We prove that if a given complete Riemannian manifold is roughly isometric to a complete Riemannian manifold satisfying the volume doubling condition, the Poincar inequality and the finite covering condition at infinity on each end, then every positive harmonic function on the manifold is asymptotically constant at infinity on each end. This result is a direct generalization of those of Yau and of Li and Tam.

The main aim of this paper is to prove some results related to the growth rates of composite entire and meromorphic functions on the basis of their relative (p, q)-th order, relative (p, q)-th lower order, relative (p, q)-th type and relative (p, q)-th weak type where p and q are any two positive integers.

Results on the analytic behavior to the limiting spectral distribution of matrices of sample convariance type. studied in Marcenko and Pastur [2] are derived. using the Stieltjes transform it is shown that the limiting distrbution has a continuous derivative away from zero the derivative being analytic whenever it is positive and the behavior of it resembles the behavior of a square root function near the boundary of its support.

Let {$X_n,\;n{\geq}1}$ be a sequence of independent identically distributed(i.i.d.) sequence of positive random variables with common absolutely continuous distribution function(cdf) F(x) and probability density function(pdf) f(x) and $E(X^2)<{\infty}$. The random variables $\frac{X_i{\cdot}X_j}{(\Sigma^n_{k=1}X_k)^{2}}$ and $\Sigma^n_{k=1}X_k$ are independent for $1{\leq}i if and only if {$X_n,\;n{\geq}1}$ have gamma distribution.

We give sufficient coefficient conditions for a class of meromorphic univalent harmonic functions that are starlike of some order. Furthermore, it is shown that these conditions are also necessary when the coefficients of the analytic part of the function are positive and the coefficients of the co-analytic part of the function are negative. Extreme points, convolution and convex combination conditions for these classes are also determined. Fianlly, comparable results are given for the convex analogue.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of the consumer's knowledge the consumer's attitude the family characteristics and the variables on consumer socialization to the consumer's functions of homemakers. The samples were selected from 428 homemakers living in Kwangju, Frequncies Perentiles Means Standard Deviations Multiple regression Path analysis were used as statistical analysis The results were sumarized as follows: Resulting from multiple regression analysis the consumer's function had the positive linear relationships with variables such as family life cycles interaction with family consume knowledge and consumer attitude. The most influential variable was consumer attitude.

The cost is known to be proportional to the size of sample. We consider a cost function of the form Cost=c1np+c2npmq where c1, c2 p, and q are all positive constants. This cost function is to be used in finding an optimal allocation in two-stage cluster sampling. The optimal allocations of n and m gives the properties of uniqueness under some conditions and of monotonicity with p>0 when q=1.

In this paper, we construct a p-adic analogue of multiple Riemann zeta values and express their values at non-positive integers. In particular, we obtain a new congruence of the higher order Frobenius-Euler numbers and the Kummer congruences for the Bernoulli numbers as a corollary.
