  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location decision direction for land use planning of public land development. And this research proposed the school location decision direction for urban amenity. So this research present the implication on urban planning and design for architecture, park-school complex. This study perform the relationship with land use planning out side environment of school land. This research proved the fact that the school land relationship with the park, the other school land etc. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction, urban design and city policy.

  • 유연한 planning system은 로봇이 다양한 임무를 수행하기 위해서 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 변화하는 환경에 대응할 수 있는 automated planning system architecture를 소개한다. 심볼릭 기반의 task planning을 위해 PDDL을 활용하였으며 실시간 환경 정보 업데이트를 위해 그래프 데이터베이스를 이용한다. 제안한 구조는 시나리오 기반 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

Comparison of Machine Learning Analysis on Predictive Factors of Children's Planning-Organizing Executive Function by Income Level: Through Home Environment Quality and Wealth Factors

  • Background and objective: This study identifies whether children's planning-organizing executive function can be significantly classified and predicted by home environment quality and wealth factors. Methods: For empirical analysis, we used the data collected from the 10th Panel Study on Korean Children in 2017. Using machine learning tools such as support vector machine (SVM) and random forest (RF), we evaluated the accuracy of the model in which home environment factors classify and predict children's planning-organizing executive functions, and extract the relative importance of variables that determine these executive functions by income group. Results: First, SVM analysis shows that home environment quality and wealth factors show high accuracy in classification and prediction in all three groups. Second, RF analysis shows that estate had the highest predictive power in the high-income group, followed by income, asset, learning, reinforcement, and emotional environment. In the middle-income group, emotional environment showed the highest score, followed by estate, asset, reinforcement, and income. In the low-income group, estate showed the highest score, followed by income, asset, learning, reinforcement, and emotional environment. Conclusion: This study confirmed that home environment quality and wealth factors are significant factors in predicting children's planning-organizing executive functions.

  • The objective of study is to propose theoretical basis for applying planning elements to Environment-friendly Public Land Development in integrated perspective of 'eco' and 'health'. For this purpose, First, the definition of 'Environment-friendly Public Development' and the interrelation between 'eco' and 'heath' as the component element of it are proposed. Secondly, based on internal and external case studies, eco and health related planning elements are deprived. And to assess the planning elements efficiently, representative planning elements are selected by each content. Thirdly, based on the analysis of specialist question, how the selected planning elements contribute to the improvement of human health and ecosystem is assessed. The result of study could be useful to reflect the regional condition and to predict the effect of the application.

  • Despite the many significant advances made in robot architecture, the basic approaches are deliberative and reactive methods. They are quite different in recognizing outer environment and inner operating mechanism. For this reason, they have almost opposite characteristics. Later, researchers integrate these two approaches into hybrid architecture. In such architecture, Reactive module also called low-level motion control module have advantage in real-time reacting and sensing outer environment; Deliberative module also called high-level task planning module is good at planning task using world knowledge, reasoning and intelligent computing. This paper presents a framework of the integrated planning and control for mobile robot navigation. Unlike the existing hybrid architecture, it learns topological map from the world map by using MST (Minimum Spanning Tree)-based SOFM (Self-Organizing Feature Map) algorithm. High-level planning module plans simple tasks to low-level control module and low-level control module feedbacks the environment information to high-level planning module. This method allows for a tight integration between high-level and low-level modules, which provide real-time performance and strong adaptability and reactivity to outer environment and its unforeseen changes. This proposed framework is verified by simulation.

고령화사회의 주거환경 계획방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Planning Direction of Living Environment for the Aged)

Various characteristics - physiological. psychological and social peculiarities - of the aged are analyzed and studied in preceding paper to grope planning factors of architectural spaces by referring to sundry records from many branch gerontology, medical science. psycology. sociology. etc. - of knowledge in a position of architectural planning. So. in this paper. the directions of planning residential environment for the aged are studied on the base of those planning factors of architectural spaces. there are room(X$_1$). unit home(X$_2$), public housing(X$_3$), residential district(X$_4$) as dwelling spaces for the aged in X axis and safety(Y$_1$). hygiene(Y$_2$). convenience (Y$_3$), comfortableness (Y$_4$). psychology ($Y^5$), aesthetics ($Y^6$). society ($Y^7$). economy ($Y^8$) as the terms desired to spaces in Y axis. And the directions of planning residential environment for the elderly are studied by discussing mutual matters relevant to the subject on the cells of matrix formed by X. Y axis. In planning residential environment for the elderly. their physiological. psychological. social characteristics should be considered thoroughly and many types of dwelling spaces should be built. Then they can take up their abode to suit their conditions easily.

  • 우리나라는 경제개발과 물류 유통의 증대를 위해 사회기반시설인 도로에 막대한 투자를 하고 있다. 이로 인해 생태적 보전가치가 있는 지역의 훼손과 생태계의 파편화, 생활환경의 악화 등의 환경적 문제가 야기되고 있다. 본 연구는 도로 건설로 인한 환경훼손을 사전에 방지하거나 최소화할 수 있도록 도로건설계획의 기본구상과 노선선정 단계에서 적용 가능한 계획지표를 도출하였다. 이를 위해 도로와 관련된 행정규칙과 전략환경영향평가서 검토의견, 기존 연구보고서 등을 분석하였으며, 선정된 계획지표에 대한 적용사례를 조사하였다. 또한 도출된 지표를 도로건설계획에 효율적 합리적으로 적용 평가하기 위한 방법으로 대안 평가를 제안하였으며, 대안 평가 시 계획지표에 대한 환경영향을 판단할 수 있는 기준을 마련하고 사례에 적용하였다. 이번 연구결과는 과거의 도로건설계획에 대한 친환경성 지표를 보완하고 계획지표의 합리적 적용을 위한 방안과 계획지표의 영향 여부 판단기준을 마련했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

실해역 환경을 고려한 선박의 최적항해계획 알고리즘 연구 (A Study on Ship Path Planning Algorithm based on Real-time Ocean Environment)

  • Unlike terrestrial transportation, marine transportation should consider environment factors in order to optimize path planning. This is because, ship's path planning is greatly influenced by real-time ocean environment-sea currents, wave and wind. Therefore, in this study, we suggest a ship path planning algorithm based on real-time ocean environment using not only $A^*$ algorithm but also path smoothing method. Moreover, in order to improve objective function value, we also consider ship's moving distance based on ship's location and real-time ocean environment data on grid map. The efficiency of the suggested algorithm is proved by comparing with $A^*$ algorithm only. This algorithm can be used as a reasonable automatics control system algorithm for unmaned ship.

  • This study suggested 'Environmental Friendly City Model' and 'Energy Planning Process' according to the increasing necessity of 'Energy Saving Green City and 3 technologies like (1)Urban Spatial Modeling, (2)Urban Energy Consumption, (3)Urban Energy Supply Planning technologies were suggested which are able to support sustainable urban energy planning'. The results are as follows. (1)E-GIS modeling system was suggested as a 'Planning Supporting System'. (2)Urban Energy Consumption Algorithm was systemized with planning information of E-GIS DB. (3)Urban Energy System Location was deduced by integrating E-GIS DB and ANN algorithm.
