사이버 공격은 통신기능을 수행하는 모든 장비에서 야기될 수 있으며, 통신기술의 발달로 인한 선박과 육상간 연계는 육상부문과 마찬가지로 선박부문 또한 사이버 위협 취약성에 쉽게 노출될 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 해상분야에서의 사이버보안 취약성을 파악하기 위하여 사이버 위협 트렌드 변화를 분석하고 타 산업 사례연구를 통한 해상 사이버보안 강화방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 지속적인 해적 및 인가되지 않는 인원의 접근으로 인한 선박의 안전 및 보안에 대한 위협으로부터 안전을 유지하고자 선박 내부 뿐만아니라 외부 시스템등을 구축하기 위하여 필요한 경제적 분석을 하고, 전세계 Global한 시장을 바탕으로 선박보안 시장을 대상으로 평가를 실시한 논문이다.

국제 무역의 활성화와, 운송수단의 기술적 발전은 국가 간 교역을 증대시키게 되었다. 특히 해상 무역 물동량의 증가는 국제항을 다양한 재화 및 여객 소통의 중심으로 만들었고, 경제적 관문으로써의 중요성이 높아지고 있으며 점차 국가 주요 기반 시설로 자리 잡고 있다. 즉, 원활한 교역을 위한 물류 효율화 달성과 안전한 항만 운영을 위한 보안 제도 강화의 필요성이 증대됨에 따라, 이를 효과적으로 관리 유지할 필요가 있게 되었다. 이에 본 논문은 자동화 고부가가치 서비스가 가능한 정보 중심의 u-Port(Ubiquitous Port)를 국가 전략적 차원에서 육성한 대한민국 사례를 기반으로 효율적인 항만물류를 위한 기반 시스템으로 활용될 수 있도록 해운물류표준화 기구인 IMO(International Maritime Organization)에 선진 사례로 소개하고 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. u-Port는 수출입 화물 관리가 용이하며 항만 보안을 강화하는 등 항만 업무 효율화를 제공할 수 있다는 장점으로 향후 개발도상국 또는 후진국의 항만 업무 생산성 및 투명성을 높일 수 있는 기반을 지원할 수 있을 것이다.

It is used to lead to serious structural vulnerability of the system security of security-critical system when we have quickly developed software system according to urgent release schedule without appropriate security planning, management, and assurance processes. The Data Set and Provider of DataSnap, which is a middleware of Delphi XE2 of the Embarcadero Technologies Co., certainly help to develop an easy and fast-paced procedure, but it is difficult to apply security program and vulnerable to control software system security when the connection structure Database-DataSnap server-SQL Connection-SQL Data set-Provider is applied. This is due to that all kinds of information of Provider are exposed on the moment when DataSnap Server Port is sure to malicious attackers. This exposure becomes a window capable of running SQL Command. Thus, it should not be used Data Set and Provider in the DataSnap Server in consideration of all aspects of security management. In this paper, we study on the verification of the security vulnerabilities for Client and Server DataSnap in Dlephi XE2, and we propose a secure coding method to improve security vulnerability in the DataSnap server system.

우리나라 정부는 글로벌 보안 추세와 전쟁 및 테러리즘에 대처하기 위해 컨테이너 보안조치(CSI, 24시간 규칙 포함), 종합인증 우수업체(AEO) 등 다양한 보안 제도 및 보안 조치를 도입했다. 하지만 수출입 과정의 다양한 구성원들은 CSI, 24시간 규칙, AEO의 목적과 기능에 여전히 부정적이다. 이것은 보안 리스크를 수출입 과정의 장애나 방해 요인으로 여기고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 리스크를 규명, 측정, 평가하고 적절한 관리 방안을 제시함에 있다. 이를 위한 리스크규명과 리스크관리에 따른 성과 측정을 위해 선행연구 및 현장조사를 바탕으로 설문조사를 진행했다. 설문조사를 통해 대상 리스크를 상대적인 값을 구분하여 Key Risk, Major Risk, Minor Risk로 나눌 수 있었으며 각 리스크를 대상으로 분산분석을 실시하여 집단별 관리정도의 차이를 알아낼 수 있었다. 마지막으로 회귀분석을 통해 리스크관리 정도별 물류성과 검증을 실시하여 CSI 리스크관리가 물류 재무적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, CSI 리스크관리와 AEO 인증 리스크관리는 물류 서비스 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 알아낼 수 있었다.

국제노동기구는 2006년 2월23일 해사노동기준에 관하여 그 동안의 협약 및 권고를 가능한 한 최신화 하고 모든 기준을 통합하여 단일의 문서로 된 해사노동협약을 채택하였다. 이 협약은 제4편 규정 제4.5조에 선원에게 적용되는 사회보장에 관하여 규정하고 있다. 규정 제4.1조 선내 및 육상에서의 의료관리, 규정 제4.2조 선박소유자의 책임에 관한 조항도 사회보장과 관련되어 있다. 우리나라가 이 협약을 비준하기 위하여서는, 우선 먼저 국내 관련법령이 협약상 선원 사회보장 요건을 충족할 수 있는지를 검토하고, 불충분한 부분에 대하여는 이를 정비할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 협약상 선원의 사회보장에 관한 요건을 수용할 수 있도록 현행 국내 관련 법령과 협약 사이의 차이점을 밝히고, 이 과정에서 도출된 문제점에 관하여 그 해결 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A realization of a conventional cryptosystem for personal computers using the DSP56001 digital signal processing chip is presented. An improved Lucifer-type algorithm is employed to encrypt, and executed in the DSP56001. The Diffie-Hellman method is employed to generate and distribute the key. The implemented hoard can be plugged in the I/O port of personal computers.

The $4^{th}$ generation mobile communications, through several radio access networks such as WLAN, Bluetooth, UMTS, GPRS, CDMA 1X, and IMT-2000 in the same area offering different type of coverage, will support interactive multimedia services in additions to wider bandwidths, higher bit rates, and service portability. Regardless of various radio access networks, they will also support robust security mechanisms, as well as seamless mobility and common authentication. In this paper, we give an overview of WLAN security and examine its security problems. We also explain the enhanced security schemes, such as port-based authentication, EAP, and IEEE 802.1X. For secure wireless communications, several possible security solutions are offered and evaluated in various respects to improve WLAN security. This paper will make a contribution to provide more secure wireless communications to cellular operators embracing WLAN technology as a means to generate new revenues based on data services.

2011년부터 2021년까지 10년 동안 항만 작업 중 숨지거나 다친 사람이 무려 2,800명에 달한다. 그중에서도 항만하역사업장에서 발생하는 빈도수가 높다. 컨테이너 터미널 사업자는 법령에 따라 위험성평가를 실시하고 합리적인 안전대책을 수립하여야 한다. 연구방법으로는 문헌분석을 통하여 산업안전보건법, 중대재해처벌법, 항만안전특별법에서 제시하는 위험성평가에 대한 내용을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 기존 선행연구를 분석하여 컨테이너터미널의 위험성평가방법 및 유해위험요인을 살펴본다. 이러한 안전사고 위험을 개선할 수 있는 '산업안전 AI 챗봇기술'을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

The port, differently from general working places, is a closed area required for security, customs, and quarantine procedures. The loading and unloading is being done differently by ports, cargoes, and ships. To do loading and unloading, a lot of equipment and different types of labor are required, which flow is complicated and safe management is essential. As above mentioned the port is very unique and very deteriorated working place in its working environment. The purpose of this study is to propose ways to reduce and prevent from port accidents. As first step to do this, we have collected 923 accidents happened at Incheon Port during the period of 1994 to 2003. We have thoroughly analyzed characteristics, harmfulness, and risk of the loading/unloading they have done, as well as the accident frequency and relationship between the accidents. As second step to further analyze, We have employed DMAIC technology, an advanced process of 6 sigma presently in spotlight as the best program for management innovation. This analysis results in recognition of important accident characteristics, causes and effects analysis, critical causes of accident, and suggestions to decrease accidents.
