Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) are introduced as complex, interconnected systems that combine physical components with computational elements and networking capabilities. They bridge the gap between the physical world and the digital world, enabling the monitoring and control of physical processes through embedded computing systems and networked communication. These systems introduce several security challenges. These challenges, if not addressed, can lead to vulnerabilities that may result in substantial losses. Therefore, it is crucial to thoroughly examine and address the security concerns associated with CPS to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of these systems. To handle these security concerns, different existing security requirements methods are considered but they were unable to produce required results because they were originally developed for software systems not for CPS and they are obsolete methods for CPS. In this paper, a Security Requirements Engineering Methodology for CPS (CPS-SREM) is proposed. A comparison of state-of-the-art methods (UMLSec, CLASP, SQUARE, SREP) and the proposed method is done and it has demonstrated that the proposed method performs better than existing SRE methods and enabling experts to uncover a broader spectrum of security requirements specific to CPS. Conclusion: The proposed method is also validated using a case study of the healthcare system and the results are promising. The proposed model will provide substantial advantages to both practitioners and researcher, assisting them in identifying the security requirements for CPS in Industry 4.0.

Results: In the basic field of physical therapy, all subjects were shown the high score of the satisfactory in face-to-face classes except for the public health and medical law compared to the non-face-to-face classes and mixed classes. Regarding the field of physical therapy diagnostic evaluation, the principle of diagnostic evaluation was shown the high score of the satisfactory in face-to-face classes compared to the non-face-to-face classes and mixed classes. In the field of physical therapy intervention, all subjects were shown the high score of the satisfactory in face-to-face classes compared to the non-face-to-face classes and mixed classes. Conclusion: We found that the face-to-face classes in most of subjects was shown the high score of satisfactory. We believed that our results can be used as basic data for physical therapy major learning methods.
Nano particles have recently been a major research interest, motivated by their unusual physical and chemical properties. Such particles can be synthesized using physical and chemical methods. The physical methods need expensive installation like vacuum induction furnace, whereas in chemical methods the process in generally very simple and low cost. In this study, simple and new fabrication process by using ultrasound was investigated to prepare the nano-sized metal particles on various powders at room temperature.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine risk factors and methods in balance assessment associated with fall in older adults. Methods : This article describes many of the tools that can be used to evaluate the physical parameters associated with fall risk in older adults. Results : Composite ratings of performance(Tinetti balance assessment, Guralnik test battery, Berg balance scale, modified-physical performance test) measures the score compounding the balance measure to determine fall risk. Static balance instruments are composed of FICSIT-4 that measures the ability of maintaining foot positions and CTSIB that measures postural stability. Dynamic balance instrument is composed of functional reach test. To measure walking velocity and mobility, 8-foot up-and-go test and walking around two cones are used. We can use 1-RM and to measure muscular strength, isokinetic dynamometery, and 30-second chair stand to measure lower extremity muscle strength. Conclusion : The described instruments are easy to use and widespread. To select and use these tool kits carefully is considered to be helpful in identifying those who are most likely to fall. The final part of the article includes a brief discussion of the potential role of exercise training interventions to improve these physical parameters and prevent falls.
The purpose of this study was to identify correlation of stress, coping patterns and physical symptoms in cancer patient's caregiver. The stress was measured by VAS(Visual Analogue Scale). The coping methods were measured using the modified Ways of Coping Questionnaire by Yang (1998) and the actual physical symptoms were investigated. The phases of patient illness consisted of 1st (initial) stage, and 2nd (recurred) stage and 3rd (terminal) stage based on literature (Lewandowski & Jones, 1988). The data were collected by a survey conducted from March to July, 2000 and which included 196 cancer patients' caregivers from two hospitals in Seoul. The data were analyzed using paired t-test, unpaired t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results were as follows: 1. The average of caregivers' stress scores was 62.5. Problem-focused coping methods were significantly used more than emotion-focused coping methods by the cancer patients' caregiver. The mean number of caregivers' physical symptom was 1.03. 2. There were significantly high level of stress in women, those who were more than 60 years old, those who had a low education level, those who had no job, those who are patients' wives' and those who are terminal patients' caregiver. There were significantly low levels of coping in women, those who were more than 60 years old, those who had low education levels, those who had no job and those who are patients' wives. There were significantly higher number of physical symptoms in women, and those who have no job. 3. Caregivers' stress was significantly correlated to problem-focused coping methods (r=-.21, p=.006), and physical symptom (r=-.28, p=.0001). In conclusion, attempts to develop nursing interventions for cancer patients' caregiver in women, those who are more than 60 years old, with a low education level, have no job, and are cancer patients' wives could have an improvement on positive coping methods and provide relaxation from stress in the patients' experience.

The present study aimed to investigate rapid weight loss (RWL) and consequent physical and psychological challenges among judo athletes at the national athlete training center in 2017. The following results were obtained. Judo athletes used weight loss methods such as "gradually reduce meal portion," "skip meals," "limit water intake," "wear sweat suit for training," and "use sauna," and had physical and mental distress from such unhealthy weight management practices. Information about weight loss was obtained from "colleagues or senior athletes," "Internet," and "head coach or coach," and not experts such as nutritionists or physicians. Thus, athletes are recommended to employ healthy weight control methods based on advice from experts, such as nutritionists and physicians.
Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the mouthguard awareness and educational needs for coping methods of oral and maxillofacial trauma in physical education department students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 250 male students in gyeonggido and Jeonbuk province from June, to August, 2015. survey was conducted from June to August, 2015. The students were those who played taekwondo, football, and kendo. Except incomplete answers, 229 data were analyzed. The Cronbach alpha of mouthguard awareness was 0.838, and that of educational needs for coping methods for oral and maxillofacial injuries was 0.843 in the study. Results: Those who wore mouthguards tended to have higher score of awareness and the demand of coping methods for oral and maxillofacial injuries was higher than those who did not. Those who had higher awareness of mouthguards and oral health maintained their good oral health. Conclusions: The mouthguard is very important to protect from the oral and maxillofacial injuries in sports play, it is important to emphasize the mouthguard wearing in the physical education department students.
Purpose: Among computer users, the awkward posture and workstation setups of workers contribute to work-related upper limb musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of a traditional physical therapy and ergonomic intervention by physical therapists in 4 computer users. Methods: After checking Visual Analogue Scores (VAS), four subjects who were treated by physical therapy for neck and shoulder problems related to VDT syndrome were enrolled in the study. All subjects spent at least 40 hours per week at a computer workstation. All subjects had pain and ergonomic states evaluated using methods such as VAS, Neck Disability Index (NDI), Workstyle short form, Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), and OSHA VDT checklist (Occupational Safety and Health Administration video display terminal) before a physical therapy + ergonomic intervention. Participants were re-evaluated 1 month later. Results: Participants showed more improvement of their neck pain after being treated with a physical therapy plus ergonomic intervention than when treatment consisted only of physical therapy. Improvements in RULA, Workstyle short form, and OSHA VDT checklist also were achieved. Conclusion: This case study suggests the importance of examining the work habits and work-related postures of subjects who complain of neck and shoulder pain that is exacerbated by computer use. Personalized ergonomic interventions and physical therapy can lead to improvement of patients with VDT syndrome.
The physical therapy that is in use nowadays, especially thermotherapy, aquatherapy and manual therapy, has been around since humans started to live on the earth. In primitive times, when men were injured while hunting, they washed the wound in clean water and dried it out in the sunshine. They also soaked their bodies in hot springs to decrease physical fatigue. This primitive Korean traditional physical therapy was in common use among people throughout the Koguryo, Koryo and Chosun dynasties. Historical records show that some kings in those days recommended to their men these methods to treat any chronic disease or illness. This was often thought of as a positive means of treatment. Korean traditional physical therapy has been developed, and the scientific effects of therapy have been proven. Korean traditional physical therapy is used extensively in hospitals and clinics to treat many kinds of diseases and illnesses. Unfortunately some methods that have not been medically substantiated as an effective treatment are being used by practitioners. In this situation there is an urgent need for scientifical research and data regarding any unproven physical therapy techniques.
