With increasing interest in the 4th industrial revolution, data-driven scientific methodologies have developed. However, there are limitations of data collection in the real estate field of research. In addition, as the public becomes more knowledgeable about the real estate market, the qualitative sentiment comes to play a bigger role in the real estate market. Therefore, we propose a method to collect quantitative data that reflects sentiment using text mining and k-means algorithms, rather than the existing source data, and to predict the direction of housing index through artificial neural network learning based on the collected data. Data from 2012 to 2019 is set as the training period and 2020 as the prediction period. It is expected that this study will contribute to the utilization of scientific methods such as artificial neural networks rather than the use of the classical methodology for real estate market participants in their decision making process.

In the future, infotainment systems are expected to play a pivotal role in mobility ecosystems connecting users and vehicles. This study draws user-experience factors from reviews of Android Auto, a car infotainment application, and analyzes factors that affect satisfaction. The user-experience factors of infotainment have been redefined based on previous studies. To analyze actual user-experience factors, topics are obtained, applied, and interpreted from user discourse through topic modeling. Sentiment analysis and logistic regression are used to determine positive and negative user-experience factors that affect satisfaction. Results of the empirical analysis show that Ease of Use and Understandability are factors that have the greatest impact on satisfaction, and Flexibility, Safety, and Playfulness are factors that have the most critical effect on dissatisfaction. Therefore, this paper suggests ways to improve the satisfaction level of the infotainment system, and establishes a strategy accordingly.

National park is one of the important types of protected area management systems established by IUCN and a management model for effective conservation and sustainable use of natural and cultural heritage in countries around the world, and it assumes important roles in conservation, scientific research, education, recreation and driving community development. This study takes Liaohe National Park in China, a typical representative of global coastal wetlands, as a case study, and uses python technology to collect travelogues and reviews of visitors from Mafengwo.com, Ctrip.com, Go.com, Meituan.com and Dianping.com as a source, and the text spans from 2015 to 2022. The results show that wildlife resources, natural landscape with river and sea, wetland ecology and fishing and hunting culture of northern China are fully reflected in the perceptions of visitors to Liaohe National Park. However, there is still much room for improvement in terms of supporting services and facilities, public education and tourists' experience and participation in Liaohe National Park. In this paper, we use python data visualization technology to study the public perception of wetland wildlife as the theme, and grasp the satisfaction, spatial distribution, activity content and emotional tendency of the public in the process of wetland wildlife as the theme, so as to better promote the Liaohe National Park to better carry out the public experience while strictly adhering to ecological protection, and to provide the Liaohe National Park with a better opportunity to This will provide scientific basis for the Liaohe National Park to play a better role in ecological civilization construction and education of ecological civilization awareness.
Due to the explosive growth of mobile application services, categorizing mobile application services is in need in practice from both customers' and developers' perspectives. Despite the fact, however, there have been limited studies regarding systematic categorization of mobile application services. In response, this study proposed a method for categorizing mobile application services, and suggested a service taxonomy based on the network clustering results. Total of 1,607 mobile healthcare services are collected through the Google Play store. The network analysis is conducted based on the similarity of descriptions in each application service. Modularity detection analysis is conducted to detects communities in the network, and service taxonomy is derived based on each cluster. This study is expected to provide a systematic approach to the service categorization, which is helpful to both customers who want to navigate mobile application service in a systematic manner and developers who desire to analyze the trend of mobile application services.
This study identifies consumers' perceived benefits and costs when using Samsung Health (a healthcare app) based on consumer reviews from Google Play Store's app and social media discourse. We examine the differences in the benefits and the costs of Samsung Health using these two sources of data. We conducted text frequency analysis, clustering analysis, and semantic network analysis using R programming. The major findings are as follows. First, consumers experience benefits and costs on several functions of the app, such as step counting, device interlocking, information acquisition, and competition with global consumers. Second, the results of semantic network analysis showed that there were eight benefit factors and three cost factors. We also found that the three costs correspond to the benefits, indicating that some consumers gained benefits from certain functions while others gained costs from the same functions. Third, the comparison between consumer app review and social media discourse showed that the former is appropriate to assess the performance of app functions, while the latter is appropriate to examine how the app is used in daily life and how consumers feel about it. The current study suggests managerial implications to healthcare app service providers regarding what they should strengthen and improve to enhance consumers' satisfaction. It also suggests some implications from the two media, which can be mutually complementary, for researchers who study consumer opinions.

As the memory capacity of smartphone increases, the type and amount of privacy stored in the smartphone is also increasing. but recently there is an increasing possibility that various personal information such as photos and videos of smartphones may be leaked due to malicious apps by malicious attackers or other people such as repair technicians. This paper analyzed and studied the security and vulnerability of these vault apps by analyzing the cryptography algorithm and data protection function. We analyzed 5.3.7(June 13, 2022) and 3.3.2(December 30, 2020) versions of AppLock, the most downloaded information-hidding apps registered with Google Play, and found various vulnerabilities. In the case of access control, there was a vulnerability in that values for encrypting patterns entered by users were hardcoded into plain text in the source code, and encrypted pattern values were stored in xml files. In addition, in the case of the vault function, there was a vulnerability in that the files and log files for storing in the vault were not encrypted.
This text is an attempt to understand the psychological meaning of panic attacks occurring in the young people in their early twenties who play music. A panic attack is a type of anxiety neurosis known to occur primarily in their twenties and is characterized by extreme fear and terror accompanied by various symptoms in the autonomic nervous system. Situations with occurring panic attacks were examined in three cases combined with panic attacks and mood swings, suicidal ideation, and self-mutilating behaviors, and the psychological meaning of panic attacks was reviewed for each case. In the first case, panic attacks make one think or reflect with consciousness for someone who wants to remain unconscious. In the second case, for one who hesitates to move forward in life and finds oneself in conflict, panic attacks open the inner mind and allow one to come in touch with one's deeper mind, thereby opening possibilities to transcend the conflict. In the third case, one experience the instinct and impulse of desiring to realize the unconsciousness as panic attacks and thereafter consciously realize the impulse as well. Their panic attacks, which all seem to have different meanings, are likely a powerful approach of the unconsciousness to urge a renewal from the consciousness level of the youth period.

The present study aimed to examine the hepatoprotective effects of ethanol extracts from steam-dried ginseng berry (SGBE) in both $\text\tiny{D}$-Galactosamine/Lipopolysaccharide ($\text\tiny{D}$-GalN/LPS)-sensitized mice and in vitro models. Our results clearly demonstrated that SGBE significantly reduced the level of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, and lactate dehydrogenase in blood, and $TNF{\alpha}$ was normalized in 8 h after the treatment with $\text\tiny{D}$-GalN/LPS. Coincidently, major organs remained unimpaired when compared to $\text\tiny{D}$-GalN/LPS control group. Moreover, p38, which stimulates expression of NAFLD-associated cytokines, was markedly inhibited when treated with SGBE. In vitro analysis revealed that the main components of SGBE, linoleic acid and ginsenoside Re/Rd, may play a role in protecting liver from $\text\tiny{D}$-GalN/LPS-induced toxicity. Finally, we concluded that SGBE may be a promising therapeutic agent for preventing damage to the liver.
The objective of this paper is to investigate translated individual words in J. S. Gale's "Choon Yang" in comparison with its original OkJoongHwa("獄中花") while referring to early modern bilingual dictionaries and missionaries' ethnography. Gale faced a lot of translation difficulties because the source text had a very different cultural system from the object text. OkJoongHwa was a Korean pansori novel which meant it included many Korean characteristics. However, Gale considered its Korean characteristics were deeply connected with Chinese classics. Even famous people and place names cited from the Chinese classics in OkJoongHwa represented the Korean thinking. Gale tried to faithfully translate the source text as much as possible whether the words were Chinese or Korean. In this paper, we deal with mostly various translation aspects of the Chinese-letter words in OkJoongHwa. Gale's first method to translate words made of Chinese Character is transliteration, the examples of which are the name of Chinese famous people and places, and Chinese poems. The second method is to parallel transliteration and English interpretation equivalent to the Chinese Character. The examples are the names of main characters like "Spring Fragrance or Choonyang," "Mongyong, or Dream-Dragon" and in his translation of word play in Osa (Commissioner), or Kamsa (Governor), kaiksa (a dead beggar). The third is literal translation of Chinese idiomatic phrases as Gale translated 侵魚落雁 into "She'd make the fishes to sink and the wild-geese to drop from the sky." The fourth is a little free translation of the title of public office, the various names of Korean yamen servants and the unique Korean clothing and ornaments. We expect Gale's many translation difficulties as we can see the translated long list of yamen clerks and Korean clothing and ornaments. After our investigation of his translation practices in "Choon Yang" we conclude that he tried to translate its literary language very faithfully though he could not avoid inevitable loss caused by the cultural difference involved in two languages. Gale's "Choon Yang" contributed to introducing the uniqueness of the classical Korean novel and Korean culture to the world more than any other English translation works of that time through his faithful translation.
General users who use smartphone apps often use the Vault app to protect personal information such as photos and videos owned by individuals. However, there are increasing cases of criminals using the Vault app function for anti-forensic purposes to hide illegal videos. These apps are one of the apps registered on Google Play. This paper proposes a methodology for extracting feature points through XML-based keyword frequency analysis to explore Vault apps used by criminals, and text mining techniques are applied to extract feature points. In this paper, XML syntax was compared and analyzed using strings.xml files included in the app for 15 hidden Vault anti-forensics apps and non-hidden Vault apps, respectively. In hidden Vault anti-forensics apps, more hidden-related words are found at a higher frequency in the first and second rounds of terminology processing. Unlike most conventional methods of static analysis of APK files from an engineering point of view, this paper is meaningful in that it approached from a humanities and sociological point of view to find a feature of classifying anti-forensics apps. In conclusion, applying text mining techniques through XML parsing can be used as basic data for exploring hidden Vault anti-forensics apps.
