As an effective means of remotely detecting the spectral information of the object, the spectral calibration for the Savart polarization interference imaging spectrometer (SPIIS) is a basis and prerequisite of information quantification, and its experimental calibration scheme is firstly proposed in this paper. In order to evaluate the accuracy of the spectral information acquisition, the linear interpolation, cubic spline interpolation, and piecewise cubic interpolation algorithms are adopted, and the precision of the quadratic polynomial fitting is the highest, whose fitting error is better than 5.8642 nm in the wavelength range of [500 nm, 820 nm]. Besides, the inversed value of the spectral resolution for the monochromatic light is greater than the theoretical value, and the deviation between them becomes larger with the wavelength increasing, which is mainly caused by the structural design of the SPIIS, together with the rationality of the spectral restoration algorithm and the selection of the maximum optical path difference (OPD). This work demonstrates that the SPIIS has achieved high performance assuring the feasibility of its practical use in various fields.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of performing nuclear medicine quality control in korea and to test selected protocols of quality control of nuclear medicine counting system and gamma camera. Materials and Methods: Fifty three hospitals were included to investigate the current status of nuclear medicine quality control in korea. The precision of dose calibrator and thyroid uptake system was measured with Tc-99m 35.52 MBq for 2 minuets and Tc-99m 5.14 MBq for 10 sec every one minute, respectively. The sensitivity of CeraSPECT$^{TM}$ with low energy high resolution parallel hole collimator was measured using two cylindrical phantoms with 15 cm in diameter and 12 cm and 30 cm in heights containing Tc-99m. The correction factor for sensitivity of CeraSPECT$^{TM}$ was calculated using phantom data. The system planar sensitivity, uniformity, count rate and spatial resolution were measured for Varicam gamma camera with low energy high resolution parallel hole collimator using 140 keV centered 20% energy window, 256$\times$256 or 512$\times$512 matrix sizes. Results: The quality control of dose calibrator and well counter were showed poor performance status. On the other hand, The quality control of gamma camera and other systems were showed relatively good performance status. The results of precision of dose calibrator and thyroid uptake system was $\pm$1.4%(<$\pm$5%) and chi^2=29.7(>16.92), respectively. It showed that the sensitivity of CeraSPECT$^{TM}$ was higher in center slices compared with the edge slices. After correction of nonuniform sensitivities for patient data, it showed better results compare with prior to correction. System planar sensitivity of Varicam gamma camera was 4.39 CPM/MBq. The observed count rate at 20% loss was 102,407 counts/sec (head 1), 113,427 counts/sec (head 2), when input count rate was 81,926 counts/sec (head 1), 90,741 counts/sec (head 2). The spatial resolution without scatter medium were 8.16 mm of FWHM and 14.85 mm of FWTM. The spatial resolution with scatter medium were 8.87 mm of FWHM and 18.87 mm of FWTM. In these days, surveying instruments are developing rapidly and the precision is improving continuously. The reappearance of three dimensional terrains of a great precision are possible and the calculation of the area or the volume has a high precision due to the development of the technique of the spatial information system using computer. But actually, in construction site they calculate two-dimensional area using the traditional method, plane table surveying, planimeter, and then get ground surface area through timing the slope correction factor. In this study, I show the defect and inefficiency of the calculation of the area by the traditional methods and survey the area with Electronic Distance Measuring equipment and GPS instrument. With these data, we made the three dimensional terrain model and calculated two-dimensional area and ground surface area. After that, I compared areas that calculated by algorithm method of irregular triangle and analysis of grid method with standardizing the area that calculated by the traditional method. Finally, I suggested more effective and precise method in calculating ground surface area.

The ship-borne gravity data is essential to construct geoid in Korea surrounding ocean area. The altimeter data was used in previous study, however, the ship-borne gravity data could be used due to more ship-borne data was collected by improvement of instrument, positioning system. Therefore, the study on verification of precision of ship-borne gravity data and practical usage analysis is needed. In this study, free-air anomaly having 16.47mGal and 18.86mGal as mean and standard deviation was obtained after consistent processing such as Eotvos correction, Kalman Filter, Cross-over adjustment etc. The calculated free-air anomaly was compared to DNSC08 altimeter data and the difference was computed having -0.88mGal and 9.46mGal of mean and standard deviation. The reason causing those differences are owing to spatial limits of data acquisition and effects of ocean topography. To use ship-borne gravity data for precision geoid development, the efforts to overcome the limits of data collection and study for data combination should be proceeded.
This study analyzed causal relationship between electricity consumption and economic output (GDP) for Korea from 2001 to 2014 employing the vector error-correction model estimation by manufacturing sector. The results of unit-roots tests show that all sectoral GDP and electricity consumptions were not stationary. And cointegration tests show that processed foods, Wood Pulp Paper, electricity apparatus, Precision Medical sectors had a linear combinations in the long run between electricity consumptions and economic growth. With respect to the direction of causality, manufacturing sector has a uni-directional running from economic output (GDP) to electricity consumption in short term. The results of study show that sectoral causal relation were different each other in short term and long term. These findings imply that electricity demand management policy focusing on efficiency improvement is necessary to minimize negative impacts on economic growth and to adopt suitable structural policies can induce energy conservation.

With the increase in the number of smartphone users, precise 3D positional information is required by various applications. The positioning accuracy using civilian single-frequency pseudoranges is at the level of 10 m or so, but most applications these days are asking for a sub-meter level Therefore, instead of an absolute positioning technique, the VRS-based differential approach is applied along with the correction of the double-differenced (DD) residual errors using FKP (Flachen-Korrektur-Parameter). The VRS (Virual Reference Station) is located close to the rover, and the measurements are generated by correcting the geometrical distance to those of the master reference station. Since the unmodeled errors are generally proportional to the length of the baselines, the correction parameters are estimated by fitting a plane to the DD pseudorange errors of the CORS network. The DD positioning accuracy using 24 hours of C/A code measurements provides the RMS errors of 37 cm, 28 cm for latitudinal and longitudinal direction, respectively, and 76 cm for height. The accuracy of the horizontal components is within ${\pm}0.5m$ for about 90% of total epochs, and in particular the biases are significantly decreased to the level of 2-3 cm due to the network-based error modeling. Consequently, it is possible to consistently achieve a sub-meter level accuracy from the single-frequency pseudoranges using the VRS and double-differenced error modeling.
For TOPS InSAR processing, high-precision image co-registration is required. We propose an image co-registration method suitable for the TOPS mode by comparing the performance of cross correlation method, the geometric co-registration and the enhanced spectral diversity (ESD) matching algorithm based on the spectral diversity (SD) on the Sentinel-1 TOPS mode image. Using 23 pairs of interferometric pairs generated from 25 Sentinel-1 TOPS images, we applied the cross correlation (CC), geometric correction with only orbit information (GC1), geometric correction combined with iterative cross-correlation (GC2, GC3, GC4), and ESD iteration (ESD_GC, ESD_1, ESD_2). The mean of co-registration errors in azimuth direction by cross correlation and geometric matching are 0.0041 pixels and 0.0016 pixels, respectively. Although the ESD method shows the most accurate result with the error of less than 0.0005 pixels, the error of geometric co-registration is reduced to 0.001 pixels by repetition through additional cross correlation matching between the reference and resampled slave image. The ESD method is not applicable when the coherence of the burst overlap areas is low. Therefore, the geometric co-registration method through iterative processing is a suitable alternative for time series analysis using multiple SAR data or generating interferogram with long time intervals.

Recently, the domestic demand for weapon systems based on aircraft platforms is gradually increasing. In particular, the demand for effective precision guided missile(PGM) which cruises for several hundred kilometers after launch to strike the ground target is rising drastically, but it is in the early stages of development, and research based on it are limited. This paper is a study on the power converter unit(PCU) within PGM which is mounted on an aircraft platform based on MIL-STD-1760, which is an interface between an aircraft and PGM. We investigated the electrical properties and structure of the umbilical connector, and the aircraft/store electrical interconnection system. Also, the focus on the design specifications of the PCU that supplies power were described. This result 3 phase AC input, which is the state for the guided simulation power supply in the state of being mounted on an aircraft that rectification method with power factor correction(PFC) compared to bridge rectifier circuit. In the future, it may be used as a basis for power supply design on aircraft mounted weapon systems.
This paper reports on the analysis of the location accuracy of a precision image generation system manufactured for CAS 500. The planned launch date of the CAS 500 is 2021, and since it has not yet been launched, the analysis was performed using KOMPSAT-3A satellite images having similar specifications to the CAS 500. In this paper, we have checked the geolocation accuracy of initial sensor model, the model point geolocation accuracy of the precise sensor model, the geolocation accuracy of the precise sensor model using the check point, and the geolocation accuracy of the precise orthoimage using 30 images of the Korean Peninsula. In this study, the target geolocation accuracy is to have an RMSE within 2 pixels when an accurate ground control point is secured. As a result, it was confirmed that the geolocation accuracy of the precision sensor model using the checkpoint was about 1.85 pixels in South Korea and about 2.04 pixels in North Korea, and the geolocation accuracy of the precise orthoimage was about 1.15 m in South Korea and about 3.23 m in North Korea. Overall, it was confirmed that the accuracy of North Korea was low compared to that of South Korea, and this was confirmed to have affected the measured accuracy because the GCP (Ground Control Point) quality of the North Korea images was poor compared to that of South Korea. In addition, it was confirmed that the accuracy of the precision orthoimage was slightly lower than that of precision sensor medel, especially in North Korea. It was judged that this occurred from the error of the DTM (Digital Terrain Model) used for orthogonal correction. In addition to the causes suggested by this paper, additional studies should be conducted on factors that may affect the position accuracy.
Compact Advanced Satellite 500-4 (CAS500-4), which is scheduled to be launched in 2025, is a mid-resolution satellite with a 5 m resolution developed for wide-area agriculture and forest observation. To utilize satellite images, it is important to establish a precision sensor model and establish accurate geometric information. Previous research reported that a precision sensor model could be automatically established through the process of matching ground control point (GCP) chips and satellite images. Therefore, to improve the geometric accuracy of satellite images, it is necessary to improve the GCP chip matching performance. This paper proposes an improved GCP chip matching scheme for improved precision sensor modeling of mid-resolution satellite images. When using high-resolution GCP chips for matching against mid-resolution satellite images, there are two major issues: handling the resolution difference between GCP chips and satellite images and finding the optimal quantity of GCP chips. To solve these issues, this study compared and analyzed chip matching performances according to various satellite image upsampling factors and various number of chips. RapidEye images with a resolution of 5m were used as mid-resolution satellite images. GCP chips were prepared from aerial orthographic images with a resolution of 0.25 m and satellite orthogonal images with a resolution of 0.5 m. Accuracy analysis was performed using manually extracted reference points. Experiment results show that upsampling factor of two and three significantly improved sensor model accuracy. They also show that the accuracy was maintained with reduced number of GCP chips of around 100. The results of the study confirmed the possibility of applying high-resolution GCP chips for automated precision sensor modeling of mid-resolution satellite images with improved accuracy. It is expected that the results of this study can be used to establish a precise sensor model for CAS500-4.
