[ABS/PC/Triphenyl Phosphate/Transition Metal Chloride] 컴파운드의 열분해 거동 연구 (Study on the Thermal Decomposition Behavior of[ABS/PC/Triphenyl Phosphate/Transition Metal Chloride] Compounds)

  • Chloride계 전이금속 촉매의 존재 하에서 ABS/PC/triphenyl phosphate 컴파운드의 열분해 거동을 TGA(thermogravimetric analysis)를 통해서 조사하였다. Chloiide계 전이금속 촉매(cobalt chloiide, ferric chloride, nickel chloride 및 zinc chloride)는 ABS/PC/triphenyl phosphate 컴파운드의 열분해 과정에서 화학반응을 야기하여, 질소분위기에서 숯(char) 형성이 관찰되었으며, $600^{circ}C$에서 $3\~l3\%$의 비휘발성 눈을 형성하였다. 이와 같은 질소분위기에서의 ABS/PC/triphenyl phosphate 컴파운드의 숯 생성은 chloride계 전이금속 촉매의 가교효과(crosslinking effect)로 추정된다. 한편, 공기분위기에서는 생성된 숯은 고온 산화반응에 의해서 역분해되었다.

  • The effects of heavy metals on the growth rate and phosphate metabolism of Chlorella elliposidea cells were investigated. Chlorella cells were cultured in the media treated with Hg(0.3, 0.7, 0.9 ppm), Cd(1, 5, 15ppm), and Zn(1, 5, 50ppm) for 6days. Aliquots cells were taken out at the inoculation and at intervals during the culture, and measured packed cell vlolume and optical density. The inhibitions of heavy metals on the growth rate and chlorophyll contents were traced. Also after 6 days culture, the amounts of inorganic phosphate and organic compounds of various fractions in Chlorella cells were observed. The turbid effects of heavy metals on the growth rate and chlorphyll contents of Chlorella cells were in order of Hg>Cd>Zn. Because heavy metals depressed the biosynthesis of inorganic polyphosphates and nucleic acids and turn over of inorganic phosphates, the amounts of various phosphate compounds were decreased. The inhibitory effect of photosynthesis by heavy metals resulted in lower contents of carbohydrate. Due to the turbidity of biosynthesis of amino acids by heavy metals, contents of protein were reduced in comparison with those of control. It is suggested conciusively that the minimum concentrations affected by heavy metals on the growth rate and phosphate metabolism of Chlorella cells were 0.7 ppm Hg, 15ppm Cd, 50ppm Zn.

  • In order to interpret the effect of IAA on the phosphate metabolism and biosynthesis of organic compounds, Saccharomyces uvarum were cultured in the media treated with various concnetration of IAA $(10^{-3}M,\;10^{-5}M,\;10^{-7}M)$. Sampling at the beginning and intervals of culture, yeast cells fractionated were traced the contents of inorganic phosphate and organic compounds of various fractions. 1. Growth of Saccharomyces uvarum were enhanced by IAA $(10^{-3}M,\;10^{-5}M)$ and phosphate contents in DNA and RNA fractions treated with IAA were accelerated 2.3 times and 2 times in comparison with those of control. 2. Amounts of poly-P"A" and poly-p"B" were increased but poly-P"C" decreased during the culture. Therefore, it is considered that poly-P"C" play on most important role as a phosphate pool. 3. It is suggested that because phosphate contents in DNA, protein and lipid fractions increased, inorganic phosphates required phosphates required RNA were transferred from phosphates in cytoplasm, because these increased slowly during the culture. 4. Alkali-labile protein were accelerated by IAA and alkali stable protein only were inhibiction were enhanced by IAA while, ethanol : ether soluble fraction was induced by $10^{-7}M$ IAA in comparison with those control.X> IAA in comparison with those control.

패각을 이용한 인산칼슘계 화합물의 제조에 관한 연구 (A study on the preparation of phosphatic calcium compounds using the shell resources)

  • 패각으로부터 얻어지는 고순도의 소석회와 탄산칼슘을 이용하여 인산1수소칼슘, 수산화아파타이트, 골회 및 인산3칼슘과 같은 인산칼슘계 화합물을 제조하였다. 인산2수소칼슘은 고순도의 소석회와 인산용액을 이용하여 제조하였으며, 그리고 인산1수소칼슘을 출발원료로 하여 고상반응법에 의해 골회를 제조하였고 또 수열처리법을 이용하여 수산화아파타이트를 제조하였다. 인산3칼슘의 제조는 골회와 고순도의 탄산칼슘을 혼합한 뒤 고상반응시켜 제조하였다. 본 연구에서는 이상과 같은 인산칼슘계 화합물에 대한 최적의 제고공정 및 제조 조건을 확립하였다.

저압 나노여과 공정에서의 유해성 유기물질의 거동 (Behavior of Hazardous Organic Compounds in Low-Pressure Nanofiltration Process)

  • Behavior of hazardous organic compounds including bisphenol A, phtalic acid, and phosphoric acid in low pressure nanofiltration process were investigated. In the case of NTR729HF, rejection of all target organic compounds except 2-H-Benzothiazol and 2-isopropyl phenol was more than 90%. The lowest rejection for 2-H-Benzothiazol was observed in another membranes. The UTC60 and UTC20 showed similar rejection characteristics of hazardous organic compounds. Although the rejection of Bisphenol A, n-buthyl benzenesulfoneamide, N-ethyl-p-toluensulfonamide, 2-H-benzothiazol, p-t-butylphenol and 2-isopropyl phenol was less than 30%, the rejection of tributyl phosphate, triethyl phosphate, camphor, 2,2,4 trimethyl 1,3 pentandiol and diphenyl amine was more than 90% in the case of UTC60 and UTC20. The rejection characteristics of various hazardous organic compounds were converted into one parameter Ks, which was proposed in the diffusion-convection model. The Ks of hazardous organic compounds were discussed by comparing with their solute size represented by Stokes radius. The diffusion convection model considering Ks was successful to interpret rejection characteristics of hazardous organic compounds by low-pressure nanofiltration membranes.

Hydrolysis of p-Nitrophenyl Acetate and p-Nitrophenyldiphenyl Phosphate in Micellar Solution by N-Chloro Compounds : Involvement of Counter Ions in Micellar Catalysis

  • Hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate (PNPA) and p-nitrophenyldiphenyl phosphate (PNPDPP) by N-chloro compounds in micellar solution were studied. N,N'-dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium salt (DCI) in cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTACl) micellar solution gave pseudo first-order kinetics. But, DCI in cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTABr) micellar solution showed typical series first-order kinetics - fast hydrolysis of the esters and concomitant slow decay of the hydrolyzed product, p-nitrophenolate. The hydrolysis rate was decreased as the hydrophobicity of N-chloro compounds was increased, which is the opposite trend to the usual bimolecular micellar reaction. This curious behavior of the N-chloro compounds in the catalytic hydrolysis of PNPA and PNPDPP in a cationic micellar system can be best explained by participation of counter ions of the surfactants during hydrolysis.

시금치에서 분이한 엽록체의 인산대사에 관한 연구 (A Study on Phosphate Metabolism of Chloroplast Isolated from Spinach)

  • In order to observe the phosphate metabolism in chloroplast, the contents of inorganic phosphate and various compounds in chloroplast from spinach leaf tissues were investigated during the reaction in the light and dark in the reaction mixture and the turnover of phosphate in chloroplast was compared with that of whole cell system: 1. The phosphorus of DNA in chloroplast appears to be transferred from inorganic phosphate, while in whole cell system from phosphate pool. 2. $^{32}P-phosphate$ content of acid soluble fraction in chloroplast as well as in whole cell system was more increased in the light than dark during the reaction. It was noted to be caused by the stimulation of sugar phosphate synthesis in the light. 3. It was confirmed that polyphosphate exists in chloroplast as well as whole cell. Acid insoluble polyphosphate content in whole cell system was significantly decreased during the reaction and the similar tendency was also observed in chloroplst. It is, therefore, considered that acid insoluble polyphosphate also play an most important role as a phosphate pool respectively in chloroplast and in cytoplasm. 4. Protein and lipid phosphorus in chloroplast as well as whole cell system were transferred from acid insoluble polyphosphate.

Bactericidal Efficacy of a Powder Disinfectant Containing Phosphate Compounds Against Salmonella Typhimurium

  • 살모넬라증은 가축에 심각한 피해를 유발하는 질병으로, 축산업과 식품산업에 많은 경제적 손실을 초래하고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 복합 인산염을 주성분으로 하는 분말 소독제의 Salmonella Typhimuriums에 대한 살균효과 시험을 수행하였다. 배지희석법을 이용한 살균효력시험은 $4^{\circ}C$에서 30분 동안 시험 세균을 희석 소독제에 노출시켜 소독제의 가장 효과적인 낮은 희석배수를 결정하는 시험이다. 본 분말 소독제와 시험 세균을 처리조건에 따라 경수와 유기물로 희석하여 반응을 시켰다. 유기물 조건에서, Salmonella Typhimurium에 대한 소독제의 살균력은 경수조건에서의 살균력과 비교하여 낮게 나타났는데, 이는 유기물들에 의한 소독제의 살균 유효성분에 대한 저해작용에 따른 것으로 사료된다. 분말 소독제는 Salmonella Typhimurium과 같은 병원체에 대해 살균효과를 가지므로, 살모넬라증과 같은 세균성 질병의 확산을 제어하는데 효과적으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Study on the of the Correlation between Soil Chemical Properties and Bioactive Compounds of Acer tegmentosum Maxim.

  • This research was carried out to investigate the correlation between soil chemical properties and bioactive compounds of Acer tegmentosum Maxim. The methods of determining bioactive compounds were determined by high performance liquid chromatography, that contained (-)-gallocatechin (0.04±0.01 ~ 0.43±0.28%), salidroside (0.90±0.06 ~ 3.86±0.59%), tyrosol (0.03±0.00 ~ 0.43±0.00%), (-)-catechin (0.05±0.01 ~ 0.37±0.14%), 6'-O-galloylsalidroside (0.02± 0.01 ~ 0.31±0.06%), (-)-epicatechin-gallate (0.01±0.00 ~ 0.04±0.01%). The soil chemical properties analysis such as soil pH, electric conductivity (EC), organic matter (OM), total nitrogen (TN), available phosphate (Avail. P2O5), exchangeable cation and cation exchange capacity (CEC) were performed following the standard manual. The correlation analysis between soil chemical properties and bioactive compounds of A. tegmentosum, soil pH, available phosphate and exchangeable cation (Ca2+ and Mg2+) were negatively correlated with content of salidroside. On the other hand, soil exchangeable cation (Na+) showed positive correlation with content of salidroside. The results of this study was able to investigate the correlation between soil chemical properties and bioactive compounds of A. tegmentosum.

Chlorella의 인산대사에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Phosphate Metabolism in Chlorella, with Special Reference to Polyphosphate)

  • Yung Nok Lee (Dept. of Biology, Korea University) : Studies on the phosphate metabolism in Chlorella, with special reference to polyphosphate. Kor. J. Microbiol., Vol.2, No.1, p1-11 (1964). 1. Uniformly $^{32}P$-labeled Chlorella cells which were irradiated with Cobalt-60 gamma-rays of about 70, 000 $\gamma$ dose, were further grown in a standard "cold" medium ("hot".rarw."cold"), and some portions of the algae were taken out at the begining of, and at intervals during the culture, and subjected to analyze the contents of $^{32}P$- and total P in various fractions of the cell materials. Results obtained were compared with those of nonirradiated normal cells. 2. Amounts of phosphate in various fractions of the nonirradiated normal Chlorella cells were measured using uniformly $^{32}P$--labeled cells. Analysis of the $^{32}P$--labeled algal cells showed that the highest value in P-content was the fraction of RNA followed by those of lipid, polyphosphate "C" polyphosphate "B", DNA, nucleotidic labile phosphate compounds, polyphosphate "A" and protein. It was observed that content of total polyphosphates in a single Chlorella cell was almost equal to RNA-P content in the cell, and the amount of RNA-P was almost equal to ten times of DNA-P content. 3. When the $^{32}P$--labeled algae which were irradiated with gamma-rays were grown in a normal "cold" medium, phosphate contents in the fraction of DNA, nucleotidic labile phosphate compounds and protein decreased markedly, while the contents of phosphate in the fractions of polyphosphate "C" and potyphosphate "B" increased in comparison with those of unirradiated normal cells. So, it was considered that the pretreatment of above mentioned dose of gamma-ray inhibited DNA and protein synthesis from polyphosphate in Chlorella cells. 4. Proceeding the culture of $^{32}P$--labeled Chlorella in a "cold" standard medium, whose synthetic activity of DNA and protein from polyphosphate was disturded by gamma-ray irradiation, the amounts of $^{32}P$-in the fraction of polyphosphate "C" increased, in contrast with those of polyphosphate "B" fraction. According to these experimental results, it was inferred that polyphosphate "B" could transform into polyphosphate "C" in normal growing Chlorella cells.sults, it was inferred that polyphosphate "B" could transform into polyphosphate "C" in normal growing Chlorella cells.ing Chlorella cells.
