It is very difficult to forecast accurately a damage from the natural disasters which occurs frequently. If the significant weather event was forecasted one or two days ago, we will be able to minimize a damage from the severe weather event through the suitable prevention activities. It said that 2000's our country's total damages from the meteorological disasters was several trillion won(Park et al, a, b, 2005). Therefore, we analyzed the Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA) and television broadcasting's reports, information contents, and transmission system, an ex post facto valuation about typhoon Nabi which struck the Korean peninsula from September 5 to 7, 2005. Through these investigations, we want to present the basic data to rises the application effect of disaster prevention meteorological information. We think KMA must present many information report to promote a citizen's understanding about the meteorological information and the serious disaster situation. And also we think the KMA and television broadcasting must present an advisable reports, the contents which is suitable to disaster response stages. And we must grasp the problem of disaster prevention meteorological information through an ex post facto examination, improve it effectively.

본 연구에서는 종래에 학습법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 역전파학습법의 문제점으로 지적되어 온 학습에 많은 시간이 걸리는 점과 국소적 최적해에 해가 수렴하여 오차가 충분히 작게 되지 않는 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위해, Hu에 의해 고안된 random tabu 탐색법을 이용하여 신경회로망의 연결강도를 최적화하는 학습알고리즘을 새로이 제안하였다. 그리고 이 방법을 배타적 논리합 문제에 적용하여 기존의 역전파학습법과 학습상수 $, $에 tabu탐색법을 이용한 결과와 비교 검토하여 본 방법이 국소적 최적해에 수렴하지 않고 수렴정도를 개선할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The objectives of this study were to analyze the present status of upbringing young farmers and to suggest directions for the future improvement for upbringing the young farmers' workforce in rural Korea. This study was conducted through review of literature related to agricultural workforce and young farmers. Opinions were collected from agricultural workforce staff of city and county extension center about role, development strategy of young farmers' workers. The total of 145 extension educators in charge of workforce section at Agricultural Extension Centers at city and county level participated in the study and 137 data were used for final analysis. The major findings from this study were as follows: 1) The strategy for the upbringing young farmers should be established by national and local governments. 2) The status for the young farmers' policy must be placed high er than present situation. 3) The systems and rules should be deregulated for the secure agricultural production base. 4) Agricultural income sources should be developed extensively by national and local governments.

The purposes of this study are as follows. First, it is to review the features of discount stores that are expected to grow rapidly and continuously due to their low price, low cost, bulk purchase, and multiple shops, and to pinpoint problems arising from the establishment and position of the stores. Second, it is to analyze relevant issues in regard to the present status of fashion good distribution in discount stores by studying the situation, structure and problems of domestic fashion distribution along with the present status of the distribution in discount stores, and to suggest directions for the development of fashion distribution and discount stores. A positive study was carried out on the buyers of big domestic discount stores through one-to-one interviews focusing on the distribution of fashion products within Seoul and the Metropolitan area. The following is the directions for the development of clothing distribution and discount stores ; 1. The relative importance of fashion goods in a discount store will be increased with the tendency of fashionable and differentiated shops ; 2. The GMS or category killers will be established from around 2003 when the market is expected to become saturated with a great deal of discount stores. 4. Discount stores will change and reform without being restricted to a certain existing industry or business condition, and distribution channels will diversify over the border. The demand and supply system will be balanced based on a global marketing which will be adjusted on the international level.

There is no absolute leadership through East and West. Just as past and present conditions are not the same, it is not easy for past leadership to apply to the present. The best leadership will be the leadership that can represent and lead the changing situation. In that sense, the creative leadership is the most appropriate leadership required by the present age. In the society, research on creative leadership is actively conducted in schools and companies, but there is no research on creative leadership in the military. This is the first study in the military about creative leadership. It is meaningful to understand the understanding of creative leadership and the applicability of the military and to provide a basis for future research. First, we measured the organizational effectiveness of creative leadership. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, the organizational effectiveness of creative leadership and organizational goals and achievement were measured, and it was found that there was significant influence on the relationship between creative leadership and organizational effectiveness. I could confirm some. This would be meaningful in that it suggested the possibility of applying the leadership of the creative leadership to lead the change of society and to implement the military command.

We present a novel cell deformability monitoring chip based on the digitally measured cell lysis rate which is dependent on the areal strain of the cell membrane. This method offers simple cell deformability monitoring by automated high-throughput testing system. We suggest the filter design considering the areal strain imposed on the cell membrane passing through the filter array having gradually increased orifice length. In the experiment using erythrocytes, we characterized the cell deformability in terms of average fracture areal strain which was $0.24{\pm}0.014\;and\;0.21{\pm}0.002$ for normal and chemically treated erythrocytes, respectively. We also verified that the areal strain of 0.15 effectively discriminates the deformability difference of normal and chemically treated erythrocytes, which can be applied to the clinical situation. We compared the lysis rates and their difference for the samples from different donors and found that the present chips can be commonly used without any calibration process. The experimental results demonstrate the simple structure and high performance of the present cell deformability monitoring chips, applicable to simple and cost-effective cell aging process monitoring.

디스크의 용량이 커지고 정보화 시대와 더불어서 데이터가 폭발적으로 증가하게 되었다. 또한 현재 이 데이터들에 대한 정보 교환이나 접근은 시간과 공간에 관계없이 항상 이루어져야 하는 상황에 있다. 본 논문에서는 365일 지속적으로 운용을 해야만 하는 서버에서 데이터를 효율적으로 백업하기 위한 시스템 사항 및 설계를 소개한다. 백업은 크게 논리적인 백업과 물리적인 백업으로 구분할 수 있는데 일반적으로 물리적(블록단위) 백업을 성능 면에서 우수하지만 구현상의 어려움이 있다. 우선 지금까지의 백업의 방식이나 방법에 대해서 간략히 언급을 하고 온라인(on-line) 백업을 수행하기 위한 기술적인 사항에 대해서 알아본 다음, 백업을 하기 위한 시스템 설계에 대해서 소개하고자 한다. 본 백업 시스템은 데이터 전송의 효율을 놀이기 위해서 SCSI-Protocol을 지원한다.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest new direction to the historical research society of Korean architecture by epistemological discussion. Korean architectural history at present, without question of history for what, for whom, and how, is regarded as 'history for the past' only 'to describe past' or 'to collect correct data' However, history is beyond that; history ought to suggest a direction of present and near future. Moreover, architecture is not pure but applied knowledge, that is, focused to 'how to build'. Therefore, past historical knowledge by research should influence to present design. In order to do that, history of mere data collection should change direction to the history of meaning by interpretation, and then, of finding design principle. The principle used in architectural community becomes theory in scientific research community, and finally is unified to 'theory of practice'. Creative history should be substituted for retrospective history reusing historical reservoir, at the specific situation of Korea; tradition has been discontinued drastically and Western method imported to the point of being culturally-colonized. Some expmples of altanative history are suggested at the end of this paper as conclusion.

An energy problem has become one of the many Problems awaiting solution to human society. Energy needs to support not only industry, but also building in city. The types of residential building, office building and public building account for much proportion among the totally amount used energy. A public institution shows a fine example for an energy conservation in the present situation. But, the amount used energy of electricity, air-conditioning and heating is different from a building use and condition. Because the building data of the energy consumption by a load is insufficient, it is unable to select a proper energy source. According to this study, it analyzed an energy load by each building that had investigated the actual conditions of energy consumption about public buildings in Daegu City. In order to plan the efficient energy use both existing buildings and new buildings, this study will present the efficient energy use plan, which has operated to new buildings of a public institution, at present.

This study was intended to present the proper operational scheme and present the criterion for establishment of proper convenient facilities and its planning method and the proper method of laying all sorts of teaching aids out. For this purpose, it attempted to investigate the type of crippled disorder and the behavioral characteristics of schoolchildren with crippled disorder with a focus on the descriptive study on disabled schoolchildren receiving complete integrated education. And it sought to analyze the present situation of complete integrated education and the case of integrated education and dissect the realities of its operation and the realities of the establishment of convenient facilities for disabled schoolchildren with a focus on the survey research.
