신해철의 음악 연구 -넥스트 앨범의 전반적인 특징을 중심으로- (A Study of Shin Hae-Chul's Music -With focus on N.EX.T album-)

  • 신해철의 음악은 대중성 있는 음악만을 생산하고, 비슷한 장르나 패턴의 음악만이 주류를 이루던 한국 가요시장에 새 지평을 열어 주었고, 새로운 음악을 갈망하던 대중들의 불평 요소들을 해소시켜 주는데 있어 충분하였다. 그는 발표하는 작품마다 자신의 음악적 가능성을 실험하였고, 이것은 나아가 한국 대중음악의 수준을 한 단계 올렸다는 호평을 받게 된다. 오늘날 대중음악의 불안 요소를 해소하기 위해서는 끊임없는 연구와 창작활동을 통해 작품성과 몰입감을 줄 수 있는 작품들로 대중들에게 어필해야 할 것이다. 그런 의미에서 신해철이 이끌었던 "넥스트"가 음악을 임하는 자세는 아티스트로서 자질과 한국대중음악의 발전에 커다란 공헌을 하고 있음은 틀림없는 사실이다. 그와 같이 뮤지션으로써의 꾸준한 자기개발과 창작능력을 강화시켜 과감하고 새로운 시도 등으로 활동을 이어간다면 한국대중음악은 'K-pop'으로서의 또 다른 유행을 이끌어내며, 새로운 지평을 열어 줄 수 있을 거라 확신한다.

의상디자인의 형태와 조형예술자의 관계 -1960년대의 팝아트를 중심으로- (Relationship between Fashion Design Form and Art Plastique - Focused on Pop Art in 1960's -)

  • The art plastique is the part from which designers draw their inspirations to create fashion design. Many designers look for their inspirations from Art Plastique. Since the early 20th century, lots of designers led by Paul Poiret drew their inspirations from Art and co-works with artists. The direct involvement of those artists helped to position Fashion to be an art. Also, these co-works brought the mass media's attention and commercial profit. The most prevalent relationship between the fashion design and art plastique is the reproduction of art such as the 1960s 'Pop Art printed on T-shirts, which can be seen easily todays. After World War ll, art was popularized in a new society where young generation played a major role. Pop Art having image of the freedom and the rejection of tradition was considered as the major trend of 1960s. This study considers reflection of anti-traditionalism, anti-elitism and popularity as the kitsch of Pop. That is the attraction which youth culture looked for from Pop Art and the reason that 60's avast-garde cloth could position itself into the masses. Therefore, this study examines the influence of the kitsch of Pop and the expression of parody upon the major changes in 1960s fashion from which are the mini-look and women's trousers wearing. This study examines Andra Courreges who led 1960s Mini look and Yves Saint Laurent who introduced Pop dress, Smoking look and transparent blouse to find the way which makes it possible for avant garde fashion to have a close relationship with the public and to position itself to be a art.

The Effect of Female Marriage Immigrants Participation in K-POP Cover Dance on Acculturation Stress and Depression according to Self-esteem, Social Support

  • 본 연구는 여성결혼이민자 대상으로 K-POP 커버댄스를 실시, 자아존중감과 사회적지지에 따른 문화적응스트레스 및 우울에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 여성결혼이민자의 사회관계 개선 및 정신건강 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 20~30대 여성결혼이민자를 모집, 사전검사의 자아존중감과 사회적지지에 따라 정도가 높은 그룹 HSS(High Self-esteem & Social Support)와 낮은 그룹 LSS(Low Self-esteem & Social Support)로 각 25명씩 임의배정하였고, 사전검사, 6주차, 12주차, 총 3회 설문조사를 실시하였다. K-POP 커버댄스(60분, 주 3회, 12주간) 참여에 따른 여성결혼이민자의 자아존중감은 HSS, LSS 두 그룹 모두 참여 기간이 길수록 향상되었고, LSS 그룹이 6주후부터 더 크게 향상되었다. 사회적지지는 HSS는 6주후부터, LSS는 12주 후부터 감소하였고, 문화적응스트레스는 HSS, LSS 모두 6주후, 12주후 지속 감소, LSS 그룹이 더 크게 감소하였다. 우울은 HSS, LSS 두 그룹 모두 참여 기간이 길수록 감소, LSS 그룹이 6주후부터 더 크게 감소하였다. 따라서 K-POP 커버댄스는 여성결혼이민자를 위한 자아존중감, 사회적지지 향상과 문화적응스트레스 및 우울 감소에 효과적인 여가활동 프로그램이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

대형할인매장 이용자의 충동구매에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impulse Buying of Large Discount Store Consumers)

  • Recently a number of large discount store and those of its users was increasing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the tendency of impulse buying and analyzes factors which influence impulse buying. The data had been collected from questionaries with 474 consumers who visit large discount store. The major statistical methods used for data analysis are frequency, percentile, mean, t-test, multiple regression analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Duncans multiple range test utilizing SPSS Win pc+program. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The four different kind of impulse buying is measured. The overall level of impulse buying is 2.76. Suggestion impulse buying(M=3.19) is the highest, and the lowest is pure impulse buying(M=2.66). 2. In the area of demographic variables is significantly different in the age of twenties and thirties(p<.05). A visit frequency and membership. In the area of in-store variables is significantly different by all factors at impulse buying except waiting time. Especially, point-of-purchase(POP) advertisement and discount sale are very important variables. A visit frequency and membership are significantly different in the area of consumer-related variables. 3. Waiting time, a visit frequency, a POP advertisement, and a discount sale have the positive effects on overall impulse buying. Pure impulse buying is influenced by shopping list, POP advertisement and a stores atmospher. Buying companion, membership, kind of store and waiting time have the effect on reminder impulse buying. Suggestion impulse buying is influenced by school career, shopping list and POP advertisement. Planned impulse buying is influenced by sex, POP advertisement, buying companion and discount sale.

Percutaneous osteoplasty for painful bony lesions: a technical survey

  • Percutaneous osteoplasty (POP) is defined as the injection of bone cement into various painful bony lesions, refractory to conventional therapy, as an extended technique of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP). POP can be applied to benign osteochondral lesions and malignant metastatic lesions throughout the whole skeleton, whereas PVP is restricted to the vertebral body. Common spinal metastases occur in the thoracic (70%), lumbosacral (20%), and cervical (10%) vertebrae, in order of frequency. Extraspinal metastases into the ribs, scapulae, sternum, and humeral head commonly originate from lung and breast cancers; extraspinal metastases into the pelvis and femoral head come from prostate, urinary bladder, colon, and uterine cervical cancers. Pain is aggravated in the dependent (or weight bearing) position, or during movement (or respiration). The tenderness and imaging diagnosis should match. The supposed mechanism of pain relief in POP is the augmentation of damaged bones, thermal and chemical ablation of the nociceptive nerves, and local inhibition of tumor invasion. Adjacent (facet) joint injections may be needed prior to POP (PVP). The length and thickness of the applied needle should be chosen according to the targeted bone. Bone cement is also selected by its osteoconduction, osteoinduction, and osteogenesis. Needle route should be chosen as a shortcut to reach the target bony lesions, without damage to the nerves and vessels. POP is a promising minimally invasive procedure for immediate pain relief. This review provides a technical survey for POPs in painful bony lesions.

  • Production Control System(PCS) can be used in controlling productivity effectively. The system provides the workers and managers and with the management information. The objective of PCS is to improve and optimize productivity in practice. To achieve this goal, PCS must be applied in many Industries. Information System at Point Of Production(POP) is the system that helps worker and managers to analyze the various information at production line in practice. In this paper, we propose a new developed Client/Server POP System using "Bar Code." The new system can be integrated and communicated with CIM. 도시 공간 속 옥외 광고에서 활용되는 미디어 파사드특성 - K-Pop Square Media를 중심으로 (Media Facades Used in Urban Outdoor Advertising - Focused on K-Pop Square Media)

  • 삼성동 코엑스에 위치한 'K-Pop Squre Media'는 대형 전광판에 다양한 입체 동영상을 상영하며, 대중적 이목과 매스미디어의 주목을 받게 되었다. 기존과 차별화된 대형 곡면 LED 전광판의 영상은 미디어 파사드 기법의 일종으로 코엑스 광장의 공간적 특성과 함께 새로운 랜드마크이자 명소로 자리 잡고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 도시 공간 속 옥외 광고에서 활용되는 미디어 파사드에 대해서 K-Pop Squre Media를 중심으로 그 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구의 접근은 첫째, 도심의 공공 공간을 중심으로 '공간적 특성'에 대해 케빈린치(Kevin Lynch)의 도시 공간을 구성하는 5가지 요소, 월리엄 미첼(William J. Mitchell)이 제시한 스마트 스페이스와 공간 패러다임의 변화를 중심으로 살펴본다. 둘째, 옥외 광고의 '뉴미디어성'을 중심으로 Digital OOH(Out-Of-Home) Media의 세 가지 유형에 대해 분석하고 셋째, '미디어 파사드의 신기술과 내용구성'에 대해 전시 매체 (프로젝션, LED 스크린)의 유형, 미디어 파사드의 시초, 최신 전시 기술인 아나몰픽(Anamolphic)에 대해 살펴본다. 본 연구를 통해 K-Pop Squre Media는 스마트 스페이스의 공간적 특성, Digital OOH의 뉴미디어 특성, 그리고, 미디어 파사드의 내용 구성을 통해 공공성, 소통성, 예술성, 장소성의 특성을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다.

Evolution of primary stars in Pop III binary systems

  • Binary interactions may have significant impact on Pop III stellar evolution. Pop III single star evolution indicates that for primary masses less than $20M_{\odot}$, no significant binary mass transfer would occur before core helium exhaustion. We perform binary system evolution for various primary masses ($20M_{\odot}$ < $M_1$ < $60M_{\odot}$) and initial periods under same mass ratio $M_2/M_1=0.9$, and follow the evolution and mass transfer of the primary star. If binary mass transfer occurs during post main sequence, the primary star does not evolve into naked helium star and still contain significant hydrogen in the envelope. During the post mass transfer phase, the primary star evolves redward, and does not become sufficiently hot to enhance the number of ionizing photons, compared to the case of single star evolution for a given initial mass. This result implies that primary stars of massive Pop III binary systems would have little contribution to the reionization in the early universe. Given the large hydrogen content ($0.326-1.793M_{\odot}$), the primary stars that underwent stable mass transfers would explode as a Type IIb supernova, and it would be difficult for Pop III binary stars to produce Type Ib/c supernovae that look similar to those found in the local universe.
