131I 방사성 동위원소 치료에 따른 피폭 선량 연구 (The Study of Radiation Exposed dose According to 131I Radiation Isotope Therapy)

  • 본 연구는 고용량 $^{131}I$ 치료 후 방사선원이 된 퇴원 환자로부터 나오는 방사선 피폭에 관해 외부 선량률을 측정하고, 그에 따른 피폭선량을 예측하는 것이 목적이다. 200 mCi 이상 고용량 $^{131}I$ 치료를 받은 30명의 환자에서 구리링 3개를 이용하여 환자로부터 거리 및 방위각에 따른 선량평가를 시행하였다. 정확한 방사선 계측을 위하여 GM 계측기를 이용하여 2명의 측정자가 방위각 8 포인트와 거리 변화를 주며 계측하였다. 측정값을 기반으로 3가지 예측 시뮬레이션을 설정하여 불특정 다수 일반인에 대한 피폭선량을 계산하였다. 1m 높이에서 방위각에 따른 외부 선량률이 가장 높은 부위는 0도이다. 거리에 따른 선량률은 거리별 방위각의 선량률 평균값을 사용하였다. 거리에 따른 외부 선량률의 최고치는 50, 100, 150 cm에서 각각 $214{\pm}16.5$, $59{\pm}9.1{\mu}Sv/h$, $38{\pm}5.8{\mu}Sv/h$ 이다. 고용량 $^{131}I$ 치료 환자가 대중교통을 이용해서 5시간 이동할 때 반경 50 cm 지점의 옆좌석에 안은 불특정 일반인이 받을 수 있는 피폭선량은 1.14 mSv이다. 소변 통(urin bag)을 착용한 퇴원환자로부터 100 cm 거리에서 4일 동안 간병인이 받을 수 있는 최대 피폭선량은 6.5 mSv이다. 퇴원 환자 귀가로 인해 7일 동안 150 cm 거리에서 보호자가 받을 수 있는 최대 피폭선량은 1.08 mSv이다. 개발된 예측 모델링으로 불특정 $^{131}I$ 치료 환자의 주변 일반인에게 적용하였을 때 연간 선량 한도를 단시간에 초과하는 수준이었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 현행 고용량 $^{131}I$ 치료 환자의 퇴원 후 주변의 일반인의 방호체계의 합리적인 가이드라인을 제시하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

초분광수심법 기반 대하천 합류부 하상측정 성능 평가 (Performance evaluation of hyperspectral bathymetry method for morphological mapping in a large river confluence)

  • 국내 대하천은 2010년 대규모 정비사업 이후 자연적 안정화를 위한 추가 재퇴적 및 침식이 진행 중에 있어 정밀 하상 모니터링이 요구되고 있다. 초분광수심법은 저수심의 고해상도 하천 수심측정 측면에서 종래의 접촉식 수심측정 기법을 대체하거나 보완할 수 있는 방법으로 각광을 받기 시작하였다. 본 연구는 초분광수심법에서 대표적인 최적밴드비기법을 소개하고 국내 대하천인 낙동강과 황강 합류부에서 평수기 전형적인 탁도조건에서 초분광수심법을 적용하여 수심맵을 산정하여 국내 하천으로의 적용성을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 수심영역별 최적밴드비기법으로 도출되는 상관도와 평균제곱근오차를 적용하여 최대측정가능수심을 산정하였고 최대추정가능수심 이상은 관계식 구축 시와 수심맵 산정 시 제외시켰다. 그리고 수심과 최적밴드비 관계(d-X)에 비선형성을 검토하여 적용하였다. 국내 대하천인 낙동강-황강 합류부에 적용한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초분광수심법은 주로 저수심부에서 정밀한 수심맵을 효율적으로 산정할 수 있음을 보여주었고 최대측정가능수심은 통상적 탁도에서 낙동강의 경우 2.5 m로 나타났고, 탁도가 높은 지류의 경우 1.25 m로 나타났다. 둘째, 최대측정가능수심은 초분광수심법 하상 도출 시 다양한 시나리오의 배제수심을 고려하여 산정 및 적용되어야 하고, 이때 최적밴드비기법 적용 시 평균제곱근오차가 기존의 상관도 방식에 비해 최대측정가능수심 산정에 우수하였다. 셋째, 황강 합류부의 탁도가 높아 측정가능수심이 인근 낙동강에 비해 절반으로 낮아져 초분광수심법은 탁도가 높은 환경일 경우 한계가 있음을 확인하였다.

자기보고식 괴롭힘 경험률 평가의 편향요인 탐색: 평가조건 변인을 중심으로 (Biasing Factors in Self-Report Assessment of Bullying/Victimization: Examining Variability in Involvement Rates by Testing Conditions)

  • 국내외의 학교폭력이나 괴롭힘 실태조사에서 괴롭힘 경험률을 파악하기 위해 자기보고식 평가방법이 널리 활용됨에도 불구하고, 자기보고에 기초한 가해율 및 피해율이 구체적인 조작화 방식, 측정방법 등에 따라 적지 않은 차이를 보인다는 지적이 제기되면서 괴롭힘 평가에서 편향요인은 주요 쟁점이 되어왔다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 690명의 남녀 중학생을 지시문을 통해 조작된 서로 다른 네 평가조건(정의제시/미제시, 익명/기명실시)에 무선배정한 후, Olweus 괴롭힘 질문지의 가해 및 피해문항을 실시하여 성별에 따른 경험률의 차이를 살펴보고, 정의제시 및 익명실시 여부에 따라, 그리고 질문형태(전반질문/세부질문)에 따라 경험률이 다르게 나타나는지, 두 가지 절단점과 성별을 고려하여 살펴보았다. 교차분석 결과, 전반질문에서는 남학생이 여학생에 비해 가해율 및 피해율이 높았고, 직접적 괴롭힘에 대한 세부질문에서도 남학생의 경험률이 유의하게 높았지만, 관계적 괴롭힘에서는 성차가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 괴롭힘에 대한 정의가 제시되지 않은 경우, '엄격한' 절단점을 사용할 때, 전반적 가해 경험률뿐 아니라 언어적 괴롭힘 가해율 및 피해율이 111%~157%나 더 높게 나타났다. 그러나 익명실시 여부에 따라서는 한 문항을 제외하고는 경험률에서 차이가 없었으며, 솔직히 응답한 정도나 비밀보장의 확신 정도도 두 조건 간에 다르지 않았다. 질문형태에 따라서는 세부질문을 통해 경험률을 측정한 경우 전반질문 대비 68%~148% 높게 나타났으며, 질문형태에 따른 괴롭힘 경험 측정치 간의 상관도 낮거나 중간 정도 수준이었다. 또한 전반질문은 민감도는 높지 않은 반면, 이에 비해 특이도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과가 학교폭력이나 괴롭힘 실태조사 문항의 개발과 실시 절차의 개선을 위해 갖는 구체적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 본 연구의 한계점과 의의를 논의하였다.

빅데이터 도입의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구: 전략적 가치인식과 TOE(Technology Organizational Environment) Framework을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors for Big Data Intented Adoption: Focusing on the Strategic Value Recognition and TOE Framework)

  • To survive in the global competitive environment, enterprise should be able to solve various problems and find the optimal solution effectively. The big-data is being perceived as a tool for solving enterprise problems effectively and improve competitiveness with its' various problem solving and advanced predictive capabilities. Due to its remarkable performance, the implementation of big data systems has been increased through many enterprises around the world. Currently the big-data is called the 'crude oil' of the 21st century and is expected to provide competitive superiority. The reason why the big data is in the limelight is because while the conventional IT technology has been falling behind much in its possibility level, the big data has gone beyond the technological possibility and has the advantage of being utilized to create new values such as business optimization and new business creation through analysis of big data. Since the big data has been introduced too hastily without considering the strategic value deduction and achievement obtained through the big data, however, there are difficulties in the strategic value deduction and data utilization that can be gained through big data. According to the survey result of 1,800 IT professionals from 18 countries world wide, the percentage of the corporation where the big data is being utilized well was only 28%, and many of them responded that they are having difficulties in strategic value deduction and operation through big data. The strategic value should be deducted and environment phases like corporate internal and external related regulations and systems should be considered in order to introduce big data, but these factors were not well being reflected. The cause of the failure turned out to be that the big data was introduced by way of the IT trend and surrounding environment, but it was introduced hastily in the situation where the introduction condition was not well arranged. The strategic value which can be obtained through big data should be clearly comprehended and systematic environment analysis is very important about applicability in order to introduce successful big data, but since the corporations are considering only partial achievements and technological phases that can be obtained through big data, the successful introduction is not being made. Previous study shows that most of big data researches are focused on big data concept, cases, and practical suggestions without empirical study. The purpose of this study is provide the theoretically and practically useful implementation framework and strategies of big data systems with conducting comprehensive literature review, finding influencing factors for successful big data systems implementation, and analysing empirical models. To do this, the elements which can affect the introduction intention of big data were deducted by reviewing the information system's successful factors, strategic value perception factors, considering factors for the information system introduction environment and big data related literature in order to comprehend the effect factors when the corporations introduce big data and structured questionnaire was developed. After that, the questionnaire and the statistical analysis were performed with the people in charge of the big data inside the corporations as objects. According to the statistical analysis, it was shown that the strategic value perception factor and the inside-industry environmental factors affected positively the introduction intention of big data. The theoretical, practical and political implications deducted from the study result is as follows. The frist theoretical implication is that this study has proposed theoretically effect factors which affect the introduction intention of big data by reviewing the strategic value perception and environmental factors and big data related precedent studies and proposed the variables and measurement items which were analyzed empirically and verified. This study has meaning in that it has measured the influence of each variable on the introduction intention by verifying the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables through structural equation model. Second, this study has defined the independent variable(strategic value perception, environment), dependent variable(introduction intention) and regulatory variable(type of business and corporate size) about big data introduction intention and has arranged theoretical base in studying big data related field empirically afterwards by developing measurement items which has obtained credibility and validity. Third, by verifying the strategic value perception factors and the significance about environmental factors proposed in the conventional precedent studies, this study will be able to give aid to the afterwards empirical study about effect factors on big data introduction. The operational implications are as follows. First, this study has arranged the empirical study base about big data field by investigating the cause and effect relationship about the influence of the strategic value perception factor and environmental factor on the introduction intention and proposing the measurement items which has obtained the justice, credibility and validity etc. Second, this study has proposed the study result that the strategic value perception factor affects positively the big data introduction intention and it has meaning in that the importance of the strategic value perception has been presented. Third, the study has proposed that the corporation which introduces big data should consider the big data introduction through precise analysis about industry's internal environment. Fourth, this study has proposed the point that the size and type of business of the corresponding corporation should be considered in introducing the big data by presenting the difference of the effect factors of big data introduction depending on the size and type of business of the corporation. The political implications are as follows. First, variety of utilization of big data is needed. The strategic value that big data has can be accessed in various ways in the product, service field, productivity field, decision making field etc and can be utilized in all the business fields based on that, but the parts that main domestic corporations are considering are limited to some parts of the products and service fields. Accordingly, in introducing big data, reviewing the phase about utilization in detail and design the big data system in a form which can maximize the utilization rate will be necessary. Second, the study is proposing the burden of the cost of the system introduction, difficulty in utilization in the system and lack of credibility in the supply corporations etc in the big data introduction phase by corporations. Since the world IT corporations are predominating the big data market, the big data introduction of domestic corporations can not but to be dependent on the foreign corporations. When considering that fact, that our country does not have global IT corporations even though it is world powerful IT country, the big data can be thought to be the chance to rear world level corporations. Accordingly, the government shall need to rear star corporations through active political support. Third, the corporations' internal and external professional manpower for the big data introduction and operation lacks. Big data is a system where how valuable data can be deducted utilizing data is more important than the system construction itself. For this, talent who are equipped with academic knowledge and experience in various fields like IT, statistics, strategy and management etc and manpower training should be implemented through systematic education for these talents. This study has arranged theoretical base for empirical studies about big data related fields by comprehending the main variables which affect the big data introduction intention and verifying them and is expected to be able to propose useful guidelines for the corporations and policy developers who are considering big data implementationby analyzing empirically that theoretical base.

핵의학 검체검사 정도관리의 개선을 위한 Westgard Multi-Rules의 적용 (Application of Westgard Multi-Rules for Improving Nuclear Medicine Blood Test Quality Control)

  • Levey-Jennings 정도관리는 측정치가 관리 허용치(평균 ${\pm}2SD$ 또는 ${\pm}3SD$)를 벗어나는 우연오차만 관리를 했었다면, Westgard Multi-Rules 정도관리는 우연오차와 계통오차의 분리분석을 할 수 있고 복합적용이 가능해 병원 인증 내부정도관리에서도 적극 권장하고 있다. 하지만 검체검사 정도관리에서는 kit 내 같은 기질의 정도관리 물질을 사용해 계통오차의 인지가 쉽지 않고 잦은 농도 변경으로 목표치 설정이 어려워 Westgard Multi-Rules의 적용이 힘들었다. 따라서 본 연구는 정도관리 물질을 상용화된 제 3의 물질을 사용해 신뢰성 있는 목표치를 산출하고 Westgard Multi-Rules을 적용함으로써 정도관리를 개선하고자 한다. 갑상선 검사인 Total T3를 대상으로 정도관리 물질을 B사의 Immunoassay Plus Control Level 1, 2, 3를 사용하여 ${\pm}2SD$를 벗어난 값을 제외한 1개월 동안 295회 데이터의 평균값으로 목표치를 설정하였다. 그리고 20일간 총 194회 실험의 정도관리 물질 측정치를 표준편차 지수를 이용하여 하나의 관리도상에 놓고 Westgard Multi-Rules 중 12s, 22s, 13s, 2 of 32s, R4s, 41s, $10\bar{x}$, 7T의 규칙들을 적용하여 우연오차와 계통오차를 분리하여 분석하였다. Total T3의 목표치는 정도관리 물질 1, 2, 3번이 각각 84.2 ng/dl, 156.7 ng/dl, 242.4 ng/dl로 설정되었고 표준편차는 각각 11.22 ng/dl, 14.52 ng/dl, 14.52 ng/dl로 설정되었다. 설정된 목표치를 기준으로 Westgard Multi-Rules을 적용한 뒤 유형을 분석한 결과 우연오차인 12s가 48회, 13s가 13회, R4s가 6회로 분석되었고 계통오차인 22s는 10회, 41s가 11회, 2 of 32s가 17회, $10\bar{x}$가 10회로 분석되었으며 7T는 적용되어지지 않았다. 통제 불가능한 우연오차의 유형들은 전체실험과정을 재확인하고 재검사 비중을 높이는 등의 조치를 취하였으며 통제 가능한 계통오차의 유형들은 원인을 찾아 조치사항 양식에 기록하고 필요 시 내부정도관리 위원회에 보고하였다. 상용화된 제 3의 물질을 정도관리 물질로 사용하고 목표치를 설정함에 따라 하나의 관리도 상에서 3가지 정도관리 물질에 대한 Westgard Multi-Rules의 적용이 가능하게 되었고, 그 결과 12s, 22s, 13s, 2 of 32s, R4s, 41s, $10\bar{x}$, 7T 규칙들의 분석으로 우연오차와 계통오차의 정밀분석이 가능해 졌다. 또한 ${\pm}3SD$ 내의 모든 데이터를 분석 할 수 있어 Error 검출을 최대화 할 수 있게 되었다. 이와 같이 체계적으로 Westgard Multi-Rules을 적용한 정도관리는 검체검사의 정도관리에 질적 향상을 가져다 줄 것이다.

두경부암 방사선 치료 시 Set-Up 조정 Head Holder 장치의 개발 (Development of Adjustable Head holder Couch in H&N Cancer Radiation Therapy)

  • 두경부암 환자의 헤드 홀더를 사용하는 경우 모의 치료 시 환자는 테이블 위에 위치하지만, 방사선 치료를 시행하는 경우 헤드 홀더를 치료 테이블에 걸쳐서 사용하기 때문에 체중 및 여러 가지 요소로 인한 기하학적 불일치로 상, 하, 좌, 우 및 처짐의 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 환자 Set-Up의 재현성의 불일치를 개선하기 위해 두경부암 전용 헤드 홀더를 자체 고안하여 제작 및 개발하여 유용성을 평가하였다. Alderson Rando Phantom을 이용하여 전산화단층촬영장치(High Advantage, GE, U.S.A)를 통해 이미지를 획득하였고, 광자선 4MV 세기변조 방사선치료(IMRT) 방식을 적용하여 최적화된 치료 계획을 실시하였다. 선형가속기(21EX, Varian, U.S.A)를 이용하여 모의 치료와 동일한 상태에서 환자를 set-up한 후 에 치료기에 장착된 CBCT를 이용하여 각각의 무게(0,15,30Kg)의 차이를 통해 교정 전, 후 X, Y, Z축의 오차를 5회 반복 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 0Kg에서 $0.4{\pm}0.8mm$, $0.8{\pm}0.4mm$, 0mm으로 나타났고, 교정 후에는 $0.2{\pm}0.8mm$, $0.4{\pm}0.5mm$, 0으로 나타났다. 15Kg에서 교정 전,후 오차는 $0.2{\pm}0.8mm$, $1.2{\pm}0.4mm$, $2.2{\pm}0.4mm$$0.2{\pm}0.4mm$, $0.4{\pm}0.5mm$, $0.4{\pm}0.5mm$로 나타났다. 30Kg에서 교정 전,후 오차는 $0.8{\pm}0.4mm$, $2.4{\pm}0.5mm$, $4.4{\pm}0.8mm$$0.6{\pm}0.54mm$, $1{\pm}0mm$, $0.6{\pm}0.5mm$로 나타났다. 각각의 교정 전,후의 통계적으로 분석한 결과 15Kg인 경우 Z축에서 p<0.034, 30Kg인 경우 Y, Z축에서 p<0.038, p<0.041 로 유의한 결과를 나타냈다. 두경부암 전용 방향 조절 장치 헤드 홀더가 환자의 set-up오차를 줄여주는 역할을 해주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 오차를 줄여줌으로써 환자의 재현성이 향상되어 보다 정밀하고 정확한 방사선 치료를 구현할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

APPLICATION OF FUZZY SET THEORY IN SAFEGUARDS

  • The International Atomic Energy Agency's Statute in Article III.A.5 allows it“to establish and administer safeguards designed to ensure that special fissionable and other materials, services, equipment, facilities and information made available by the Agency or at its request or under its supervision or control are not used in such a way as to further any military purpose; and to apply safeguards, at the request of the parties, to any bilateral or multilateral arrangement, or at the request of a State, to any of that State's activities in the field of atomic energy”. Safeguards are essentially a technical means of verifying the fulfilment of political obligations undertaken by States and given a legal force in international agreements relating to the peaceful uses of nuclear energy. The main political objectives are: to assure the international community that States are complying with their non-proliferation and other peaceful undertakings; and to deter (a) the diversion of afeguarded nuclear materials to the production of nuclear explosives or for military purposes and (b) the misuse of safeguarded facilities with the aim of producing unsafeguarded nuclear material. It is clear that no international safeguards system can physically prevent diversion. The IAEA safeguards system is basically a verification measure designed to provide assurance in those cases in which diversion has not occurred. Verification is accomplished by two basic means: material accountancy and containment and surveillance measures. Nuclear material accountancy is the fundamental IAEA safeguards mechanism, while containment and surveillance serve as important complementary measures. Material accountancy refers to a collection of measurements and other determinations which enable the State and the Agency to maintain a current picture of the location and movement of nuclear material into and out of material balance areas, i. e. areas where all material entering or leaving is measurab e. A containment measure is one that is designed by taking advantage of structural characteristics, such as containers, tanks or pipes, etc. To establish the physical integrity of an area or item by preventing the undetected movement of nuclear material or equipment. Such measures involve the application of tamper-indicating or surveillance devices. Surveillance refers to both human and instrumental observation aimed at indicating the movement of nuclear material. The verification process consists of three over-lapping elements: (a) Provision by the State of information such as - design information describing nuclear installations; - accounting reports listing nuclear material inventories, receipts and shipments; - documents amplifying and clarifying reports, as applicable; - notification of international transfers of nuclear material. (b) Collection by the IAEA of information through inspection activities such as - verification of design information - examination of records and repo ts - measurement of nuclear material - examination of containment and surveillance measures - follow-up activities in case of unusual findings. (c) Evaluation of the information provided by the State and of that collected by inspectors to determine the completeness, accuracy and validity of the information provided by the State and to resolve any anomalies and discrepancies. To design an effective verification system, one must identify possible ways and means by which nuclear material could be diverted from peaceful uses, including means to conceal such diversions. These theoretical ways and means, which have become known as diversion strategies, are used as one of the basic inputs for the development of safeguards procedures, equipment and instrumentation. For analysis of implementation strategy purposes, it is assumed that non-compliance cannot be excluded a priori and that consequently there is a low but non-zero probability that a diversion could be attempted in all safeguards ituations. An important element of diversion strategies is the identification of various possible diversion paths; the amount, type and location of nuclear material involved, the physical route and conversion of the material that may take place, rate of removal and concealment methods, as appropriate. With regard to the physical route and conversion of nuclear material the following main categories may be considered: - unreported removal of nuclear material from an installation or during transit - unreported introduction of nuclear material into an installation - unreported transfer of nuclear material from one material balance area to another - unreported production of nuclear material, e. g. enrichment of uranium or production of plutonium - undeclared uses of the material within the installation. With respect to the amount of nuclear material that might be diverted in a given time (the diversion rate), the continuum between the following two limiting cases is cons dered: - one significant quantity or more in a short time, often known as abrupt diversion; and - one significant quantity or more per year, for example, by accumulation of smaller amounts each time to add up to a significant quantity over a period of one year, often called protracted diversion. Concealment methods may include: - restriction of access of inspectors - falsification of records, reports and other material balance areas - replacement of nuclear material, e. g. use of dummy objects - falsification of measurements or of their evaluation - interference with IAEA installed equipment.As a result of diversion and its concealment or other actions, anomalies will occur. All reasonable diversion routes, scenarios/strategies and concealment methods have to be taken into account in designing safeguards implementation strategies so as to provide sufficient opportunities for the IAEA to observe such anomalies. The safeguards approach for each facility will make a different use of these procedures, equipment and instrumentation according to the various diversion strategies which could be applicable to that facility and according to the detection and inspection goals which are applied. Postulated pathways sets of scenarios comprise those elements of diversion strategies which might be carried out at a facility or across a State's fuel cycle with declared or undeclared activities. All such factors, however, contain a degree of fuzziness that need a human judgment to make the ultimate conclusion that all material is being used for peaceful purposes. Safeguards has been traditionally based on verification of declared material and facilities using material accountancy as a fundamental measure. The strength of material accountancy is based on the fact that it allows to detect any diversion independent of the diversion route taken. Material accountancy detects a diversion after it actually happened and thus is powerless to physically prevent it and can only deter by the risk of early detection any contemplation by State authorities to carry out a diversion. Recently the IAEA has been faced with new challenges.
