자녀((子女)의 식습관(食習慣) 육성(育成)에 미치는 부모(父母)의 영향(影響)에 관(關)한 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Study of Children's Dietary Habits, focusing on Parental Influences)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 식습관(食習慣)에 있어서의 부모자(父母子)의 일치도(一致度)와 또한 이 사람들의 각종(各種) 식습관(食習慣)의 경향(傾向)을 조사(調査)하여 영양교육자료(營養敎育資料)를 얻는데 그 목적(目的)이 있다. 조사대상(調査對象)은 서울시내(市內)에 거주하는 국민학교(國民學校)부터 고등학교(高等學校)까지의 남녀학생(男女學生) 1,000명(名)과 동일대상학생(同一對象學生)의 부(父)와 모(母) 2,000명(名)을 대상(對象)으로 하고, 조사방법(調査方法)은 질문지법(質問紙法)(questio nnaire)을 사용(使用)하였다. 자료(資料)는 $Chi-Square(x^2)$에 의한 상관계수(相關係數)와 백분율(百分率)로 통계처리(統計處理)하였다. 조사결과(調査結果) 얻은 결론(結論)은 다음과 같다. 1. 식습관(食習慣)에 있어서의 부모자(父母子)의 일치도(一致度) 자녀(子女)의 성별(性別), 출생순위별(出生順位別) 모두 부(父)보다 모(母)의 영향(影響)이 더 컸다. 특(特)히 성별(性別)로 볼 때 여자(女子)와 츨생순위(出生順位)로 볼 때 중간자녀(中間子女)가 모(母)와의 상관(相關)정도가 높았다. 2. 각종(各種) 식습관(食習慣)에 대(對)한 경향조사(傾向調査) 1) 기호면(嗜好面) : 성별(性別), 연령별에 상관(相關)없이 일반적(一般的)으로 다 좋아하는 식품(食品)은 쇠고기, 우유, 만두, 도마도, 오이, 상추, 시금치였고 싫어하는 식품(食品)은 돼지비계, 쇠간, 진밥 돼지고기였다. 2) 영양(營養) 및 식사행동면(食事行動面) : 주부(主婦)의 교육수준(敎育水準), 경제수준(經濟水準)이 높을수록 영양지식(營養知識), 가족(家族)의 영양(營養)에 대(對)한 관심도(關心度), 새로운 조리법(調理法)에 대(對)한 진취성(進取性)이 높았고 Food Attitudes, 음식과 보상(補償)관계는 주부(主婦)의 교육수준(敎育水準), 경제수준(經濟水準)과 무관(無關)하였다. 3) 식습관변화면(食習慣變化面) : 조사대상중(調査對象中) 식습관(食習慣)이 변(變)한 사람은 70%이상(以上)에 달(達)하였으며 변화(變化)의 원인(原因)과 시기(時期)는 결혼(結婚)이후 배우자(配偶者)의 영향(影響)이 가장 컸다. 이상(以上)의 결과(結果)를 통(通)하여 각(各) 가정(家庭)에 있어서 주부(主婦)의 자녀(子女)들에 대(對)한 올바른 영향지도(營養指導)가 얼마나 중요(重要)한가를 알 수 있었다. 또한 주부(主婦)의 교육수준(敎育水準)이 높다고 하여 자녀(子女)들에 대한 영양교육면(營養敎育面)이 모두 바람직하다고는 볼 수 없었으므로 교육(敎育)받은 여성(女性)들의 책임(責任)과 자각(自覺)이 시급히 요청(要請)됨을 알 수 있었다.

제2형 당뇨병 환자의 식품섭취 및 식행동에 대한 웹기반 영양상담의 효과 (Effects of Web-Based Nutrition Counseling on Dietary Behavior and Food Intake of Type II Diabetic Patients)

  • 본 연구는 웹기반 영양상담 프로그램을 이용하여 당뇨병 환자들을 대상으로 8주 동안 6회의 영양상담을 실시한 후 웹기반 영양상담이 당뇨병 환자의 식행동 및 식품섭취양상의 변화에 미치는 영향과 영양상담 프로그램을 평가하였다 웹 기반 영양상담 프로그램은 식사관리, 영 양상담, 영양평가, 추후관리 프로그램으로 구성되었다. 추후관리 프로그램은 혈당수첩, 식습관 조사, 식품섭취빈도 조사, 온라인 상담파일로 구성되었으며 온라인 상담파일에 대화방을 두어 환자와 실시간으로 상담할 수 있도록 하였다 웹기반 영양상담후 운동습관은 상당히 개선되었으며 음주와 흡연은 상담 전 이미 그 빈도가 매우 낮음에 기인하여 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 식사요법에 대한 지식의 변화는 모든 항목에서 식사요법 지식이 향상되었으며 전체적으로도 비합병증군과 합병증군 두군 모두에서 유의 (p<0.001)하게 높아졌다. 식 행동 변화는 영앙상담 후 두군 모두에서 유의(p<0.001)하게 개선됨으로서, 8주 동안의 지속적인 영양상담이 환자 스스로 올바른 식행동 형성의 의지를 갖게 함으로서 당뇨병 관리의 가능성을 보여주었다. 식품섭취빈도의 변화는 두군 모두에서 어패류, 채소류, 해조류의 섭취 빈도가 영양상담후에 유의하게 높아졌으며 당류, 가공식품, 감자류, 빵류의 섭취빈도가 낮아져 환자들의 식품섭취패턴이 바람직하게 개선되었다. 웹기반 프로그램 및 영양상담에 대한 평가점수는 연령이 낮을 수록 평가점수가 높게 나타났으며, 컴류터 사용이 익숙하지 않아 보호자의 도움을 필요로 하고 있는 60대 이상에서는 상대적으로 낮은 점수를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 웹상에서의 영양상담을 통하여 지속적이고 반복적인 추후 관리를 하는 것이 당뇨병 환자의 바람직한 식품섭취양상 및 식행동 변화를 정착시켜 질병을 관리하는데 기여 할수 있음을 제시한다. 또한 웹을 이용한 프로그램 및 상담에 대한 평가결과도 연령에 따라 차이는 있지만 긍정적으로 나타남으로서 정보화시대에 맞는 새로운 영양상담 매체로서의 인터넷의 가능성을 제시한다.

재앙적 예술과 그 도구화된 선별체계: 헌터 조너킨과 댄 퍼잡스키의 작품으로부터 (Catastrophic Art and Its Instrumentalized Selection System : From work by Hunter Jonakin and Dan Perjovschi)

  • In terms of element and process, art today has already been fully systemized, yet tends to become even more systemized. All phases of creation and exhibition, appreciation and education, promotion and marketing are planned, adjusted, and decided within the order of a globalized, networked system. Each phase is executed, depending on the system of management and control and diverse means corresponding to the system. From the step of education, artists are guided to determine their styles and not be motivated by their desire to become star artists or running counter to mainstream tendency and fashion. In the process of planning an exhibition, the level of artist awareness is considered more significant than work quality. It is impossible to avoid such systems and institutions today. No one can escape or be freed from the influence of such system. This discussion addresses a serious distortion in the selection system as part of the system connotatively called "art museum system," especially to evaluate artistic achievement and aesthetic quality. Called "studio system" or "art star system," the system distinguishes successful minority from failed absolute majority and justifies the results, deciding discriminative compensations. The discussion begins from work by Hunter Jonakin and Dan Perjovschi. The key point of this discussion is not their art worlds but the shared truth referred by the two as the collusive "art market" and "art star system." Through works based on their experiences, the two artists refer to these systems which restrict and confine them. Jonakin's Jeff Koons Must Die! is avideo game conveying a critical comment on authoritative operation of the museum system and star system. In this work, participants, whether viewer or artist, are destined to lose: the game is unwinnable. Players take the role of a person locked in a museum where artist Jeff Koons' retrospective is held. The player can either look around and quietly observe the works, which causes a game-over, or he can blow the classical paintings to pieces and cause the artist Koons to come out and reprimand the player, also resulting in a game-over. Like Jonakin, Dan Perjovschi's some drawings also focuses on the status of the artist shrunken by the system. Most artists are ruined in a process of competition to survive within the museum system. As John Burger properly pointed out, out of the art systems today, public collections (art museums) and private collections have become "something unbearable." The system justifies the selection system of art stars and its frame of reference, disregarding the problem of producing numerable victims in its process. What should be underlined above all else is that the present selection system seriously shrinks art's creative function and its function of generating meaning. In this situation, art might fall to the level of entertainment, accessible to more people and compromising with popularity. This discussion is based on assumption and consciousness on the matter that this situation might cause catastrophic results for not only explicit victims of the system but also winners, or ones defined as winners. The system of art is probably possible only by desire or distortion stemmed from such desire. The system can be flourished only under the economic system of avarice: quantitatively expanding economy, abundant style, resort economy in Venice and Miami, and luxurious shopping malls with up-to-date facilities. The catastrophe here is ongoing, not a sudden emergence, and dynamic, leading the system itself to a devastating end.

기공학(氣功學) 발달(發達)에 관한 문헌적(文獻的) 연구(硏究) (A Documentational Study on the Development of Chi-Kung-Hak)

  • Today, many people are more interested in preventing the disease than curing it. Chi-Kung (氣功) is the way of Life-Cultivation (養生法) peculiar to the orient, it is reported in china that Chi-Kung has an excellent curative value not only in curing the disease but also in preventing it. But the full-scale study of Chi-Kung is not be made up to now in Korea, so I studied the developmental history of chinese Chi-Kung through the oriental medical books. From this study, I reached the following conclusions ; 1. Chi-Kung is naturally derived from the self-preservation instinct to adapt oneself to circumstances of the nature, but in the investigation from the documentational records, it is originated in the treatment method of the Sam-Huang-O-Jae (三皇五帝 )period to cure the abnormal circulation of the vital force and blood caused by damp (濕). 2. As the principle and the method of the Life-Cultivation of the Chun-chu-Jeon-Kook (春秋戰國) periods were recorded in Huang-Jae-Nai-Gyung (黃帝內徑) detailly and the remedy examples by ancient Chi-Kung such as Tao-Yin (導引), Haeng-Chi (行氣) were presented, we considered that theoretical basis of the development of Life-cultivation and Chi-Kung study was furnished in that period. 3. A famous doctor, Hwa-Ta (華陀) lived in Han dynasty, researched the theory and practice of Tao-Yin transmitted from the former generations, as that result, he formed a kind of medical gymnastics what is called O-Keum-Hi (五禽戱). It is considered that 'O-Keum-Hi' is a Tao-Yin method developed more practically and systemetically than the Tao-Yin appeared in the 'Jang-Ja' (莊子) or 'Hoy-Nam-Ja' (淮南子). 4. In Wui-Jin-Nambook Jo (魏晋南北朝) periods, the contents of Chi-Kung were more abundant under the influence of Buddhism (佛敎) and Taoism (道敎). Galhong (葛洪), the author of 'Po-Bak-Ja' (抱朴子) arranged the ancient Chi-Kung method systematically first of all, Tao-Goeng-Gyung (陶宏景), the author of 'Yang-Seong-Yeun-Myung-Rok' (養性延命錄) recorded the 'Yook-Ja-Geul' (六字訣) first time. 5. There is a new development of Chi-Kung therapy in Soo-Tang-Odae (隋唐五代) pefiods, especially So-Won-Bang (巢元方), the author of 'Jey-Byung-Won-Hwu-Ron' (諸病源候論) collected aimost all of the Chi-Kung method, for curing the disease formed before soo (隋) period. From that fact, we supposed that Chi-Kung was utilized more widely in curing the disease. 6. 'So-Ju-Cheon-Hwa-Hu-Peob' (小周天火候法) was adopted as the best orthodox approach under the influence of Nae-Tan-Taoist (道敎內丹學派) in Song-Keum-Won (宋金元) periods, especially in the song dynasty, 'Pal-Dan-Geum' (八段錦) was appeared and assignment of six-Chi (六氣) for bowel and viscera in the 'Yook-Ja-Geul' (六字訣) was decided firmly, that is to say Lung-Si (肺-呬), Heart-Kha (心-呵), Spleen-Hoa (脾-呼), Liver-Hoe (肝-噓), Kidneychui (賢-吹), Three-Burner-shi (三焦-嘻). 7. In Myung-Cheong (明淸) periods, The general practitioner applied the principle of 'Byun-Jeng-Ron-Chi' (辨證論治) to the Chi-Kung field, and after Myeong dynasty the style of doing 'Yook-Ja-Gyel' (六字訣) was developed to the moving style. 8. Today, in china, the study on the Chi-Kung is being progressed constantly under the positive assistance of government, Chi-Kung-Hak (氣功學) has taking its place as a branch of study step by step. It is considered that the establishment of Chi-Kung-Hak Classroom (氣功學教室) and Medical Chi-Kung Center (氣功療法室) for special and systematic research are needed, at the same time the settlement of institutional system for training the Chi-Kung technician (氣功師) is also needed.

구룡 해안마을 경관형성 기본계획 (Preliminary Landscape Improvement Plan for Gu-ryong Village)

  • 본 연구는 '2010년도 해안마을 경관형성 시범사업'의 일환으로 국토해양부가 주관하고 고흥군이 시행한 '구룡 해안마을 경관형성 기본계획'을 다룬다. 해안마을 경관은 정주, 경제, 문화 활동을 포함하고 있는 시스템이므로 해안마을 경관형성 기본계획은 관광자원화와 정주환경조성, 문화 활동 간의 균형이 필요하다고 보았다. 이에 '주민들의 생활이 이루어지고 있는 경관의 잠재성과 생활문화방식을 존중하면서 경관의 개선 및 증진'을 주요 목적으로 설정했다. 연구 진행에 있어서는 주민참여 프로그램을 운영해 주민들 스스로가 자신들의 경관 인식과 아이디어를 이야기할 수 있도록 했고 경관 추진위원회라는 소통 창구를 통해 경관형성 계획과 관련된 의사결정을 진행했다. 경관형성 계획은 먼저 시간에 따라 훼손된 자연경관을 복원하고 정비하였다. 구룡산은 배후산으로서 역할을 할 수 있도록 나대지를 복원하고 산마루 지형을 활용하여 전망공간을 조성했다. 해안과 관련해서는 돌을 사용한 계단식 스탠드와 노두길 조성으로 접근성을 높였다. 마을 길 체계는 해안도로, 마을 안길, 산자락길, 노두길 등을 대상으로 사라진 길은 복원하고, 끊긴 부분은 잇고 연결하면서 경관 주제에 맞도록 재구성하였다. 또한 주민들의 외부활동 편의성 증진과 방문객이 체계적인 경험을 할 수 있도록 기존의 거점 공간을 정비하거나 새롭게 조성했다. 이와 함께 가이드라인을 통해 사적영역에서의 경관 개선이 이루어지도록 했다. 가이드라인은 건축물의 지붕 벽체 담장과 가로에 놓이는 컨테이너 박스와 어구를 대상으로 했다. 본 연구는 주민참여 프로그램과 주민들과의 협의를 통해 주민들의 생활에 밀착한 해안마을 경관형성 기본계획을 수립했다는데 의의가 있다. 연구를 진행하면서 해안마을 경관 형성 사업의 한계점과 과제도 발견할 수 있었는데, 첫째는 주민들의 인식과 실천 사이의 간극이다. 주민들은 마을경관의 문제점을 알고 있었으나 실제 행동으로 옮기는데 있어서는 한계를 나타냈다. 둘째는 마을 경관형성사업에 대한 이해와 인식의 부족이다. 지방정부와 주민들은 마을 경관형성 사업을 신규 건축이나 도로 확장 같은 개발 사업으로 이해하는 경향이 있었다. 셋째는 경관이 그러하듯이, 이러한 계획은 단시간에 이루어지지 않으므로 일회적인 사업보다는 지속적인 관심과 지원이 필요하다는 것이다.

Risperidone이 혈청 Prolactin 농도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Risperidone on Serum Prolactin Concentrations)

  • Objectives : Risperidone, an atypical antipsychitics which blocks both dopaminergic and serotonergic receptors, have a good response to the negative symptoms as well as positive symptoms, and improve cognitive dysfunction of schizophrenic patients. Furthermore, it has few extrapyramidal side effects and tardive dyskinesia. Although it had been reported that the atypical antipsychotics have less effect on prolactin(PRL) than the classical antipsychotics, we could experience PRL-associated symptoms such as amenorrhea, galactorrhea and hyperprolactinemia in practice. Therefore, we tried to identify the sex differences of risperidone-induced hyperprolactinemia, to evaluate factors affecting PRL levels, and to know the association between cognitive disorders and PRL. Methods : The baseline levels of PRL and TSH prior to risperidone administration were measured by enzyme immunoassay method for 50 patients(25 ma-les and 25 females) admitted with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or schizophreniform disorder according to the DSM-IV classification, and the measurements of PRL were repeated on the 2nd and the 4th wks of risperidone administration. Concomitantly, the severity of psychotic symptoms using CGI, BPRS and PANSS, and the cognitive dysfunction using PANSS-CF were assessed prior to, on the 2nd and the 4th wks of risperidone administration. The PRL and TSH levels of 54 healthy controls(29 males and 25 females) who had no medical, neurological and psychiatric illnesses were also evaluated. Furthermore, the correlation with the psychiatric diagnosis, education, age, sex, duration of illnesses, risperidone dosage, duration of risperdone administration, TSH concentration, cognitive function, severity of psychotic symptoms were also identified. Results : 1) The baseline PRL levels of female schizophrenics($74.3{\pm}49.6ng/ml$) were significantly(p<0.005) higher than those of males($36.3{\pm}24.6ng/ml$), which were significantly(p<0.0001 respectively) higher than those of controls(females $16.9{\pm}6.1ng/ml$, males $13.3{\pm}4.9ng/ml$). The PRL levels measured on the 2nd wks(females $133.7{\pm}47.8ng/ml$, males $56.9{\pm}23.6ng/ml$) and on the 4th wks(females $146.1{\pm}45.9ng/ml$, males $70.0{\pm}31.5ng/ml$) after risperidone administration were significantly(p<0.0001 respectively) higher in females. The mean dosages of risperidone on the 2nd wks were $3.8{\pm}1.7mg$(2-6mg) for the females and $4.0{\pm}1.6mg$(2-6mg) for the males, and on the 4th wks were $4.5{\pm}2.1mg$(2-8mg) for the females and $5.4{\pm}2.2mg$(2-8mg) for the males. 2) The rise of PRL levels were positively correlated with increased risperidone dosage in males(${\gamma}$=0.307 on the 2nd wks and ${\gamma}$=0.280 on the 4th wks), while they were not correlated with dosages in females. For the females, the PRL levels were negatively correlated(${\gamma}$=-0.320) with decrease of TSH concentration. The baseline PRL levels were not correlated with age, education, duration of illnesses, psychopathology, cognitive disorders in both males and females, while it was negatively correlated with TSH levels only in females(${\gamma}$=-0.320). 3) The cognitive dysfunction was not correlated with PRL levels in males, while PANSS-CF scores were negatively correlated with PRL levels(${\gamma}$=-0.220 on the 2nd wks and ${\gamma}$=-0.366 on the 4th wks) in females. The psychopathology was positively correlated with cognitive dysfunction in both males and females. Therefore, the risperidone-induced cognitive improvement seemed to be correlated with improvement of psychopathology in both males and females, and with increase in PRL levels only in females. Conclusions : The fact that the serum PRL levels of schizophrenics were higher than those of controls, especially in females suggested that it could be related with risperidone dosage in males and with primary pathological process in females. The risperidone-associated cognitive improvement seemed to be related with general improvement of psychopathology as well as the rise of PRL levels especially in females. The facts that the effect of risperidoneinduced hyperprolactinemia and the cognitive function were more in females suggested that somewhat different mechanisms could be exerted on them.

벤처중소기업의 조직여유와 개방형 경영혁신 간의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 조절효과 연구 (The Moderating Effect of Social Capital between Organizational Slack and Managerial Practices for Open Innovation in Venture SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 벤처중소기업의 조직여유와 개방형 경영혁신 간의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 분석하기 위한 실증분석 연구이다. 즉 기업규모, 기업연령, 환경 불확실성을 통제한 뒤, 다음의 두 가지 가설을 검증하였다. 첫 번째 가설은 벤처중소기업의 조직여유(흡수된 여유, 흡수되지 않은 여유)가 개방형 경영혁신에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지 여부이다. 두 번째 가설은 벤처중소기업의 조직여유(흡수된 여유, 흡수되지 않은 여유)와 개방형 경영혁신 간의 관계에서 사회적 자본이 긍정적인 조절역할을 수행하는 지 여부이다. 이와 같은 가설을 검증하기 위해 설문지법을 사용하여 유효한 250개의 기업수준 데이터를 확보하였다. 또한 실증분석은 SPSS 18.0을 통해 빈도분석, 타당도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 실증분석 결과, 두 가지 의미 있는 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 벤처중소기업의 조직여유 유형 중 현금, 유가증권 등과 같은 흡수되지 않은 여유는 개방형 경영혁신에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 초과인력, 초과설비 등과 같은 흡수된 여유는 개방형 경영혁신에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이는 흡수되지 않은 여유가 흡수된 여유에 비해 유연하고 활동적이어서 개방형 혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, 벤처중소기업에서의 사회적 자본은 유연하게 활용 가능한 흡수되지 않은 여유와 개방형 경영혁신 간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하는 반면, 이미 조직에 흡수되어 버린 흡수된 여유와 개방형 경영혁신 간의 관계는 조절하지 못함이 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 사회적 자본과 개방형 혁신 간의 관계를 연구한 기존 선행연구가 거의 없기에 더욱 의미를 가질 것으로 기대된다.

  • This study is on perfume case that is one of a great number of ornaments which was designed by out ancestors. We had developed the tradition and the history of perfume case bag fan-weight etc. These have the same function as the present perfume. case. There were basket-shaped perfume cases which were the smellest one among the personal girdle ornaments in the silla era. The various patterned perfume case were made of gold metal coral platinum or green jadeite etc. In the single-crop trinkets a embroidered perfume bag with the gold and silver thread whose forms perfectly match their functions appeared during the Yi Dynasty. There was also a perfume bag which was one of the daily necessities. A precious "jul perfume" was carried by noble women. A fan-weight perfume bag was attached to the fan to emphasize the intrinsic beauty of utility and function. It is necessary to know the function of prefume case. As perfume case is weared on the clothes it was given more decorative effects as well as the function of medicinal amulet with a sweet smell. Therefore it is very important for us to study perfume case that has various function as an ornament. So The purpose of this study is to investigate the practical and decorative side of perfume case with the general examines of perfume finding how to practice use through our life. The results were as follows; 1. The first use of perfume is perfume through smoke which is for ceremony of religion It removes human body odor by degrees and spreads a sweet odor. Also the materials for making perfume of early age is aromatic plants which will be used flour-made flowers stems. As the materials for making perfume use is increasing today we can invent alcohol perfume today 2. Our country the custom of perfume-used is wide. Among them men's perfume-used was very special phenomenon. For example men were wearing perfume bag in the Silla era. Because perfume represented wealth and noble in those days. They shew off social position personality through perfume-used. 3. One of early religion ceremony article there was the perfume. And perfume case was means for containing perfume. Gradually the perfume case was used widly as increasing needs of perfume in human life. 4. In the middle period of 'Koryo' Dynasty perfume cases had a close relationship with clothes but after Mongolian has been attacked 'Koryo' there were changes in wearing clothes therefore the position of perfume cases were transfered to coat string that was the origin of decoration style that they began. That is to say the perfume case has been influenced the position of perfume case shapes with changing of fashion. 5. The perfume case has been made manifest various function as an ornament. In the practical side First medical-perfume in perfume case has been played an important role in first-aid medicine in critical condition. Second it was amulet for self protection. That is the shape pattern color materials perfume of the perfume case was represented the amuletive nature. Third it was used as substitute article of perfume. Modern women use liquid-perfume as our ancestors used perfume case bag or jul perfume As started above. Also In the decorative side the perfume case has a beautiful formative arts by itself as well as a close relationship with clothes. That well as a close relationship with clothes. That is when the perfume case is worn on the clothes costume is showed aesthetices. That is the materials shapes color pattern of the perfume case we can see the visual beauty also the materials colors embroidered pattern knots tassel that are used the perfume case are increased the decorative beauty of costume. Today the perfume case is not used with changing of costume by degrees, Accordingly I hope that the result of this study is an influened in devlopment of the perfume case design with matching the modern fashion.

조선 15~17세기 수륙재(水陸齋)에 대한 유신(儒臣)의 기록과 시각 매체 (The Joseon Confucian Ruling Class's Records and Visual Media of Suryukjae (Water and Land Ceremony) during the Fifteenth and Seventeenth Centuries)

  • 조선 개국 후 유교적 가치관으로 성장한 통치 계급에게 불교 의례는 이른바 '위험한 축제'로 인식되었다. 의례는 출생에서 죽음에 이르는 삶의 중요한 전환점에서 다음 단계로의 이행을 도왔고, 제의를 통해 공동체의 결속을 강하게 했다. 의례 공간에는 도량을 신비로운 공간으로 변화시키는 다양한 공양구와 기물이 장엄되고 범음구와 범패가 어우러졌다. 그 중에서도 불교 회화는 기층민에게 강한 효력을 지닌 시각 매체로 적극 활용되었다. 생사의 인과응보를 담은 <시왕도>의 사례에서 볼 수 있듯이 의식이 마련된 도량에 불화를 헌괘하고 이를 생생하게 설명해주는 '관청(觀聽)'에 대한 수요로 불화의 기능은 더욱 확대되었다. 천도 의례 장면을 담은 <감로도>에는 왕실과 종친의 모습이 강조되어 표현되었다. 중국의 수륙화에서 이 도상은 수륙재에 봉청(奉請)하는 존귀한 대상 중 한 그룹이었으나 16세기 <감로도>에는 왕실의 후원을 상징하며 국행 수륙재의 역사성과 전통을 입증하는 존재로 도해된다. 왕실 후원은 불교 의례에 대한 사회적 공인과 같았고, 이러한 메시지를 드러내고 싶은 흔적이 <감로도>에 남아있다. 의례에 대한 위정자(爲政者)들의 경계는 표면적으로는 군중이 참여하는 의례 공간에 승속(僧俗), 남녀, 신분의 귀천(貴賤)이 함께 어우러지기에 예의가 무너지고 풍기가 문란해질 것이라는 우려였다. 또한 일상으로부터의 일탈, 금기로 부터의 해방이라는 축제의 요소와도 밀접한 관련이 있다. 시각 매체는 특별한 힘을 지니고 있다고 인식되었기에 그 힘을 이용하고자 하는 측과 위험성을 우려하는 시선이 공존했다. 실록(實錄)의 기록에서 위험성을 강조하며 불화를 불태우고 불화를 그린 자를 잡아오도록 하는 일련의 조치나, 도성이 텅 비도록 군중들이 모여든 기록은 역설적이게도 불교 의례가 반드시 참여해야 하는 축제의 장으로 인식됐음을 반증한다. 불교 의례는 생의 순환 단계에서 유교가 대체할 수 없는 종교적 기능을 지니고 있기에 쉽게 사라질 수 없었고, 공동체를 통합하는 축제의 요소는 더욱 강화되었다. 조선 후기 <감로도>에는 17세기부터 본격화되는 사당패나 연희패가 도해되고 의례의 현장감이 생생하게 반영되었다. 불행한 죽음을 위로하던 불교 의식은 해마다 일정한 시기에 마련되어 일상의 고단함을 털고 휴식을 취할 수 있는 축제의 장으로 자리 잡았다. 유교 국가의 정책적 탄압에 '위험한 축제'로 인식되던 불교 의례가 정례적인 세시풍속이자 공동체의 축제로 수용되는 과정을 불교 회화에 재현된 시선의 변화에서 확인할 수 있다.

향약구급방(鄕藥救急方)에 대(對)한 고증(考證) (A research on Hyang-Yack-Ku-Keup-Bang(鄕藥救急方) (Restoration and Medico-Historic Investigation))

  • Hyang-Yack-Ku-Keup-Bang(鄕藥救急方) is our own, medical work written about the middle of the time of Korea Dynasty. I restored and researched this book because it needed to be illuminated about its medico-historic value and then I came to some conclusions as follows. 1. Hyang-Yack-Ku-Keup-Bang was published in Dae-jang-do-kam(大藏都監) of Kanghaw island(江華島) about the middle of Korea Dynasty. Choi Ja-ha(崔自河) republished it on original publication ground in Euiheung(義興) of Kyungsang-Province(慶尙道) in July, Taejong's(太宗) 17th year of Chosen Dynasty (A.D.1417) and this book was published again in Chungcheng Province(忠淸道) in Sejong's(世宗) 9th year(A.D.1427). The book published in Taejong's days was in the possession of books department of Kung-nae-cheng(宮內廳) in Japan and was the oldest medical book of existing ones. 2. Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock-Cho-Bu(方中鄕藥目草部) of this book was originally intended to be adjusted in each division with the title of Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock(方中鄕藥目). But Herb part(草部) only followed editing progress of Jeung-Lew-Bon-Cho(證類本草), the rest is not divided into each part and is together arranged at the below of Herb part with the title of Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock-Cho-Bu. The Korean inscriptions on some drugstuffs in this book are different between Native Name(鄕名) of three volumes of provisions and general-spoken(俗云) of Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock-Cho-Bu. In this, it is estimated that the publishing time and editor of tile volume of provisions and Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock-Cho-Bu are different. I think Choi Ja-ha compiled this behind three volumes of provisions when he published. 3. This book picked some prescriptions which consisted of obtainable drugs with ease in Korea in the books of Chell-Keum-Yo-Bang(千金要方), Oi-Dae-Bi-Yo(外臺秘要), Tae-Peong-Sung-Hye-Bang(太平聖惠方), Ju-Hu-Bang(?後方), Kyung-Hum-Yang- Bang(經驗良方) Bo-Je-Bon-Sa-Bang(普濟本事方) Bi-Ye-Baik-Yo-Bang(備預百要方) and so on and got together our own prescriptions. On the whole Bi-Ye-Baik-Yo-Bang was a chief referrence book, On this, other books referred to and corrected. 4. In provisions quoted from Hyang-Yack-Jip-Sung-Bang(鄕藥集成方), there are seven provisions; leg-paralysis part, coughing part, headache part, obstetrics part, etc. don't show in this book. This is why Choi Ja-ha published only certain texts on Dae-jang-do-kam edition his own posession. So we can think the existing edition has a little misses compared with original edition. 5. This book recorded only names of drugstuffs in animal drug department like fowls, crab, goldbug, earthworm, etc. and didn't tell us ways of taking those. This is effect of Buddhist culture on medicine. This is efforts to practice 'Don't murder';one of Five Prohibition of Buddhism. 6. Beacause this book was published at the time, when our originative medicine would be set forth. This followed the Chinese ways in Theory, Treatment, Prescription and used 'Hyang Yack' in Medication out of theory of Korean medicine, which was a transitional form. So this is all important material which tell us aspects of development of 'Hyang Yack' the middle of Korea Dynasty.and this is also the beginning of originative, medical works like Dong-Eui-Bo-Kam(東醫寶鑑), Dong-Eui-Su-Bo-Won(東醫壽世保元). 7. There are few contents based on 'Byen-Jeung-Lon-Chi(辨證論治)'in this book. So we can see this book is not for doctors who study medical thoughts but for general public who suffer from diseases resulted from war. Because this book was written for a first-aid treatmeant, this is an index of medical service for the people those days. And this is also an useful datum for first-aid medicine or military medicine in these modern days. 8. Nowadays, parts of learned world of Korean medicine disregard essential theories and want to explain Korean medicine only by the theories or the methods of Western medicine. Moreover they don't adopt Chinese and Japanese theorys & thoughts about Oriental medicine in our own style and just view in there level. What was worse, there is a growing tendency for them to indulge in a trimming policy of scholarship and to take others' ideas. I think these trends to ignore our own medical thoughts involving growth of 'Hyang Yack' in the middle of Korea Dynasty, Dong-Eui-Bo-Kam and Dong-Eui-Su-Se-Bo-Won. So we, as researchers of Korean medicine, must get out of this tendency, and take over brilliant tradition and try to develop originative Korean medicine.
