임자수탕(荏子水湯) 조리법의 표준화와 품질특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standardization and Cooking Properties of Imjasootang)

  • The objective of this study was to standardized the cooking method of Imjasootang, a traditional health food in summer. By mixing chicken soup with 20 g (I$_1$), 30 g (I$_2$), 40 g (I$_3$), 50 g (I$_4$) of seasam seeds, the distinctive characteristic and level of preference of Imjasootang were examined through the analyses of the proximate composition, fatty acid contents, color index, turbidity, brix$^{\circ}$, and sensory evaluation. 1. The proximate composition of Imjasootang was 90.2∼95.1% of total moisture, 0.985∼1.271% of crude protein, 0.90∼0.98% of crude fat, 1.592∼2.456% of nonfiber, 0.003∼0.004% of fiber, and 0.77∼0.97% of crude ash. Fatty acid were composed of 15.15∼17.36% of saturated fatty acid and 79.73∼82.54% of unsaturated fatty acid. Imjasootang contains high level of oleic acid and linoleic acid which were dependant on the content of seasame seeds. 2. For color index of samples, the lightness ranged 47.2∼56.9, “a”values 1.82∼2.15%, and “b”values 15.5∼16.5%. The turbidity of samples ranged 39∼61%, in which I$_4$ (chicken stock 100 g+sesame seed 50 g+water 25 g) was the most turbid. Solid content was also the highest in I$_4$, ranging 1.4∼5.1%. 3. In sensory evaluation, all sesame seed Imjasootangs had no significance differences in appearance. The higher the level of sesame seed in Imjasootangs, the more Imjasootang was preferred in terms of nutty aroma, color nutty taste. and viscosity. I$_4$ had the strongest nutty aroma. I$_2$ (chicken stock 100 g+sesame seed 30 g+water 15 g) and I$_3$ (chicken stock 100 g+sesame seed 40 g+water 20 g) were the best in the overall preference.

연관성 척도의 빈도수준 선호지수 개발 (A Frequency Level Preference Index of the Association Measures)

  • 연관성 척도값은 연관성 분석 대상이 고빈도인지 저빈도인지 여부에 따른 영향을 받는데, 연관성 척도마다 주로 높은 연관성으로 판정하는 대상의 빈도수준이 다양하게 나타난다. 이런 연관성 척도의 빈도수준 선호경향을 수치로 나타낼 수 있다면 연관성 척도를 사용하는 실험이나 분석에서 시행착오나 시간낭비를 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서 연관성 척도의 빈도수준 선호지수(FLPI)를 개발하였다. 개발된 빈도수준 선호지수는 연관성 척도와 출현빈도 사이의 상관성을 이용하는 것으로서 연관성 척도를 적용하는 실험이나 분석의 효율을 높이는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

저자집단 분석을 통한 한국 문헌정보학의 학술커뮤니케이션 동향 연구 (A Study on Scholarly Communication Trends in Korean Library and Information Science Studies through Author Group Analysis)

  • 이 연구에서는 국내 문헌정보학 분야 4개 학회 학술지에 2002년부터 2021년까지 20년 동안 게재된 논문 전체의 저자를 분석하여 국내 문헌정보학 학술지를 통한 학술 커뮤니케이션 현황을 고찰하고 향후 전망을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해서 학술지별 공저자 수, 귀환저자 비율, 투고선호지수, 저자집단 변화 추세, 연구자 유인지수 등을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 4개 학술지의 공동연구 수준, 학술지별로 연관된 저자집단의 형성 정도, 저자집단이 변화된 변곡점, 신진 연구자 집단의 특성, 학술지 간 저자 공유 정도 등이 파악되었다. 전체적으로 2015년이 한국 문헌정보학 저자집단이 변화한 변곡점으로 나타났으며, 이후에 등장한 신진 연구자들은 주로 공동연구를 수행하면서 이전과 다소 다른 학술지 논문발표 행태를 보였다. 계량분석을 수행한 이 연구의 결과가 질적 연구방법을 사용한 선행 연구와 함께 활용된다면 한국 문헌정보학 학술지 발전 전략에 대한 다각화 연구를 수행한 효과를 거둘 것으로 기대된다.

소비자 감성 평가에 의한 에어컨 Tonal Noise 평가 방법 제안 (Propose Tonal Noise Evaluation Method for Air-conditioner based on Customer's Sensory Evaluation)

  • Generally, noise from a indoor air conditioner has been measured by overall sound pressure level, dB. Customers evaluation, however, of the noise from an air conditioners should not be depend on the only overall level but also the sensory feeling. Moreover, in this sensory evaluation, irregular, time-varying and uneven sounds which are difficult to describe itself by overall level are more affectable. Unfortunately however the formal evaluation method for this kinds of noise is not determined yet. In this research, the evaluation method for tonal noise, which is one of the unmeasurable sounds by overall level, is proposed to evaluate its acceptability based on the consumer's sense of hearing. To consider the consumer's sense, several times of Jury evaluation are carried out. The proposed approach could be applied to the other sound, which acoustical characteristics are similar to the tonal noise .

지식전환선호도와 직무특성이 직무유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Fit between Knowledge Conversion Preference and Job Character on Job Effectiveness)

  • As the importance of intellectual assets has been brought into relief, this study aims at positively verifying where the intellectual workers' overall level of their knowledge conversion preference and their job character has reached, and how much the knowledge conversion preference, the job character and the fitness of both factors affects the job effectiveness respectively. For this purpose 3 types of research hypotheses were set up and the result of the verification of the hypotheses is summarized as follows: First, the verification of the relation between the knowledge conversion preference and the job effectiveness revealed that the workers who have the higher synthetic ability in knowledge conversion preference show the higher job satisfaction and job product. Secondly, the verification of the relation between the MPS representing the job character by measured index and the job satisfaction revealed that the absolute value of relative coefficient between the 4 factors excluding the public welfare factor and the MPS is 4, interpreted as medium correlation. Thirdly, the analysis on the degree of relation between the job product measured by the quality of job result and the input effort and the MPS showed that the absolute value of person relative coefficient is 5, interpreted not only as medium correlation but also very meaningful. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study was to give a guideline which can be utilized as an indicator for educating, training and placing the workers. As results, the main effect that the variable of knowledge conversion preference and job character chosen as the independent variable influences on the dependent variable of job satisfaction and job product is very meaningful except the public welfare factor.

체질의학의 체질분류법에 따른 식품기호도와 영양상태의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Comparison of Nutritional Status Among Eight Constitutional Groups in Relation to Food Preference on the View Point of Constitutional Medicine)

  • This study was carried out to compare the nutritional status with food preference of subjects in eight constitutional groups on the view point of constitutional medicine. The constitutions of 124 college women was classified by Kwon's theory. Food preference of the subjects was surveyed in accordance with the suggested foods for each constitution and the health status was investigated by Cornell Medical Index. The following determinations were also made to compare food preference score with the nutritional status : Hb, Hct, WBC, serum levels of albumin, protein, IgG, IgA, IsM, $C_3$, Triglyceride, cholesterol, and total lipids, and lipoprotein fraction ratio. The distribution of the constitution revealed that Jupito individuals accounts 51.6%, the most followed by ; Saturno, 21.8%: Hespero, 10.5%: Jupita, 8.1%: Hespera, 3.2%: Mercurio, 3.2%, no subject belonged to satura. There were no difference among constitutional groups in food preference score, health status and the values of most blood components. Only significant difference was that the percentage of mental complaints in Mercurio was lowest and serum IgG level in Jupito was the highest among groups. Correlation between values of blood component and food preference score shows variety of different trends. However, the results suggested that the better food consumption of the subjects was in accordance with the suggested foods for the constitution, the better the nutritional status of the subjects was.

  • With the increasing the importance of emotional quality of vehicle, the sound quality of systems with electric motor components has become increasingly important. Electric motors are used for windows, seats, sun roof, mirrors, steering columns, windshield wiper, climate control blowers, etc. In this paper, a study was conducted to identify sound quality factors that contribute to customer's satisfaction and preference of the window lift system. Jury test for subjective evaluation was carried out and sound quality index was developed. Averaged sound pressure level and sharpness were significant factors when glass moves down. Also, maximum loudness at stop section and averaged loudness were significant factor when glass moves up. Noise source identification was carried out for the reduced the loudness and sharpness during glass transferred section and impulsive noise at stop section, Using the source identification result, several improvement points were applied. And finally, the degree of sound quality improvement was judged using sound quality index.

  • A selection methodology of liquid levelmeters, especially, level sensors in non-nuclear category, to be installed in nuclear energy facilities is developed using linguistic fuzzy approaches such as fully-linguistic and semi-linguistic methods. Depending on defuzzification techniques, the linguistic fuzzy methodology leads to either linguistic (exactly, fully-linguistic) or cardinal (i.e., semi-linguistic) evaluation. For the linguistic method, for each alternative, fuzzy preference index is converted to linguistic utility value by means of a similarity measure determining the degree of similarity between fuzzy index and linguistic ratings. For the cardinal method, the index is translated to cardinal overall utility value. According to these values, alternatives of interest are linguistically or numerically evaluated and a suitable alternative can be selected. Under given selection criteria, the suitable selections out of some liquid levelmeters for nuclear facilities are dealt with using the linguistic fuzzy methodology proposed. Then, linguistic fuzzy evaluation results are compared with qualitative result available in the literature. It is found that as to a suitable option the linguistic fuzzy selection is in agreement with the qualitative selection. Additionally, the comparative study shows that the fully-linguistic method using adequate scale system facilitates linguistic interpretation regarding evaluation results.

Customers evaluation, however, of this noise should be depend on the only overall level but also the sensory feeling, annoyance, unpleasure and so on. Moreover, in this sensory evaluation, irregular, time-varying and uneven sounds which are difficult to describe itself by overall level are more affectable. Unfortunately however the formal evaluation method for this kinds of noise is not determined yet. In this research, the evaluation method for harmonic noise, which is a major noise from home appliance and one of the unmeasurable sounds by overall level, is proposed to evaluate its acceptability based on the consumer's sense of hearing. The proposed approach could be applied to the other sound, which acoustical characteristics are similar to the tonal noise.

복잡지형에서 사면 개방도과 계절별 과열지수 사이의 관계 (Relationship between Exposure Index and Overheating Index in Complex Terrain)

  • 온도기반 생태모형을 경관규모에 적용하기 위해 널리 쓰이는 BioSIM을 우리나라 환경에 도입할 경우 예상되는 문제점을 파악하기 위해 먼저 일 최고기온 추정과정을 검토하였다. 과열지수 대신 사용되는 개방도의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 전라북도 순창군 동계면 전역을 대상으로 10${\times}$10m 면적 단위로 총 57만여 개 지점의 개방도를 계산하고, 같은 지점에 대해 추분, 하지, 동짓날의 과열지수를 계산하였다. 각 날짜별 과열지수의 변이를 개방도에 의해 설명하기 위한 2차 회귀식을 작성한 바 회귀식의 결정계수($R^2$)는 동지에 0.44, 하지에 0.50, 추분에 0.56으로 Regniere(1996)의 추정치 0.7-0.9에 비해 크게 낮았다. 따라서 개방도를 사용하여 추정된 복잡지형의 일 최고기온값은 신뢰도가 낮아 생태모형의 구동변수로 부적합하므로 반드시 과열지수를 직접 계산해서 사용해야 한다.
