1. This paper suggests one educational model of National Parks. The model includes main themes such as (1) concepts, (2) waste types, and (3) conservation policies of National Parks for the application at the school environmental education classes. 2. The study describes the origin of the national park system and concepts or policies for the conservation of the parks with cases of Japan, Taiwan, Canada, Australia, Swiss, Russia, and International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources(IUCN). The main focuses of their concepts or policies are on the (1) public land, (2) conserved, (3) legally protected land, and (4) land for the education of the loving their country. 3. This research classifies wastes of parks as point, linear, areal, and cubic types, and explains wasting actions on each types, focused mainly on the mountainous national parks. 4. The suggested policies for the conserving national parks, in this paper, are (1) core-zoning policy, and (2) management policy within the core zone. 5. Some principles are suggested for the more effective realization of the policies: (1) enforcement, (2) abandonment,(3) restoration, (4) enlargement, (5) limitation, (6) incorporation, (7) monitoring, and (8) education. 6. Finally, the educational values of this model may be derived from concepts of (1) loving national land, (2) conservation of nature, (3) public responsibility for protection, and (4) education materials. Those concepts form the foundation of models for (1) civic education, (2) education of country, and (3) inquiry training.

In this paper, we analyzed on the importance of radio spectrum and radio industry for promoting radio ecosystem. For this, we investigated the changes of future society and analyzed the recognition and importance of radio industries by survey on opinion changes of experts. We suggested a direction for radio industry promotion, which is composed of technology development, service development, advancement of law and regulations, business model development, assistance of production and use, publicity enforcement for promotion. The importance changes and radio use industry sector practices of the radio industry are analyzed by survey of experts. From this result, the 5 policy options are proposed.

At this present, the world is in the era of digital and culture.Tourist resources through cultural infrastructure have been a crucial factor of a country's competitiveness. A Museum is tourism resource facility like one of core cultural infrastructures which provides experiential culture, history and tradition. The field of a planning and a design for a museum should be recognized like professional design industry.n Korea, the government has various laws and systems to support the design promotion policy but it is not sufficient. If you plan to extend the scope of the maintenance of law and institutions As today 'Exhibition Industry Development Act, which is responsible for maintenance, including a permanent exhibition area in the exhibition industry facilities will be efficient alternative. And also, it would like to analyze states of the orders in the exhibition design industry for past five years (2010 ~ 2014) and show the problems and alternatives. Exhibition business-related orders investigation into the recent five years to analyze and suggest improvements. In the delivery method it was found three types of goods, the services, the delivery method through the analysis of the enforcement order to the Corporation and that are mixed.If these alternatives has been reviewed and used for basic data to promote professional companies and designers for museums, it must be expected to be well worth a careful study.

European Union and United States have introduced new Privacy Shield agreement after decision of Court of Justice of the European Union which invalidated Safe Harbor agreement. Privacy Shield agreement contains several clauses to raise the level of personal data protection such as enhanced commitments, stronger enforcement, clear safeguards and transparency obligations, and effective protection of EU citizens' rights with several redress possibilities. This agreement has received positive response as an enhanced measure for personal data protection. This paper examines EU and US discussion history and current situation regarding Privacy Shield and suggests national policy direction such as measures for personal data transborder flow system improvement and international cooperation.

Promoting nationwide informatization by means of personal computer and wired Internet since the mid-1990s, the Republic of Korea has systematically dealt with the digital divide of older adults which has been lessened year by year. However, since the introduction of smartphone in Korea in 2009, the smartphone digital divide of older adults has been serious again. Therefore, this research will focus on the present situation and problems of smartphone digital divide of over-65 years old people and will suggest the proper policy solutions such as the enforcement of policy infrastructure, the expansion of smartphone education, the development of UI and contents, and the expansion of silver fare system and silver smartphone.

As data utilization becomes increasingly important, not only private companies but also public institutions are making great efforts to promote data utilization. The chief data officer is a key element of data governance, a driving system that achieves policy goals by adjusting the functions of each department in the organization responsible for data policy. With the enforcement of the Data-based Administration Law, all public institutions, including the Ministry of National Defense, have designated data officers, but it is not enough to play a practical role as it is still in the early stages of introduction. In this study, the current status of the operation of the defense data officer system is checked, and development strategy to play a practical role are presented.

In response to complexity and diversity of a social phenomenon, the dispute also is various, therefore can not be settled efficiently by means of court adjudication to which applies a law strictly. To overcome such problems we are going to seek to make use of arbitration. According to Korean Arbitration Act Art. 3 (1), any dispute in private laws would be the object of arbitral proceedings. It could be the object of arbitral proceedings that disputes which are capable of a settlement by arbitration. It is a matter for debate that disputes containing punitive damages may be resolved by arbitration. This problem is concerning the arbitrability of the subject-matter of a dispute. To offer some solution to these issues, it is necessary to inquire into the nature of punitive damages. the policy and function of alimony, the fair apportionment of a loss. Moreover, international relations formed with international transactions should be considered. Punitive damages would be the object of arbitral proceedings as the dipute in private laws. When punitive damages pursue only punishment in the domestic arbitration that there is not foreign factors, arbitral tribunal could not make arbitral award containing punitive damages. However, if punitive damages are admitted under the rules applicable to substance of dispute, and there is the arbitration agreement in which is implied that the parties agree to submit to an arbitral award, arbitral tribunal could make arbitral award containing punitive damages in international arbitration. When it is questionable whether it is offend against our public policy or not, that we accept the effect of arbitral award containing punitive damages, and we admit the enforcement of it, we have to take the nature of punitive damages, the policy and function of alimony, the fair apportionment of a loss and the stability of international transactions into consideration.

This paper explores the relatilonship between state level environmental regulations and stocking and location decisions in the U.S livestock and poultry industry (beef, chicken, dairy and hogs), Rather than conduct this analysis on a species by species basis, the overall size of the livestock industry(expressed in animal units) and the size of Industry found on large, medium and small operations by state (48) and over time (29 years), which is panel data analysis, Generally, regulations seem to be induced by the structural change of industry; when industry creates externalities, regulators try to address them with policy tools to internalize them, Written regulatory stringency may not effect behavioral change; rather the state's willingness to enforce regulations seems to have a measurable influence. However, in the presence of rapid structural change, industry location is affected by written regulatory stringency. Policy enforcement activity was shown to influence inventory decisions in general and larger operations were found to be more sensitive to willingness to enforce than smaller operations.

This article describes a systematic roadmap master plan for advanced industrial safety and health policy in Korea, with an emphasis on. Since Korean industries had first emergence of industrial safety and health policy in 1953, enormous efforts have been made on upgrading the relevant laws in order to reflect real situation of industrial work environment in accordance with rapid changes of Korean and global business over three decades. Nevertheless, current policy has major defects; too much techniques-based articles, diverged contents in less organization, combined enforcement and punishments and finally enforcing regulations full of commands and control. These deficiencies have make it difficult to accommodate changes of social, industrial and employment environment in customized fashion. The approach to the solution must be generic at the level of paradigm-shift rather than local modifications and enhancement. The basic idea is to establish a new system integrated with a risk assessment scheme, which encourages employers to apply to their work environment under comprehensive responsibility. The risk assessment scheme is designed to enable to inspect employers' compliances afterwards. A project comprises four yearly phases based on applying zones; initially designating and operating a specified risk zone, gradually expanding the special zones during a period of 3 years (2010-2012) and the final zone expanded to entire nation. In each phase, the intermediate version of the system is updated through a process of precise and unbiased validation in terms of its operability, feasibility and sustainability with building relevant infrastructures as needed.

With the changes in the modern computing landscape, securing containerized workloads and addressing the complexities of container networking have become critical issues. In particular, the complexity of network policy settings and the lack of cloud security architecture cause various security issues. This paper focuses on the importance of network security and efficiency in containerized environments, and analyzes the security features and performance of various container network interface plugins. In particular, the features and functions of Cilium, Calico, Weave Net, and Kube-router were compared and evaluated, and the Layer 3/4 and Layer 7 network policies and performance features provided by each plugin were analyzed. We found that Cilium and Calico provide a wide range of security features, including Layer 7 protocols, while Weave Net and Kube-router focus on Layer 3/4. We also found a decrease in throughput when applying Layer 3/4 policies and an increase in latency due to complex processing when applying Layer 7 policies. Through this analysis, we expect to improve our understanding of network policy and security configuration and contribute to building a safer and more efficient container networking environment in the future.
