At recent years, juvenile crime that occurred, that young people have done incredibly cruel and serious intelligence community is making a serious scandal. The relationship between parents and youth crime under the influence of family environment factors and the hypothetical failure of school maladjustment and school factors due to contact with friends, around the area due to hazardous environment, local surroundings and social factors that committed a crime by were Juvenile crime in the real statistics on the rise again, starting the year 2005, and is increasingly young, violent crimes showed a high percentage increases. In order to prevent juvenile crime, these homes, schools, community work together to raise sustainable alternatives are needed. The police, as well as the maintenance of law and institutions, cooperation of youth organizations, increasing activity, such as removing harmful environmental youth leadership program, the flight needs to be improved. Today, juvenile crime is not simply a matter of police activities, school-linked program, police, community-linked programs, such as police comprehensive preparedness and commitment of the authorities is required.

The low growth rate and the high youth unemployment rate that our society faces have already come to our country core problem. This study provides the basic data for using the connections of Interpol to combat supranational crimes, reflecting domestic and foreign situations, and I'll summarize the countermeasures as follows through the results of this study. First of all, it is necessary to build up the international cooperative system which shares information and technology between nations, through the network formation of Asianpol. Second, a policy of Interpol which maximizes the foreign agents and resident officers in Korea needs to be established. Third, governmental policies and legal measures such as criminal extradition must be available to help the criminal investigations of Interpol quickly and positively. Fourth, there has to be the expansion of budget for securing professional investigators and supporting Interpol to fight supranational crimes by the authority of the government.

The labor director system to be introduced into the company law, the labor director must be explained in the Korean company law and the inevitability of its introduction must be persuaded. Conflicts with shareholders' right to appoint institutions are also a task that must be resolved. Management has absolute meaning for shareholders who receive dividends from operating profit. On the other hand, for workers who are guaranteed the right to collective action and are paid for their labor according to the contract law and the labor law, the management must be considered as a partner in labor-management cooperation, so the labor director system may cause confusion. There are growing calls to create a system that can form a 'relationship of understanding, participation, and cooperation', away from the existing 'control and command'-centered manpower management that causes labor-management confrontation and the system can also serve as an opportunity to reduce harmful effects of high-handed personnel administration in public institutions.

This study aims to find out the determinants of male police officers' investigative behavior(active investigation vs. secondary victimization) of sexual violence. For this purpose, a hypothetical model which explains the relationships among the 5 variables (knowledge of law about the investigative role, perception of the protective & connective role, prejudice against the sexual violence, active investigation, and secondary victimization) was developed. Using the data collected from 354 male police officers of 3 cities in Gyeongnam area, the hypothetical model was tested. For data analysis, a structural equation modeling was used, and the final model was found(CFI=0.947, IFI=0.948, RMSEA=0.048). As a result of analyzing the model, the followings were found: (1) Active investigation was increased by knowledge of law about the investigative role, and perception of the protective & connective role, while decreased by prejudice against the sexual violence. (2) Secondary vicimization was decreased by knowledge of law about the investigative role. (3) Prejudice against the sexual violence mediate the effects of knowledge of law about the investigative role, and perception of the protective & connective role on active investigation. (4) Prejudice against the sexual violence was found to have no significant effect on secondary victimization. Based on the findings, multi-educational programs, protocols on investigation of sexual violence, professionalization of the police, and changes in investigation environment as well as a system of collaboration and cooperation between police officer and social worker were suggested as a way to increase active investigation and to decrease secondary victimization.

In this study, a fire cause of setting fire to one's own car to collect the insurance is analyzed. Through a close examination of causes of this car fire, it is suggested to improve current practices and institutions: (1) A collection system of fallen vehicle parts or fire debris in the fire site should be established; (2) A system of providing fire site information in detail should be established when a police station requests National Institute of Scientific Investigation (NISI) to examine causes of vehicle fires; (3) When a burned car is suspected of arson, a fire station and a police station should maintain a mutual cooperation system; (4) Procedures of examining the causes of vehicle arson in National Institute of Scientific Investigation (NISI) should be improved; and (5) Recognition of the examination of fire causes and correlation with analysis equipment should be changed.

사용자가 안전한 WiBro 서비스를 받기 위해서 사용자 단말과 ACR(Access Control Router) 간에 인증이 선행되어야 한다. 그렇지 않을 경우, 많은 공격 위험으로부터 노출될 수 있다. 따라서 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)에서는 휴대인터넷(와이브로$^{TM}$) 서비스를 위한 상호 인증 절차 표준을 제정하였다. 이 표준 프로토콜은 PISIM(Portable Internet Subscriber Identity Module)을 이용하여 PE(Portable Equipment)와 ACR 간에 상호 인증을 수행한다. 그러나 표준은 인증에 필요한 메시지의 수가 대체적으로 많은 편이며 PISIM의 분실과 에러가 발생했을 경우에는 사용자는 무선인터넷 서비스를 사용할 수 없게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ACR과 PSS 간에 키 동의 프로토콜을 수행하여 PSS를 인증한다. 이때 PSS의 계산량을 지원하기 위한 PSD(Power Support Device)가 키 동의 프로토콜에 참여하게 된다. 이렇게 생성된 키는 ACR과 안전한 통신 세션을 맺고 있는 KAS(Key Authentication Server)에 PSS의 식별자와 키 정보를 암호화에서 저장한다. 끝으로 제안된 프로토콜의 안전성과 효율성을 분석한다.

Precedent research and development of personal armor and anti-stab wearing system has been conducted since 2018 as a part of the government-affiliated cooperative development project to create the best utilization of present technology and achievement according to the civil and military technical cooperation project promotion law. At present, the armor system operated by the ROK(Republic of Korea) military, the police, and the marine police is utilizing only basic armor using armor vests and plates. Therefore it is necessary to develop the personal armor and anti-stab wearing system which is suitable for various tasks in army with maximum protection capability. In this paper, we analyzed the study about international technologies, market trends of the developed countries and scope of research, utilization plan, R&D results for the best armor and anti-stab wearing system development.

이 연구는 자치경찰제도 도입에 따른 재난대응 실태를 살펴보고 개선방안을 제시하기 위한 목적의 연구로서 연구의 완성을 위하여 경찰의 재난대응 매뉴얼과 관련 통계자료, 법령 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 자치경찰제도가 도입됨에 따라 기존의 범죄예방 및 기타 치안서비스 제공 시스템에 많은 변화가 발생하였다. 자치경찰제도는 기존의 중앙통제식 경찰제도에서 벗어나 각 지역의 실정에 맞도록 경찰을 운용하는 방식이다. 이러한 자치경찰제도 도입에 따라 많은 기대와 우려가 공존하고 있는 상황에서 자치경찰제도의 취약점이라고 볼 수 있는 대규모 인력이 동원 상황 발생 시 대응에 대하여 여전히 의문을 가지고 있다. 그 중 대형 대난 발생 시 자치경찰의 역할이 대하여 살펴본 결과, 현재 경찰이 대형재난 발생 시 대형재난 현장에서 2차 피해 예방을 위한 현장 통제 및 추가적인 재난 피해 예방, 요구호자 구조 등의 업무를 수행한다. 그러나, 자치경찰의 경우 대규모 재난에 대응하기가 쉽지 않은 탓에 대형재난에 취약할 수 밖에 없기 때문에 이 연구에서는 대형 재난 발생 시 기본적인 경찰의 재난 현장 통제 및 2차 피해 예방활동과 함께 인근 지역 자치경찰과 협동 재난 대응 활동 및 컨트롤 타워 등 제안과 같은 방안을 제안하였다.
