This study was aimed to analyze how images of information society were embodied in contemporary fashion design. To find out images of information society expressed in contemporary fashion design, this paper reviewed the characteristics of information society, and, found out six categories of contemporary fashion design in which the information society was expressed. Cyber environment causes techno style clothing which is characterized by the metallic or lustrous material and mechanical message. And interest in new materials increased significantly. Time-space compression makes the meaning of time and space change, therefore the past, present and future are coexist in the contemporary fashion design. The boundaries has loosed, so, heterogeneous materials and colors are used in fashion design all together. Variety and plurality affect expression of individuality and self-concept. Flexibility increased, so, soft and pliable clothing increased, too. Finally, quality of life is considered as more important value than quantity, so, luxurious look and zen style appear. Also, minimalism which is characterized as simplicity and purity affects the contemporary fashion design.

A classification ensemble method aggregates different classifiers obtained from training data to classify new data points. Voting algorithms are typical tools to summarize the outputs of each classifier in an ensemble. WAVE, proposed by Kim et al. (2011), is a new weight-adjusted voting algorithm for ensembles of classifiers with an optimal weight vector. In this study, when constructing an ensemble, we applied the WAVE algorithm on the double-bagging method (Hothorn and Lausen, 2003) to observe if any significant improvement can be achieved on performance. The results showed that double-bagging using WAVE algorithm performs better than other ensemble methods that employ plurality voting. In addition, double-bagging with WAVE algorithm is comparable with the random forest ensemble method when the ensemble size is large.

Design of ocean fishways as eco-movement passages for turbine structures, sluice structures and barrages of a environmentally-friendly tidal power system through which fish can pass are suggested. The ocean fishways comprise a plurality of fishways to allow fish to move between the sea-side and the lake-side of the barrages and turbine structures and sluice structures. It is demonstrated that the inventive ocean fishways are cost effective to construct and environmentally-friendly eco-movement passages for fish and benthos to move between sea-side and lake-side without passing through the turbine blades of a tidal power plant in operation.

The Governing Council of UNIDROIT at its 90th session adopted on 10 May 2011 the third edition of the Principles of International Commercial Contracts("UNIDROIT Principles 2010"). The UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts first published in 1994 and in a second edition in 2004, are taken by legislators worldwide as a model for contract law reform and increasingly used in international contracting and arbitration practice, as well as by the courts to interpret and supplement the applicable domestic law. The UNIDROIT Principles are particularly useful to parties when negotiating and drafting international contracts. The new edition of the Principles, UNIDROIT Principles 2010, prepared by a group of experts from all over the world including representatives of numerous international organizations and arbitration centers. The UNIDROIT Principles 2010 contain new provisions on restitution in case of failed contracts, illegality, conditions, and plurality of obligors and obligees, while with respect to the text of the 2004 edition the only significant changes made relate to the Comments to Article 1.4.

In a motion estimation method for use in encoding a moving picture, a full-pixel motion vector is estimated by stochastically sampling a pixel to be processed in a predetermined-sized block of a previous frame or a next frame as a reference frame for each of a plurality of equal-sized blocks in a current frame. Then, a half-pixel motion vector is estimated based on the full-pixel motion vector. Accordingly, both the calculation amount and the calculation time required for the motion estimation are effectively reduced. Further, it can be prevented that the hardware becomes complicated. .

Two types of aggressive behavior were produced by selective breeding in ICR mimce. NC900 line mice exhibited high level of species-typical, isolation-induced aggression, conversely, NC100 line mice exhibited little aggression. The present study tested the hypothesis that these differences involved brain monoamine systems. Comparisons of microdissected samples from various brain regions showed that NC100 line mice had significantly lower concentrations of dopamine. DOPAC and HVA in the nucleus accumbens (NAB) and caudate nucleus (NCU) than NC900 line. Homogenate binding studies demonstrated that NC100 mice had significantly increased density of $D_1$ dopamine receptor, but not $D_2$ dopamine receptor in the caudate nucleus. These results support the hypothesis that central dopamine pathways play an important role in modulating the genetically selected differences in aggressive behavior, and of which intensity differs from TEX>$D_1$\;and\;$D_2$ dopamine receptors.

In this paper, remote control and surveillance monitoring system of HID street-lamp using low-cost type of Zigbee communication module was developed. A plurality of capacitors with different capacity are attached to magnetic ballast for HID lamps. Changes in the amount of illumination can be adjusted by the changes in capacity so that the electric energy can be reduced. In Zigbee communication module, a ATmega128L microprocessor is used and in main CPU, ARM9 Core is used to construct a low-cost smart system. In surveillance monitoring systems, the system was configured to remote monitoring of presence of error in the lamp abnormalities, the status of leakage current and abnormalities of ballasts and capacitors and the validity of the proposed empirical experiment was confirmed.

In this paper a new distributive control system for BA(Building Automation ) lighting control used on general microprocessors is presented. For optimal lighting control and saving energy, The system have to control the group and pattern lighting control as well as individual light control at one time. Tn this paper, This functions are accomplished with low-cost and simple microprocessor. A plurality of modulated light control terminals are connected to the central control unit through a pair of power line. This power line provide both power and signal to the each terminal and the data is transmitted through cyclic time division multiplex transmission. With this structure a low-cost distributive control system for lighting applications has been achieved, allowing energy and maintenance saving and reliability increase of the light control system.

We examine the meanings of two plural forms in Korean. Kwak (2003) and Jun (2004) claimed that unmarked (i.e. zero) plural forms denote groups and 'deul' plural forms denote sums, and Kang (2007) indicated problems in such claims. Soon after, Jun (2007) raised an objection to Kang's view by slightly modifying his former analysis, and now this paper is a reply to Jun (2007). Jun's revision of his former view is one step forward but still it is faced with many authentic counter examples. In the mean time, Noh (2008) raised an objection to Kang (2007) from a totally different direction, claiming that unmarked forms are not plural but only singular. This position is not sound, either. We have so many cases where unmarked forms are used with plural interpretation. All in all, our view that unmarked forms denote singular as well plural individuals(sums, groups) and 'deul' forms denote only plural individuals(sums, groups) is to be maintained.
