본 연구의 목적은 국제결혼한 농촌남성들의 에이전시를 생애사적 맥락에서 재구성하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 생애사적-내러티브 인터뷰 8개를 실시하였고, 인터뷰자료는 Sch$\ddot{u}$tze의 생애사적-내러티브 인터뷰 분석과 Rosenthal의 내러티브식-생애사 인터뷰 분석 방법을 응용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 다중적 소외자로 객체화되고 있는 외부자적 관점과는 달리, 에이전시를 작동시키며 살아가고 있는 주체로 재현되고 있었는데, 주 생활영역인 직업생활에서는 주변부에 자리한 직업적 위치에도 불구하고 자기주도적인 직업생활을 하도록 추동하는 에이전시가, 가정생활에서는 '아래로부터의 다문화주의'를 실현하는 초국가적 가정의 주체로 위치시키는 에이전시가, 그리고 학교생활에서는 탈획일화된 학교의 주체로 자리매김하도록 추동하는 에이전시가 작동되고 있었고 또 현재도 작동되고 있음을 포착하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거해 국제결혼한 농촌남성들에 대한 이해가 전제된 사회복지실천을 하는 데에 시사하는 함의를 제시하였다.

Last year, over 800 Australian live cattle were imported, underwent quarantine procedure for one month in the port of Incheon and Busan and distributed to general farm house holds in Gyeongju city, Gyeongbuk province, and Gimhae city, Namhae county, Gyeongnam province. But Hanwoo association took violent actions to prevent from entering the country for fear that the imported live cattle would destroy the 'Hanwoo industry', and in turn leads to the collapse of the industry. In Australia, national animal protection body 'Animals Australia' investigated the level of cruelty involved in this trade and made a report 'The death file'. Australia governments drive to expand Its market for 'live animal exports' and it has resulted in a corresponding increase In casualties associated with the long-haul overseas trade in live livestock animals over the past years. After the stress of transportation, all the surviving cattle and sheep face death on foreign soil, many into countries which have no animal welfare laws or, at best, inadequate laws. They will usually be killed without pre-stunning and often even without adequate restraint facilities. The result is inherent and persistent suffering. West Australian(WA) Police acting on behalf of the West Australian Government and the Office of the WA State Solicitor have laid animal cruelty charges against a leading WA live export company for breaching the WA Animal Welfare Act. With the aim of eventually substituting it for the live sheep trade, the Senate Select Committee on Animal Welfare (SCCAW) recommended that the Federal Government 'promote and encourage the expansion of the refrigerated sheep meat trade to the Middle East and other countries'. Animal welfare standards have been improved time after time, there is another incident, another public outcry, another inquiry and more assurances.

This thesis attempts to provide a foundation for effective preventative education of middle school students regarding school violence after identifying the level of perception of school violence as well as analyzing perception of preventive education among students. The study compiled data on 474 middle school students from middle schools in Jeollanamdo. The findings of the study are as follows. First, most of the students were aware of the necessity for preventive education regarding school violence. By gender, girls and those of lower grades showed great class participation and satisfaction. Second, research on the preventive education found differences in the seriousness of school violence according to school location. Fourth, preventive education conducted once or twice a month was the most desirable condition for middle school students. As a result, schools should consider gender differences and grade level when, developing an education program in order to prevent school violence.

본 논문에서는 최근 정보통신의 다양한 분야에서 응용되고 있는 USN과 LBS 기술을 이용하여 사회복지 인프라를 위한 서비스 체계화, 상대적 소외계층을 위한 안전체계 구축, 첨단 IT 기술 접목의 복지통신정책 실현, 공공 u-Wellbeing 서비스 시스템 구축을 목적으로 u-Care 서비스 시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 이 서비스는 독거 또는 치매노인, 장애인을 위한 사회복지 서비스로 거주지 실내 활동 현황 모니터링이 가능하며, 실외 활동의 모니터링을 위해서는 초소형 GPS 기반의 위치추적 단말기를 이용하여 보호대상자의 위치정보 및 이동경로를 확인할 수 있다. 또한 보호대상자의 실내 움직임이 감지되지 않거나 위치 및 상태 정보에 이상이 생겼을 시에 사회복지 관련 기관, 경찰, 119, 가족 등에게 SMS로 자동 발송하는 서비스 방식이다.

In this paper, we analyze the current phenomenon of child abuse crimes based on the information gathered by the National Child Protection Agency. The purpose of this paper is to diagnose the seriousness of child abuse by biological parents based on the analyzed information and propose measures against it. Comprehensive and integrated measures are needed for child abuse committed by biological parents due to abuse concealment, continuity of damage, and inactive national intervention by considering punishment on attackers through national intervention, fundamental in-depth psychological counseling, therapeutic care, promoting recovery of victims, and ultimately continuous and regular management and monitoring as a long-terms measure. To do so, developing customized and individual educational programs and make them obligations can be first presented to identify child abuse in advance and build up preventive systems based on the principle of family preservation. In addition, problems should be addressed at a fundamental level by performing various and active therapeutic treatments such as psychological treatment, mental treatment, or drug treatment gradually and through phases for biological parents who commit child abuse and contributing to recovering the relationship. Furthermore, proper protection and treatment service should be provided to children victimized by abuse by extending professional children care facilities and adopting the professional family commission system as measures by separating family.

본 논문에서는 경찰공무원을 대상으로 하여 직무스트레스요인과 직무만족, 조직몰입 간의 영향관계를 살펴보고, 직무 스트레스요인과 직무만족 간의 관계 및 직무만족과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 직무나 조직의 특성과 관련된 직무스트레스요인들이 직무만족이나 조직몰입에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족에 대해 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 직무스트레스요인은 역할모호성과 지각된 비통제감인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 직무만족에서 조직몰입에 미치는 영향관계가 아주 크게 나타났을 뿐만 아니라 유의미하였다. 셋째, 역할과중에도 불구하고 사회적 지지가 높은 집단은 직무만족이 상승한 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 사회적 지지가 높은 경우에는 직무만족이 유의미하게 조직몰입을 증가시킴을 알 수 있었다.

우리나라는 급격한 발전과 더불어 많은 성장을 이루는 과정에서 스트레스에 노출이 정신적 고통을 수반하게 되었고 다양한 사회문제로 나타나며, 응급입원의 빈도가 높아지고 있다. 정신질환자의 경우 '비자의 입원'이 문제가 되며, 경찰, 119구급대원이 정신질환자의 신체억제를 시도하며, 많은 문제점이 노출되고 있다. 이는 정신건강복지법 상 응급입원의 조항의 구성요건이 현실을 반영하지 못해 하나의 정신질환자를 두고 각 기관이 다른 입장을 내며, 응급입원이 원활하게 진행되지 않거나, 관계기관의 마찰로 이어지며 정신질환자의 안전이나, 타인의 안전이 확보되지 못하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 응급입원은 주체가 '정신질환자로 추정되는 사람으로 자신의 건강 또는 안전이나 다른 사람에게 해를 끼칠 위험이 큰 사람을 발견한 사람'으로 정하고 있으며, 그 상황이 매우 급박하여 스스로 입원을 결정하는 입원절차를 거칠 시간적 여유가 없는 경우 의사와 경찰관의 동의를 얻어 응급입원을 의뢰할 수 있다고 규정하고, 이 경우 119구급대원이 정신의료기관까지의 호송하도록 하고 있다. 이러한 응급입원의 조항은 정신의료기관까지 이송하는 과정에 많은 문제를 내포하고 있다. 실무를 담당하는 경찰관이나 119구급대원이 응급입원과정 중 '물리력'을 사용하게 되면, 필연적으로 부작용이 발생하게 되는데, 업무상과실이 문제가 될 수 있으며, 구체적으로는 물리력을 행사할 때 법령에 근거하고 비례원칙에 따른 필요최소한도의 신체억제가 필요하게 되는데, 법령상 119구급대원이나 경찰관의 주의의무의 부재가 결국 다른 법령을 적용하여 해결하게 된다는 것이다. 이에 정신건강복지법 상 응급입원 조항의 주체를 경찰, 소방기관의 장점을 살려 주체를 변경하고, 정신보건법의 시행규칙으로 신체보호대 사용을 정의하고, 규정함으로써 119구급대원과 경찰관의 주의의무를 설정하고 정신질환자가 안전하게 치료받을 수 있도록 이송에 대한 환경을 조성함으로써 자기 또는 타인의 위험을 내포하고 있는 정신질환자 또한 안전한 환경에서 정신의료기관으로 이송될 수 있는 계기가 될 것이다.

지금까지 군인가족(배우자) 복지를 주제로 한 연구는 주로 소극적 복지차원에서 군인아파트 개선, 별거가족 치료 및 심리안정, 복지시설 개선 등에 한정됨으로써 군인가족의 취업지원 등과 같은 적극적인 지원 정책과 노력은 미흡하였다. 군인가족에 대한 최고의 복지는 수혜적 복지가 아니라 취업을 통한 능동적인 복지라 할 수 있다. 때문에 군인가족의 취업 확대를 위해서는 잦은 이사, 별거, 격오지 거주 등 열악한 취업 환경에 처해 있는 군인가족의 취업제약 요인들을 극복하기 위한 방안이 강구되어야 한다. 또한 군인가족 복지에 대한 인식의 전환, 군인가족에 대한 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램 확대 적용의 법제화, 지자체 및 관련 기관과의 협업을 통한 취업기회 확대, 국방개혁과 연계한 군인가족 유망 일자리 창출 등과 같은 적극적인 정책이 추진되어야 한다. 이를 위해 이 글은 정부기관 및 지방자치단체, 군부대의 협업 노력을 강조하고 있다.

Online and offline are not separate worlds, especially for adolescents. Many friends in offline settings originally met each other online, but cross-domain influences have rarely been examined. This study aims to examine how much time adolescents spend with peers in online and offline settings, and how time spent with peers influences their online and offline delinquent behaviors during their middle school years. This study used data from the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). We focused on students for whom information was available from all three years of middle school. We used a cross-lagged panel model to examine the bi-directional effect of online and offline behaviors over time. Results show that more time spent with peers offline was associated with more offline delinquency, and more time spent with peers online was associated with more online delinquency. Cross-domain influences were also found: more time with peers offline increased online delinquency, and vice versa. However, this adverse cross-domain influence was observed only for male adolescents, not for female adolescents. Implications for intervention programs are discussed for male and female adolescents.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.
