  • Let { $A_{>o}$ t= exp(M log t)} $_{t}$ be a dilation group where M is a real n$\times$n matrix whose eigenvalues has strictly positive real part, and let $\rho$be an $A_{t}$ -homogeneous distance function defined on ( $R^{n}$ ). Suppose that K is a function defined on ( $R^{n}$ ) such that /K(x)/$\leq$ (No Abstract.see full/text) for a decreasing function defined on (t) on R+ satisfying where wo(x)=│log│log (x)ll. For f$\in$ $L_{1}$ ( $R^{n}$ ), define f(x)=sup t>0 Kt*f(x)=t-v K(Al/tx) and v is the trace of M. Then we show that \ulcorner is a bounded operator of $L_{-{1}( $R^{n}$ ) into $L^1$,$\infty$( $R^{n}$).

A RESULT ON A CONJECTURE OF W. LÜ, Q. LI AND C. YANG

  • In this paper, we investigate the problem of transcendental entire functions that share two values with one of their derivative. Let f be a transcendental entire function, n and k be two positive integers. If $f^n-Q_1$ and $(f^n)^{(k)}-Q_2$ share 0 CM, and $n{\geq}k+1$, then $(f^n)^{(k)}{\equiv}{\frac{Q_2}{Q_1}}f^n$. Furthermore, if $Q_1=Q_2$, then $f=ce^{\frac{\lambda}{n}z}$, where $Q_1$, $Q_2$ are polynomials with $Q_1Q_2{\not\equiv}0$, and c, ${\lambda}$ are non-zero constants such that ${\lambda}^k=1$. This result shows that the Conjecture given by W. $L{\ddot{u}}$, Q. Li and C. Yang [On the transcendental entire solutions of a class of differential equations, Bull. Korean Math. Soc. 51 (2014), no. 5, 1281-1289.] is true. Also we exhibit some examples to show that the conditions of our result are the best possible.

  • For positive integers n and k, let $S_k(n)$ and $S^{\prime}_k(n)$ be the sums of the elements in the finite sets {$x^k:1{\leq}x{\leq}n$, (x, n) = 1} and {$x^k:1{\leq}x{\leq}n/2$, (x, n) = 1}respectively. The formulae for both $S_k(n)$ and $S^{\prime}_k(n)$ are established. The explicit formulae when k = 1, 2, 3 are also given.

  • Let 𝕂 be a complete ultrametric algebraically closed field and 𝓐 (𝕂) be the 𝕂-algebra of entire function on 𝕂. For any p-adic entire functions f ∈ 𝓐 (𝕂) and r > 0, we denote by |f|(r) the number sup {|f (x)| : |x| = r} where |·|(r) is a multiplicative norm on 𝓐 (𝕂). In this paper we study some growth properties of composite p-adic entire functions on the basis of their relative (p, q)-𝜑 order where p, q are any two positive integers and 𝜑 (r) : [0, +∞) → (0, +∞) is a non-decreasing unbounded function of r.

COEFFICIENT INEQUALITIES FOR ANALYTIC FUNCTIONS CONNECTED WITH k-FIBONACCI NUMBERS

  • In this paper, we introduce a new class 𝓡kλ(λ ≥ 1, k is any positive real number) of univalent complex functions, which consists of functions f of the form f(z) = z + Σn=2 anzn (|z| < 1) satisfying the subordination condition $$(1-{\lambda}){\frac{f(z)}{z}}+{\lambda}f^{\prime}(z){\prec}{\frac{1+r^2_kz^2}{1-k{\tau}_kz-{\tau}^2_kz^2}},\;{\tau}_k={\frac{k-{\sqrt{k^2+4}}}{2}$$, and investigate the Fekete-Szegö problem for the coefficients of f ∈ 𝓡kλ which are connected with k-Fibonacci numbers $F_{k,n}={\frac{(k-{\tau}_k)^n-{\tau}^n_k}{\sqrt{k^2+4}}}$ (n ∈ ℕ ∪ {0}). We obtain sharp upper bound for the Fekete-Szegö functional |a3-𝜇a22| when 𝜇 ∈ ℝ. We also generalize our result for 𝜇 ∈ ℂ.

멘토링의 영향요인: 간호대학생을 대상으로 (Influencing Factors of Mentoring on Nursing Students)

  • The purpose his study was a descriptive research study to identify the influencing factors of mentoring for nursing students, and was conducted with 120 nursing students. The collected data were subjected to real number and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 25.0. As a result of the study, mentoring was found to have a significant positive correlation with organizational socialization, core nursing competency, and clinical performance competency, and the explanatory power of the regression model was 64.1%. Since mentoring is an effective teaching method, based on this study, we propose a study to develop a structured mentoring program including organizational socialization, core nursing competency, and clinical performance competency to test the effectiveness. In addition, proposes a study to identify the relationship with various variables by dividing mentoring into sub-competencies of career development function, psychological stability function, and role model function.

지형적 특성에 따른 월악산 신갈나무의 연륜생장과 기후와의 관계 (Relationships between Climate and Tree-Ring Growths of Mongolian Oaks with Various Topographical Characteristics in Mt. Worak, Korea)

  • To analyze the relationship between climatic factors (monthly mean temperature and total precipitation) and tree-ring growths of Quercus mongolica Fischer (Mongolian oak) with different topographic sites in Mt. Worak, more than 10 trees were selected from each of seven stands. Two cores from each tree were measured for ring width. After crossdating, each ring-width series was double standardized by fitting first a negative exponential or straight regression line and secondly a 60-year cubic spline. Seven stands were categorized in two groups using cluster analysis for tree-ring index patterns. Cluster I (four stands) was located in higher elevation (550-812 m) with aspects of east, west and northwest, and cluster II (three stands) was located in rather lower election (330-628 m) with aspects of north and northwest. The aspects of two clusters were not significantly different. Response-function analysis showed a significant positive response to March precipitation for both clusters. It indicates that moisture supply during early spring season is important to radial growth because the cambial growths of ring-porous species, such as Mongolian oak, start before leaf growth. Cluster II showed a positive response to the precipitation of middle and late growing season, too.

  • Purposes: This study was designed to explore the stage distribution of subjects according to stage of change for calcium intake and for exercise, and to identify factors that could discriminate among subjects in various stages. Methods: The sample consisted of 142 subjects who had taken bone mineral densitometry tests. The instruments used in this study were the Stage Placement Instrument for Calcium Intake and Exercise, the Osteoporosis Health Belief Scale and the Osteoporosis Knowledge Test, and the Osteoporosis Self Efficacy Scale. Data were analyzed using chi square, ANOVA, and discriminant analysis by using the SPSS 12.0 program. Results: For calcium stages, economic level, calcium knowledge, positive social norms for calcium intake, & educational level showed high standardized canonical discriminant function coefficients. For exercise stages, exercise efficacy, susceptibility, exercise benefit, educational level, positive social norm to exercise, educational level, and exercise barrier showed high standardized canonical discriminant function coefficients. Conclusion: This study implies that bone mass promoting program incorporating a stages of change model can be applied as useful nursing intervention.

칼레만 부등식의 개선 결과들과 폴야-놉 부등식의 개선 (Improved Carleman's Inequality and Improvement of Polya-Knopp's Inequality)

  • This note, we first show that the famous Carleman's inequality can be improved if we find a positive sequence $\{c_n\}$ such that $c_n{\sum\limits_{j=n}^{\infty}}{\frac{1}{j\(\prod_{k=1}^{j}ck\)^{\frac{1}{j}}}}$ < e. Then we list a lot of known results in the literature improving Carleman's inequality by this method. These results can be a good source to a further research for interested students. We next consider about similar improvement of Polya-Knopp's inequality, which is a continuous version of Carleman's inequality. We show by a manner parallel to the case of Carleman's inequality that Polya-Knopp's inequality can be improved if we find a positive function c(x) such that $c(x){\int}_{x}^{\infty}\frac{1}{t\;{\exp}\(\frac{1}{t}{\int}_{0}^{t}{\ln}\;c(s)\;ds\)}dt$ < e. But there are no known results improving Polya-Knopp's inequality by this method. Suggesting to find a new method, we lastly show that there is no nice continuous function c(x) that satisfies the inequality.

2007·2009 개정 초등 과학 교과서 '우리 몸의 구조와 기능' 단원의 편집디자인에 따른 초등학생들의 시각적 주의 분석 (Analysis of Elementary School Students' Visual Attention on the Editorial Design of 'Structure and Function of Our Body' in the 2007·2009 Revised Elementary Science Textbook)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the visual attention of elementary school students according to the editorial design of the 2007 2009 revised elementary science textbook 'Structure and function of our body'. For this purpose, eye movements were collected while elementary school students were watching real textbooks wearing mobile eye tracker. The BeGaze 3.7 program of SMI company was used analyzing eye movements. Twenty-six elementary school students participated voluntarily in mobile tracking research. Elementary students learned the contents of textbook related to 'digestive organ' and 'respiratory organ' by using double reading learning strategy. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of pre- and post-knowledge tests, there was no statistically significant difference in learning effect between 2007 revised and 2009 revised textbook editing design. Second, elementary school students tended to give more visual attention to text than textbook illustrations. Third, the selective attention and persistent attention of elementary students showed a very strong positive correlation (.940), but the selective attention and self-control showed a strong positive correlation (.499). Fourth, students with high level of attention and low level showed high visual occupancy in text than in illustrations. Fifth, elementary school students preferred the 2009 revised science textbook to the 2007 revised.
