A study on the rock fracture mechanism of cutter penetration and the assessment system of TBM tunnelling procedure

  • Excavation by TBM can be characterized by a rock-machine interaction during the cutting process on a small scale, but on a large scale the interaction between the rock mass and TBM becomes very significant. For the planning and evaluation of TBM tunnelling it needs to understand rock fracture mechanism by a cutter or cutters on a small scale, and to estimate penetration rate, advance rate and utilization on a large scale. In this study rock chipping mechanism due to cutter-penetration is analysed by numerical simulation, showing that rock chipping is mainly occurred by tensile failure. Also, through the analysis of factors that affect on TBM procedures in various assessment systems, it is determined that the key elements that should be considered in the planning and evaluation of TBM tunnelling are classified into rock properties, the geological structures and properties of rock mass, and the structural and functional specifications of the machine. The user-friendly assessment tool is developed, so that penetration rate, advance rate and TBM utilization are evaluated from various input data. The tool developed in this study can be applied to a practical TBM tunnelling by understanding TBM tunnelling procedures.

시군별 홍수위험잠재능 유형화 및 특성분석 (A Study on Potential Flood Damage Classification and characteristic analysis)

  • Climate change is intensifying storms and floods around the world. Where nature has been destroyed by development, communities are at risk from these intensified climate patterns. This study was to suggest a methodology for estimating flood vulnerability using Potential Flood Damage(PFD) concept and classify city/county about Potential Flood Damage(PFD) using various typology techniques. To evaluate the PFD at a spatial resolutions of city/county units, the 20 representative evaluation indexing factors were carefully selected for the three categories such as damage target(FDT), damage potential(FDP) and prevention ability(FPA). The three flood vulnerability indices of FDT, FDP and FPA were applied for the 167 cities and counties in Korea for the pattern classification of potential flood damage. Potential Flood Damage(PFD) was classified by using grouping analysis, decision tree analysis, and cluster analysis, and characteristics of each type were analyzed. It is expected that the suggested PFD can be utilized as the useful flood vulnerability index for more rational and practical risk management plans against flood damage.

Indices Characterizing Road Network on Geo-Spatial Imagery as Transportation Network Analysis

  • In GIS-based network analysis, topological measure of network structure can be considered as one of important factors in the urban transportation analysis. Related to this measure, it is known that the connectivity indices such as alpha index and gamma index, which mean degree of network connectivity and complexity on a graph or a circuit, provide fundamental information. On the other hand, shimbel index is one of GIS-based spatial metrics to characterize degree of network concentration. However, the approach using these quantitative indices has not been widely used in practical level yet. In this study, an application program, in complied as extension, running on ArcView- GIS is implemented and demonstrated case examples using basic layers such as road centerline and administrative boundary. In this approach, geo-spatial imagery can be effectively used to actual applications to determine the analysis zone, which is composed of networks to extract these indices. As the results of the implementation and the case examples, it is notified that alpha and gamma indices as well as shimbel index can be used as referential data or auxiliary information for urban planning and transportation planning.

도시 취업주부의 가계재무관리행동과 경제복지감 (A Study of Urban Employed Wives무 Family Financial Management and Economic Well-Being)

  • The family financial management is the important element which has a effect on the improvement of family economic well-being. Thus the study sets up human & material resources and requirement as an input factor, family financial management as an throughput factor, and economic well-being as an output factor, and then identifies if there are some relationships among them by using a systematic approach of family financial management. The questionaires were distributed to 600 employed wives by carrying out cluster sampling and disproportional stratified sampling. The 573 cases of them were used as the mean, ratio, Pearson’s Correration, ANOVA, factors analysis, and Stepwise Regression using the SAS/PC+. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1) A practical application of information as on input variable, appears the fator which has an important effect upon the throughput factor, that is, family financial management. The employed wives should manage a lot of resources in rapidly changing social-economic circustances. So it shows that not only they should take informations open to their daily life and then make practical use of them in managing their family finance, but also they must be capable of judging and accepting reasonable informations in order to gain and manage resources suitable to the characteristics of family finance and family members’need. 2) There was significant relationship between the employed wives’family financial management and family economic well-being, focused on the systematic theory of family financial management. This study provides for the information to develope the program for the employed wives’family financial planning and counseling.

주택개발사업의 사업성분석인자 모델에 관한 연구;사업성 분석인자의 중요도 분석 및 타당성 검증을 증심으로 (A study on the Feasibility Analysis factor Model for Housing Development Projects)

  • 최근 주택시장의 사업주체들은 다양하고 복잡한 시장 환경의 주택시장에서 성공적인 사업을 위하여 사업 기획단계 부터 체계적이고 객관적인 사업성분석을 필요로 하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 주택시장의 환경을 이해하고 사업성 분석에 필요한 모델을 제시하는 것은 의미 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주택시장에 현실적이고 실용적인 사업성분석인자와 중요도를 도출하고 사업성분석인자 모델을 제시하여 사례현장에 적용, 타당성을 검증하였다. 주택개발사업 전문가그룹인터뷰와 설문조사를 통해 중요도를 검증하고 분석한 결과 첫째, 본 연구에서 도출된 중요 사업성 분석인자는 개발사업의 기획단계에서 분석지수에 의해 평가대상 프로젝트의 사업성을 판단할 수 있는 근거를 제시하였다. 둘째, 사업추진등급 이하의 결과일 경우 기준 점수 이하인 분석인자를 도출하고 개선 가능한 분석인자에 대하여 피드백 과정을 통해 사업추진에 대한 재검토가 가능하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 사업성 분석모델은 실제 주택개발 사업에 대하여 사례현장 분석을 수행한 결과, 분석지수를 통하여 개발업무 실무자에게 현실성 있는 판단기준을 제공할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

웹사이트 측정도구의 개발과 활용에 대한 연구 (A Study of the Improvement and Practical Use on the Website Measurement Scale)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기존에 제시되었던 웹사이트 측정도구의 요인을 살펴보고 이를 체계적으로 보완하여 새로운 측정도구를 제시하고 그 활용가능 여부를 검증해 보는 데 있다. 기존의 연구에서 웹사이트 측정도구의 구성요인은 정보, 접속용이성, 활용기능, 레이아웃, 디자인, 인터페이스 시스템, 서비스 등이었는데, 본 연구에서는 이용자간의 의사소통과 서비스적 측면인 정보편집 툴의 항목을 포함하여 새로운 웹사이트 측정도구를 제시하였다. 제시된 측정도구의 활용에 대한 검증은 명을 대상으로 한 설문을 통해 이루어졌다. 연구 결과를 간단히 요약하면 다음과 같다. 웹사이트 측정도구는 정보, 사용자 인터페이스, 웹사이트 서비스, 의사소통의 요인으로 범주화될 수 있으며, 이러한 요인이 미치는 사이트 선호도에 대한 영향력은 과거와 비교하여 변화가 나타나고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 다음으로 측정요인 중 정보 요인과 의사소통 요인간에는 깊은 상관관계를 가지고 있었고, 새롭게 제시된 측정요인인 의사소통 요인 또한 웹사이트 만족도에 정(+)의 영향력을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 웹2.0의 개념이 실제적으로도 웹사이트 만족도 향상을 위한 웹사이트의 전략의 하나임을 확인해 주고 있으며, 웹사이트 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 계속적으로 변화하고 있어, 이에 대한 능동적인 대처가 계속적으로 이루어져야 함을 보여주고 있다.

BSC기반 건설사업관리프로젝트 수주역량요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors for Strengthening Competitiveness of CM Projects based on Balanced Score Card)

  • 국내 건설산업에서 건설공사에 대한 프로젝트 기획, 설계, 시공관리, 평가, 사후관리 등의 건설의 전반적인 프로젝트 관리 업무를 CM기업들이 수행하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 업무 역시 최근에는 치열한 경쟁과 확률 의존도가 높은 수주환경이 되면서 많은 CM기업들이 수주역량강화를 위한 지표 확보와 준비에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 CM 사업 현황과 업무분석을 실시하고, 수주 관련 제도 및 법규 조사와 기존 문헌고찰을 통해 역량 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 역량요인들은 전문가 면담을 통해 실질적인 역량 요인을 중점적으로 조사 종합하였고, 각 유형별 역량 요인들을 BSC의 4가지 관점인 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스, 학습과 성장 관점에서의 유형별로 분류하여 설문조사를 실시한 결과를 바탕으로 기업들이 중점적으로 확보해야 할 역량 요인의 우선 순위를 도출하여 CM기업의 수주 경쟁력 강화를 위한 역량 요인의 우선순위 분석을 통하여 사업 수주를 위한 참고서나 중점 확보가 필요한 역량들에 대한 지표로 활용될 수 있도록 함을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다.

  • Construction industry, which is a composite industry being performed by organic combination of various tasks, gives birth to a various of information in the stages of planning, designing, and maintenance management. In particular, the drawing information is broad in the scope of use because it contains all information about buildings as wall as bid, materials, contracts. Therefore, the management of drawing information security is one of the most important factors, which determines the success of failure of business. The major findings and result of this study are as follows to control the distributed drawing information in the collaboration environment. 1) Analysis for function and practical use of DRM in the construction industry. 2) Proposal for applications of DRM that can secure IFC model-based drawing information in the collaboration environment. 3) Extraction from additional IFC entities to apply DRM to part 21 physical files 4) Analysis for functions which are necessary in DRM application prototype system and development of the system. 5) Development IFC model-based DRM prototype system.

Scenario Framework for ERP Testing and Training;SF-ETT

  • Effective Training has been recognized as one of the most important success factors for enterprise resource planning (ERP) system operations. However, both ERP system vendors and user companies have failed to provide an effective training method for users because practical business process cases cannot be formalized. Also, incomplete testing by ERP system vendors results in insufficient and ineffective user training. This paper suggests a scenario framework for ERP testing and training (SF-ETT). SF-ETT is constructed by expanding the practice-based ERP testing scenario construction framework designed for uniERPII. SF-ETT contains concrete business process entities that users understand actually and provides practice definition, notation, and architecture.

  • In order to prevent the production defects the optimum design of product, jig and fixture putting in the field is very significant manufacturing method. Drilling Jig is the device according to industrial demand for multi manufacturing products on the growing at alarming rate. In the field of design and making for machine tool working, welding, assembling with jig and fixture for mass production is a specific division. They require analysis of many kinds of important factors, theory and practice of machine tool operating process and jig & fixture structure, machining condition for tool making, tool materials, heat treatment of jig & fixture components, know-how and so on. In this study we designed and constructed a drilling jig of mass production and performed tryout under the Auto CAD, Auto Lisp database, that we made by database, and window environment. Especially this study is reveals with the analysis of part drawing, jig planning, jig design etc, and then the result of drill jig's making try out.
