관광개발 영향인식, 지역애착, 주민관여, 주민지지 및 친환경 행동의도 간의 영향관계: 제주도민을 대상으로 (The Relationship between Tourism Development Impact Perception, Local Attachment, Resident Involvement, Local Resident Support and Eco-friendly Behavior Intention: A Study of Jeju Island Residents)

  • Purpose - This study examined the influence relationships between the impacts of tourism development, local attachment, and resident involvement and local residents' support and pro-environmental behavior intentions in Jeju Island. Design/methodology/approach - A questionnaire was distributed to the Jeju Island residents and 373 samples were used for the analysis. Findings - The results showed that the perceived positive impact of tourism development has a positive effect on local residents' support, while the negative impact has a negative effect. Local attachment has no significant effect on local residents' support, while local involvement positively affects local residents' support. The positive impact of tourism development has a negative effect on pro-environmental behavior intention, while the perceived negative impact has a positive effect. Finally, when analyzing the relationship between local attachment, local involvement, and local support for eco-friendly behavior intention, it was found that they all have a positive effect. Research implications or Originality - Theoretical and managerial implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.

중학생이 지각한 부모애착과 사회적 지지 및 문제행동간의 관계 (The Relationships of Perceived attachment, Social Support and Problem Behavior of Middle School Students)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the causal relations among attachment, and social support influencing problem behavior in middle school students. The data contains 482 middle school students. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical package for correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. Study results were as follows. The correlations among attachment, social support and problem behavior were significant. The results of the structural equation modeling show that students' social support had direct positive influence on problem behavior, but students' attachment didn't have direct positive influence on problem behavior. That is to say, social support mediated the effect of attachment on problem behavior. These results imply that perceived attachment, and social support influence adolescents' problem behavior. Results suggest that programs that promote social support should be given to reduce problem behaviors of middle school students.

만성관절염 환자의 건강증진행위와 통증, 자아존중감, 가족지지 및 자기효능감과의 관계 (The Relationship among The Health Promoting Behavior, Pain, Self-esteem, Family Support and Self-efficacy in Patients with Chronic Arthritis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the health promoting behavior, pain, self-esteem, family support, self-efficacy in patients with chronic arthritis. Method: The data for this study were collected from February 19, 2003 to April 7, 2003. The subjects were 150 chronic arthritis patients who visited University Hospital in D City. The research instruments used in this study were HPLP II, Visual analogue scale, Self-esteem scale, Family support scale, Self-efficacy scale. In data analysis, SPSS PC ver 10.0 program was utilized and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test, ANOVA, Multiple Stepwise Regression and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Result: The average score of the pain, self-esteem, family support, self-efficacy, health promoting behavior was 5.38, 3.37, 4.29, 70.30, 2.68, respectively and the variable with the highest degree of it's subscale was interpersonal support(3.08), whereas the one with the lowest degree was exercise(1.66). There was a positive correlation(r=.327, p=.000) between the self-esteem and health promoting behavior. There was a positive correlation(r=.540, p=.000) between the family support and the self-efficacy and health promoting behavior. Family support, self-efficacy and marital status were significant factors to explain a variance of health promoting behavior in patients with chronic arthritis(51.6%). health promoting behavior. There was a positive correlation(r=.477, p= .000) between Conclusion: The health promoting behavior were positively correlated with self-esteem, family support and self-efficacy. These findings help to understand relationships among self-esteem, family support and self-efficacy in chronic arthritis patients. In addition, family support, self-efficacy and marital status were the mainly influencing factors of health promoting behavior. Among these variables family support was the most significant factor to predict a health promoting behavior. According to the results of this study, family support must be considered as a main factor in the nursing strategy for health promoting behavior of chronic arthritis patients.

전문대학생의 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 긍정심리자본 매개효과 검증 (The Effect of Social Support of College Students on Career Preparation Behavior : Mediating effects of positive psychological capital)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학생의 사회적 지지가 어떠한 경로를 통해 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하고, 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지, 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동의 상관은 어떠한가 둘째, 사회적 지지, 긍정심리자본은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는가 셋째, 사회적 지지는 긍정심리자본을 매개로 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는가이다. 이를 위해 G 대학교 240명을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동 검사를 실시하였다. 사회적 지지, 긍정심리 자본, 진로준비행동의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하고, 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 매개효과의 검증은 Baron과 Kenny의 절차를 사용하였으며 유의성 검증을 위해 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동은 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본은 진로준비행동에 영향을 미쳤으며, 셋째, 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 전문대학생들을 위한 전문적인 진로지도 및 진로교육의 바탕이 되는 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

청소년의 스트레스, 사회적지지, 건강행위와의 관계 (This Study Investigated the Relationship of Stress Levels, Social Support, and Health Behaviors in the Adolescent Population)

  • The subjects were 349 high school boys and girls who were 10th and 11th graders in Seoul, Korea. Statistical analysis included percentages, means, Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA, t-test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. As a result, there were positive correlations between social support, stress reduction and increases in health behavior. Stepwise multiple regression analysis of social support, stress, and adolescents health behavior showed that social support explained 26.3% of the variance in health behavior, The more social support subjects experienced more health behavior level and the less the correlated stress level. In the area of demographic attributes, gender, height, weight, grade level, socioeconomic level of the parents, and stress were significantly correlated, grade levels, religion, socioeconomic level of parents and social support. sibling order, religion, socioeconomic level of the parents, parents education, occupation of father. and health behavior were statistically significant The findings indicated stress was a negative factor in health behavior, and social support was a positive factor in reducing stress and promoting health behavior. To reduce adolescents stress and to promote health behavior, we should endeavor to develop realistic social support programs.

초임 특수교사들의 행동중재 경험과 긍정적 행동지원에 대한 인식 (Beginning Special Education Teachers' Experience of Intervention and Awareness of Positive Behavior Support)

  • 초임 특수교사들이 교직생활을 하는데 있어서 장애학생의 행동중재는 교직 적응 면에서 중요한 이슈가 된다. 본 연구는 초임 특수교사들의 행동중재 경험과 긍정적 행동지원에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것을 통해 초임특수교사들에 대한 지원에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 경력이 2년 이하인 특수교사 5명을 대상으로 이루어졌으며 모든 면담은 일대일 심층면담으로 실시하였다. 모든 면담을 전사본으로 작성 후, 지속적 비교법을 통해 분석한 결과 '계기', '선택의 연속,' '중재에 대한 아쉬움', '긍정적 행동지원에 대한 인식'의 대주 제 4가지가 도출되었다. 또한, 9가지 하위주제로는 '교육적 필요', '생활적 필요', '중재의 시작', '중재의 과정', '중재의 결과', '자원의 부족', '소통의 부족', '새로운 분야', '새로운 시도'가 도출되었다. 논의에서는 연구결과에서 도출된 초임 특수교사의 행동중재에 대한 요구와 긍정적 행동지원에 대한 인식에 대하여 논의하고, 연구의 제한점을 제시하며 제언하였다.

전략적 인적자원관리관행과 조직시민행동 및 고객지향성 간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 조직지원인식의 매개효과를 중심으로- (A Study about the Effects of Strategic Human Resource Management Practices on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Customer Orientation - Focused on the Mediating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support -)

  • This study is focused on analyzing whether strategic human resource management practices influence organizational effectiveness such as organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation. In addition, it also aims to analyze the mediating effect of perceived organizational support between strategic human resource management practices and organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation. The samples are from five Veterans Hospital and of 344 questionnaires collected, 311 were used in the final analysis. SPSS(18.0) and AMOS(16.0) were employed to describe data and test hypotheses. The findings are as follows: First of all, it is found that education and training and hiring management have positive effects on perceived organizational support while only education and training has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, results reveal that career management and hiring management influences customer orientation while only perceived organizational support does organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation affects organizational citizenship behavior. Thirdly, it is also found that perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between career management and organizational citizenship behavior and that between hiring management and organizational citizenship behavior. In other words, perceived organizational support is a full mediator between career management and organizational citizenship behavior and between hiring management and organizational citizenship behavior because there is no direct effect of career management and hiring management on organizational citizenship. However, results show that any perceived organizational support doesn't mediate the relationship between all strategic human resource management practices and customer orientation.

대학생들의 긍정심리자본과 교수지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Positive Psychological Capital and Professor Support on Career Preparation Behavior in University Students)

  • 본 연구 목적은 대학생들의 긍정심리자본, 교수지지 및 진로준비행동과의 관련성을 확인하고, 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2020년 8월 30일부터 10월 30일까지 편의 표집한 대학생 180명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 자료분석은 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 긍정심리자본과 교수지지는 성별, 진로결정, 경제수준에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 진로준비행동은 성별(t=3.52, p<.001), 전공(F=10.85, p<.001), 진로결정(t=4.98, p<.001)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 긍정심리자본(r=.45, p<.001)과 교수지지(r=.40, p<.001)는 진로준비행동과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 전공, 진로결정유무, 긍정심리자본으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인에 의한 설명력은 32.5%였다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 전공별로 대학생들의 긍정심리자본을 높이기 위한 효과적인 진로 및 상담지도를 계획하여야 한다. 또한, 대학생 시기에 자신에게 맞는 진로나 직업을 탐색하고 목표를 세우기 위해 다양한 진로탐색의 기회를 제공하고, 긍정적인 동기부여를 할 수 있는 환경을 제공하여야 한다.

  • Previous works on safety behavior have paid less attention to the influence of several leadership styles on safety behavior. Among the various leadership styles, I focus on the effect of coaching leadership on safety behavior. To be specific, this paper investigates the impact of coaching leadership on safety behavior and its underlying mechanisms (mediator) as well as contextual factor (moderator). This research examines the sequential mediating effect of perceived organizational support and organizational identification in the association between coaching leadership and safety behavior. Also, work overload will negatively moderate the coaching leadership-perceived organizational support link. My results showed coaching leadership increases employee safety behavior through the sequential mediation of perceived organizational support and organizational identification. In addition, work overload functions as a negative moderator which diminishes the positive effect of coaching leadership on perceived organizational support.

해양경찰공무원의 서번트리더십이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Servant Leadership on Positive Psychological Capital of Marine Police Officers)

  • 이 연구는 해양경찰공무원의 서번트리더십이 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는가를 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 해양경찰공무원 167명을 대상으로 설문지를 분석하였으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서번트리더십이 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었는 데 하위변인에 대한 영향요인의 결과는 성장지원과 윤리적 행동은 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 공동체 가치창조와 감정적 힐링은 자기효능감에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성장지원과 윤리적 행동은 낙관주의에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 공동체 가치창조와 감정적 힐링은 낙관주의에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성장지원과 윤리적 행동 그리고 공동체 가치창조는 회복탄력성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 감정적 힐링은 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 해양경찰의 인적관리에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
