Perspective dynamical systems arise in machine vision problems, in which only perspective observation is available. This paper considers the state estimation problem for a rigid body moving in three dimensional spaces using the image data obtained by a CCD camera or some other means. Because the motion of the rigid body and the observed data are generally corrupted by noises, it is necessary to seek a state estimation method to reduce the influence of the noises. In this paper, by means of computer simulations for a simple example, we examine the sensitivity to the noises of the nonlinear observer developed in the recent paper ([1] R. Abdursul, H. Inaba and B. Ghosh, Nonlinear observers for perspective time-invariant linear systems, Automatica, vol. 40, Issue 3, pp. 481-490, 2004) and the effectiveness of the Extended Kalman Filter.

우리나라의 과학기술은 선진국 수준에 이르고 있지만, 이를 뒷받침하는 표준/규격 분야는 그 수준에 못 미치고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 미국 규격체계의 발전 동향과 우리나라의 국가표준(KS, KlCS) 및 국내민간 규격체계에 대해서 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 국방 표준/규격 체계의 현 실태를 분석하고 3가지 측면에서 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 국방표준 분류체계 분야에서는 국방 분야에서 표준, 규격, 핸드북을 명확하게 정의하고 국방 표준과 국방 핸드북의 제정대상을 식별하였다. 둘째, 국방표준 제정절차 분야에서는 민간주도(상향식)형의 표준/규격 제정절차를 제시하였고, 마지막으로 '국방규격작성 표준지침' 분야에서는 국방 표준, 규격, 핸드북의 표기법 및 현재 도면번호 체계의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 개선안을 제시하였다.

Many studies in risk management have been focused on management process, contract relation, and risk analysis in the past decade, but very few studies have addressed project risks from the perspective of risk efficiency. This study started with using Fault Tree Analysis to develop a framework for the decision-making support system of risk management from the perspective of risk efficiency, in order for the support system to find risk strategies of optimal combination for the project manager by the trade-off between project risk and cost of project strategies. Comprehensive and realistic risk strategies must strive for optimal decisions that minimize project risks and risk strategies cost while addressing important data such as risk causes, risk probability, risk impact and risk strategies cost. The risk management in the construction phase of building projects in Taiwan upon important data has been analyzed, that provided the data for support system to include 247 risk causes. Then, 17 risk causes were extracted to demonstrates the decision-making support system of risk management from the perspective of risk efficiency in building project of Taiwan which could reach better combination type of risk strategies for the project manager by the trade-off between risk cost and project risk.

In the development of linear perspective, Brook Taylor's theory has achieved a special position. With his method described in Linear Perspective(1715) and New Principles of Linear Perspective(1719), the subject of linear perspective became a generalized and abstract theory rather than a practical method for painters. He is known to be the first who used the term 'vanishing point'. Although a similar concept has been used form the early stage of Renaissance linear perspective, he developed a new method of British perspective technique of measure points based on the concept of 'vanishing points'. In the 15th and 16th century linear perspective, pictorial space is considered as independent space detached from the outer world. Albertian method of linear perspective is to construct a pavement on the picture in accordance with the centric point where the centric ray of the visual pyramid strikes the picture plane. Comparison to this traditional method, Taylor established the concent of a vanishing point (and a vanishing line), namely, the point (and the line) where a line (and a plane) through the eye point parallel to the considered line (and the plane) meets the picture plane. In the traditional situation like in Albertian method, the picture plane was assumed to be vertical and the center of the picture usually corresponded with the vanishing point. On the other hand, Taylor emphasized the role of vanishing points, and as a result, his method entered the domain of projective geometry rather than Euclidean geometry. For Taylor's theory was highly abstract and difficult to apply for the practitioners, there appeared many perspective treatises based on his theory in England since 1740s. Joshua Kirby's Dr. Brook Taylor's Method of Perspective Made Easy, Both in Theory and Practice(1754) was one of the most popular treatises among these posterior writings. As a well-known painter of the 18th century English society and perspective professor of the St. Martin's Lane Academy, Kirby tried to bridge the gap between the practice of the artists and the mathematical theory of Taylor. Trying to ease the common readers into Taylor's method, Kirby somehow abbreviated and even omitted several crucial parts of Taylor's ideas, especially concerning to the inverse problems of perspective projection. Taylor's theory and Kirby's handbook reveal us that the development of linear perspective in European society entered a transitional phase in the 18th century. In the European tradition, linear perspective means a representational system to indicated the three-dimensional nature of space and the image of objects on the two-dimensional surface, using the central projection method. However, Taylor and following scholars converted linear perspective as a complete mathematical and abstract theory. Such a development was also due to concern and interest of contemporary artists toward new visions of infinite space and kaleidoscopic phenomena of visual perception.

본 연구는 한국 민간경호시스템 운영에 대한 문제점들을 다각도에서 분석하고 또한 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 개선방안을 모색할 필요성이 제기되므로, 민간경호시스템의 운영에 관한 경영적 측면, 정책적 측면, 법${\cdot}$제도적 측면, 경호시스템의 운용적 측면에서 효율적인 운영방안을 제시하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있으며, 질적사례연구방법으로 연구하였다. 본 연구에서의 결론 및 제언하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경영적 측면에서는 기업여건의 변화에 따른 성장전략을 재편, 세분시장 마케팅전략이 전개되어야 한다. 그리고 최저가입찰제등 도급방식의 개선과 아울러 민간경호업체들 간에는 과당경쟁을 지양해야 한다. 둘째, 정책적 측면에서는 경찰청, 경비협회 등 관계기관 기능 확대와 상호협력체제 구축, 수익성행사의 민영화, 민간경호에 대한 의식의 향상, 그리고 시큐리티 박람회 및 세미나를 확대하여 민간경호시스템의 발전에 근간이 되어야 한다. 셋째, 법${\cdot}$제도적 측면에서는 환경변화에 따른 경비업법의 개정, 자격 제도의 도입, 경비지도사 제도를 강화해 경호원의 지도${\cdot}$감독${\cdot}$교육의 임무를 충실히 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 마지막으로, 경호시스템 운용적 측면에서는 전문 시큐리티 기법의 도입 및 적용, 공경호와 자원봉사자의 지원시스템 수립, 표준 ‘경호업무매뉴얼’ 마련, 그리고 경호장비의 현대화${\cdot}$첨단화가 되어야 민간경호업무가 효율적으로 운영될 것이다.

In recent years, text mining has been used to extract meaningful insights from the large volume of unstructured text data sets of various domains. As one of the most representative text mining applications, topic modeling has been widely used to extract main topics in the form of a set of keywords extracted from a large collection of documents. In general, topic modeling is performed according to the weighted frequency of words in a document corpus. However, general topic modeling cannot discover the relation between documents if the documents share only a few terms, although the documents are in fact strongly related from a particular perspective. For instance, a document about "sexual offense" and another document about "silver industry for aged persons" might not be classified into the same topic because they may not share many key terms. However, these two documents can be strongly related from the R&D perspective because some technologies, such as "RF Tag," "CCTV," and "Heart Rate Sensor," are core components of both "sexual offense" and "silver industry." Thus, in this study, we attempted to discover the differences between the results of general topic modeling and R&D perspective topic modeling. Furthermore, we package social issues from the R&D perspective and present a prototype system, which provides a package of news articles for each R&D issue. Finally, we analyze the quality of R&D perspective topic modeling and provide the results of inter- and intra-topic analysis.

In this paper the sway-control problem of a container crane is investigated in the perspective of controlling an underactuated mechanical system. For fast loading/unloading of containers from the ship, quick suppression of the remaining swing motion of the container at the end of each trolley stroke is crucial. Known nonlinearities are fully incorporated by feedback linearization. Robustness is enhanced by variable structure control. Compared with the linear LQ control, much better performance can be obtained.

So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry. And this paper gives a guideline of introduction ITIL

In this paper, we report detection and recognition of vehicle logo from images captured from street CCTV. Image data includes both the front and rear view of the vehicles. The proposed method is a two-step process which combines image preprocessing and faster region-based convolutional neural network (R-CNN) for logo recognition. Without preprocessing, faster R-CNN accuracy is high only if the image quality is good. The proposed system is focusing on street CCTV camera where image quality is different from a front facing camera. Using perspective transformation the top view images are transformed into front view images. In this system, the detection and accuracy are much higher as compared to the existing algorithm. As a result of the experiment, on day data the detection and recognition rate is improved by 2% and night data, detection rate improved by 14%.

This paper discussed community ecological approach for Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development(ESSD) and Sustainable Society(SS). Community ecology is composed of nature, environment and diverse species and is dynamic and sustainable system by interaction among those components. It is required long-term, integrating and eco-centric stances to achieve ESSD and SS such as eco-city and eco-village movements. This is integrated and complicated perspective beyond traditional dichotomy between human and environment. Community ecological perspective directs people toward ecological society system which creates and maintains adaptable life style under ecological situation in community. Building up eco-parts, eco-cites, eco-villages are crucial movements for promoting human's environmental living standards. These sustainable community movements require people to change their values and life styles suitable for their SS. It is required integrated and balanced perspective and participating endeavor of residents to maintain SS.
