This paper shows experimentally one method of preventing porcelain insulators from salt accident likely to be caused in the region of sea coast. In this experiment some results that, if a conductor barrier is inserted into the flash over discharge path which is wetted by salt dissolved water, the flash over voltage found to be raised up, were gotten. This results may be actually applied to suspension insulator or bushing to prevent them from salt accidents.

This study focuses on the issue of control performance of safety budget for preventing and reducing industrial accidents in Korea. The effect of safety budget such as industrial accident prevention fund on the safety performance is statistically examined first. The role and control performance of industrial accident prevention fund is particularly addressed to reduce the related accidents. The effectiveness of the industrial accident prevention fund-industrial accident relationship is then explained with a simple PI control mechanism.

This paper proposed a method that prevents data leakage and modulation and detects an unauthorized device by using AP and mobile device. Most of existing method for detecting and preventing an unauthorized device are similar to type of Evil Twin. However, in previous studies can not resolve many security accident and have the problem to cope with effectively security accident on various network. In order to solve these problem, companies prepare security accident through the varies policy and guideline. but It is hard to prevent all security accident because it is consistently increasing everyday. This paper suggests technique of detecting and preventing an unauthorized device using Context Awareness and Mobile Device Management. Firstly, when mobile device go into internal network, server distinguish access permission and authorization of mobile device using acquiring the conetxt information of mobile device. By using this result, server applies the appropriate management technique to the mobile device for leakage and accident of internal network.

The Severe Disaster Punishment Act had recently been established in order to promote safety and health (OSH) management system for severe accident prevention. OSH management system is primarily designed based on risk assessments; however, companies in industries have been experiencing difficulties in hazard identification and selecting proper measures for risk assessments and accident prevention. This study intended to introduce an accident analysis method based on epidemiological model in finding hazard and preventive measures. The accident analysis method employed in this study was proposed by the U.S. Department of Energy. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the accident analysis method, this study applied it to two accident cases occurred in construction and manufacturing industries. The application process and results of this study can be utilized in improving OSH management system and preventing severe accidents.

In this paper, the elemental components and improving purpose in advanced safety management system are reviewed to cope with a railway fire accident. And a considering procedure(V-cycle) of long-term plan for railway fire safety improvement is proposed. For the purpose of preventing recurrence of accident, items which have to be considered in the course of accident investigation and cause analysis are presented according to the stage of investigation activity.

If information on these industrial accident can be collected, organized and analyzed for a period of time and be used in the decision-making process for the purpose of preventing industrial accident, we will be able to get rid of industrial accident and prevent human and property loss and creat a pleasant industrial atmosphere. In order to achieve this goal, the collected information should be accurate, and trusted in the work place or government agency the information is being utilized. This research analyzed the problem in our nation's industrial accident statistics and estimated the number of accidents that are occurring and suggested improvement measures so that the industrial accident statistics can be calculated accurately.

This study aims to provide divers with improved safe diving practices by analyzing reports on scuba diving casualties that recently occured in Korea, Japan and USA. The result of this study should be notified to all the divers in Korea for the purpose of preventing the diving accident. All the data were collected through the diving accident reports of various sourses, which include KUA(Korea Underwater Association) technical committee, the accident statistical data of National Maritime Police Agency, articles of domestic and foreign scuba diving magazine, accident reports of various newspaper, annual report on decompression illness and diving fatalities by DAN(Diver Alert Network), various type of data on diving accident from local as well as national seminars, and medical treatment data of diving accident.
