This paper focuses on the concept of :"politicization of household labor" to the resolution of houework-related problems which are the products of household work and the women's status. the major discussions of this framework can be summarized as follows: First the policy problems of household labor is that the segregation of market labor and household labor public and private sphere and sex-role affects value of household labor and status of women. Second policy proposals on household labor is related to specific existing policy(family policy women's policy). Third Policy purposes are family welfare and women welfare a symmetry of family and work. Thus policy needs takes concrete shape and policy indicator of evaluing and and policy indicator of supporting. Ultimately it is direct to evaluate the quality of family living.

In the case of a disaster, the damage caused by the disability vulnerability of persons with disabilities is significantly increased, discussing about a problem for the protection of the vulnerable class. However, until now policy, technology and response guidelines for disaster and safety have been focused on the general public. Therefore, it is necessary to develop customized support technology for disaster and safety considering vulnerable characteristics of vulnerable class. Firstly, it is necessary to prepare draft improvement proposal of act and support system related disaster and safety for persons with disabilities and older persons. So, this study was carried out analysis of act, policy and support system on disaster and safety for persons with disabilities and older persons of domestic and overseas in order to draw implication. Furthermore, we established direction for improvement of act and policy on disaster and safety for persons with disabilities based on the analysis, and suggested draft improvement proposal.

This article examines the legislation process of bioethics from 1997 to 2003 in Korea through three phases from a policy network point of view. In the first phase, assemblymen proposed laws concerning bioethics and various policy agenda were shaped. In the second phase, MOHW(Ministry of Health & Welfare) and MOST(Ministry of Science & Technology) introduced bills separately and policy conflicts were increasingly deepened. In the third phase, after groping for policy coordination a single bill based on MOHW's proposal was deliberated and enacted. During these processes, actors in policy network were more enlarged, conflicting interactions were dominated, and the structure of policy network was alternated by centralized form and distributed form.

In this paper we will concentrate on the Quality Control Policy which should be enforced as a part of the Total Quality Control considers the global concepts, the establishment Procedures, and the evolution and operation of Quality control policy to achieve effectively it. For enforcement of the Qualify control policy shall be focused for considerations : (1) suggestion of the optimum control policy (2) suggestion of a comprehensive plan and promoting method quality control (3) suggestion of matters that need special consideration at the time of decision of a comprehensive management of control policy thereof. (4) A comprehensive Proposal (5) suggestion of a plan for progress of the Quality control system and the supplementary plan In the future, accordingly, establishment d its own policy control level is desirably more reasonable, and the Total Quality Control System that employes the control efficiency of periodical and systematic and rationalization and radical reform of the enterprise management problem as the restrictive conditions must be applied for quality control system.
