Social studies show that the number of separated families have lately increased due to different reasons. Despite the causes for family rift, many problems are resulted which affected the children physically and psychologically. This effect may cause them fail in their life especially at school. This paper focuses on the negative reaction of the parents' separation with other factors from the computer science prospective. Since the artificial intelligent field is the most common widespread in computer science, a predictive model is built to predict if a specific child whose parents separated, may complete the school successfully or fail to continue his education. This will be done using Decision Tree that have proved their effectiveness on the predication applications. As an experiment, a sample of individuals is randomly chosen and applied on our prediction model. As a result, this model shows that the separation may cause the child success at school if other factors are satisfied; the intelligent of the guardian, the relation between the parents after the separation, his age at the separation time, etc.

Recently security is being an important issue in almost every field of industry. This situation has affected port logistics industry deeply. Ports are now leaving operational methods that only focus on productivity, and shifting to new ones which focus on safety and customer services on the basis of it. Thus a lot of companies and institutions have offered various solutions as this issue becomes more and more intense. Among them, most typical solutions involve installing special devices to ordinary containers to improve its security, such as CSD (Container Security Device) of GE (General Electric) and eSeal of Savi Networks. On the other hand, these devices focus only on international standards or technical implementation, and this causes inconvenience to actual users like cargo owners, sea carriers, or stevedoring companies. This is considered to be due to lack of sufficient consideration on user demands. This research uses QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method for deducting system requirements in order to solve the problems of previous security devices and to develop a security system that can not only reflect the demands of the users but also considers real-world conditions. According to the QFD results, a total of 21 system CTO's were deducted under 5 categories.

Maritime transport is dominant in the overall volume of all international transportation. Existence and overcoming of problems, which cause pressure on shipping safety, remain actual and fully concern both maritime and inland transport. Increasing speed and cargo capacity of the ships along with the reduction of crew members lead to the automation of a growing number of work processes, which indicates the need to actively introduce appropriate measures in the security system of sea-going ships and commercial ports and to develop modern approaches to minimize negative events and incidents in the process of ship operation. Advantages in use of modern methods of monitoring the safety of ship operations, management of possible events and incidents, including investigation of accidents, first, aimed at prevention of negative occurrences and ways of prevention on this basis. Considering statistics on incidents increase, this work presents analysis of general ship accident rate, study of major accidental events growth annually, and investigation of causes of incidents, which most frequently occur in port waters and at open sea. A survey of current approaches to ensuring the safety of shipping by implementing effective tools, such as event and incident management, has been conducted.

In accordance with the increased demand for ocean use, the Marine Spatial Planning system was introduced to rationally allocate ocean space, under which fishing activity protection zones have been designated to protect fishery activities and promote fishery resource protection. However, fishing vessels that mainly sail in fishing activity protection zones are exposed to risk, such that they account for about 70% of marine accidents that occur in Korea, Proper risk management is thus required. This study aims to analyze marine accidents in fishing activities protection zones and port and navigation zones to secure the safety of fishing vessels passing within fishing activity protection zones. To this end, the traffic volume in marine use zones was investigated, and marine accidents were investigated by ship type, accident type, tonnage, accident cause, and loss of life. Analysis determined that most of the marine accidents per unit area of each type occurred in port and navigation zones, but overall most marine accidents occurred in fishing activity protection zones. In particular, it was found that traffic safety management was necessary because many human accidents occurred.

최근 유비쿼터스 환경을 실현하는 기술로서 사물 및 환경 정보를 센싱하여 무선으로 통신하여 필요한 정보를 수집 및 분석, 처리하는 센서네트워크 기술에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 특히, 최근 국내에서는 u-City와 u-Port 사업 등, 범국가적으로 유비쿼터스 환경을 실현하고자 하는 사업이 진행되고 있기 때문에, 센서네트워크 기술에 대한 관심이 더욱 크다. 센서네트워크 기술은 기본적으로 상황 정보인지 기능을 갖춘 센서 노드들이 무선 통신 인프라를 구성하여 환경 정보 모니터링이나 산업체 기기 제어 및 모니터링, 홈 자동화, 보안 및 군사용, 자산 및 물류 응용 등, 다양한 응용을 수행할 수 있는 기술이다. 하지만, 센서네트워크 기술은 본질적으로 무선통신 인프라를 기본으로 하고 있으며, 높은 자원 제약성(낮은 컴퓨팅 능력과 제한된 전원 공급 능력, 저가로 구현해야 한다는 제약성)으로 인해, 일반적으로 높은 보안 취약성을 가지는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 고에서는 현재 국내의 센서네트워크 산업 분야에서 특히 취약한 것으로 알려져 있는 보안 기술관점에서 센서네트워크 동향을 살펴보고, 센서네트워크 보안 기술 개발 현황을 살펴보고자 한다.

지능형 지속 위협(Advanced Persistent Threat) 공격은 Intrusion Kill Chain과 같은 일련의 단계로 구성되어 있기 때문에 특정 단계가 차단되면 공격은 실패하게 된다. Moving Target Defense(MTD)는 보호대상의 주요 속성(네트워크, 운영체제, 소프트웨어, 데이터)을 변화시켜 Intrusion Kill Chain을 구성하는 각 단계를 차단하는 능동적 사전 보안 기술이다. MTD 전략 중에서 네트워크 주소 변이(Network Address Mutation) 기술은 보호대상의 네트워크 주소(IP. Port)를 능동적으로 변이하는 기술로써, Intrusion Kill Chain의 첫 단계인 정찰(Reconnaissance) 행위에 소요되는 비용을 급격하게 증가시킬 수 있는 효율적인 보안 기술이다. 본 논문은 네트워크 주소 변이 기술 분야의 관련 연구들을 살펴보고 네트워크 주소 변이 기술 설계 시 고려해야하는 보안 요구사항과 기능 요구사항을 제안한다.

An embedded system has been applied to many fields including households and industrial sites. The embedded system is implemented fur image tracking in security area. This system supports a fixed IP far the reliable server operation on TCP/IP networks. A real time video image on the is analyzed to detect a certain invader who jumped into the observed area. The digital camera is connected at the USB host port of the target board. The video images from the video camera is continuously analyzed and displayed at the Linux web-server. The moving vector of the invaders on the continuous image frames is calculated and then it sends the calculated pan/tilt movement. That used Block matching algorithm and edge detection algorithm for past speed. And the displacement vector is used at pan/tilt motor control through RS232 serial cable. The experiment result showed tracking performance by the moving part speed of 10 to 150 pixels/sec.

In the meantime Korean Insurance Industry has been developed a steady growth under government's political protection. But insurance market seems to be opened unavoidably owing to the liberalization of international trade by the Agreements of UR and the bloc of economy by EC Integration and the Organization of NAFTA. By the above reason, especially, in case of hull insurance, the rate of hull insurance is being instituted as a problem. Accordingly the recognition for the problem like this, in thsi study, explained the major objectives of rate making and described the basic rate making methods that are used in property and liability insurance, and searched the rate making schemes of hull insurance rate of the major nations by comparing method. And as a conclusion, the writer presented several schemes including new rate making scheme of hull insurance rate and the security of statistical data about loss ratio, and the establishment of Korean Hull Insurance Association.

As a matter of fact, the document which has been developed to resolve the obvious conflicts between the interests of buyer and seller is the bill of lading. The bill of lading provides the seller with some security against default by the buyer and the buyer with some assurance of performance of the seller before the buyer is required to make payment. So to speak, the B/L provides some extent protection for both seller and buyer. This is a study on the construction of Liner Bill of Lading(Code name : CONLINEBILL) adopted by BIMCO(The Baltic and International Maritime Conference) and is using a basic bill of lading in the liner ships operation. In this study, the writer makes a wider and deeper study of rights of rights and obligations of Contract Parties by means of the rules of construction, specially focusing the Carriers liability under Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1971(COGSA 1971), Hague-Visby Rules and Korea Commercial Law.

In Korea, the System of search and rescue in water have came into force on the basis of the Korea Life Saving and Rescue Act. 1961. But It's a premodern administration law which is not fit for an international system of the search and rescue and become disconnected with reality in Korea. Recently the marine casualties occur frequently in Korea coastal area, therefore, we need to amend the 1961 Act. The amendment which is carried out by the Korea Maritime Police Agency is a provision to receive International convention(SAR, 1979). The amendment of this Act will give a epoch-making change to Korean policy of the life-saving and rescue, security to marine safety and contribution to National positon on system of "Search and Rescue". In this thesis, I propose a development scheme to be conductive to original task on "Search and Rescue" of International Convention in Korea Life Saving and Rescue Act(Amendment, 1994).t(Amendment, 1994).
