This paper shows experimentally one method of preventing porcelain insulators from salt accident likely to be caused in the region of sea coast. In this experiment some results that, if a conductor barrier is inserted into the flash over discharge path which is wetted by salt dissolved water, the flash over voltage found to be raised up, were gotten. This results may be actually applied to suspension insulator or bushing to prevent them from salt accidents.

This study focuses on the issue of control performance of safety budget for preventing and reducing industrial accidents in Korea. The effect of safety budget such as industrial accident prevention fund on the safety performance is statistically examined first. The role and control performance of industrial accident prevention fund is particularly addressed to reduce the related accidents. The effectiveness of the industrial accident prevention fund-industrial accident relationship is then explained with a simple PI control mechanism.

본 논문에서는 AP와 모바일 단말을 이용하여 내부 네트워크의 정보 유출 및 변조를 방지하고 비인가 단말의 탐지 및 접속 차단을 하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 비인가 단말 탐지 및 차단 기법은 Evil Twin과 같은 형태의 탐지 기법이 주를 이루고 있다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 다양한 형태로 발생하는 보안 사고를 모두 해결할 수 없으며 다양한 환경의 네트워크에서 효과적으로 대응하는데 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 기업에서는 다양한 정책과 가이드라인을 통해 대비를 하지만 꾸준히 늘어나는 보안 문제로 인해 모든 것을 대비하기는 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 위의 문제를 해결하기 위해 상황 인지 기술과 모바일 단말 관리 기술 기반의 비인가 단말 탐지 및 차단 기법을 제안한다. 먼저, 모바일 단말이 내부 네트워크의 진입을 시도할 때 모바일 단말의 상황정보를 인지하여 모바일 단말의 접속 허가 여부 및 권한을 판별하고 이 결과 값을 이용하여 모바일 단말에게 알맞은 관리 기술을 적용하여 내부 데이터 유출 및 침해를 방지한다.

The Severe Disaster Punishment Act had recently been established in order to promote safety and health (OSH) management system for severe accident prevention. OSH management system is primarily designed based on risk assessments; however, companies in industries have been experiencing difficulties in hazard identification and selecting proper measures for risk assessments and accident prevention. This study intended to introduce an accident analysis method based on epidemiological model in finding hazard and preventive measures. The accident analysis method employed in this study was proposed by the U.S. Department of Energy. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the accident analysis method, this study applied it to two accident cases occurred in construction and manufacturing industries. The application process and results of this study can be utilized in improving OSH management system and preventing severe accidents.

In this paper, the elemental components and improving purpose in advanced safety management system are reviewed to cope with a railway fire accident. And a considering procedure(V-cycle) of long-term plan for railway fire safety improvement is proposed. For the purpose of preventing recurrence of accident, items which have to be considered in the course of accident investigation and cause analysis are presented according to the stage of investigation activity.

It is said that a large part of losses caused by company is attributet to the loss manpower material resources by industrial accident. To alleviate industrial accident, machine-oriented safety supervision is superior to that of manpower-oriented in spite of diversified efforts, in many aspects. It will not secured a sense of safety if people can not utilize machines correctly despite excellent machines. As a part of preventing industrial accident, industrial safety education is aimed to improvement of productivity of company through exact research of actual condition of industrial safety education.

If information on these industrial accident can be collected, organized and analyzed for a period of time and be used in the decision-making process for the purpose of preventing industrial accident, we will be able to get rid of industrial accident and prevent human and property loss and creat a pleasant industrial atmosphere. In order to achieve this goal, the collected information should be accurate, and trusted in the work place or government agency the information is being utilized. This research analyzed the problem in our nation's industrial accident statistics and estimated the number of accidents that are occurring and suggested improvement measures so that the industrial accident statistics can be calculated accurately.

This study aims to provide divers with improved safe diving practices by analyzing reports on scuba diving casualties that recently occured in Korea, Japan and USA. The result of this study should be notified to all the divers in Korea for the purpose of preventing the diving accident. All the data were collected through the diving accident reports of various sourses, which include KUA(Korea Underwater Association) technical committee, the accident statistical data of National Maritime Police Agency, articles of domestic and foreign scuba diving magazine, accident reports of various newspaper, annual report on decompression illness and diving fatalities by DAN(Diver Alert Network), various type of data on diving accident from local as well as national seminars, and medical treatment data of diving accident.
