The purpose of this study is to identify the problems and present the improvement measures by assessing the suitability of planning of provincial natural parks on a legal basis. We assessed the suitability of 29 provincial parks to examine the suitability of park planning (special-purpose district planning and facilities planning) according to the Natural Park Act, implementation of the park projects, and registration of Korea Real estate Administration intelligence System (KRAS) for park management and obtained the following results. In the case of the park nature conservation districts among the special-purpose districts, 24.1 % (7 parks) were not feasible or decided the park facility that was larger than the planned area. The amended law requires the park cultural heritage district as a new special-purpose district, but 41.2% did not designate the district or failed to comply with the standard. Moreover, there was a problem of establishing or announcing the plan that was unsuitable for the management of park village district (former collective facilities district). Although provincial parks are categorized as the restricted area, the park facility plans still focus on regional development and tourism development, and the titles (names) of the park facilities are wrong. The law requires digitalization and disclosure of park plans, but many parks fail to abide by the law. We judge that it is necessary to develop effective provincial park planning and establish the measures to protect and manage the provincial parks.

High-rise mixed-use buildings are consisted of various facilities and circulations. Since various facilities and circulations are planned in a single site, circulation planning should be established after identifying the exact characteristics of facility and circulation. To this end, the components of the circulation planning in accordance with the formation of facility types are analyzed through the survey of experts based on Delphi Method. To identify the characteristics of the mixed-use buildings, by figuring out how the elements of circulation planning which are sought to be important by the planner has been reflected through analysis of the correlation between two sections. Researching on the circulation between two sections through Delphi Method and reflected circulation planning, it reaches the conclusion that the circulation of planning on the subject building is applied following the importance. In other words, the components of circulation planning which were sought to be important by the planner are reflected significantly when they planned the circulation planning on that mixed-use buildings. However, in case of design on the outdoor vehicle circulation, minimizing on the vehicle circulation at the 1st floor is not applied for the majority of the subject buildings different from the importance. In early 2000, high end residential buildings designed for mixed-use building have been specialized at vehicle-centered outdoor space and hotel style drop-off. Contrastively, sizable outdoor space at the 1st floor is designed to open to the residents and the local by minimizing the vehicle circulation in recent. Finally it shows that the way of circulation planning has been changed in accordance with time and trend.
This study has set up a plan to establish a trail as a means of maximizing a community by using the residents' living materials and unused facilities that a village holds now. A local archive is a place where the records and living materials collected from a village are preserved, displayed and shared with others, serving as a complex space with multiple functions. To apply the idea of 'utilizing a local archive', the empirical study was conducted by making an analysis of trail resources of Baekryeong Island and local archive application resources. Local archive resources were selected through evaluation of connection of trail routes by investigating and discovering the unused facilities of Baekryeong Island village and the depreciation level and scale of them. And actual local archive living references were investigated and collected through in-depth interviews of villagers. Also, through planning of trails by region, limitations of investigation activities were improved and various tangible and intangible resources owned by Baekryeong Island were utilized to enable effective and distinctive investigation activities and experiences. Unused facilities were surveyed and chosen to take advantage of the local archive space, along with in-depth interviews with the residents living in Baekryeong Island. In addition, the current conditions for the trail routes were checked out in order to 'point out the final routes'.
This study aims to draw up a basic plan to construct an agricultural theme park in a farming city as a way of establishing its regional identity represented by "Three Whites". Sangju, Kyongsangbuk-do which is the subject area of the study has been well-known for "Three Whites (rice, silkworm cocoon and dried persimmon)." The purpose of the study is to take a closer look at the folk life and culture of Sangju and develop tourism resources to promote regional development and competitiveness of the city. This study was conducted in several phases in consideration of the characteristics of plan and design, on the basis of the theoretical review of agricultural tourism. In the first phase, planning conditions were analyzed as per development objectives. In the second phase, strategies and concepts were established for the theme park, based on which development methods were decided by phase and facility. Then, a preliminary review was conducted on functions and facilities to introduce to the theme park. In the third phase, a comprehensive plan was drawn up, which includes basic plans for respective parts. In consideration of the characteristics of the study, construction was not looked at in detail. The total size of land subject to the study is approx. $97,960m^2$, which was divided into four separate zones--Sambaek Cultural Experience Zone, Natural Observation & Experience Zone, Agricultural Life Experience Zone and other facilities zone--in order to connect facilities, functions and experience with the physical characteristics of the city, and separate space planning was conducted for each zone. The outcome of the study carries significance as an example of alternative tourism which considers regional characteristics, develops local resources and makes use of obsolete rural facilities, in what is called the eco-friendly development where nature and eco-system, landscape and culture, and recreation and leisure come together as one.

This research as an obstacle -free living environment certification mandatory school facilities based on studies of BF accreditation indicators of school facilities, BF Survey and Analysis amenities installation status of school facilities based on the certified assessment indicators and school facilities improvement of the accreditation indicators for BF was to explore. Excellent facilities via one of the surveyed schools selected as school facilities, the comparison analyzing the current status and BF certification evaluation indicators within the facility, the intermediate facility entry access, handicapped parking areas, main entrance item BF was to meet the minimum standards of accreditation indicators. For internal facilities BF accreditation indicators have applied the same criteria to all buildings less than that is not reflected in layout and space planning, environmental planning of school facilities was analyzed that showed the limits conflict with installation.
This research analyzed the effects of satisfaction factors of rural experience of city dwellers. The main research results are summarized as follows. The selection attributes for the rural experience of urbanites were divided into their interests into the programs, variety of the programs and convenience of the facilities. According to the multiple regression analysis, interests into the programs had impacts on the level of satisfaction. The types of rural tourism had statistical relevance with people's interests into the programs, convenience of the facilities and variety of the programs. In addition, those at the age of 40 to 50 reported higher satisfaction in their interests of the programs and convenience of the facilities among the general attributes of the respondents. In occupation, office workers had higher satisfaction in their interests into the programs while homemakers were more satisfied than others in convenience of the facilities and variety of the programs. When it comes to the monthly family income, those in the group who earn 2 to 3 million won a month had higher satisfaction in terms of convenience of the facilities and variety of the programs.
The objective of this study is to analyze 1) the law system in relation with the development permissions 2) characteristics of the development permissions change 3) especially focusing on the development permissions changes in agricultural, forestry and fisheries facilities in light of socio - economic conditions in Korea Greenbelt. The following results were obtained: 1) The purpose of Greenbelt in Korea is to control the land use in order to protect the surrounding areas from urbanization. 2) During the 1990s, the number of formulated development regulations increased one and half times than that of the previous decades(1970s 1980s). The main reasons are advancements of local autonomy and democratization. 3) Three patterns were observed with respect to ease the regulations in agricultural, forestry and fisheries facilities those are: (1) increase in types of businesses ; (2) increase the maximum area permitted ; (3) decrease in qualification for establishing facilities. 4) There were few development permissions in a agricultural, forestry and fisheries facilities in consideration to the regional agricultural condition. The development permissions were only during the period of restricted to use ($1979.12{\sim}1993.11$). We propose that the authority of development permission should be given to the local autonomy government, because the local government has the knowledge of its individual agricultural conditions.

As a result of rapid aging speed in our society, many problems related to elderly people have happened in many parts of our society. Among them, supply for elderly housing is one of the biggest problems. To solve these problems, 'long-term care insurance' has been put in operation from July 2008. By the time of the insurance operation, Ministry of Health and Welfare is increasing facilities every year according to '10-year expending plan of Care service infra' from 2002. As a result, the supply rate of elderly facilities has been raised. But the differences of facility supply rate between regions are very high in some cases. Therefore older people who need care sometimes cannot get proper care services in some areas. In that case, the frail older people have to use other care facilities of other regions. This is not a proper situation from the point of "Aging in Place". In order to prevent that case, it is necessary to set up proper 'Daily Living Spheres' and establish elderly care plan for it. Considering the points above, this study proposes the size of 'Daily Living Spheres' for the elderly, the kind and amount of elderly care facilities in it for the construction of Community Based Elderly Care System.
