This study is aimed at the deduction of the important priority factors by setting the comprehensive rate in each of the economy, sociability and environmental areas for the sustainable development of fishing villages. As the research methods, review of domestic and overseas literature and Delphi questionnaire survey on experts, and hierarchical structure analysis were executed. Accordingly, this study is aimed at providing the basic data at the time of establishing plans by assessing the level of importance and priorities for each item through the deduction of the elements necessary for the fishing village plan. Key results of the study are as follows. First, as the results of review of domestic and overseas literature related to sustainability indices of fishing villages, a total of 50 items in the areas of economy, sociability and environment were deduced. Second, validity for each area was confirmed through Delphi questionnaire survey on experts. Third, as the results of factor analysis conducted on the basis of the hierarchical structure analysis for detailed items for each sector, 3 factors in the economic area, 2 factors in the social area and 3 factors in environment area were deduced. Fourth, as the results of the relative importance of the higher tiers, economic sector (0.528) displayed results that are more than 2 times higher than the social (0.261) and environmental (0.212) sectors. Establishment of foundation for independent competition (0.105), balanced development of small fishing village (0.086) and population engaged in economic activities in comparison to the fishing village population (0.077) were analyzed as the most important detailed items. Based on these results, experts pointed out that the economic sector is most important for the sustainable development of fishing village and, in detail, priority must be placed on the balanced development on the basis if the extent of independence of the fishing villages, and emphasized activation of residents engaged in economic activities in fishing villages in order to support them. That is, in order to increase the level of independence of the fishing villages, it was determined that there is a dire needs for expansion of diversified specialized businesses and infrastructural facilities through agreement by the residents capable of economic activities, and means of activating fishing villages through securing of budget at the local autonomous government level to provide support for the residents.

This study of the data of the high school judo player is subject to induction leader leadership athletes to analyze the impact on the player satisfaction and performance - a man of 290 people 121 people (41.7%), female 169 people (58.3%) was used as a target sample of the study. Behavioral training and instruction to improve player satisfaction for the leadership of the induction leadership, democratic behavior, social support behavior, reward positive behaviors, and configure the survey on the leaders of the overall leadership behavior. The results showed that leadership is influencing the player satisfaction, appeared to reap good results in performance enhancement, the leader of the social support behavior, influenced by the order of the overall behavior of the leader, the higher the better player satisfaction will reap the results. In addition, the director of leadership training and instruction of the leaders in the impact on the play ability behavior, democratic behavior, social support act, the overall behavior was found to affect the performances. Therefore, if the progress is erected lead dozens of leaders exercise planning and career planning under an agreement rather than a coercive players and make a lot of good results to enhance the player experience and improve performances.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the monitor unit obtained from various methods for the treatment of superficial cancers using electron beams. Thirty-three breast cancer patients who were treated in our institution with 6, 9, and 12 MeV electron beams, were selected for this study. For each patient, irregularly shaped treatment blocks were drawn on simulation film and constructed. Using the irregular blocks, monitor units to deliver 100 cGy to the dose maximum (dmax) were calculated from measurement and three-dimensional radiation treatment planning (3D RTP) system (PINNACLE 6.0, ADAC Laboratories, Milpitas CA) Measurements were made in solid water phantom with plane parallel (PP) chamber (Roos, OTW Germany) at 100 cm source-to surface distances. CT data was used to investigate the effect of heterogeneity. Monitor units were calculated by overriding CT values with 1 g/㎤ and in the presence of heterogeneity. The monitor unit values obtained by the above methods were compared. The dose, obtained from measurement in solid water phantom was higher than that of RTP values for irregularly shaped blocks. The maximum differences between monitor unit calculated in flat water phantom at gantry zero position were 4% for 6 MeV and 2% for 9 and 12 MeV electrons. When CT data was used at a various gantry angle the agreement between the TPS data with and without density correction was within 3% for all energies. These results indicate that there are no significant difference in terms of monitor unit when density is corrected for the treatment of breast cancer patients with electrons.

Recently there are growing arguments about the needs to improve Cadastral Resurvey Projects more efficiently and rationally since the projects have realistically started. This study aims to analysis some problems of the projects and finds out the solutions. With this purpose, we have surveyed some literatures related to the demonstration projects, and then have examined some similar domestic urban development projects and international Cadastral Resurvey Projects in order to apply their appropriate tools to the present or future projects. Generally the execution process of Cadastral Resurvey Projects has four steps and this study arranges the main problems in each steps. In the result it suggests that some improvements should change as the followings. (1) It is more effective to take planning-based approach than project-based one. (2) The project boundary needs to be decided with the rectangular patterns not the irregular ones for the efficient project. (3) The adjusting the current baseline of agreement should be reconsidered because too high baseline may make the project difficult to progress. (4) Not only systematical public relations to promote the projects but also a variety of incentives to induce the public participations is very important to solve the problems of involvement. (5) Institutional tools for collaborate planning is also desirable to solve the conflicts among stakeholders rationally and effectively.
The time for evacuation of residents in emergency planning zone(EPZ) of Uljin nuclear site in case of a radiological emergency was estimated with traffic analysis. Evacuees were classified into 4 groups by considering population density, local jurisdictions, and whether they ate residents or transients. The survey to investigate the behavioral characteristics of the residents was made for 200 households and included a hypothetical scenario explaining the accident situation and questions such as dwelling place, time demand for evacuation preparation transportation means for evacuation, sheltering place, and evacuation direction. The microscopic traffic simulation model, CORSIM, was used to simulate the behavior of evacuating vehicles on networks. The results showed that the evacuation time required for total vehicles to move out from EPZ took longer in the daytime than at night in spite that the delay times at intersections were longer at night than in the daytime. This was analyzed due to the differences of the trip generation time distribution. To validate whether the CORSIM model fan appropriately simulate the congested traffic phenomena assumable in case of emergency, a benchmark study was conducted at an intersection without an actuated traffic signal near Uljin site during the traffic peak-time in the morning. This study indicated that the predicted output by the CORSIM model was in good agreement with the observed data. satisfying the purpose of this study.
During last five years several workshops and seminars among social work educators, in and out country, has taken place. In those gatherings there has been, criticism on American model on which curriculum of social work in Korea has mainly based, and many proposals which most developing countries should consider and adopt for developing their own curriculums. The proposals could be summarized as follows; 1. Specification of developmental functions of social work should be made so that the curriculum could involve. It also must come from own societal needs and own national development task. 2. Social work should participate and make contribution to plan and solve the main social problems in own countries. 3. Clarification of educational objective in undergraduate level should be made and one of them must be related to the first professional degree. 4. There should be the courses which provide the content of macro level participation. How much of the proposals are reflected in the current curriculum of Korea? What are the problems Korean social work education has been faced in connection with reflecting the proposals? What kinds of task we should or could perform in order to adopt the proposals? These are the questions which deserved to be studied. The followings are the answers to the questions; 1. The new courses such as social welfare policy and planning, Social Development, Population Dynamics and Family Planning, Social problems, Special Issues in Social Welfare, etc, are placed in the curriculum. 2. Though the new courses are added the courses of case work, group work, and community organization are strongly remained it means that integrative method is not quite adopted and that conflicts are taking place between new and old fashion. 3. Fieldwork placement policy has been changes from concurrent to block and from social work method oriented to social problem oriented. 4. There are lack of integration among the all courses, of consistency between pre and post courses and connection among the related courses. 5. Establishment of image of social worker with B, A. degree should be urgently taken place. It can't be done by social work field alone but by cooperation with all the forces related to the social work practice. 6. B. A. graduate should have a common base of knowledge and competence. It could be come from the clear and specified objectives of undergraduate level education. And agreement among the member schools on the objectives can call on the fundamental similarities in each curriculums. Different programs from one school to another can be tolerated as long as there are fundamental similarities among the schools. Basic concepts and framework of social work should be kept clearly. It is a slow and long process to make social work recognized as a profession in the developing countries. Korea can't be and exception. Failure of having social work be indegenous can't be the reason to refuse an change the basic concepts of social work. One of he most important task which social work education in Korea must achieve in the near future is to establish the minimum requirement courses in the curriculum. Social work field, on the other hand, must find the positions for the social works in the various settings and institute. Clear role and image of social worker can be obtained by doing that.
This study is analyzed based on the statistical data for the effect of Kyoto Protocol which is adopted on 1997. The first greenhouse gas obligation reduction countries such as OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), and the first non-obligated developing countries such as China and India, the increasing rate of carbon dioxide emission displayed -10.2% and 88.1% in 2005 with respect to 1990, respectively. This increasing rate is not only shows statistically significant differences but also shows significant meanings when we consider the global increasing rate of carbon dioxide is 29.1%. Changes in the carbon dioxide emissions are also analyzed based on the time of the adaptation of Kyoto Protocol, time of the publication of the second and third reports of IPCC, and withdrawal of the Kyoto Protocol of the United States. Withdrawal of the Kyoto Protocol of the United States is the most significantly affected to the differences in the carbon dioxide emission rates rather than the adaptation of Kyoto Protocol, international agreement on the greenhouse gas reduction, and belief on the scientific evidence for the reasons for increasing carbon dioxide concentrations. Therefore, acceptance of the post-Kyoto Protocol in the United States is very important in order to success as a climate regime.

Purpose: Intraoral scanners, desktop scanners, and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) are being used in a complementary way for diagnosis and treatment planning. Limited patient-based results are available about dimensional reproducibility among different three-dimensional imaging systems. This study aimed to evaluate dimensional reproducibility among patient-derived digital models created from an intraoral scanner, desktop scanner, and two CBCT systems. Materials and Methods: Twenty-nine arches from sixteen patients who were candidates for implant treatments were enrolled. Different types of CBCT systems (KCT and VCT) were used before and after the surgery. Polyvinylsiloxane impressions were taken on the enrolled arches after the healing period. Gypsum casts were fabricated and scanned with an intraoral scanner (CIOS) and desktop scanner (MDS). Four test groups of digital models, each from CIOS, MDS, KCT, and VCT, respectively, were compared to the reference gypsum cast group. For comparison of linear measurements, intercanine and intermolar widths and left and right canine to molar lengths were measured on individual gypsum cast and digital models. All measurements were triplicated, and the averages were used for statistics. Bland-Altman plots were drawn to assess the degree of agreement between each test group with the reference gypsum cast group. A linear mixed model was used to analyze the fixed effect of the test groups compared to the reference group (α=0.05). Result: The Bland-Altman plots showed that the bias of each test group was -0.07 mm for CIOS, -0.07 mm for MDS, -0.21 mm for VCT, and -0.25 mm for KCT. The linear mixed model did not show significant differences between the test and reference groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The linear distances measured on the digital models created from CIOS, MDS, and two CBCT systems showed slightly larger than the references but clinically acceptable reproducibility for diagnosis and treatment planning.
This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of the collapsed cone convolution (CCC) algorithm for dose calculation in a treatment planning system (TPS), CorePLAN$^{TM}$. We implemented beam models for various setup conditions in TPS and calculated radiation dose using CCC algorithm for 6 MV and 15 MV photon beam in $50{\times}50{\times}50cm^3$ water phantom. Field sizes were $4{\times}4cm^2$, $6{\times}6cm^2$, $10{\times}10cm^2$, $20{\times}20cm^2$, $30{\times}30cm^2$ and $40{\times}40cm^2$ and each case was classified as open beam cases and wedged beam cases, respectively. Generated beam models were evaluated by comparing calculated data and measured data of percent depth dose (PDD) and lateral profile. As a result, PDD showed good agreement within approximately 2% in open beam cases and 3% in wedged beam cases except for build-up region and lateral profile also correspond within approximately 1% in field and 4% in penumbra region. On the other hand, the discrepancies were found approximately 4% in wedged beam cases. This study has demonstrated the accuracy of beam model-based CCC algorithm in CorePLAN$^{TM}$ and the most of results from this study were acceptable according to international standards. Although, the area with large dose difference shown in this study was not significant region in clinical field, the result of our study would open the possibility to apply CorePLAN$^{TM}$ into clinical field.
A Varian Portal Dosimetry system was compared to an isocentrically mounted MapCHECK 2 diode array for volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) QA. A Varian TrueBeam STx with an aS-1000 digital imaging panel was used to acquire VMAT QA images for 13 plans using four photon energies (6, 8, 10 and 15 MV). The EPID-based QA images were compared to the Portal Dose Image Prediction calculated in the Varian Eclipse treatment planning system (TPS). An isocentrically mounted Sun Nuclear MapCHECK 2 diode array with 5 cm water-equivalent buildup was also used for the VMAT QAs and the measurements were compared to a composite dose plane from the Eclipse TPS. A ${\gamma}$ test was implemented in the Sun Nuclear Patient software with 10% threshold and absolute comparison at 1%/1 mm (dose difference/distance-to-agreement), 2%/2 mm, and 3%/3 mm criteria for both QA methods. The two-tailed paired Student's t-test was employed to analyze the statistical significance at 95% confidence level. The average ${\gamma}$ passing rates were greater than 95% at 3%/3 mm using both methods for all four energies. The differences in the average passing rates between the two methods were within 1.7% and 1.6% of each other when analyzed at 2%/2 mm and 3%/3 mm, respectively. The EPID passing rates were somewhat better than the MapCHECK 2 when analyzed at 1%/1 mm; the difference was lower for 8 MV and 10 MV. However, the differences were not statistically significant for all criteria and energies (p-values >0.05). The EPID-based QA showed large off-axis over-response and dependence of ${\gamma}$ passing rate on energy, while the MapCHECK 2 was susceptible to the MLC tongue-and-groove effect. The two fluence-based QA techniques can be an alternative tool of VMAT QA to each other, if the limitations of each QA method (mechanical sag, detector response, and detector alignment) are carefully considered.
