하는 작업이다. 국내 재래식 두부정리 작업은 노동 집약적이면 노무자간의 숙련도 차이에 의해 품질 및 작업 생산성이 크게 영향을 받고 있다. 또한, 백호에 연결된 크러셔에 의한 무리한 작업으로 인해 PHC파일 그라인딩면에 다량의 균열이 발생됨으로써 구조체의 지지력 확보에 문제점이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재래식 두부정리 작업의 문제점을 해결하고 두부정리 작업을 자동으로 수행학 수 있는 자동화 장비를 개발하고자 기존 문헌 고찰 및 국내외 치신기술 동향, 현장조사를 바탕으로 개념디자인을 제시하고 두부정리 자동화 장비의 파일롯타입을 제작$\cdot$실험함으로써 제안된 개념 디자인의 기술적 타당성 제시 및 자동화 장비 개발을 위해 요구되는 설계파라미터를 도출하였다.

CoP 활성화를 통한 지식경영 - 아이쿱생협의 인트라넷 활용사례- (CoP Lead Knowledge Management - A Case of iCOOP Consumers' Co-operative -)

  • This paper aims to describe how knowledge management could be put into practice in a voluntary way. From a practice-based standpoint, this study focused closely on the linkage between knowledge and practice. It is because knowledge management could fail if not put into practice. Using its own information system, iCOOP, a federation of consumers' co-operatives in Korea has been practised successful knowledge management voluntarily with its members. Based on the exploratory case study on iCOOP, this study conducted focused interviews with 5 member co-operatives of iCOOP. Main findings are as follows. First, an NoP emerges within a corporate information system when corporate work processes are concentrated in the information system. Second, corporate information system facilitates CoPs and the NoP when its information and information about its users are opened to all of the information system users. In conclusion, this study points out that it is not the matter of primary importance to build a knowledge management system. Rather, practice has the key to the successful knowledge management.
